Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $500M in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the Role
Operating Principals are Higgsfield’s general problem solvers. They work directly with the CEO and senior executives on the company’s key initiatives — owning several projects at a time, with no fixed lane: a new market this month, a broken process or a stalled product launch the next. The job is to take an undefined problem from zero to a working outcome, hand it off, and move to the next one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identifying new growth and revenue opportunities across products, markets, and partners.
- Building and optimising processes that can scale with a company growing this fast.
- Leading and executing priority company initiatives end to end — analysis, decision, execution, follow-through.
- Pulling engineering, product, growth, and partnerships into one plan and unblocking whatever stalls.
- Preparing the numbers, models, and one-pagers behind leadership, board, and investor decisions.
Scope
- Based in San Francisco, with regular trips to Almaty and travel to partners and markets as projects require.
- Direct access to the CEO; high ownership, minimal process — no team underneath, no playbook.
What You’ll Need
- A degree from a top-tier university — ideally STEM or another highly quantitative field.
- A track record of outstanding achievement in several different areas — olympiads, case competitions, elite scholarships, building something that worked.
- 3–5 years of experience, including at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consultancy, investment bank / PE, Big Tech, or a fast-growing global technology company.
- Experience working abroad, as an expat, or inside a global organisation as a non-native speaker.
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end.
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable ones and enjoy working with data.
- Writing and presenting at a level that goes straight to the board or a Fortune 500 partner without editing.
- Natural curiosity, speed, and a will to make an impact.
- Right to work in the US; based in San Francisco or ready to relocate.
Nice to Have
- A chief-of-staff, founder’s-office, or BizOps stint after consulting / banking.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, or Gen AI tooling.
- Background in AI, consumer tech, or media.
Screening / Interview Topics
- Hardest Problem Owned – an ambiguous project taken from zero to outcome, and what the candidate personally did
- Cross-Functional Delivery – moving engineering, product, and business teams without formal authority
- Analytical Depth – building and defending a model or business case under time pressure
- Executive Communication – a board deck, investor update, or CEO memo they wrote themselves
- Pace & Ambiguity – handling a priority flip mid-project
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

About Scorewarrior.
We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus
We are currently concentrating on two major goals:

- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed brief.
- You care about the performance of your creatives, not just delivering the final result.
- You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.
Why Scorewarrior?
- Work with a product you love: Total Battle is more than just a job; it's a passion project.
- Join a highly skilled team: We're a nerdy group of talented individuals who love what we do.
- Make a real impact: Your work will directly contribute to bringing new players into Total Battle and getting us closer to that number-one app store spot.
- Stability: Start working with a stable three-year contract with the potential to extend it to infinity and beyond.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.
- A sports and fitness allowance.
- Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.

The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a !
Requirements
We're looking for a Senio/Staff-level engineer with an open mind and a builder's instinct - someone who goes beyond executing tasks and is ready to own the High-Performance practice end-to-end: establish engineering processes, drive R&D, evaluate and champion new technologies, and lead their adoption in production.
The ideal candidate can bridge the gap between business requirements for low latency and high throughput and the realities of existing infrastructure - translating "we need to be faster" into an actionable technical roadmap. You bring a fresh perspective, know how to organize the work, and are equally comfortable optimizing a hardware parameter and presenting a strategy to stakeholders.
We expect 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps/SRE/Systems Engineer in performance-critical environments - and the maturity to grow yourself and grow a team around you.
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time OS configurations, cgroups, CPU isolation, memory management, and low-level network stack configuration.
Hardware Internals:
Deep understanding of CPU power and performance states (C/P-states), Hyper-Threading / SMT trade-offs, TX/RX ring configuration, and the full data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU. Ability to reason about and tune each stage of that path under production load.
Networking & TCP Internals:
Deep knowledge of TCP/IP — congestion control, ACK behavior, buffer tuning, and protocol-level latency sources. Strong Linux networking fundamentals: low-latency NIC configuration, bypass networking technologies (DPDK, RDMA), and market connectivity (multicast feeds, co-location networks, VPNs).
Performance Engineering:
Practical experience profiling latency-sensitive systems; familiarity with tools such as perf, flamegraph, strace, tcpdump, eBPF, and hardware performance counters.
Containerization:
Deep knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including low-overhead deployment patterns and performance trade-offs of containerized workloads.
IaC:
Proven track record with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Monitoring:
Hands-on experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and alerting (P99, jitter, throughput KPIs).
Scripting:
Solid scripting in Bash and Python; Golang is a strong plus given its role in systems tooling.
CI/CD & Secret Management:
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines with experience integrating performance validation stages; familiarity with Vault for secrets management.
Security:
Understanding of DevSecOps principles and Kubernetes security policies.
Key Performance Metrics You'll Work With
Latency Distribution
- P99 / P99.9 across the tick-to-trade path, using hardware-level timestamps (NIC/PTP).
Jitter
- variance between min/max latency, measured over large sample sets in live market conditions.
Throughput
- messages per second (orders + cancels) under exchange burst scenarios.
System Reliability
- сontinuous monitoring of uptime
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Hands-on experience with kernel-level optimization: syscall reduction, network stack bypass (DPDK, RDMA, Solarflare OpenOnload).
Background in HFT, algorithmic trading, or other ultra-low-latency production environments.
Experience with hardware timestamping, PTP/IEEE 1588, and precision time synchronization.
Familiarity with colocation operations and exchange connectivity (cross-connects, proximity hosting).
Proven SRE track record with formal SLO/error budget frameworks in latency-sensitive contexts.
DevSecOps: vulnerability scanning, Zero Trust, RBAC, and secure delivery pipelines.
Understanding of business processes in FinTech, crypto, or electronic trading.
Responsibilities
Low-Latency Infrastructure Ownership:
Design, deploy, and continuously optimize infrastructure for latency-sensitive trading systems — market data handlers, order/deal gateways, and risk check engines. Own the full stack from bare metal to application delivery. Define and maintain a reference architecture for low-latency connectivity when onboarding new trading venues, including reproducible configuration baselines, validation procedures, and performance acceptance criteria — so every new venue goes live on a proven, optimized stack.
Cloud & Hybrid Network Connectivity:
Design, implement, and maintain complex low-latency network solutions for cloud provider interconnects - including cross-connects and Direct Connect / ExpressRoute links between cloud regions, hybrid on-premise/cloud topologies, and high-throughput inter-server fabrics. Ensure both latency minimization and fault tolerance at every layer: physical redundancy, failover routing, and path diversity across providers and regions.
Hardware & OS Stack Tuning:
Go deep on the full hardware and OS stack - CPU pinning, C/P-states, HT/SMT configuration, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, TX/RX ring sizing, NIC offloading, and network stack bypass (DPDK/RDMA where applicable). Understand the complete data path from NIC through PCIe to memory and CPU - and optimize every hop.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate provisioning and configuration of high-performance environments using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm - with performance reproducibility as a first-class requirement.
Latency Profiling & Benchmarking:
Systematically profile and debug latency hotspots across the full execution path. Establish and maintain SLA/SLO targets; track P99/P99.9 distributions, jitter, and throughput - not just averages.
CI/CD for Performance:
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that include automated latency regression testing, so performance degradations are caught before they hit production.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive latency monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana) - including hardware timestamping (NIC/PTP) and fine-grained performance telemetry.
Colocation & Network Placement:
Research, evaluate, and manage optimal server placements - colocations, cross-connects, proximity hosting. Work closely with network and infrastructure teams to minimize physical and logical distance to exchanges.
High Availability & DRP:
Design systems that maintain stability and reliability under peak load while continuously pushing latency lower - zero regressions, always.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Work alongside algo developers, quant teams, and network engineers to ensure trading strategies execute with minimal infrastructure overhead.

