The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 YOUR MAIN GOAL WILL BE TO BUILD AND OPERATE N8N’S SHARED CONTEXT INFRASTRUCTURE — OUR “COMPANY BRAIN” — SO BOTH PEOPLE AND AI AGENTS CAN RELIABLY ACCESS ACCURATE, WELL-STRUCTURED, AND APPROPRIATELY GOVERNED KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE COMPANY.
To make that happen, you’ll shape how our knowledge is structured, contributed, accessed, and maintained as we build the context layer powering n8n’s agentic future:
DESIGN OUR INFORMATION ARCHITECTURE
- Define the taxonomy, structure, contributor guidelines, and templates that turn fragmented company knowledge into reliable, reusable context.
- Establish standards that make knowledge easy to navigate, maintain, and use without creating duplication or another layer of content sprawl.
- Evolve these standards as our functions, knowledge sources, and agentic use cases grow.
ONBOARD & ENABLE TEAMS
- Onboard functions to the company brain and train designated champions to structure and maintain their own knowledge over time.
- Give non-technical contributors the guidance, templates, and support they need to contribute high-quality context independently.
- Partner with the Internal AI Enablement Lead to develop a shared network of champions who help scale strong knowledge practices across n8n.
OPERATE OUR CONTEXT PLATFORM
- Configure and operate ingestion from qualitative sources such as Slack, Gong, Drive, and Notion using our context platform’s tooling.
- Own day-to-day platform configuration and basic troubleshooting, escalating genuine engineering challenges to our Automation team or vendor when needed.
- Partner with IT, Security, and Legal to define requirements for how people and AI agents access sensitive company knowledge.
BUILD FOR LONG-TERM TRUST & REUSE
- Keep content structures, contributor guidelines, and knowledge freshness current as n8n and the platform evolve.
- Work with functions to ensure the company brain becomes a trusted source of context rather than another parallel knowledge repository.
- Provide product feedback to our context platform vendor and anticipate shared context patterns and capabilities that future agents will need.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🗂️ Information architecture: You have proven experience designing structured content or knowledge programs at scale, including taxonomies, style guides, contributor guidelines, templates, or information architecture.
- 🧠 Knowledge systems experience: You’ve worked hands-on with knowledge or context systems and understand what it takes to turn fragmented qualitative information into something others can reliably use.
- ⚙️ SaaS platform fluency: You’re comfortable configuring and operating SaaS knowledge or context platforms, working with APIs and integrations, and independently troubleshooting basic issues.
- 🎓 Stakeholder enablement: You have a track record of training non-technical stakeholders and enabling them to confidently maintain high-quality content themselves over the long term.
- 🔐 Governance collaboration: You’re comfortable partnering with IT, Security, and Legal on access requirements and compliance-sensitive data flows without needing to own the underlying technical architecture.
- ✍️ Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can set a clear quality bar for how company knowledge is structured, documented, and shared.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Context platforms: You’re familiar with Qontext.ai http://Qontext.ai or a comparable agent-context platform.
- 🔌 MCP: You have experience with or a strong understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- 🏷️ Knowledge governance: You have a background in knowledge management, metadata, or data governance.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how an entire company’s knowledge becomes usable — not only by people, but by the AI agents increasingly working alongside them. You’ll build a capability we don’t have today and help establish the context layer that future agentic initiatives across n8n will depend on.
You’ll have real ownership over how company knowledge is structured, governed, and maintained, while working closely with teams across IT, Security, Legal, Data, and AI & Automation. You’ll also have the support of a strong technical team and vendor partner, so your focus can stay on creating a trusted, scalable knowledge system rather than building every piece of infrastructure from scratch.
As n8n grows, you’ll help turn fragmented knowledge into a shared company brain that teams can contribute to confidently and agents can depend on reliably.
Sound like a challenge you’re excited to take on?
Apply now — and help us build the context layer for the future of automation.
n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific region, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote, and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires that you be based within UTC -1 to UTC +3
This is a one-year fixed-term contract that we anticipate ending in November 2027.
In this highly strategic and client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, team members, and internal teams, shaping and optimizing our global benefits provisions across a diverse portfolio of international markets.

- Internal Upskilling: Proactively train and upskill internal teams (Support, Sales, etc) to ensure they can confidently discuss multi-country benefits provisions with customers.
- Interactive Training: Lead high-impact webinars and host live AMA (Ask Me Anything) sessions focused on benefits education for both internal and external audiences worldwide.

