Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re scaling from prototypes to manufacturing, and the process maturity needs to match. This role owns the secure manufacturing pipeline — the procedures, tooling, and controls that take a bare board in an untrusted CM facility and turn it into a cryptographically enrolled, OTA-ready device that our cloud fleet trusts. You’ll be the bridge between our secure boot/firmware teams and the cloud control plane, connecting them at the point of manufacture.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design the secure manufacturing station — Architect the hardware, software, and network stack (HSM, key injection, AWS Private CA) for factory floor provisioning stations. Integrate the secure boot fuse/flashing flow from our secure boot/firmware team.
- Build the provisioning toolchain — Own the automation pipeline that takes a bare device through identity provisioning, enrollment, firmware flashing, calibration, and functional test.
- Bridge device and cloud identity Enroll every device into a registry with correct credentials for OTA, session heartbeating, and deployment tracking.
- Own the End-Of-Line (EOL) test framework — Work with globally distributed teams to define pass/fail criteria for devices leaving the line: sensor calibration, actuator checks, and initial OTA health check.
- Work with contract manufacturers —Translate security requirements into CM-executable procedures; threat-model the factory for key leakage, firmware tampering, and supply chain substitution.
- Maintain chain of custody — Link each physical serial number to its provisioned identity, calibration records, test results, and firmware version at manufacture.
- Collaborate across teams — Work daily with a globally distributed team of firmware, cloud, manufacturing, systems and operational team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 10+ years of experience which includes manufacturing engineering, with a comparable depth of experience developing test tools and frameworks. Plus experience working with networking in a manufacturing environment, and time focused on secure device provisioning and/or secure manufacturing processes. Ideally 3 years at a Staff level or equivalent.
- PKI and device identity — Experience with X.509 certificate lifecycles, mTLS, device authentication and attestation, and managed CA services like AWS Private CA.
- AWS infrastructure — S3, IAM, ECS, KMS, CloudHSM and Secrets Manager for secure provisioning workflows.
- EOL test and calibration — Hands-on experience defining manufacturing test frameworks, experience with hardware test fixtures.
- Scripting and automation — Advanced skills in Python or Bash for developing production-grade provisioning toolchains.
- Advanced skills and understanding of Rust, Bazel, Systemd
- Embedded Linux systems — Experience with NVIDIA Jetson Orin/Thor platforms.
- Secure manufacturing design — Ability to design secure processes for untrusted or semi-trusted offshore CMs and air-gapped station design.
- Experience managing quality gates with contract manufacturers
- Hardware root of trust understanding — General understanding of secure boot chains, TPM/TrustZone, cryptographic key injection, certificate provisioning, and eFuse programming.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Comprehensive health coverage for US‑based employees, including fully paid medical, dental, and vision insurance, with virtual care and employee assistance resources.
- Meaningful time off to rest and recharge: 23 days of PTO (accrued), separate sick leave, and paid company holidays.
- 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
- Equity included–we believe builders should share in what they build.
- Free daily catered lunch, snacks, and drinks in‑office.
- Collaboration with top‑tier engineers, researchers, and product experts in AI and robotics.
- Freedom to influence the product and own key initiatives.
For this role in California, the expected base salary range is $260,000–$320,000 USD per year; your placement in that range depends on how your experience maps to our internal leveling.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
As a Site Reliability Engineer at Baseten, you'll define and codify the gold standards of day 2 operations for our ML infrastructure platform. You'll envision and build robust systems, processes, automations, and observability tooling that keep our platform reliable at scale — and that empower the broader organization to operate confidently.
You'll work closely with engineering, forward-deployed and product teams: learning from recurring failure patterns, turning tribal knowledge into automated mitigations, and raising the operational floor for the entire company.
EXAMPLE INITIATIVES
You'll work on projects like these as part of the SRE team:
- Improve Baseten SRE Practices, by instrumenting SLOs and SLIs, improving alerting and observability for all services.
- Building AI-assisted tooling for incident triage and response.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the reliability of Baseten's multi-cloud Kubernetes infrastructure, including incident response, post-mortems, and remediation tracking.