Requirements
We're looking for candidates with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / SRE and deep expertise in the following technologies:
Linux:
Advanced administration and OS-level tuning — real-time kernels, process scheduling, memory management, cgroups, CPU isolation, and I/O optimization.
Cloud platforms:
Understanding of and experience in building complex systems focused on high availability (HA), low latency and high-performance computing (HPC)
Networking:
Deep understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, multicast, Ethernet, VLANs, and PTP at the wire level. Experience with low-latency network configurations and familiarity with kernel bypass technologies (DPDK, RDMA) is a strong plus.
Containerization:
Deep-dive knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes, including performance trade-offs of containerized workloads and low-overhead deployment patterns.
IaC:
Proven experience with Ansible, Terraform, and Helm in production environments.
Hardware Performance:
Working knowledge of how CPUs, NIC queues, memory, and storage behave under pressure. Hands-on experience with hardware tuning (BIOS configs, CPU isolation strategies, NIC queue management).
Monitoring:
Practical experience with the Prometheus / Grafana stack; ability to build latency-aware dashboards and fire meaningful alerts rather than noise.
Scripting:
Proven track record writing production scripts in Bash and Python. Golang is a significant plus.
CI/CD:
Strong grasp of core CI/CD tools and experience with secret management using Vault.
Security: Understanding of DevSecOps principles and hands-on experience configuring security policies in Kubernetes (Zero Trust, RBAC, secure code delivery).
Databases:
Solid working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases under operational conditions.
On-Call & Incident Response:
High sense of ownership for production systems — willing to participate in on-call rotations and available to respond to critical incidents outside business hours when the situation demands.
Extra Credit / Big Pluses
Linux: Deep-dive into kernel-level optimization — from syscalls and network card tuning to DPDK or FPGA-based networking.
Proven experience operating High Availability / Ultra-Low Latency solutions in live trading environments.
Experience with hybrid infrastructures (on-premise + cloud) — colocations, cross-connects, and proximity hosting.
Background in building and operating Big Data and Data Analytics platforms.
Understanding of business processes in the FinTech / Banking / Crypto / HFT sector.
Proven track record as an SRE with formal SLO / error budget frameworks.
DevSecOps: Vulnerability detection, enforcing security best practices, and experience with scanning tools (Trivy or Snyk).
Blockchain / crypto-native background is a bonus.
Responsibilities
Hybrid Infrastructure (Baremetal and Clouds):
Administer Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL), drive incident resolution, and take end-to-end ownership of system reliability.
Low-Latency Systems Operations:
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and tune latency-sensitive trading systems and exchange connections across multiple asset classes. You treat P99 latency as a first-class metric.
OS & Hardware Tuning:
Go deep on the Linux stack — CPU pinning, NUMA topology, IRQ affinity, kernel parameter tuning, NIC offloading, and BIOS-level configurations. If it affects the tick-to-trade path, you own it.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible, Terraform, and Helm with performance reproducibility as a hard requirement.
CI/CD:
Build and maintain rock-solid CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) including automated performance regression checks.
Monitoring & Observability:
Design and operate comprehensive monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK). Build latency-aware dashboards and alerting — P99/P99.9, jitter, throughput, and error rates.
High Availability & DRP:
Design and implement architectures adhering to HA, scalability, and Disaster Recovery principles — zero regressions while continuously reducing latency.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Partner with quant, trading, and network engineering teams to squeeze every drop of performance from the full stack — from hardware up to application logic.
