HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📍 Paris, on-site
🗓 Early June to end of August 2027
🎓 Students (incl. Polytechnique 2nd-year internship)
⭐ THE PROGRAM ⭐
This summer, for the first time, Alan is bringing in a cohort of interns for a 3-month internship, from June to August. This program is for students whose curriculum includes a summer internship.
This is not a "watch and learn" internship. Past interns and Founders Associates have shipped work that teams still use after they left:
- An AI tool searching the web for fake documents used in insurance fraud. The findings started a fraud-prevention pilot with a major French insurer.
- An automated system approving simple medical claims in one of Alan's international markets, with no manual review.
- An AI agent for sales reps. Cuts prep time before every prospect meeting with a personalized meeting brief and pitch.
- A national health insurance bid. It led to a new local company and its first General Manager hire.
- Launched a new insurance product, from the regulator application to in-app design and customer support. Took the product from idea to a regulator-ready launch.
- A public AI healthcare hackathon co-hosted with Mistral. Brought together top AI builders, with €10K+ in prizes and credits for the winners.
This summer, it's your turn.
⭐ WHAT YOUR SUMMER LOOKS LIKE ⭐
- Weeks 1 & 2 - team sprint: you build a shared project in a mixed squad with other interns. You meet several teams and see how Alan works as a whole.
- June to August - your project: you’ll take full ownership of a project that drives real value, working inside a host team with clear goals and the freedom to decide how to reach them. At the end of August, you demo it to the company.
- All summer - the program: talks and workshops with Alan leaders including the CEO/CTO, weekly coffee chats with Alaners, and a mentor who helps you grow.
You'll join one track, based on your interests, and the projects available across:
- Engineering
- Data & AI
- Product
- Design & Research
- Marketing
- Customer Care
- IT & Operations
And more!