- Build and maintain observability infrastructure — metrics, logging, dashboards, and alerting — as code.
- Author, validate, and improve runbooks for recurring failure patterns, ensuring they're structured for low-context, safe execution.
- Identify high-frequency failure patterns and convert them into automated mitigations or self-healing automations.
- Diagnose and resolve runtime issues related to latency, memory behavior, GPU utilization, concurrency, and model lifecycle management.
- Define and instrument SLOs and SLIs across customer workloads and internal services.
- Navigate ambiguity, make principled tradeoffs, and avoid unnecessary complexity in the systems you build and the processes you define.
REQUIREMENTS
- Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes (multi-cloud experience across EKS, GKE, or similar is a strong plus).
- Experience in building and maintaining scalable infrastructure.
- Strong foundation in observability tooling: metrics (VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus), logging (Loki, ELK), dashboards (Grafana), and alerting pipelines. Observability-as-code experience is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm) and GitOps workflows (Flux CD, ArgoCD).
- Experience writing and improving runbooks, leading incident response, and doing post-mortem analysis.
- Comfort working at the intersection of engineering and operations — you write code, but you also think deeply about process, escalation paths, and operational leverage.
- Familiarity with incident management platforms (incident.io http://incident.io or similar) is a plus.
- No prior ML experience required, but curiosity about how ML models are deployed and served at scale will serve you well.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

At ClickUp, we're building the future of work: the first truly converged AI workspace unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI. We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring the next generation of product managers. AI has collapsed the work that used to sit between an idea and a working version of it, and for the first time, PMs can be true builders. The PMs who win in this era do not manage the work. They build the product, every day, with their own hands.
A Staff Product Manager operates and drives vision across product areas. You own a problem space that spans multiple surfaces, or one so foundational that getting it right shapes how everything else at ClickUp works. You still build. The strategy is sharper because you are prototyping the cross-cutting workflow yourself, reading data wherever it shows up, and sitting on customer calls that span the whole problem. You scale impact by inventing leverage that other PMs adopt, wiring up AI workflows that keep you current on more signals than any one person could manually track. The scope is wide on purpose, and you find new ways to cover it.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and own a cross-functional problem space or a foundational platform area whose quality shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces.
- Drive strategic alignment across product areas. Identify the decisions that unblock the most work and make them.
- Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface.
- Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it.
- Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt.
- Mentor and stretch Senior PMs. Raise the floor of the function, not just your own output.
- Represent the product voice in senior leadership conversations and contribute to decisions that span multiple teams.
- Contribute to how the PM function operates, including how we run discovery, define quality, and measure success.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6-8+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment without authority, across engineering, design, data, and GTM.
- Systems thinker. You see second-order effects and account for them before they become problems.
- Able to hold strategy and execution at the same time. You do not hand off the detail when the scope gets bigger.
- Track record of mentoring and elevating other PMs, not just shipping your own work.
- Strong data instincts. You can pull your own analysis, define the right metrics, and spot when a number is telling the wrong story.
- Experienced with AI tooling and actively finding new ways to scale your own coverage through it.
- Proven communicator at the executive level. You can frame a complex problem crisply and land a recommendation with senior stakeholders.
AI PROFICIENCY
- Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes.
- Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
- QA your own work. Use browser automation tools to test flows, verify edge cases, and confirm what shipped matches what was specced.
- Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The team
The Hardware Automation team builds the internal platforms and tooling that power how Nebius operates its data center infrastructure at scale. Our mission is to eliminate manual effort, reduce human error, and give every team in the Hardware Infrastructure department real-time visibility and control over the systems they own.
We operate as a product engineering team embedded within hardware infrastructure — meaning we don't just write requirements and hand them off. We own the full stack: from requirements gathering with data center operations and hardware engineering, through design and build, all the way to rollout and ongoing reliability.
The role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the programs that turn manual hardware operations into automated, scalable workflows. You will own the delivery of automation initiatives across the full hardware lifecycle — from automated server provisioning and firmware update orchestration through intelligent fault detection, self-healing remediation, and data-centre-scale operational tooling — coordinating engineers, operations teams, and infrastructure stakeholders to ship systems that meaningfully reduce human toil at fleet scale.
