Why loveholidays?
We’re on a mission to open the world to everyone, giving our customers unlimited choice, unmatched ease and unmissable value for their next getaway.
Our trailblaze together culture is what drives our success, powered by our people and the way they work. Using progressive technology, we drive cutting-edge innovation and improve how our customers discover, book and experience their holidays. You’ll have the opportunity to accelerate your growth through meaningful challenges, new experiences and the freedom to shape your own path. You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams.
The difference you’ll make
You’ll sit in the Product Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You’ll work closely with our international commercial teams alongside Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to champion our international customers, identify what drives their booking choices, and uncover where loveholidays can win. Together, the team will turn customer empathy and market intelligence into high-impact proposition improvements and rapid experimentation that accelerate growth across key international markets, starting with a strong focus on Germany and the Netherlands.
The Product Marketing team acts as the critical bridge between local market dynamics and core platform execution. Collectively, the team combines qualitative customer research with deep commercial analytics to evaluate competitor models, diagnose performance gaps across the end-to-end booking journey, and define high-value opportunities that scale effectively across borders.
Product Marketing sits within our Platform function, which builds the technology and shared capabilities that power the loveholidays experience. By creating scalable products, systems and tools, Platform helps the wider organisation move faster, work more independently and deliver better outcomes for customers.
Your day-to-day:
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND COMPETITOR EXPERTISE
- Build a deep understanding of customers in each international market: their needs, motivations, booking habits, expectations and barriers to choosing loveholidays. With a specific focus on Germany and the Netherlands.
- Get hands-on with customer research, feedback and the end-to-end holiday journey, building real empathy and bringing the international customer’s voice into decisions across the business.
- Understand competitor propositions and business models in detail. Experience their products, assess how well they meet local customer needs and identify where we need to close gaps or offer something more compelling.
- Share customer and competitor insight broadly, helping teams distinguish between needs shared across markets and differences that require a local approach.
MARKET PERFORMANCE AND OPPORTUNITIES
- Understand performance by market, customer segment and stage of the journey, working with commercial and analytics teams to connect customer behaviour with conversion, repeat booking, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
- Identify where our proposition and experience are strong or weak, combining performance data with customer and competitor evidence to understand why.
- Prioritise opportunities with clear recommendations on the customer problem, expected impact and how we will measure success.
HANDS-ON EXPERIMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT
- Propose and run tests with international commercial and platform teams, taking opportunities from an initial hypothesis through to execution, measurement and a decision on what happens next.
- Test changes to our proposition, messaging and customer experience, from how we explain our value to how customers search, book and manage their holiday.
- Use results to refine our approach, stop ideas that do not work and build evidence for wider investment in those that do.
A PLATFORM THAT SCALES INTERNATIONALLY
- Translate international customer needs and market opportunities into clear proposition and experience requirements for product, design and engineering teams.
- Work with platform teams to influence priorities and shape solutions that address local needs while building capabilities we can reuse across markets.
- Identify where our platform limits international growth, including gaps in localisation, content, payment options, trust and the post-booking experience, and work with teams to test and address them.
- Bring evidence from current markets into future market planning, helping teams understand what can scale, what needs to adapt and what we should validate before launch.
Your skillset:
- You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development, growth or a closely related discipline within a consumer-facing digital business, including work across international markets.
- You are a customer expert. You go beyond research decks, spend time understanding real behaviour and can explain how needs differ between markets and customer segments.
- You understand competition at the proposition level: why customers choose one provider over another, how different businesses deliver value and what that means for our own choices.
- You are confident working with data. You can interpret market and customer performance, ask the right questions and combine quantitative and qualitative evidence into a clear point of view.
- You have a track record of hands-on experimentation. You can turn an opportunity into a testable hypothesis, work with others to deliver it and use the results to decide what to do next.
- You know how to work with product, design and engineering teams, translating customer needs into clear problems and requirements and balancing local relevance with platform scalability.
- You communicate clearly and lead through influence. You build momentum across commercial and platform teams and challenge assumptions constructively.
- You are comfortable moving between setting direction and doing the work. You bring curiosity, sound judgement and personal ownership of results.
- Experience in B2C eCommerce is critical, travel experience is desirable
- Fluency in one or more European languages, especially German highly desirable
The interview journey:
- Intro with a member of the Talent Acquisition team - 30 mins
- Virtual 1st stage with Hiring Manager - 45 mins
- Final stage with key stakeholder/s including a task to present, in office - 2 hours
Perks of joining us:
- Company pension contributions at 5%
- Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up
- Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends
- 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum
- Ability to buy and sell annual leave
- Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme
- Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers

