Job Description
About the role
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Staff Data Engineer to join our Data and AI Platform Team. Our team’s mission is to build a platform where you can create reliable, scalable, AI-powered streaming and batch data applications, and share data across Checkout.com http://Checkout.com to improve business performance.
The Data and AI Platform team is here to ensure internal stakeholders can easily collect, store, process and utilise data to build AI use cases and data products aiming to solve business problems. Our focus is on maximising the amount of time engineers spend on solving business problems and minimising time spent on technical details around implementation, deployment, and monitoring of their solutions.
We're building for scale. As such, much of what we design and implement today is the technology/infrastructure which will serve hundreds of teams and petabyte-level volumes of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stream processing technologies (Kafka and Flink) to build a continuously available large-scale event streaming platform
- Leverage subject matter and technical expertise to provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic influence across the organisation whilst building strong relationships with engineers and engineering managers
- Build tooling (modules/SDKs/DSLs) and associated documentation to foster the adoption of the streaming platform by enabling upstream teams and systems to easily publish data and deploy streaming applications
- Implement all the necessary infrastructure to enable end users to build, host, monitor and deploy their own streaming applications
- Provide consultancy across the technology organisation to drive the adoption of the platform and unlock event-driven use-cases
- Participate, translate, run and execute the collection of requirements and architecture/design initiatives into action plans
- Provide hands-on support for all event-based systems including incident triage and root cause analysis
About You
While experience with our specific tech stack is a plus, we welcome candidates with a strong background in data systems who are eager to learn. The core remit of this role is to own and scale our event streaming capability, not to serve as a general DevOps or infrastructure engineer.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with a proven track record of influencing engineering organisations
- Strong engineering background with a track record of implementing and owning event streaming platforms
- Hands-on experience working with stream technologies, ideally Kafka
- Experience designing and implementing stream processing applications with Flink
- Experience working with cloud-based technologies such as AWS (MSK, S3, Lambda, ECS, SNS)
- Experience with Kubernetes (either self-hosted or on the cloud)
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience working with Docker, container deployment and management
- Experience describing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar) as well as designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent programming skills with at least one of Java or Python

Location: Espoo
Workplace: Hybrid
ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Staff Product Designer
- Location: Espoo, Uusimaa, Finland
- Department: Product Management
- Reports to: Product Design Director
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid (3 days / week in office)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
This is the kind of project designers wait years for. You'll be the design lead and hands-on builder on one of the most exciting products we're working on: a largely greenfield space where AI and LLMs meet serious data intelligence and where the problems are genuinely hard, the kind nobody has solved before, because the product itself is new territory. We can't say much more here (some things we build, we keep quiet about) but if the idea of turning cutting-edge intelligence into something people can actually use makes your fingers itch, this is it. You won't inherit a design system or a roadmap but you'll shape both. And you won't do it alone: we're building a world-class design team from a small core and early hires like you set the bar for everyone who comes after. This role is for a builder, an IC who gets their energy from making things, not managing them
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE’s world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world’s largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE’s near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own design end to end for the product: from fuzzy problem to research to concept to polished, shipped UI. No handoffs, no "that's another team's job."
- Get out of the building (or into the ground station). Talk to users regularly, watch how they work and turn what you learn into design decisions everyone can get behind.
- Make the complex feel simple. Take AI, LLM and data-heavy workflows and turn them into experiences that feel obvious in hindsight.
- Prototype fast and often. Test ideas with real users and real data before we commit engineering time and kill your darlings when the evidence says so.
- Work elbow to elbow with engineers, data scientists and product. You're in the room when problems get framed, not just when screens get requested.
- Set the design foundations. As one of the first designers on this product, you'll shape the patterns, quality bar and ways of working that everyone after you builds on.
- Push the craft. Sweat the details, raise the bar on every release and give (and take) sharp design feedback.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVES:
- Your craft is genuinely top-tier and your portfolio proves it. Sharp UX thinking, beautiful execution, obsessive attention to detail. We'll look closely so bring work you're proud of down to the last pixel.
- You've designed for data products, ML or AI, and you have opinions about it. You know what makes these experiences tricky and you've wrestled with at least some of it in real work.
- You've shipped design work that actually changed something. Adoption went up, churn went down, customers stopped swearing at the product. You can tell us what happened after you hit publish, ideally with numbers.
- You're a bit obsessed with users. Nobody has to send you to talk to customers; you're already there, asking awkward questions and coming back with your assumptions rearranged.