- AI Implementation: Proven experience implementing AI tools or automated workflows specifically within a benefits, HR, or Ops function.
- Fast-Paced Environments: Background working in a fast-scaling startup or global tech environment.
- [BONUS] Additional Languages: Professional fluency in multiple languages is a strong plus.

Kit https://kit.com/ is the email marketing platform experts choose to grow their audience, deepen their relationships, and build a business around the work they love. For coaches, YouTubers, authors, podcasters, and other creatives, there isn't a better marketing hub to rely on to grow audiences, automate email marketing, and sell digital products — all within one platform.
More importantly, there isn't a team more committed to helping creators earn a living. We're on a mission to help creators earn $1 billion using our creator marketing platform. We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote.
We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully — both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next.
THE ROLE
Kit is growing, and so are the legal complexities of our business. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to help us navigate them with clarity, speed, and commercial savvy. You'll serve as in-house legal subject matter expert, partnering closely with the executive team to lead product legal strategy and execution—especially around privacy, data, AI and compliance, commercial contracts, customer security requirements, and scalable legal support for our teams. A key focus will be helping Kit respond to a growing volume of privacy questions—particularly as one of our newer products, Subscriber Signals https://kit.com/features/signals, evolves by building practical, repeatable systems that provide timely and consistent guidance at scale.
You'll help shape the legal backbone of a fast-moving tech company with multiple revenue streams—including SaaS, digital commerce, paid reccomendations, and advertising—and a rapidly growing platform for creators. To advise the business effectively, you'll develop a deep understanding of Kit, SparkLoop https://sparkloop.app/, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. You'll be at the center of complex, cross-functional problems where product, business, and legal strategy meet—all in service of helping creators build more valuable businesses.
YOUR SUPPORT SYSTEM
You'll report to our Chief Operating Officer, Brian Bevel https://www.linkedin.com/in/brian-bevel-92895ba/, and partner regularly with leaders across product, sales, finance, and people operations. You'll own our core legal work in-house, reduce the need for outside counsel, and know when specialized outside counsel is truly needed.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- First week: Get up to speed on our business model, current goals, and products. Learn about the product, SparkLoop, Subscriber Signals, and how creators get value from our connected ecosystem of apps and tools. Meet key internal stakeholders and our external counsel. Review our most common legal agreements, privacy questions, and customer security requests to assess where we have risk, opportunity, ambiguity, or recurring work that can be handled more efficiently.
- First month: Get your arms around active data processing, privacy, AI, and other legal initiatives, and build a "what's on deck" view of upcoming legal needs. Map the recurring privacy support questions arising across Kit—particularly around Subscriber Signals, and begin designing a scalable intake, guidance, and escalation system. Partner with Sales, Sponsorships, Security, Product, and Engineering to move faster without cutting corners. Take ownership of GDPR and data compliance vetting and establish a clear process for responding to customer security questionnaires.
- First six months: You’re the go-to partner for legal considerations across the business, particularly for our product, engineering, security, and GTM teams. Build scalable systems—such as playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance—for answering recurring privacy, data-use, and compliance questions. Partner throughout the product lifecycle on initiatives and feature releases, with particular attention to Subscriber Signals and our connected ecosystem of products. Prioritize our biggest legal risks, reduce unnecessary reliance on outside counsel, and streamline legal workflows to increase speed, confidence, and self-service.
- First year: Help Kit operate at a higher level of legal maturity across privacy, compliance, product counsel, commercial contracts, and security support. Establish durable systems that allow teams to answer common questions independently while escalating higher-risk matters appropriately. Help us treat privacy, data, and compliance as strategic enablers—not just boxes to check—and significantly reduce our reliance on outside counsel for work we can handle effectively in-house.
WHAT WILL S.E.T. YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
Skills
- Deep expertise in data, compliance, and product—this is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Strong ability to navigate U.S. and European data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), including familiarity with data controller vs. processor distinctions and how they shape vendor and product decisions.
- Ability to translate privacy and compliance requirements into scalable playbooks, templates, intake processes, and self-service guidance
- Experience supporting customer security questionnaires and partnering effectively with security, sales, product, and engineering teams
- Familiarity with SOC 2 Type II and the legal, privacy, and customer requirements associated with it, even if you haven't directly owned a certification process
- Understanding of intellectual property law, especially related to brand, content, and software
- Understanding of commercial contracts—you'll become the go-to person for these at Kit.
- Clear communicator and trusted advisor—able to simplify complexity and help others make informed decisions
Experiences
- Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or serving a tech portfolio at a top-tier firm that's well-known for their work with startups (e.g., Fenwick & West, Cooley)
- J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
- Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
Traits
- Strategic thinker who sees legal as a lever, not a blocker
- Deeply curious and business-oriented—you start by understanding the goals, then explore the smartest paths to get there.
- Collaborative partner who can navigate conflict productively
- Deep belief that creator success is our success—you consider both Kit and our customers in every recommendation
- A "how might we" problem-solver who finds creative, business-aligned paths through legal challenges
WHAT WON'T SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Needing a team of in-house peers or co-counsel to pressure-test every decision—you'll be our sole in-house legal expert, with outside counsel available as needed
- A strongly risk-averse or "no-before-yes" mindset—we need you to help us move, not just stop us from tripping
- Thinking in a legal vacuum—if you're not factoring in our goals, numbers, or creators, your advice won't land
- Struggling with speed or ownership—if you prefer long timelines or wait to be told what to do, this won't be the right environment. We move quickly and expect people to take initiative, spot problems, and drive solutions.