About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a commercially minded Head of Partnerships to build and scale one of our most important growth channels: strategic partnerships and referrals.
Our strongest client relationships often originate from trusted introductions. We now want to turn that advantage into a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
Your mission is to build a high-performing ecosystem of referral and strategic partners who consistently introduce Advantage HQ to qualified consumer brands.
These partners may include marketing agencies, fractional CMOs, consultants, technology providers, private equity firms, e-commerce operators, and other influential leaders within the DTC ecosystem.
This is not a traditional relationship management role. You will be responsible for building partnerships that generate measurable commercial outcomes, not simply expanding a contact list.
You will own the entire partnership lifecycle, from identifying and recruiting high-value partners to activating relationships, generating qualified introductions, and converting those opportunities into revenue alongside our Sales team.
Success means building a network of highly engaged partners who consistently think of Advantage HQ when their clients, portfolio companies, or industry peers need help scaling.
What You'll Own
Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, recruit, and establish partnerships with agencies, consultancies, fractional CMOs, technology providers, private equity firms, and other businesses serving high-growth consumer brands.
Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CMOs, investors, and senior executives who can introduce Advantage HQ to qualified prospective clients.
Develop a targeted partner acquisition strategy focused on organizations with strong access to our ideal customer profile.
Identify complementary service providers and develop mutually beneficial referral and co-selling relationships.
Negotiate commercial agreements, referral arrangements, and strategic collaborations that create long-term value for both parties.
Partner Activation & Relationship Management
Own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, ensuring relationships remain active, productive, and commercially valuable.
Develop structured partner onboarding, enablement, and engagement programs.
Equip partners with the positioning, messaging, case studies, and resources needed to confidently introduce Advantage HQ.
Establish recurring partner meetings, executive introductions, and relationship-building initiatives that consistently generate opportunities.
Identify underperforming partnerships and implement strategies to improve engagement and referral activity.
Become a trusted commercial partner to the people and organizations within our ecosystem.
Pipeline & Revenue Generation
Own partner-sourced pipeline and new revenue targets.
Drive a consistent volume of high-quality introductions to qualified DTC and e-commerce brands.
Work closely with our Sales team to ensure partner referrals are properly qualified, tracked, followed up, and converted.
Identify opportunities to accelerate sales cycles through warm introductions, joint conversations, and executive relationships.
Monitor referral-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-client conversion rates.
Take accountability for the commercial performance of the partnerships channel.
Partnership Systems & Scalability
Build the processes, playbooks, and operating rhythms required to scale our partnerships program.
Establish clear partner segmentation, prioritization, and activation frameworks.
Develop referral tracking, attribution, reporting, and partner compensation processes.
Create dashboards to measure partner activity, pipeline generation, revenue contribution, and overall channel performance.
Leverage CRM systems, AI, and automation to improve partner discovery, engagement, relationship management, and reporting.
Continuously refine our partnership model to make it more efficient, repeatable, and scalable.
Strategic Initiatives & Market Development
Identify new partnership opportunities across emerging channels, technologies, and industry ecosystems.
Collaborate with Marketing on partner events, webinars, content collaborations, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
Represent Advantage HQ at relevant industry conferences, networking events, and executive gatherings.
Build relationships with influential operators and decision-makers across the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
Bring market intelligence, competitive insights, and new business opportunities back to the leadership team.
Work directly with executive leadership to shape the long-term direction of our partnerships strategy.
Who You Are
You are an experienced partnerships leader who understands how to turn relationships into predictable business growth.
You have a strong network within the digital marketing, e-commerce, or technology ecosystem, and you know how to develop relationships with senior executives who control or influence meaningful commercial opportunities.
You are equally comfortable opening new doors, building relationships over time, negotiating commercial arrangements, and working with Sales teams to convert introductions into clients.
You are commercially driven and understand that the ultimate measure of a successful partnership is the business it generates.
You think systematically. Rather than relying on occasional introductions, you know how to build repeatable processes that continuously generate new opportunities.
Most importantly, you are proactive, highly accountable, and comfortable building a function with significant autonomy.
Experience We Value
7+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, business development, alliances, or related commercial roles.
Proven track record of building and scaling referral or strategic partnership programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
Experience within digital marketing agencies, professional services, consulting, marketing technology, or the broader e-commerce ecosystem.
Established relationships with agency founders, fractional CMOs, consultants, e-commerce executives, investors, or other relevant industry leaders.
Experience owning partner-sourced pipeline, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs.
Strong understanding of referral agreements, revenue-sharing models, co-selling arrangements, and strategic partnerships.
Excellent executive relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience developing repeatable partnership playbooks, systems, and reporting frameworks.
Strong organizational discipline and the ability to manage multiple strategic relationships simultaneously.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward execution, ownership, and measurable results.