- You get a kick out of messy, ambiguous problems. There's no playbook here, half the time nobody knows what the answer is yet, and that's exactly where you do your best work.
- You own your stuff. The wins, sure, but also the faceplants. You'll tell us what went sideways, what you learned and what you'd do differently, without us having to drag it out of you.
- You make things happen without being asked. No design ops, no ticket queue, no waiting for permission. You spot what's needed, rally the right people, and ship.
NICE TO HAVES:
- You've designed in a properly technical environment, elbow to elbow with engineers or scientists, on systems with real complexity under the hood.
- Satellites genuinely excite you. If you've ever fallen down a Wikipedia rabbit hole about Earth observation at 1am, we should talk.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Recruiter screen
- Hiring Manager Interview
- Portfolio Review
- Assignment + Panel interview
- CPO interview

The Deputy Head of Transaction Monitoring is a senior 2LOD leadership role responsible for the execution, oversight, and continuous transaction monitoring framework across all regulated entities. The role sits within the Group Financial Crime & Compliance function and reports directly to the Head of Transaction Monitoring (TM).
The TM team is being built from the ground up and the Deputy Head is a foundational hire. The successful candidate will play a direct role in shaping how the function operates, establishing its culture, and setting the standard for how TM is executed across the Group. The decisions made and ways of working established in the early months of this team will define its trajectory.
The TM function is mid-build across detection capability, operating model, and platform infrastructure. The Deputy Head will drive delivery across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operating model — translating regulatory expectations into working controls, challenging first-line frameworks with credibility and precision, and providing structured, evidence-based oversight of TM risk across the Group.
All accountabilities are exercised on the direction of the Head of TM, or independently where the Head of TM is unavailable and the matter cannot be deferred without breaching a regulatory or operational obligation. The Head of TM retains ownership of the framework, regulatory relationships, and strategic decision-making. In the absence of the Head of TM, the Deputy will provide full operational continuity, maintaining oversight, escalation, and regulatory responsiveness across the Group
Responsibilities
TM Framework & Policy
Shape and evolve the Group TM framework with the Head of TM — policies, procedures, rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and the quality assurance regime.
Review and challenge Scenario Engineering outputs, rule specifications, threshold proposals, and back-testing results ahead of Head of TM sign-off.
Own the quality bar for QA and Governance outputs, ensuring they meet the standard expected by senior management and regulators.
Shape rule change proposals and threshold recalibrations through the change management process.
Drive TM minimum standards across entities, partnering with local Heads of Compliance to close gaps.
Delegated Authority & Decision-Making
Hold formal delegated authority from the Head of TM, stepping into the primary TM decision-maker role whenever they're unavailable and a decision can't wait. In this capacity, you will:
Approve withdrawal holds, account restrictions, and alert escalations.
Review L3 SAR referral packs for completeness and evidential sufficiency before they go to the entity MLRO.
Approve interim rule threshold changes that can't be deferred, recording the rationale for the Head of TM to confirm on their return.
Deputise fully for the Head of TM during leave or absence, holding full decision-making authority within the governance framework for that period.
Regulatory Engagement
Working under the Head of TM's direction, and independently when they're unavailable, you will:
Support the Head of TM in managing regulator relationships on TM matters.
Respond to supervisory queries, attend regulatory meetings, and represent the TM function at inspections.
Support the preparation and delivery of regulatory submissions, responses to supervisory feedback, and remediation communications.
Coordinate with entity MLROs and Heads of Compliance on jurisdiction-specific TM requirements.
Team Leadership
Provide day-to-day leadership and line management of TM specialist teams, alongside the Head of TM.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of TM analysts across pillars.
Chair TM governance meetings, including in the Head of TM's absence.
Act as the senior escalation point for analysts, bringing decisions to the Head of TM where needed.
Drive risk culture across the TM function through visible leadership, consistent challenge, and clear communication.
Governance & Oversight
Uphold the governance boundary between TM compliance decisions and commercial interests, escalating to the Group Head of Compliance and Regulatory Risk if the Head of TM is unavailable to resolve a conflict.
Ensure 1LOD Alert Operations operates within the framework set by 2LOD, escalating any breach to the Head of TM.
Maintain audit-ready documentation across all TM governance activity.
Act as a senior escalation point for material TM issues, control failures, and emerging risks across all entities
Requirements
Extensive experience in financial crime compliance, with at least 3 years in a senior TM role (team lead, deputy head, head of TM, or equivalent) within a regulated financial services firm.
Experience in the
CFD, forex, or leveraged derivatives sector
, or with investment firms offering similar products.
