Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise readiness and platform modernization strategy for SaaS Manager, 1Password’s product for helping organizations discover, understand, and govern the applications their employees use. You’ll shape a multi-quarter roadmap across data ingestion, integrations, reliability, admin experiences, and responsible Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities, connecting deep technical decisions to customer and business outcomes. Reporting to the Director of Product, SaaS Manager, this remote role is open to candidates based in the United States or Canada.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 8+ years of product management experience, including end-to-end strategy and roadmap ownership for Business-to-Business (B2B) Software as a Service (SaaS) products.
• Technical fluency with integrations, application programming interfaces (APIs), data pipelines, platform architecture, and the trade-offs involved in building for enterprise scale.
• Experience leading complex, multi-quarter initiatives across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Privacy, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong product discovery, problem framing, iterative validation, prioritization, and success measurement skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to explain recommendations, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with SaaS management, license management, IT asset management, identity and access management, cybersecurity, or other technically complex enterprise products.
• Experience with third-party SaaS ecosystems, including single sign-on (SSO), System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM), OAuth, audit logs, or similar integration patterns, as well as responsible AI-assisted product development.
What you can expect:
• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for SaaS Manager’s platform modernization and enterprise readiness initiatives.
• Lead discovery with customers, internal partners, and data to identify the highest-impact enterprise problems and workflows.
• Determine how capabilities such as data ingestion, near-real-time processing, integrations, observability, and admin experiences should be sequenced to deliver customer value.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to evaluate architecture options, clarify requirements, and translate complex problems into shippable milestones.
• Define success metrics and work with Product Analytics and Data partners to measure reliability, adoption, customer impact, and business outcomes.
• Align multiple Product and Engineering teams around priorities, decisions, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Coordinate launches, go-to-market readiness, customer feedback, and ongoing iteration as the product evolves.

As part of the SaaS Manager https://1password.com/product/saas-manager team, you'll be building the platform that IT and Security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems (work that just earned 1Password recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms). You'll work on real problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and the complex access lifecycles that come with it. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025 https://blog.1password.com/1password-acquires-trelica/, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources and mission of one of the most trusted names in security. As we scale the platform to meet our enterprise-scale ambitions, you'll help shape not just what we build, but how we build it.
We are looking for a Senior Developer who can go deep on complex problems and come up for air to bring their team with them; someone who ships high-quality work with a high degree of independence, champions technical excellence within their team, and makes the engineers around them better in the process.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US, ideally with the ability to work within Eastern Time hours.
What we’re looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience in software development, with strong working knowledge of .NET/C#/MongoDB or similar.
- You can tackle large, complex engineering problems with a high degree of independence.
- You're a subject matter expert in the features and systems your team owns; you identify gaps, propose improvements, and leave code meaningfully better than you found it.
- You champion technical innovation within your team: you evaluate new tools and approaches critically, advocate for the ones worth adopting, and help your teammates understand why.
- You set a high bar for code quality through thorough code reviews, strong test coverage, and clear documentation. You share your reasoning in a way that helps others grow.
- You communicate well across technical and non-technical contexts: you can write a clear design doc, facilitate a productive engineering discussion, and explain a hard problem to a partner without losing the plot.
- You have a practical, curious approach to agentic AI in the software development lifecycle: you use it where it creates real leverage in your own work, form opinions about what's actually useful, and share what you learn with your team without needing to be prompted
- You're a strong mentor: you guide less experienced developers through pair programming, code review feedback, and technical conversations, and you do it in a way that builds their confidence and independence over time
What you can expect:
- Own the design and delivery of complex features end-to-end, from initial scoping through production, with minimal guidance and a high standard for what "done" means
- Contribute to and lead technical design discussions within your team: write clear design documents, surface risks early, propose solutions, and build consensus around the right approach
- Set and uphold best practices within the team (e.g. testing strategies, code quality norms, observability standards, etc.) and make sure they stick through code reviews and hands-on involvement.
- Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand the customer problems behind the work, advocate for sound engineering, and help the team make good tradeoffs
- Bring a practical, hands-on perspective on where agentic AI tools create genuine leverage in your own workflow and share what works with your teammates
Bonus points for:
- Experience evolving a legacy or growth-stage application into an enterprise-scale platform
- Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others); you evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand, not personal preference, and you pick up new languages quickly

Canada-based roles only: The Annual salary for this role is between $144,000 CAD and $202,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

.
Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.