Partner-Sourced Pipeline:
Total value of qualified sales opportunities generated through partners.
Qualified Introductions:

You will have the autonomy to develop our partnership strategy, establish high-value industry relationships, negotiate commercial structures, and build the systems required to turn partnerships into a sustainable revenue engine.
You will work directly with executive leadership and collaborate with experienced Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Client Services teams.
We are looking for someone who wants to build something meaningful, develop an influential network within the consumer brand ecosystem, and be rewarded for the business they generate.
Compensation & Location
$290,000 to $850,000 USD total annual compensation, including base salary, performance bonus, and equity.
Fully remote. We have built the infrastructure for high-performance distributed teams and trust our people to do their best work from wherever they work best.
North America required, with a strong preference for candidates based in the United States.
If you are excited to join the leadership team, build a world-class partnerships organization, own a major company-level revenue number, develop an exceptional network of strategic and referral partners, and help transform Advantage HQ's partnerships channel into a predictable, scalable revenue engine, we would love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE
ElevenLabs is scaling fast – new enterprise customers, new products, new markets. The Billing Operations Specialist is the person who makes sure every deal that closes is reflected correctly in our systems.
This is an operational ownership role, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering – responsible for the full billing lifecycle of our enterprise accounts, from provisioning a new customer on day one to cleanly closing out a churned account. You'll resolve discrepancies before customers notice them, catch configuration drift before it becomes a revenue problem, and build the processes that make billing feel invisible to everyone else. You'll also work on projects and programs that evolve the sophistication of our billing processes and our tooling, and help with things like pricing migrations and other critical efforts.
The ideal person is someone who is obsessive about accuracy and automation, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized (not frustrated) by the complexity of managing billing at scale across thousands of accounts.
Provisioning
- Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in our billing platforms, such as Stripe – pricing plan, billing interval, contract start date, trial periods, discounts
- Own the reconciliation between executed order forms and what's been requested for provisioning; work with Sales and Legal to resolve any gaps
- Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails that make provisioning faster and more accurate over time
Subscription & account management
- Process mid-cycle changes and manage renewal mechanics – upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, plan switches, and so on.
- Handle offboarding cleanly: close subscriptions, issue final invoices or credits, ensure no residual billing
- Resolve invoice discrepancies raised by customers or flagged by the Customer Success team – incorrect amounts, missing credits, misapplied discounts
Revenue integrity
- Run periodic audits of active subscriptions to verify billing matches contracted terms
- Identify and remediate ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices
- Support month-end and quarter-end close by reconciling billing platforms with Finance's records
- Surface pricing or configuration anomalies to relevant teams.
REQUIREMENTS
Must-have
- 2-5 years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance operations or a similar role supporting B2B or enterprise customers (adjust the range for level)
- Hands-on experience with a subscription billing platform, ideally Stripe Billing or similar (Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly), including subscriptions, invoices, credits, coupons and billing intervals
- Experience turning closed-won deals and order forms into correct billing configurations (pricing plan, start date, trial, discounts)
- Strong attention to detail and a record of catching discrepancies before customers do
- Can read a contract or order form and spot gaps against what was requested for provisioning
- Experience reconciling billing data to finance records, including supporting month-end or quarter-end close
- Comfort working with Salesforce (or another CRM) as the source of truth for deals
- Clear written communication and ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Engineering
- Comfortable with ambiguity and with managing a high volume of accounts without losing track
Strong plus
- Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing
- Familiarity with SQL, spreadsheets at scale (pivots, lookups), or BI tools, for audits and reconciliation
- Experience building automation or scripts, or partnering with Engineering on guardrails (APIs, webhooks, no-code tools)
- Experience running subscription audits, such as finding ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers and orphaned invoices
- Experience with pricing migrations or billing-system migrations
- Exposure to ASC 606 or revenue recognition basics
- Experience with a quote-to-cash stack (CPQ, contract management, ERP such as NetSuite)
- Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States or Europe.