Demonstrable experience making autonomous decisions on TM matters: alert escalation, SAR filing recommendations, account restriction approvals, and rule threshold adjustments.
Experience engaging directly with the FCA or another Tier 1 regulator (CySEC, ASIC, MAS, BaFin) on TM or financial crime matters, including responding to supervisory queries and attending regulatory meetings.
Experience with TM framework design or significant enhancement, including rule design methodology, threshold calibration, and quality assurance.
Working knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements in at least two of: UK (FCA/MLR 2017), EU/Cyprus (AMLD/CySEC), Australia (AML/CTF Act/AUSTRAC), UAE (CBUAE).
Experience managing or overseeing a team of financial crime or TM specialists.
Strong written and verbal communication: the role produces materials for senior management, the CCO, the Board, and regulators

About the Role
Enterprise deals aren't won by a single email or a single seller. They're won by a coordinated push that reaches every stakeholder in the room, at the right moment, with the right message. As our Account-Based Marketing Manager, you'll own the programs that turn our highest-value Enterprise and Strategic accounts into pipeline. You'll work directly with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships to build 1:1 and 1:few plays that engage buying groups and move complex, multi-stakeholder deals forward. This is a role for someone who's comfortable building from limited precedent and translating account strategy into campaigns that actually change how a deal moves.
What you'll do
Own and execute ABM programs for a defined portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts, from strategy through campaign delivery.
Design 1:1 and 1:few ABM plays that engage decision-makers and full buying groups, not just single contacts.
Partner with Sales on account plans, opportunity progression, and executive engagement, acting as the marketing counterpart to their account strategy.
Build personalized messaging and content experiences tailored to enterprise stakeholders, translating account priorities into a value narrative.
Run multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, paid media, content hubs, direct mail, and events, sequencing channels to match where each account is in the funnel.
Lead high-touch executive engagement initiatives, including curated dinners, events, and account-specific experiences that build senior-level relationships.
Drive account research to surface buying group members, whitespace, and engagement signals that inform where to focus next.
Track account engagement, campaign performance, and pipeline impact across the portfolio, and use those signals to reallocate effort toward what's working.
Test new ABM tactics and engagement approaches, treating each program as a hypothesis to validate rather than a template to repeat.
At Fundraise Up, AI is a default tool, not an experimental one. We expect every team member to actively use AI in their day-to-day work, identify where AI can change the shape of problems in their function, and grow their fluency as the tools evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
4-7 years of B2B marketing experience with strong exposure to enterprise demand generation, ABM, or strategic account marketing.
Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel ABM programs targeting complex buying groups.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate account engagement and pipeline signals and adjust programs accordingly.
Experience partnering closely with Sales to support account strategies and opportunity progression.
Ability to independently plan and execute marketing initiatives aligned with broader strategic objectives.
Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn, and ABM or intent tools.
Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and plans need to adapt in real time.
Nice to Have
Experience running executive-level engagement programs (dinners, curated events, VIP experiences).
Background in SaaS or fintech, where enterprise sales cycles involve multiple senior stakeholders.
You'll Thrive Here If
You Treat a stalled enterprise deal as a puzzle to solve, not someone else's problem.
Can build a program from scratch when there's no playbook to follow.
Read pipeline and engagement data as a starting point for the next test, not a to file away.
Move comfortably between big-picture account strategy and the details of a single campaign asset.
Build real working relationships with sellers instead of treating Sales as a stakeholder to manage.
Hold a high bar for personalization. Generic ABM doesn't move enterprise buying groups.
Take ownership of outcomes, not just activity. Pipeline impact is the scoreboard.
Give and take direct feedback easily, and adjust fast when a play isn't landing.

The company specializes in material handling integration and delivers engineered solutions combining automated technologies (MHE, robotics, conveyor, ASRS, AMR/AGV) with intelligent warehouse execution software to optimize productivity and fulfillment speed.
Position Summary:
The Software Deployment Engineer I/II is an individual contributor responsible for end-to-end delivery, configuration, installation, and support of Kommand warehouse execution/control systems and related material handling hardware such as pick-to-light, overhead illuminators, AutoStore, and T-sort integrations. The role includes project-level system configuration, commissioning, installation, upgrades, and live troubleshooting independently across on-site and remote/office phases. This role consolidates hardware installation and commissioning functions previously done by a dedicated Systems Integration & Commissioning team.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Site Delivery:
— Lead software commissioning of Kommand and peripheral hardware systems at customer sites as primary technical owner.