About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience.
1Password's Solutions Marketing team is responsible for the stories, use cases, competitive narratives, and go-to-market (GTM) assets that sellers rely on every day. Solutions Marketing is building an AI-native service for Sales. Instead of asking sellers to search static playbooks and personalize assets for each of their accounts themselves, the AI service will create signal-driven guidance, personalized messaging, and always-current content for each selling situation.
You’ll build and operate the internal AI services that help sellers find current market intelligence, create tailored sales assets, and respond to deal signals without relying on static playbooks. This role is responsible for designing, building, and running the agent systems that support sellers across account planning, active deals, campaigns, competitive positioning, and sales enablement. You’ll work with large language model providers, coding agents, retrieval systems, and modern agent frameworks. Current examples include Claude, Codex, and other tools selected for reliability, security, and fit.
This is an internal product engineering role. You’ll treat Sales and Marketing teams as users, build against their real workflows, and turn successful solutions into maintained capabilities that can serve the broader organization.
You’ll sit within Solutions Marketing and work closely with Sales leadership, Marketing Operations, Data, Security, and central IT. You’ll own product and workflow decisions for Solutions Marketing systems while partnering with central IT and Engineering on shared infrastructure, access controls, security reviews, and production operations.
If you've been building with agents, workflows, and production AI systems and want to do it inside a company that ships AI to production, this is that role.
How we’re using AI today
On the Marketing team, we’re growing our AI capability together and redesigning how work gets done. We’ve built agents to improve workflows focused on competitive intelligence, content creation, and campaign planning, helping us stay sharp, reduce context-switching, and surface the right information at the right time. AI helps us coordinate, execute, and uncover insights faster so we can spend more time on what’s most important: performance, judgement, and driving the future of 1Password.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What you will build:
- Discover and define workflows: Work directly with sellers, product marketing managers (PMMs), and campaign managers to map how they work today, where time is wasted, and what good output looks like. Begin with direct observation and conversations with the people doing the work, then turn those insights into clear technical requirements.
- Define the agent runtime and application architecture: Design how the system manages context, state, tools, permissions, retrieval, evaluation, and human review. Define how it ingests account signals and playbook intelligence, routes requests to specialist agents, and surfaces outputs in the tools teams already use.
- Design trusted knowledge flows: Define how the system finds, evaluates, and uses account, persona, product, competitive, and campaign information. Make thoughtful decisions about source-of-truth systems, information freshness, conflicting sources, structured and unstructured data, and provenance.
- Build routing and specialist agents: Build the routing and execution system that selects the right tools, data sources, and specialist agents for each request. Cover sales asset generation, campaign briefs, competitive responses, copy production, and field support for active deals.
- Integrate with Sales AI and go-to-market platforms: Connect the AI layer to the platforms 1Password runs on, including Salesforce, Seismic, Gong, Notion, Snowflake, and Slack. Ensure it works alongside existing Sales AI tools and workflows, with permission-aware tool use and clear boundaries for what each agent can access and change.
- Design for trusted access and safe autonomy: Design and test permission-aware retrieval, source-level authorization, audit trails, provenance capture, prompt injection defenses, retention and deletion controls, and safe handling of customer and account information. Define where agents can act independently, where human approval is required, and how the system records those decisions.
- Evaluate and improve agent behavior: Tune agent behavior using representative evaluation sets, seller feedback, usage data, and output quality signals. Measure accuracy, relevance, consistency, editing effort, adoption, and other workflow-specific outcomes. Improve prompts, tools, retrieval, models, and agent behavior as the go-to-market motion and product landscape evolves.
- Build quality and reliability guardrails: Build evaluation frameworks, regression pipelines, release checks, and escalation paths that keep outputs accurate, useful, on-brand, and consistent. Define how workflows handle uncertainty, failure, and human review. Production output is valuable only when it is trustworthy and useful to the teams receiving it.
- Operate and evolve the system: Own the roadmap and the full lifecycle of the systems you build, from prototype through reliable production use and eventual retirement. Monitor system performance, usage, quality, latency, and cost. Identify what to build next, deprecate what is not working, and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve failures and improve reliability.
How success will be measured:
- Measure time to find relevant account and persona intelligence across defined seller workflows.
- Generated assets take less time to produce and require less manual editing.
- Agent outputs include current sources and clear provenance.
- Track unsupported claims, stale-source usage, citation coverage, and manual editing effort over time.
- Track adoption and repeat usage among defined seller and product marketing manager cohorts.
- Time-to-response, cost-per-request, and output accuracy tracked against defined thresholds for each workflow in production.
What we are looking for:
You have shipped AI-enabled software that real users rely on.
- You have 6+ years of experience in Marketing, GTM, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, Software Engineering, or related systems roles.
- You also have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and operating workflows that use large language model APIs, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent patterns. Two or more years of direct experience is preferred.
- Agent-system architecture: Experience designing workflows with clear agent boundaries, context and state management, permission-aware tool use, evaluation, observability, failure handling, and human escalation. Familiarity with tools such as Claude, Codex, Cursor, Dust, LangChain, or LangGraph is useful but not required.
- Technical judgment: Choose the simplest reliable approach for the problem. Know when to use deterministic code, a workflow, retrieval, a single agent, multiple agents, or human review. Avoid adding agentic complexity where it does not create meaningful value.
- Builder's instinct: you'd rather put a working prototype in front of a seller today than write a spec about what's theoretically possible next quarter.
- Evaluation: Experience building evaluation frameworks to measure agent output quality through prompt evaluations, output scoring, and regression testing against verified examples.
- User-centered delivery: Prototype quickly with users, learn from real feedback, and turn what works into documented, reliable production systems.