The responsibilities
Initiating and driving cross-team projects with clear goals and timelines
Aligning conflicting priorities and stakeholder needs, including C-level
Facilitating technical and procedural decision-making
Establishing and scaling repeatable processes
Collaborating closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business teams
The profile :
Engineering Manager
wanting to move from vertical to horizontal impact, from team to org level, designing and carrying a unified roadmap and strategy across multiple engineering teams. In this case, we are talking about 6 teams for more than 30 engineers.
Technical Project/Program Manager
with an Engineering Management background.
Strong operational risk awareness: track record of structuring staged rollouts, defining rollback criteria, and insisting on safety gates before automation runs unsupervised on production infrastructure.
Experience coordinating across engineering and operations stakeholders with different risk tolerances — bridging teams that move fast and teams that prioritise stability without letting that tension stall delivery.
Preferred / Nice to Have
Experience with specific hardware automation domains: zero-touch provisioning, firmware orchestration, automated hardware testing frameworks, or self-healing remediation systems.
Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes) from a delivery and rollout management perspective.
Exposure to data centre operations — rack and stack, cabling, power and cooling management — sufficient to understand what automation means to a technician on the floor.
Experience with site reliability engineering (SRE) practices: toil measurement, error budgets, and the discipline of treating operational automation as a first-class engineering investment.
Knowledge of observability platforms (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or equivalent) used to monitor automation system health and measure operational outcomes.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
If you need accommodations during the application process, please let us know.

Millwork Shop Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a high-end custom millwork operation based in Long Island City, producing luxury grade millwork for prestigious residential projects. Their 12,000 sq ft shop is a full-service fabrication environment — design review, production, finishing, delivery, and installation — and they hold every project to an uncompromising standard of craftsmanship.
They are seeking an experienced Millwork Shop Manager to take full ownership of shop operations: workflow, production scheduling, quality control, estimating, procurement, and site coordination. This is a leadership role for someone who knows the millwork trade from the inside out and can run a shop with the discipline and attention to detail that luxury residential work demands.
What We’re Looking For
The right candidate has managed a millwork shop before — not just supervised on the floor, but owned the full operational picture. They know wood, they know hardware, they know how to read a shop drawing and spot a problem before it becomes a field issue.
A proven shop manager with luxury residential or high-end interior millwork experience
Technically strong in shop drawing review, site measurement, and estimating
Operationally sharp — able to manage schedules, procurement, and multiple concurrent projects without losing control of quality
A clear communicator with clients, architects, site supers, and vendors
A leader who holds the team to the standard the product requires
Core Responsibilities
Shop Operations & Production
Manage all daily operations of the millwork shop including workflow sequencing, production scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
Oversee fabrication processes end to end, ensuring all finished products meet luxury grade standards of craftsmanship, detail, and customization
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized shop environment
Stay current on industry trends, materials, hardware, and fabrication techniques relevant to high-end millwork
Drawing Review & Field Coordination
Review and approve all shop drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and adherence to project specifications prior to release for production
Conduct site measurements and coordinate with project teams to verify field conditions and resolve discrepancies before they impact fabrication
Estimating & Procurement
Prepare detailed estimates and material take-offs for all millwork components, accurately assessing costs and resource requirements
Procure all materials required for production — wood species, hardware, finishes, and accessories — within established budget parameters
Delivery, Installation & Project Coordination
Schedule, coordinate, and monitor the delivery and on-site installation of millwork components, maintaining project timelines throughout
Communicate proactively with site superintendents, architects, clients, and vendors to clarify requirements and manage expectations
Qualifications
Proven experience managing or supervising a residential or commercial millwork shop, preferably in the luxury or high-end interior market — required
Strong working knowledge of wood species, hardware, finishes, and fabrication techniques
Expertise in shop drawing review, site measurements, and project estimating
Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple concurrent projects
Effective communicator — able to liaise professionally with clients, architects, vendors, and project teams
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability when project conditions change
Proficiency in AutoCAD 2023 (drafting and drawing review) is a plus
Experience with Procore or comparable project management platforms is advantageous
The Opportunity
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced millwork professional to step into a shop leadership role at a company that takes genuine pride in what it produces. Our client offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a well-equipped 12,000 sq ft facility, and a team culture defined by craft and quality. If you are an operationally sharp shop manager who thrives in a high-standard environment and wants to own the operation — not just supervise it — we want to hear from you.