Hi there, I'm Josh Lipner, Manager, Account Management at TestGorilla. We're excited to share more about the Customer Success Advisor, Renewals role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Success Advisor, Renewals, you'll run the commercial conversations that keep our customers with us. You'll take renewals from first quote to signed order, handle pricing and billing conversations within our pricing and discount framework, and guide customers through plan changes, upgrades and downgrades across our assessment and sourcing products. You'll also take customers through the commercial side of our migration to usage-based pricing: explaining what changes, what it means for their spend, and landing the right plan for them using our migration playbook. When a customer wants to cancel or disputes a charge, you'll work the conversation through our retention and refund guidelines, and bring in your manager when a case sits outside them.
You'll work with AI agents as part of your day. They handle the routine end of renewals and billing: sending notices, preparing standard quotes, gathering account and invoice history, and answering simple plan questions. That frees you to spend your time on the conversations that need a person: negotiating within the framework, handling objections, and resolving the cases that don't fit a standard answer. You'll check their work before it reaches customers, step in when a case needs you, and share what you learn so they get better at the routine work over time.
This is a high-volume role with a commercial edge. You'll run a steady pipeline of renewals and commercial cases across our self-serve and mid-market customers. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute, organised, a great communicator and calm under pressure, and who is excited and able to contribute to our AI journey: automating the repeatable and humanising the exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviours and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Own renewals from first quote to signed order across our self-serve and mid-market customers, for both our assessment and sourcing products.
- Handle pricing and billing negotiations, upgrades, downgrades and our usage-based pricing migration within our pricing framework and playbooks: quoting, explaining what changes and what it means for the customer's spend, and landing the plan that fits how they use the product.
- Work cancellation and dispute conversations through our retention and refund guidelines, resolving unexpected charges and refund requests with Finance and retaining the customer where we can.
- Work alongside our AI agents, letting them handle the routine end of renewals and billing while you take the negotiations, objections and cases that need a person.
- Train the agents: check what they send before it reaches customers, correct what's wrong, and feed back what you learn so they handle more of the routine work over time.
- Maintain a single source of truth in our agentic customer success platform, with non-negotiable CRM hygiene: every renewal, plan change and dispute logged accurately so the team and the agents work from the same picture.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Is commercially astute, with experience managing renewals and negotiations at scale in a Customer Success, Renewals, Account Management or Sales role. You can quote, explain a price change, and apply a pricing and discount framework to get to the best outcome. This is a must-have.
- Is AI fluent and has personally built automations or agentic workflows (in n8n, Zapier or similar), with experience working alongside AI agents or automation in a customer-facing role. You can show us what you automated and what it delivered. Using an LLM alone is not enough. This is a minimum requirement.
- Communicates clearly, in writing and on calls, in English and Spanish. Fluency in both is a requirement.
- Is good with customers: you build relationships, stay calm in challenging conversations, de-escalate and retain, and manage a high volume of cases without letting any slip. You treat CRM hygiene as part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high expectations and some ambiguity, and is honest with yourself that this is the kind of place you want to work.
- Learns fast and stays curious: you pick up new tools quickly, ask good questions, check answers rather than accept them, and give and take feedback in the moment.
- Is available for customer calls during US business hours. This is a requirement.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Prior familiarity with Chargebee, Zendesk, HubSpot, n8n, Jira or Confluence.
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based SaaS pricing models.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay ( €31,360 - €38,000 per year) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
- *Check out the full list of countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.s4l5faueua5w, but note that we're only hiring in the Americas timezones for this role.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities
- Stimulating work environment: Tackle new challenges and work with innovative technology in a dynamic setting
- Connect with your team: Join optional fun virtual socials, AMAs with team members and leadership, and regular fun chats. Build a strong sense of community!
- TestGorilla community groups: Join peers to build community and boost opportunities for connection, advocacy, and professional development.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being
INTERESTED?
We believe in using our own product to ensure fair and objective hiring. If this role aligns with your skills and aspirations, we invite you to complete one of our very own assessments. This will give you a firsthand experience of our platform and help us get to know you better. We look forward to hearing from you!
TestGorilla is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diverse teams are stronger teams, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We understand that some candidates may experience test anxiety, and we want to assure you that accommodations are available and can be requested prior to sitting our assessments. Your request will not negatively impact your application, as we do not factor this into our review process.

In our day-to-day, we value adventure, excellence, generosity, and candor. We are optimists in the face of uncertainty, we take pride in our work, we go the extra mile for each other, and we tell it like it is (the good and the bad). We’re here to do the best work of our lives together.
We believe that real-time collaboration and human connection are necessary ingredients in building a high-velocity, high-trust team. We maintain core hours (9:30am - 2:30pm Pacific) when everyone is online, regardless of timezone. About half of us are located near our hubs in SF and NYC.
In addition to what’s below, you can see all open roles and learn more about our culture on our careers page.
The Role
CS Learning Designers at Brilliant design interactive learning games to teach programming and algorithmic thinking. We’re hiring exceptional learning designers who can teach computer science concepts creatively using Python, as well as brainstorm new interactive experiences that bring the principles of algorithm design to life.
You will work in a small, nimble team to redefine the future of education. We especially encourage applicants with a strong background in computer science education to apply.
You will use your pedagogical instincts and taste to expand Brilliant’s library of CS learning games and achieve the best possible outcomes for our learners and our business. You will be joining a passionate and experienced team of entrepreneurial-minded people who are working to make a meaningful impact on the world.
To be considered for this role, please include your best example(s) of how you've taught computer science concepts interactively online.
Responsibilities
Develop hands-on programming courses to teach CS concepts using Brilliant’s Python learning game.
Design new learning games — visual, puzzle-driven experiences that teach foundational principles in algorithms, data structures, and computational thinking.
Decompose complex computer science ideas (e.g., recursion, backtracking, dynamic programming) into approachable, well-sequenced steps that empower learners to reason from first principles.
Design content that is clear, creative, and intuitive — using interactivity to help learners build confidence and mastery.
Build immersive, interactive learning experiences that guide learners along problem-solving journeys.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to imagine and create new interactive features, visuals, and mechanics that elevate the learning experience on both computers and phones.
You
Have an undergraduate degree or above in a STEM field, and you’ve developed a strong grounding through research or teaching that extends beyond traditional curricula.
You have used AI agents extensively for coding, and have an opinionated stance on what core concepts are important to teach in the world of agentic coding.
Have a knack for teaching complex topics using a progression of clear, simple, hands-on steps.
You have experience with building or using interactivity to motivate, engage, and challenge learners, including in asynchronous contexts.
Have a way with words, especially when communicating challenging concepts, and your writing skills (in English) are top notch.
Are great at context switching and prioritizing among a large workload.
Have an openness to change and a willingness to experiment with formats and platforms.
Are not afraid to jump into any aspect of a project to fill a vacuum, no matter how big or small.
Compensation and Benefits
We use a systematic compensation framework: salary scales are set each year for each job vertical, managers level folks on their team, and those levels are mapped directly to our compensation scales. A location-based adjustment is applied outside of SF and NYC (typically 5-10%) - feel free to ask us about your location!
Given the systematic approach, we always make First and Best offers - there is no negotiation (for new hires nor our existing teammates). This ensures people are paid based on their expected contribution, not their negotiation skills.
We offer top-notch health care plans, with 100% of the premiums covered for medical, dental, and vision for employees.
We offer flexible PTO, with a norm of taking off about 6 weeks per year (including federal holidays). We also provide home office equipment, a professional development stipend, and free food at our offices.