ABOUT PEEC AI
AI search is changing how brands are discovered and chosen. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Google’s AI answers what they used to search for, and AI assistants increasingly shape the journey from discovery to purchase. Winning customers now means winning over the AI systems that influence their decisions.
Peec AI is an AI search platform that helps marketing teams understand and improve how their brands are discovered, represented, and recommended. We show them where they stand, what’s shaping it, and where to act. Since launching in January 2025, Peec AI has passed $20M ARR and 4,000 paying customers. We’re a Series A company backed by 20VC and Singular, with 100+ people across our Berlin HQ and our New York office.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to help build Peec AI's outbound engine from the ground up. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential prospects, generating qualified pipeline, and partnering closely with Sales and Marketing to sharpen our go-to-market approach. This role means real ownership, room to shape how we do outbound, and a clear path to grow into a closing role as we scale. If you're the kind of person who gets a rush from picking up the phone, loves the puzzle of finding the right person to call, and wants to sell a product that's genuinely at the frontier of where search is heading, this is the role for you.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Drive outbound prospecting by identifying and engaging decision-makers across SEO, marketing, and growth functions at companies that would benefit from Peec AI
- Execute personalized, high-quality outreach with cold calling at the core and email and LinkedIn in support, to generate qualified meetings and build pipeline for the Account Executive team
- Leverage AI-powered tools to research prospects, personalize messaging at scale, and continuously sharpen your outbound approach
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to refine targeting, messaging, and positioning based on what's resonating in the market
- Contribute to the development of outbound playbooks and prospecting approaches as the SDR function scales
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Hungry, driven, and relentlessly motivated, with a habit of setting ambitious targets and not stopping until you hit them
- A natural on the phone who genuinely enjoys cold calling and sees every dial as an opportunity, not a chore
- Passionate about technology and the role AI is playing in reshaping how businesses operate and grow, ideally someone who already uses AI tools as part of their day-to-day workflow
- Highly coachable and open to feedback, treating every conversation as a data point
- Excited about the opportunity to learn the full sales cycle and grow toward an Account Executive role over time
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with outbound sales tools such as Clay, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar
- Familiarity with the SEO, content marketing, or digital analytics space
- Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, even in a junior or internship capacity
- A track record of hitting or exceeding activity and meeting targets in a previous SDR or similar role
WHAT WE OFFER
- Exciting and challenging work with real impact and ownership at one of Europe's fastest-growing Series A startups
- Regular team events and off-sites
- Competitive salary and meaningful equity: everyone at Peec owns a piece of the upside
- Paid Meal and Uber home when working late

What we're looking for:
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and French, with the ability to engage and develop relationships, sharing information effectively across all professional levels.
- Excellent communication in Spanish is a plus
- 6+ years of experience in a technical implementation, solutions engineering, customer onboarding, or related B2B SaaS function, with a demonstrated track record of leading enterprise software deployments for large, complex, or strategically critical organizations
- Advanced technical expertise and hands-on experience deploying SaaS products in enterprise environments, including deep working knowledge of identity providers (IdPs), SSO, SCIM, Active Directory, MDM, device trust, and Zero Trust security frameworks
- Expert-level understanding of the business cases for enterprise security, IT operations, and SaaS governance tools and able to fluently navigate both technical and strategic conversations with IT administrators, security teams, and C-suite stakeholders

- Strong judgment in identifying and resolving technical issues, with the ability to lead de-escalation efforts and drive outcomes autonomously
- A builder's mindset toward AI. You actively develop with AI tools and automation, creating workflows, solutions, and accelerators that meaningfully improve how you and your team work; you are not a casual user but a practitioner who builds
- Experience mentoring and coaching peers and junior team members, sharing expertise and elevating the capability of those around you
- Familiarity with SCIM, AD/LDAP, CLI, SSO, BYOD, MDM, SaaS discovery, and device posture concepts
- Bonus: Familiarity with 1Password or experience deploying identity and access management, password management, device trust, or SaaS management solutions at enterprise scale

- Exercise independent judgment in identifying and mitigating implementation risks, developing and executing resolution strategies proactively and keeping all relevant stakeholders informed
- Stay ahead of product updates, new features, and evolving integrations across our products and applying that knowledge immediately in customer engagements and sharing it with the broader team
- Develop and maintain advanced implementation playbooks, training curricula, and enablement resources (including configuration guides, deployment frameworks, and possibly video content) that elevate the capabilities of the entire Implementations and Onboarding team
- Mentor Implementation Managers and other junior team members, sharing deep product expertise, enterprise deployment strategies, and insights gained from working with our most demanding customers
- Influence team operations by leveraging lessons from complex engagements to recommend and drive improvements to team practices, processes, documentation, and the overall customer journey

