Why work at Higgsfield AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
About the role:
We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager, Capital Markets & Strategic Research to build and deepen Higgsfield’s relationships across investment banks, equity research, institutional investors, and the broader capital markets ecosystem.
This is not a traditional IR role focused on quarterly earnings, filings, or maintaining an investor database. As a private, fast-growing AI company, our goal is to establish Higgsfield as a primary source of insight for the financial community on Creative AI and the transformation of the broader creative economy.
You will build relationships with the analysts, bankers, and investors shaping how emerging technology categories are understood, helping ensure they have the data, context, and access needed to understand the size of the market and Higgsfield’s position within it.
The goal is not paid placement. It is to build the relationships and credibility that lead analysts to independently recognize Higgsfield as one of the companies defining the Creative AI category.
What you'll do:
- Build and manage relationships with investment bankers, equity and thematic research analysts, institutional and private-market investors, hedge funds, and other influential members of the capital markets ecosystem.
- Establish a systematic engagement program with research teams at leading investment banks.
- Develop a regular cadence of analyst briefings, executive conversations, and relationship-building across Wall Street.
- Track relevant research covering Creative AI, generative video, the creator economy, advertising, media, AI infrastructure, and adjacent markets.
- Make Higgsfield a trusted resource for analysts by providing market intelligence, data, executive access, and informed perspectives on how AI is transforming creative industries.
- Educate analysts and bankers on the size and structure of the Creative AI opportunity and why the relevant TAM extends across multiple large existing industries.
- Identify upcoming sector reports and research initiatives where Higgsfield can provide insight and contribute to the underlying investment thesis.
- Create opportunities for earned inclusion of Higgsfield in thematic and sector research.
- Identify opportunities to collaborate on or co-commission credible research examining Creative AI and the transformation of the creative economy, while maintaining a clear distinction between sponsored research and independent analyst coverage.
- Partner with Higgsfield leadership, communications, and finance to develop the data, market frameworks, benchmarks, and narratives needed to explain the category.
- Track analyst and banking relationships, engagements, relevant reports, upcoming research themes, and resulting outcomes.
- Build a deliberate strategy for converting relationships into tangible outcomes rather than treating relationship-building itself as the objective.
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of experience in investor relations, investment banking, equity research, capital markets communications, strategic financial communications, or a closely related field.
- Strong understanding of how Wall Street research is produced and how relationships with analysts and investment banks are built.
- Ability to discuss TAM, industry structure, competitive positioning, and technological disruption with sophisticated financial audiences.
- Ability to translate a fast-moving technology story into a credible capital markets thesis without turning it into marketing language.
- Highly relationship-driven while remaining focused on measurable outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work closely with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where the category, company, and market narrative are evolving quickly.
*Nice to have:
- Existing relationships across investment banks, equity research analysts, institutional investors, or the broader capital markets community.
- Experience covering or working within AI, technology, internet, media, advertising, the creator economy, or high-growth private technology companies.
- Experience working with thematic or sector research and understanding how emerging technology categories become incorporated into broader investment theses.
- Experience helping position a private, high-growth company with sophisticated financial audiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- We offer a competitive and thoughtfully structured compensation package designed to align with impact, experience, and long-term growth.
- Base Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $175,000 - $240,000, depending on experience, skills, scope, and location.
- Bonus: This role is Bonus eligible and may participate in the Company's discretionary annual bonus program.
- Equity: In addition to cash compensation, employees are eligible to participate in the company’s stock option program and share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees professionally and personally, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a competitive 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, and additional benefits and perks.
- The opportunity to work on ambitious AI products alongside a highly experienced, fast-moving, and international team.
- Significant ownership, direct impact, and opportunities for professional growth as the company scales.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building institutional partnerships with top global strategy consulting firms that shape finance transformation and technology decisions for the CFOs and CEOs we serve. These firms influence clients before a buying process begins, advise on the operating and technology decisions that define transformation programs, and can help clients move from strategy to live operational capability.
Ramp has an opportunity to build relationships that create value for the firm, its clients, and Ramp, across executive engagement, thought leadership, co-sell, and shared client work. This role will own those relationships and turn them into an institutional go-to-market motion: building credibility with firm leadership, identifying the right client and practice wedges, developing firm-specific plans, leveraging Ramp’s data to amplify firms’ thought leadership, and creating repeatable paths to joint client outcomes.
This is a build from the ground up. Ramp's relationships across this ecosystem are early and largely informal today, and this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time. It is a broader remit than a typical partnerships role.