And beyond.

You are directly responsible for educating prospects, providing inspiring product demonstrations, and onboarding companies’ key stakeholders as you make the transition from prospect to customer.

You are expected to make this experience pleasant, instructive and delightful by leveraging the most relevant messaging and materials (Smart) and by defining the high-touch strategy that suits best each prospect (Soft).
We also expect you to look at the big picture and help us grow and improve as a company. For that, you’ll have to be real team players even beyond your role. You’ll be expected to challenge us to improve our product(s), our methods and our strategy, and get involved in other projects and initiatives relevant to growing our customer base.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can pick up any Baseten product and explain it clearly to the people who buy it. Baseten sells dedicated inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the enterprise platform that ties them together. The work behind each one is the same: understand how the product works, know where it stands against the alternatives, and write about it well enough that an ML engineer trusts it and a buyer acts on it.
We’re hiring for this role across multiple product lines. You’ll work on whichever launch, narrative, or competitive gap matters most at the time, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the rest of product marketing. It’s a good fit for someone who ramps on technical products quickly and wants to be the person who figures out the story.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Positioning & Technical Narrative
- Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the core platform, written for ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, tradeoffs, and roadmap, and make sure every technical claim is accurate and backed by how the product actually behaves.
- Keep product-level messaging consistent with Baseten’s platform narrative so each product story supports the others.
- Write messaging that is technically credible without getting lost in implementation detail.
Launches & Go-to-Market
- Build and run launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement through external announcement.
- Decide what deserves a full launch and what should ship through docs, sales enablement, or targeted customer outreach.
- Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blog posts, demo storylines, sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Marketing to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
Competitive & Market Insight
- Track the competitive landscape across inference providers, model API companies, hyperscalers, and internal DIY platforms, including pricing, packaging, launches, and messaging.
- Turn that analysis into a clear point of view on where Baseten wins and loses, and use it to sharpen positioning.
- Talk to customers and sellers to understand buying criteria, objections, and deal blockers, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing as concrete recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, competitive talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and product training that sellers actually use.
- Work with Sales and Solutions to find enablement gaps and close them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing, with at least 2 of those years marketing to developers or technical buyers at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.
- Strong writing. You can take a dense technical topic and make it clear without oversimplifying it, and you have samples to show.
- Technical fluency. You’re comfortable reading docs, asking engineers specific questions, and getting up to speed on concepts like inference, autoscaling, fine-tuning, and open- vs. closed-weight models.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience: you’ve compared products in depth, formed a view, and used it to change positioning, messaging, or how a deal was sold.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar products and markets quickly and moving between them.
- Experience launching technical products or capabilities, including deciding what to launch and how.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup, working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, or model training and post-training.
- Experience marketing to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.
- Time in an adjacent role such as solutions engineering, product management, developer relations, technical writing, or industry or equity research covering AI or infrastructure.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Role highlights:
- Director, Group Accounting & Reporting
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation.