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to work
We recognize the power of both in person collaboration and remote work. Some roles are designated as remote-first, with an expectation that individuals work from their homes majority of the time, while others are designated as in-office roles, with an expectation of being on-site on a regular basis. We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

We are a leading trading platform that is ambitiously expanding to the four corners of the globe. Our top-rated products have won prestigious industry awards for their cutting-edge technology and seamless client experience. We deliver only the best, so we are always in search of the best people to join our ever-growing talented team.
We are hiring a Senior Database Reliability Engineer for our Infrastructure Platform Team. You will design PostgreSQL platforms for resilience and high availability, automate everything you touch, and understand how our services use the database, from connection pools to ORM transactions. Your goal is to keep latency within SLO at a reasonable cost, through every change, failover and migration.
Our stack today: AWS RDS and Aurora (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Redshift, ClickHouse, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics and Grafana, with Java services on Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
Design and run highly available PostgreSQL across zones and regions, with automated, tested failover and fencing against split-brain.
Define all database infrastructure as code (clusters, parameters, networking, access, monitoring and backups), reviewed by peers and applied through CI/CD pipelines, with drift detection.
Build self-service database provisioning so product teams get a production-ready database without waiting on a ticket.Plan and execute migrations, upgrades and table moves with zero or near zero downtime, including cross-version, cross-cluster and cross-cloud work.
Partner with developers on schema changes, queries, connection pooling, transaction scope, retries and expand-and-contract migrations, so database issues are fixed at their source.
Define SLOs and build SLO-based alerts and dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana or similar) that catch latency and capacity problems before clients do.
Design backup and recovery, and prove it with scheduled restore and failover tests that measure RTO and RPO and produce evidence for auditors.
Keep cost in view: right-size instances and storage, and choose the cheapest option that meets the requirement.
Secure the data: least-privilege access, secrets from a secrets manager, encryption at rest and in transit, audited access and PII masking.
Lead and take part in incident response and on-call, write blameless post-mortems and make sure their actions get done.
Replace manual runbooks with automation, and document what remains.
Requirements:
Deep PostgreSQL production experience.
You have run PostgreSQL at scale and understand MVCC, vacuum and bloat, locking, replication (physical and logical) and query planning from real incidents, not only from documentation.
Infrastructure as code as your normal way of working.
Everything you build lives in version control and is reviewed before it is applied.
CI/CD in your day-to-day work.
Your infrastructure and database changes, including schema migrations, reach production through pipelines. If console clicks, SSH changes or wiki steps are how changes normally happen in your current role, this position is not the right fit.
5+ years running production databases as a DBRE, SRE, platform or database engineer, ideally with a large part on AWS (RDS or Aurora).
Experience designing high availability and disaster recovery: replication, automated failover, multi-region or multi-cloud redundancy, and the trade-offs between RTO, RPO and cost.
A track record of zero-downtime changes: online migrations, major version upgrades or moving data between clusters.
Understanding of how applications use databases: connection pools, ORMs (for example Hibernate), transaction scope, retries and idempotency, and safe deployment order.
Observability skills: you define what to measure, alert on SLOs and verify changes with data.Scripting in Python, Bash or Go to automate operational work.
Comfort in a regulated financial services environment, where access control, encryption and audit trails are non-negotiable.
Clear communication: you reason out loud, own outcomes and partner with developers instead of gatekeeping.
Nice to have:
Terraform and Ansible specifically, since they are our current tools.
MySQL in production.
Redshift, ClickHouse or DynamoDB.
Logical replication or CDC tooling (pglogical, AWS DMS, Debezium).
Kubernetes and running Java services in production.
Linux performance tuning and troubleshooting on self-managed database hosts.
Vault or another secrets manager.
What you will get in return:
Competitive Salary: We believe great work deserves great pay! Your skills and talents will be rewarded with a salary that makes you feel valued and motivated.
Work-Life Harmony: Join a company that genuinely cares about you - because your life outside of work matters just as much as your time on the clock. #LI-Hybrid