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of top-tier strategy and advisory firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), serving as the primary relationship owner and building credibility with senior firm leadership
- Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, relationship map, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm
- Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms
- Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories
- Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support
- Proven ability to run many work streams and complicated stakeholder management
- A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% and to be based in a major metro. New York preferred
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health
UNITED KINGDOM
- Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite
- Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi
- Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building institutional partnerships with the GSI (Global System Integrators), Big-Four consulting firms, and global advisory firms that shape finance transformation, ERP modernization, and technology decisions for the CFOs and finance leaders we serve. These organizations are often in the room when enterprise clients are redesigning their finance stack, selecting technology, or moving from strategy into implementation.
This portfolio spans the largest global professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte) and GSIs (e.g., Infosys). They are complex organizations with distinct service lines (e.g., ERP, Tech Modernization, Finance Transformation) each with its own leadership, incentives, and economics, so earning credibility inside one is as much about navigating the firm as it is about the relationship.
This role will own Ramp's relationship with that network of firms, building firm-specific go-to-market motions that can include executive engagement, account mapping, co-sell, implementation alignment, thought leadership, and events. Ramp's relationships here are early and largely informal today, so this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time.
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of the largest global professional services, GSIs, and consulting firms, serving as the primary relationship owner
- Map each firm and build credibility with the partners, practice leaders, alliance teams and client-service teams who matter most
- Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships or an adjacent role. Time inside a top-tier professional services or global consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte) is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support
- Fluency in how large, matrixed professional services firms actually work, including how practices are incentivized and how a technology partner earns internal endorsement
- Proven ability to run many workstreams and complex stakeholder management
- A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session

Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
Why Join Us
Build core onchain data infrastructure for OKX Web3, directly supporting global users and multiple strategic businesses.
Work deeply with diverse blockchain technologies, onchain data systems, and real-world Web3 use cases.
Solve challenging engineering problems involving large-scale data, real-time computation, high availability, and global deployment.

Join us as a Head of Data Platform.
Requirements
:
Education & Experience:
— MSc in computer science, mathematics, statistics, physics or another quantitative field; PhD is a plus, not a requirement — research-grade methodology sits with the Quantitative Researcher
— 5+ years in data engineering / analytics, incl. lead / management experience; built a trading / financial data platform from zero at a crypto exchange, HFT / electronic-trading firm, market maker, or trading fintech. Bank / enterprise-DWH background alone does not qualify
— Personally carried production ownership of money data — trades, balances, positions, P&L — where a data error is a financial error
Core Technical Skills — data platform:
— Hands-on today: designs and ships pipelines personally — advanced SQL and Python; ClickHouse (or kdb+ / comparable columnar OLAP) in production
— Streaming and batch in one architecture: Kafka or equivalent, event feeds with second-grade freshness alongside hourly aggregates; trading-day logic — metrics counted within a trading day that starts and ends at a fixed morning hour, with an automatic daily reset
— Optimizes data footprint and computational overhead across every stage: selects the tech stack, partitioning logic, and execution flow based on cost-to-performance impact
— Data-correctness engineering: reconciliation, idempotent backfills, late / duplicate event handling, data-quality monitoring and lag alerting
— Vendor and API integration: institutional market-data providers (Kaiko / Amberdata class), exchange APIs, FX feeds; schema design and documentation others can build on
Core Technical Skills — analytics & applied math:
— Applied statistics at a working level: distributions, hypothesis tests and confidence intervals, correlation vs causation, time-series and aggregation pitfalls (session boundaries, survivorship, outliers) — enough to catch a methodological error in an analyst's query or notebook, and to have designed or reviewed metric / experiment methodology in past roles
— Metric and semantic design: one written definition per metric (P&L, uptime, spread, fill rate) enforced across every report; analytical data models (marts / star schemas) that make those definitions computable and cheap to query
— BI stack governance: Tableau / Grafana — performance, access control, versioned metric definitions; reviews dashboards for correctness rather than building them all himself
— ML literacy: understands when a model is — and is not — needed and can supervise applied work; research-grade modeling remains the Quantitative Researcher's mandate
Market & Domain Knowledge:
— Trading data from practice, not textbooks: maker/taker, fees and rebates, perpetual funding, realized / unrealized P&L, inventory and exposure, order-book depth and spread, slippage, quoting uptime
— Understands the consumers: how analysts, quants and desk heads use the data, and how market-quality / compliance metrics feed liquidity-provider terms
— Has built and run a mixed organisation of data engineers and analysts: separate hiring bars and growth tracks, peer review of queries and dashboards as a standard, methodology documented before a number ships