2. Hiring manager interview
3. Peer interview
4. Assignment
5. Final interview

About the Role
Neolytix is looking for an organized and proactive Associate to join our Learning & Development team at our Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) office. This role owns the complete onboarding and induction experience for new joiners, drives internal policy communication, and supports employee engagement and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office. You’ll be the face new joiners meet first — so how well people settle in, and how clearly policy and communication land across the company, is yours to own.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Plan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience.
Design and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations.
Coordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements.
Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks — addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in.
Policy & Internal Communications
Draft, update, and roll out HR policies — clear, compliant, and easily accessible to all employees.
Prepare and share timely announcements and internal communications (policy updates, events, org changes).
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to onboarding, induction, and policy acknowledgments.
Training Needs & L&D Support
Support the L&D team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee-development programs.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Needs Identification (TNI) across teams.
Support Training Needs Evaluation (TNE) to measure training effectiveness and close skill gaps.
Employee Experience & Reporting
Collect feedback from new joiners and continuously improve the induction journey.
Track onboarding metrics and prepare reports for HR leadership.
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in onboarding, induction, or L&D functions.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort drafting policy/communication documents.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for tracking onboarding metrics and training reports.
AI-friendly — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) to speed up content drafting, training material, and reporting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding batches/tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
Exposure to or interest in TNA/TNE/TNI methodologies for identifying and evaluating training needs.
Prior experience in a UK-shift, international, or BPO/ITES environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English is essential — this is a communication-, presentation-, and policy-drafting-heavy role.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Neolytix Office, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (work from office; no remote/hybrid). UK shift, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST. Working days as per company policy.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific outcomes:
New-joiner onboarding experience / satisfaction scores.
On-time completion of induction batches and policy acknowledgments.
Quality, clarity, and timeliness of policy and internal communications.
TNA/TNI coverage and measurable training-effectiveness (TNE) outcomes.
Why Join Neolytix

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- Bring substantial experience in software engineering, cloud engineering, platform engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, solutions architecture, or demo engineering.
- Apply experience in cybersecurity, identity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), developer tools, or a related technical domain.
- Build full-stack and automation solutions using technologies such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Python, with experience designing systems that other engineers can build on.
- Design and operate infrastructure using infrastructure as code, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), containers, and cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understand identity and access management concepts, including single sign-on (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), device trust, passwordless authentication, and passkeys.
- Balance speed, reliability, cost, and security while explaining technical tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical partners.
- Create interactive software-as-a-service (SaaS) demos and guided product experiences using platforms such as Reprise, Navattic, Walnut, or Arcade; experience with mobile device management (MDM) tools such as Jamf, live event demos, utilization analysis, artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted tooling, or Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers is also valuable.
What you can expect:
- Set the technical vision, roadmap, and long-term architecture for 1Password’s demo platform.
- Lead the design of shared demo infrastructure, including templates, automated provisioning and resets, data generation, and observability.
- Build sample applications and integrations across 1Password products to support demos and enablement programs.
- Support complex, high-visibility demos for flagship launches, keynotes, conferences, and strategic customer opportunities.
- Drive AI-assisted tooling that automates demo preparation, validation, and maintenance.
- Partner with Engineering Security on demo environments and lead architecture and code reviews.
- Mentor Demo Engineers and Senior Demo Engineers while representing Demo Engineering in cross-functional technical decisions and product roadmap discussions.