Generous Time Off: Need a breather? Our annual leave policy lets you recharge and enjoy life outside of work without a worry.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About Anthropic
Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As the leader of Partner Services Delivery and Success within Partnerships at Anthropic, you will lead the global field delivery, partner success and partner health teams that make Claude deployments succeed at our customers when our partners build and run them. This is a senior leadership role on the Partnerships leadership team, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships.
A deployment starts with work the business wants an agent to do: a research process in a bank, claims handling at an insurer, engineering workflows in a retailer. A partner's engineers build it against the customer's own systems and data, evaluate it on real work rather than a demo, and put it live. If it holds, the customer builds the next ten themselves and the partner carries the pattern to the next customer in that industry.
What good means is the same every time, whoever builds it: on time, on track, high quality, high customer satisfaction, and impact the customer can see in their own business. Holding that across thousands of deployments a year, almost none of which your own people build, is the job.
This is a build, and it is a scaling problem. The function is new, the teams are mostly still to be hired, demand is growing far faster than any team can be hired against it, and the way we deploy agents is changing faster than a method written down in advance can keep up with.
What you will own
Deployment strategy and approached.
Bringing the best ways to deploy Claude to our customers through partners: which deployment approaches we back, which partners we build them with, and how both change as the models and the use cases move.
Field delivery.
A global organisation across the Americas and international markets, which you hire, lead and grow. Our own people, in region, alongside the partner's team on live engagements: they run the delivery cadence, hold the work to date and quality, and are the first to know when something is going wrong. Most of the team sits here, and it is accountable for deployments landing on time and on track, to a high quality bar, with high customer satisfaction and impact the customer can see in their own business, against the customer's own deployment plan rather than a partner work order.
Delivery assurance.
The standard a Claude deployment is held to, how it is inspected on live engagements, and how a shortfall gets back to the partner as root cause rather than as a complaint. Where a partner's own delivery practice meets that standard, you approve them to carry the work and you assure the result.
Partner success.
The partner's own capability to deliver. One person is the point of contact across everything a partner is building, and the method is built with partners rather than handed to them: the patterns that worked on real engagements, turned into something the next partner can run, and the centres of excellence inside our largest partners that let their own engineers deliver to our standard.
Partner health and escalation.
An honest read on how every partner is really performing, held apart from the teams that own the commercial relationship so the score can be trusted. A falling score starts an escalation, and it is how we decide what a partner is ready to take on next.
Working with the account team.
Account executives, the partner account and success teams, and the partner's own delivery leadership, so that a deployment has one plan and one set of owners rather than three.
The relationships.
Delivery leadership at our largest partners, technology and business leadership at their clients, and Applied AI, Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering inside Anthropic. Most of what you need you will not control, so this role is carried by trust rather than reporting lines.
The bench.
Delivery capability in markets that do not yet have any, built with partners who have not done this work before.
You will also build the measurement, since knowing whether a deployment is working is still largely done by the people closest to it; make your own organisation AI-native, running the delivery records, the quality signals and the pattern-finding on Claude; act as the executive sponsor in our most strategic partner-led deployments; travel to partner and customer sites and to conferences for executive-level sessions, technical workshops and relationship building; and stay current with emerging AI trends and the evolving partner market.
You may be a good fit if you
Have 15+ years in technical delivery, professional services or solutions leadership, including several years leading leaders.
Have built a delivery organisation rather than inherited one, and have executed through a period when its volume changed by an order of magnitude.
Have been accountable for whether large enterprise deployments reached production and were used, not only whether they were delivered to plan.
Have run delivery through other people's engineers and still held the quality bar, so you know the difference between assuring work and policing it.
Have worked with or inside global systems integrators and advisory firms, and understand how their delivery practices, staffing and economics actually work.
Understand how to contribute to running a GTM organisation anchored on a consumption business model, not SaaS sales cycles.
Have deep technical proficiency with enterprise AI use cases and agent architectures, and have built with LLMs yourself, including evals and the gap between something that works in review and something that survives in production.
Have strong executive presence and build deep, durable relationships with technical and business leaders, at our partners and at their clients.
Have a passion for making powerful technology safe and societally beneficial.
Stay up-to-date and informed by taking an active interest in emerging research and industry trends within AI.
Strong candidates may also have
Led delivery in the first years of a technology.
Built the method while delivering with it, and turned what worked on one engagement into what the next hundred start from.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$540,000
—
$585,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the team

Security Governance sits within it and owns customer trust, security awareness, policies and standards, and other governance functions. Our counterparts are Security Compliance, Security Risk, and GRC Engineering.
You will join a small team of four direct reports under the Director, where each person has broad scope and visible impact. We work remote-first and asynchronously, and we write things down and share them openly, so you'll draft and revise policies and standards in the open with input from Security, Legal, Product, and Engineering.