— Partners with quantitative research: turns the Researcher's methodology into production metrics and dashboards without distorting it; runs the sign-off process with quant and desk stakeholders
— Treats balances and client data as confidential by default: access control, least privilege, audit trail, no raw-data leaks
— Never ships silently wrong numbers: escalates early, cuts scope consciously, flags uncertainty in the data
Mindset & Soft Skills:
— Player-coach: the first months are personal hands-on delivery; scaling through the team runs in parallel, not instead
— Speaks business: reports status in money and deadlines; prioritizes by P&L impact — which dataset unblocks which decision; no jargon walls with management and stakeholders
— Owner of the direction's technical goals, not of a backlog: takes a business problem, decomposes it into tasks, executes and delegates
Responsibilities — Platform:
— Architect and ship the central data warehouse: every trade, position, balance and P&L across all trading services; an hourly contour for BI plus a real-time contour for monitoring; trading-day logic with automatic daily reset
— Build the data layers behind LP terms: market quality (spread, depth near mid price, fill rate, per-order slippage), quoting-uptime start/stop events per maker and pair, external tier-1 benchmarks and FX feeds for regional fiat pairs
— Close the data debt: gaps in realized-P&L coverage, history backfills, broken monitoring services — restore or replace
— Set and hold agreed data-freshness targets and pipeline-health alerting; own schemas and documentation
— Own analytics delivery end-to-end: the KPI rulebook published and signed, financial / attribution / historical-performance dashboards, compliance screens and provider scorecards
— Enforce a single semantic layer: one definition per metric across every report; methodology documented before a dashboard ships
— Quality gate: numbers are reviewed and challenged before they reach management; sign-offs from quant / desk collected per deliverable
Responsibilities
:
— Hire leaders-first and onboard the technical team (~10 people: data engineering, analytics & BI, technical PM) per the approved hiring plan; hand tasks down without losing velocity
— Single interface to exchange tech (requirements, acceptance, freshness targets) and to analytics / quant stakeholders; run delivery in Jira against the approved one-year roadmap
— After the build: run the platform as a service to the direction — researcher-generated tasks, new metrics and pair groups, regular recalibration.

About the Opportunity
The Trading Systems team builds the mission-critical order, execution, position, and risk infrastructure that powers OKX’s global trading platform. We operate at the intersection of high performance, correctness, resilience, and scale—where every design decision matters.
We are seeking a Senior C++ Software Engineer to lead the design and evolution of our trading counter and core trading systems. This role is for an engineer who combines deep systems expertise with strong ownership: someone who investigates root causes, raises the quality bar across the engineering lifecycle, and turns individual learning into reusable team capability.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex, high-performance C++ trading systems.
Design reliable distributed systems, including consistency, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, and resilience strategies across system boundaries.
Own work end to end—from technical proposals and design reviews through framework refactoring, implementation, deployment, production debugging, replay, and validation.
Solve low-level systems challenges involving networking, protocols, concurrency, memory management, performance, and operating-system-level behaviour.
Drive architectural improvements by identifying systemic issues and anti-patterns, such as overly coupled or “God Class” designs, and redesigning components with clear responsibilities.
Build proactive quality safeguards, including automated testing, failure-injection scenarios, stability validation, monitoring, and replay-based verification.
Design controlled experiments to validate architectural assumptions and diagnose complex production issues beyond surface-level symptoms.
Work effectively across heterogeneous technology stacks, making sound engineering decisions at language, service, and platform boundaries.
Independently explore and apply AI-assisted engineering practices across code understanding, solution design, cross-review, incident analysis, test validation, and knowledge capture.
Raise engineering standards through thoughtful code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements to development practices.
Mentor engineers and share practical knowledge through documentation, playbooks, technical sessions, and reusable frameworks.
What We Look For In You
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with substantial experience building production C++ systems.
Strong experience designing and evolving complex systems, with a clear understanding of architectural trade-offs.
Proven knowledge of concurrency, multithreading, network programming, and performance optimisation in Linux-based environments.
Hands-on experience with distributed consistency, high availability, fault tolerance, disaster recovery, or other system-level reliability designs.
Strong understanding of computer systems fundamentals, including networking protocols, operating systems, memory, storage, and runtime behaviour.
A track record of taking ownership proactively, from defining the problem to delivering and validating a robust solution.
Exceptional debugging and analytical ability, with a habit of investigating why issues occur—not simply applying short-term fixes.
Experience using automated tests, simulation, replay, or comparative experiments to validate system behaviour and reliability.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset; able to turn experience into documentation, standards, and practices that help the whole team.
Nice to Haves
Experience with exchange, brokerage, trading counter, order management, execution, market data, or other low-latency financial systems.
Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems, or high-throughput distributed platforms.
Familiarity with Rust, Java, Go, Python, or other languages used in multi-language production environments.
Practical experience applying AI tools to improve software engineering workflows and code quality.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional engineering teams.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