Our client is an equal opportunity employer.

Millwork Design & Production Manager
Location: Long Island City, NY
Compensation: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
About the Role
Our client is a distinguished luxury residential millwork division with a reputation built on unparalleled craftsmanship, advanced fabrication capabilities, and the delivery of truly custom solutions for high-end homes. Operating out of Long Island City, they combine sophisticated design with hands-on production — CNC fabrication, fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete — all under one roof.
They are seeking a Millwork Design & Production Manager: a versatile, technically deep professional who can bridge the gap between design intent and shop floor execution. This is a role for someone who is equally at home generating precise shop drawings and standing next to a CNC machine, and who has the leadership presence to develop a skilled fabrication team. It comes with a genuine growth path for the right person — this division is building toward expanded operations and wants someone who can grow into a senior leadership role as the business scales.
What
We’re Looking For
This role demands a rare combination: design sophistication, fabrication fluency, and operational leadership. The ideal candidate has done all three — not just one.
Technically expert in digital modeling and shop drawing production for complex luxury millwork
Hands-on CNC experience — knows how to run the machine, not just spec it
Comfortable managing a fabrication team and holding them to luxury-grade standards
A design thinker who understands material science and pushes what’s possible
Client-facing capable — able to communicate professionally about project details, specs, and logistics
Core Responsibilities
Design & Drafting
Lead the drafting process for custom luxury residential millwork projects, from concept through construction-ready shop drawings
Develop and refine digital models for structural details in coordination with architectural and engineering specifications
Generate precise shop drawings for the fabrication team, maintaining exacting standards of accuracy and detail
Contribute to project narrative and concept development, translating client vision into buildable design
Fabrication & Production
Operate and manage advanced CNC machinery including 3-axis CNC milling and laser cutting for custom component production
Coordinate fabrication workflows across design, engineering, and production to meet luxury quality and schedule standards
Provide hands-on expertise in fine woodworking, metalwork, and specialty concrete fabrication techniques
Supervise and support the fabrication team through assembly, ensuring meticulous attention to detail at every stage
Operations & Project Coordination
Manage project schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation within the millwork shop
Maintain client communication on project details, specifications, and logistics with professional, high-touch service
Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all production activities
Drive continuous improvement in fabrication methods, material applications, and shop processes
Leadership & Team Development
Mentor and develop fabrication team members, elevating their skills in high-end craftsmanship
Model the standards of quality, precision, and professionalism the brand is built on
Actively contribute to the growth and operational development of the division over time
Qualifications
Proven experience in a professional design and fabrication environment, specifically within luxury residential millwork or high-end custom fabrication — required
Demonstrated expertise in digital modeling for structural details and generating comprehensive shop drawings for complex projects
Hands-on CNC machinery experience, including operation and working knowledge of maintenance
Multi-material fabrication experience: fine woods, metals, and specialty concrete applications
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to manage demanding timelines and client expectations
A genuine passion for material science, fabrication innovation, and the application of advanced techniques to luxury environments
Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Construction Management, Engineering, Fine Arts (3D/fabrication focus), or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated expertise
Technical Proficiencies
CAD/CAM: Rhino + Grasshopper, RhinoCam, Revit, Polycam
Design/Graphics: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Office: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
The Opportunity
This is an exceptional opportunity for a design-fabrication hybrid professional to take ownership of a high-performing luxury millwork operation and build something meaningful within it. Our client offers competitive compensation commensurate with experience, a hands-on and craft focused environment, and real long-term growth potential for the right person. If you are technically exceptional, leadership-capable, and driven by the pursuit of quality without compromise, we want to hear from you.