We recognize that certain roles benefit from regular, in-person connection to support collaboration, team cohesion, and customer engagement.
For all roles, occasional travel may be required. This includes things like: department-wide offsites, quarterly department meetings and periodic customer events. These events are typically held in varying locations across Canada, USA and/or EMEA. In leadership roles, you can expect to travel once per month on average.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.

Role overview:
North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform for enterprises: a secure, customizable environment where companies can use AI across their real workflows while maintaining control over sensitive data. North connects AI agents with workplace tools, applications, and business context, helping users delegate complex work, build automations, inspect outputs, and collaborate with AI in production environments.
As North becomes more capable, one of the most important questions is also one of the hardest: how do we know whether the model is actually getting better for the workflows customers care about?
This role is about being the voice of North inside modelling. You will build the evaluation systems, feedback loops, and applied modelling workflows that make sure model progress translates into better product outcomes for North users. You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing teams, and modelling teams to define what “good” means across the product surface, turn real usage and product direction into high-quality evals, and use those evals to guide model selection, patches, and regular model updates.
This is neither a pure research role nor a conventional product engineering role. It is a rigorous applied MLE role for someone who cares deeply about measurement, model behavior, and real-world product quality. You should be excited by the craft of building careful evals: evals that capture messy agentic workflows, reflect actual customer needs, resist superficial benchmark hacking, and provide useful signal for where the product and models need to go next.
Please note: this team works closely across Europe and East Coast North America time zones. We are open to candidates who can collaborate effectively within those hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the eval strategy for North: define what we need to measure across agent workflows, tool use, enterprise knowledge work such as deep research, document creation or editing, and other human-AI interactions.
- Build high-quality evals from the realities of the product: user feedback, production failures, privacy-preserving usage logs, internal dogfooding, customer needs, and forward-looking product goals.
- Create systems that continuously turn what North is learning from users, customers, and feature teams into evals, so measurement keeps pace with the product rather than becoming a static benchmark.
- Be the voice of North inside modelling: extract clear insight from eval results, customer-derived data and product context, then turn model failures, capability gaps, and North-specific needs into actionable recommendations for the central modelling teams.
Qualifications:
- You have improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, prompting, model adaptation, or model selection.
- You care deeply about evaluation as a craft: representative tasks, precise rubrics, clean data, failure analysis, regression tracking, and knowing when a metric is giving false confidence.
- You have strong applied MLE judgment and can reason clearly about model behavior, eval validity, product outcomes, and production tradeoffs.
- You are comfortable working close to users and product teams, while translating messy qualitative signals into measurement that other modelling teams can act on.
- You are self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems where the right answer requires both technical depth and product understanding.
- You care about making AI systems genuinely useful in real enterprise settings, not just better on abstract benchmarks.
If some of the above does not line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.