Research tells us that applicants who are female or non-binary, as well as applicants who are people of color, are less likely to apply for roles they do not feel 100% qualified for. If you think you meet more than 50% of our requirements but fewer than 100% of them, please apply.
We’re imperfect communicators, so think of our job postings as the starting point for discussion rather than proof that you shouldn’t apply.
Kit does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.

ABOUT US
Scorewarrior is a game developer and publisher based in Limassol, Cyprus.
We are working on Total Battle — a cross-platform MMO 4X strategy game with a deep social system and extensive player interaction. We have 2 million monthly active players and are continuing to grow, with the goal of becoming the #1 game in the genre.
Our team consists of 200+ passionate, talented, self-driven, and continually developing professionals who love making high-quality games.
ABOUT THE ROLE
At Scorewarrior, we're making a long-term investment in Building Blocks — a new generation of self-service internal products with clear interfaces, contracts, and documentation that game teams can adopt independently.
Localization Hub is the first Building Block.
Today, Localization Hub, together with Crowdin, powers localization workflows across Scorewarrior — from translation tracking, analytics, and reporting to automated translation quality checks and an AI-powered localization assistant.
Our next goal is to transform Localization Hub into the first fully self-service Building Block, enabling content teams to localize standard features independently while the lead focuses on high-level decisions.
The engineering team behind Localization Hub will establish the architecture, engineering standards, and practices that future Building Blocks will build upon.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for a Staff Frontend Engineer to design and build the portal's micro-frontend platform and a shared component library. Localization Hub will be the first module.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design the micro-frontend platform architecture and defend the solution
- Develop the portal Core and the module contract
- Set up module delivery: template, CI/CD, documentation
- Migrate the current Localization Hub as the first module of the portal
- Build a shared component library based on Atomic Design and Storybook, contributing to its visual design as well
- Set standards for module teams and help them onboard to the portal
- Maintain high code quality through testing, code reviews and documentation
- Own portal performance: loading time, bundle size budgets and rendering speed across modules
- Investigate and resolve frontend production issues, including layout bugs, interaction quirks and degraded performance
- Collaborate with backend engineers, module teams and product to align on APIs, requirements and platform priorities
- Take part in planning and scoping the platform roadmap, and drive upgrades of shared dependencies across modules
- Mentor engineers and help improve team practices in frontend architecture, testing and performance tuning
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 5+ years of commercial frontend development experience
- Deep knowledge of React and TypeScript
- Strong HTML and modern CSS skills, and the ability to build well-structured, reusable and responsive components
- Experience building a micro-frontend platform in production with React, TypeScript, Vite and React Router: Module Federation, Next.js Multi-Zones, import maps or similar, and independently versioned npm modules
- Frontend CI/CD experience: environment-based rollouts, CDN, versioned releases and rollbacks
- Experience creating or evolving a design system and Storybook
- Experience writing unit, integration and end-to-end tests (Vitest or Jest, Playwright)
- Understanding of performance, accessibility and web security
- Ability to justify decisions in writing (design documents, ADRs)
NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in design and basic Figma skills
- Experience migrating an existing application to micro-frontends without disrupting users
- Experience with Next.js
- Experience with state and data management in React: Zustand, Redux Toolkit, TanStack Query
- Frontend observability: Sentry, per-module metrics
- GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes
WHAT WE OFFER
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary
- Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol)
- A modern, sunny office close to the sea
- Private health insurance for you and your family members
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children
- Lunch compensation
- A sports and fitness allowance
- Company-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.)
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth
- Friendly monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas celebrations