As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
As the Senior Director of Solutions Architecture for Asia Pacific at Cohere, you will own Solutions Architecture across the region. Our customers here are banks, telcos, industrials and governments who cannot send their data to someone else’s cloud, and who are past experimenting and into production. You will lead the team that makes those deployments real, and you will be accountable for the technical win across the region.
This is a build. Today a Solutions Architecture team covers Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia. You will own that team, grow it, and build the in-region depth this market needs. You will be expected to open doors on your own credibility and network from your first weeks, set direction for the function, sit on the Solution Architecture leadership team alongside the regional leaders for the Americas and EMEA, and contribute to company-wide decisions with your peers across Sales, Product and Engineering.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Build and Lead the Team: Hire, coach and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture organization, and establish in-region depth rather than relying on support flown in from other regions.
- Open Doors Across the Region: Bring industry knowledge, technical credibility and an existing network to get Cohere into strategic accounts quickly. This is the central expectation of the role and you should expect to be measured on it.
- Own the Technical Win: Be personally accountable for the technical outcome of the region’s most strategic pursuits, and be in the room for the ones that decide the year.
- Set Direction for the Function: Define the vision, strategy, coverage model and operating rhythm for Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture across three markets that buy differently and regulate differently.
- Architect Sovereign and Regulated Deployments: Lead customers into secure, scalable, production-ready agentic AI deployments across cloud, hybrid, VPC, on-premises and air-gapped environments, which is where much of this region’s demand sits.
- Build Repeatable Solution Practices: Establish scalable solution-selling methodologies, industry playbooks, executive narratives, business cases and technical delivery frameworks that improve consistency and win rates.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leadership: Own territory, coverage and pipeline jointly with the Asia Pacific sales leader, and be accountable for the number together.
- Shape Product Direction: Partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate Asia Pacific customer needs into platform improvements and roadmap priorities. You will be one of a handful of people who can tell our product organization what this region actually requires.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and develop the Asia Pacific Solutions Architecture team through hiring, coaching, performance management and career development.
- Partner with regional Sales leadership to pursue and close strategic enterprise opportunities across financial services, telecommunications, industrials, technology and the public sector.
- Establish and own the regional coverage model across Korea, Japan and Southeast Asia, and make the case for where the team grows next.
- Lead executive workshops, discovery sessions, solution presentations and technical deep dives with C-suite and senior customer stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, solution architectures, implementation roadmaps and technical proposals that align customer objectives with Cohere’s platform.
- Guide customers through the deployment of enterprise AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security, governance, data residency and operational readiness.
- Create repeatable solution assets, industry playbooks and best practices that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality customer engagements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success to ensure alignment between customer needs and platform evolution, and contribute to decisions that reach beyond your own function.
- Serve as the voice of the region by capturing customer feedback and competitive insights that influence product strategy.
- Own and report on the region’s operational and commercial metrics, including technical win rates, pipeline health, coverage and team performance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Leadership Experience: 15+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting or Enterprise Architecture, including 7+ years leading customer-facing technical teams, and a record of developing people into senior and leadership roles.
- Regional Depth and Network: You have built or run a technical organization across more than one Asia Pacific market, you understand how enterprise technology is actually bought in each of them, and you have a network of senior technical and executive relationships you are willing to be measured on.
- People Leadership: A proven record of hiring, coaching and developing high-performing Solutions Architecture or Solutions Engineering teams, including building a team in-region from a small base.
- Hands-On Technical Credibility: You are technical enough to be believed by a strong engineering bench. You have put real AI systems into production, you can pressure-test your team’s architecture, and you can be the most useful person in a design conversation when it matters. We care far more about what you have deployed, and what broke, than about which models you can name.
- Commercial Acumen: A demonstrated ability to partner with enterprise Sales leadership, influence strategic deals, and articulate business value to executive stakeholders. You have carried a number and can point to deals you personally moved.
- Executive Presence: You command a room. You are credible in front of a CEO and their business leaders as well as a Chief Information Officer, a Chief AI Officer or a Chief Information Security Officer, and you can move between the business case and the architecture without losing either audience.
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including large language models, agentic systems, retrieval, enterprise integrations, cloud platforms, hybrid and on-premises deployments, security and governance.
- Enterprise Experience: Experience designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions in complex, regulated or large-scale environments.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building an AI, machine learning or data science function inside a large regulated enterprise, and taking it into production.
- Depth in Asia Pacific financial services, telecommunications or the public sector.
- Experience deploying into environments where the customer controls the infrastructure, including on-premises, sovereign and air-gapped deployments.
- Background in enterprise AI, cloud, or data platform companies, or applied AI consulting organizations.
- Experience building repeatable solution-selling methodologies and helping generalist technical teams operate at a consistently high level.
- Working proficiency in a regional language in addition to English.
- Experience operating in high-growth environments where speed, ownership and cross-functional collaboration are critical.

Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Revenue Accounting Manager to own billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as Baseten scales. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who wants full ownership of the revenue cycle at a company where deal structures are getting more complex: usage-based pricing, committed capacity, credits, multi-year enterprise contracts, and new business models coming online.
You'll join Lauren, who built Baseten's quote-to-cash function from the ground up, to take on billing, contract review, and revenue recognition as deal volume and complexity grow. Having completed our first year-end audit, we're now focused on tightening contract review processes, close procedures, and reporting rigor to support the scale ahead. You'll partner closely with Lauren, FP&A, Sales, Legal, and Revenue Operations to make sure every deal is structured, billed, and recognized correctly from day one.
Baseten is building the infrastructure layer for AI-native companies, and we're scaling quickly - in deal volume, contract complexity, and customer size. If you want real ownership over a growing function on a lean team, this role offers real scope.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Recognition and Technical Accounting
- Own revenue recognition under ASC 606 across all contract types, including usage-based/consumption arrangements, committed capacity deals, credits, multi-year contracts, and new business models
- Serve as the go-to person on rev rec treatment for new deal structures, products, and pricing models
Billing Operations
- Own end-to-end billing: invoice generation, accuracy checks, and dispute resolution
- Identify and automate manual, error-prone steps in the billing-to-cash workflow
- Assist with strengthening our collections efforts and overall process
Contract Review and Deal Support
- Build and maintain a standardized contract review process for Sales and Legal, flagging non-standard terms that affect recognition before deals close
- Partner directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal as a proactive advisor on deal structuring
Sales and Indirect Tax
- Own the sales and indirect tax process, including reviewing and maintaining our tax automation tool (nexus tracking, exemption certificates, filings), and building the governance around it as we scale into new jurisdictions
Close and Reporting
- Own the revenue-related monthly close: deferred revenue rollforward, unbilled AR, credit memos, and revenue reserves
- Partner with FP&A to reconcile billed vs. recognized revenue and support ARR reporting and forecasting
- Own revenue-related audit deliverables, including technical memos and sample testing support
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years focused specifically on revenue accounting and recognition
- Deep working knowledge of ASC 606, including variable consideration, multiple performance obligations, and usage-based revenue models
- Hands-on experience reviewing and abstracting commercial contracts for accounting treatment
- Experience owning billing operations directly, not just reviewing output from a billing team
- Public company or audit-ready private company experience (Big 4 or industry, with audit exposure)
- Builder mentality with a bias toward execution; comfortable operating on a lean team relative to company scale
- Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP) and a modern billing platform
- Based in San Francisco or New York, with the ability to work in-person 3+ days per week
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience at a high-growth, venture-backed infrastructure or cloud company with usage-based or hybrid pricing
- Experience with committed-use/capacity contracts
- Experience overseeing sales and indirect tax compliance through an automated tax tool across multiple jurisdictions
- CPA
- Exposure to SOX controls in a revenue cycle context
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

WHO ARE WE?

We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role Overview:
Building AI agents that can assist with any kind of enterprise work is a challenging, open-ended problem. One key piece of solving it is replicating real work environments as realistically as possible - filling them with hard tasks to solve, creating plausible input data, and defining clear rewards for completing the work the right way. We build many of these reinforcement learning (RL) environments, then drop our agents into them to evaluate or train them.
In this role, you are responsible for creating these RL environments, running AI agents inside them, and improving both the agents and the environments in the process. The results reach customers, whose feedback feeds back in - and the agent/environment improvement loop continues.
Key Responsibilities:
There are many open problems in this space. As a Member of Technical Staff, RL Environments, you will:
- Build new RL environments targeting different agentic capabilities and industry areas
- Train and evaluate agents in those environments
- Make all the pieces work together: tasks, data, tool implementations, and verifiers
- Work across modeling and product to identify gaps in agent performance, and improve both the agents and the environments
- Work with external vendors to create high-quality, expert-built RL environments, and build tools to ensure high task, data, and verifier quality
- Automate the discovery of model capability gaps, and systematically measure agent performance during evals and training
Qualifications:
You may be a good fit if:
- You have engineered agents and optimized them for specific industry use cases
- You have spent dozens of hours reviewing agent trajectories to pinpoint exact failure points and fix them with model training or harness engineering
- You obsess over measuring agentic capabilities and turning that into a repeatable process
- You have had many debates about what a good outcome from an AI agent should look like, you translated that into verifier implementations and tuned the reward designs
- You have designed and run annotation workflows to surface insights into agent performance and verify data quality
- You have built synthetic data pipelines to scale eval and training efforts
- You use agents yourself in your daily work, and have stories about how you improved your setup to 10x your productivity
- A plus: you have experience with training with RL: scaling, troubleshooting and tuning the environments
If some of the above doesn’t line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