— Full-scope installation of pick-to-light and overhead illuminator systems including wiring, physical installation, configuration, and functional testing.
— Conduct Installation Qualification (IQ) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with formal documentation and customer sign-off.
— Sole owner of Kommand and system-level troubleshooting for live production issues during on-site engagements.
Remote / Office Delivery:
— Independently deliver new Kommand installations including application pre-configuration, database scripting, and pre-deployment testing.
— Deliver Kommand version upgrades including SSDT schema comparisons, version control, local pre-install testing, and customer coordination.
— Perform production upgrade execution after business hours to minimize downtime.
— Work on DEV, QA, and Sandbox environments during business hours.
— Validate, diagnose, and remediate defects, escalating rarely.
— Participate in on-call rotation covering Kommand, AutoStore, and T-sort system escalations.
— Provide post-go-live support including system migrations, integration testing with ERP/WMS platforms (e.g., SAP/WMS), and multi-site rollout support.
Project Configuration & Deployment:
— Gather Kommand configurations and system parameters for projects.
— Translate Business Requirements Document and customer conversations into system settings, network spreadsheets, and parameters.
— Educate clients on host interface use.
— Configure Kommand sandbox and production environments for customer testing and go-live.
— Assist with training on new features.
Scope & Independence:
— Sole owner of critical workstreams including new installations, upgrades, and live troubleshooting.
— Requires judgment and technical depth to manage customer-facing delivery, testing, and sign-off without dedicated support.
Requirements:
— Experience commissioning warehouse execution/control software and hardware peripherals.
— Working knowledge of SQL Server environments including SSDT schema comparison and version control.
— Experience with formal software testing methodologies (IQ/UAT) including documentation and customer sign-off.
— Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve live production issues under time pressure.
— Comfort or willingness to perform hands-on installation work for pick-to-light and overhead illumination systems.
— Willingness to work after hours and participate in on-call rotation.
— Ability to translate business requirements into structured system configuration.
— Strong customer-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
— Experience with AutoStore and/or T-sort systems.
— Experience with ERP/WMS integration testing (e.g., SAP).
— Background in material handling, warehouse automation, or industrial controls.

About Delinea:
Delinea is a pioneer in securing human and machine identities through intelligent, centralized authorization, empowering organizations to seamlessly govern their interactions across the modern enterprise. Leveraging AI-powered intelligence, Delinea’s leading cloud-native Identity Security Platform applies context throughout the entire identity lifecycle – across cloud and traditional infrastructure, data, SaaS applications, and AI. It is the only platform that enables you to discover all identities – including workforce, IT administrator, developers, and machines – assign appropriate access levels, detect irregularities, and respond to threats in real-time. With deployment in weeks, not months, 90% fewer resources to manage than the nearest competitor, and a 99.995% uptime, Delinea delivers robust security and operational efficiency without compromise.
What You Will Own:
— Price and packaging architecture across the portfolio: tiering, licensing metrics, add-on structure, bundling.
— Proposal quality into the monthly Price Committee: analysis, financial model, recommendation, and action register through to closure.
— Discount governance, including band policy and guardrails.
— Monetization for new categories: NHI governance, AI agent identity, StrongDM, consumption-based licensing.
— Commercial readiness at launch, ensuring packaging and pricing ship with the product.
— The single source of truth for pricing, packaging and quoting guidance, partnering with Product Marketing on seller enablement.
— Price realization, attach rate and competitive position, informed by competitor pricing, market benchmarks and win/loss data.
What We Are Looking For:
— 12+ years across pricing strategy, monetization, product management or product marketing, including 5+ years owning pricing as a named function.
— Experience building a monetization function where none existed: cadence, governance, documentation, analytical bench.
— Experience preparing and defending recommendations to a formal pricing committee or equivalent decision body.
— Demonstrated design of tiered packaging for enterprise software, strong financial modeling (pricing impact, ARR and expansion, discount optimization).
— Credibility with executive peers, holding a position on pricing under pressure without direct authority over sales or finance.
Strongly preferred:
— Cybersecurity or identity security (PAM, IAM, SIEM, endpoint); exposure to NHI, machine identity or secrets management.
— Consumption-, usage-, or outcome-based pricing models alongside seat-based subscription.
— Working knowledge of CPQ (Salesforce CPQ, Apttus); pricing through M&A integration or a major commercial model transition. MBA a plus.
Why Now:
Pricing at Delinea has been carried by people doing it well alongside a full portfolio, and the surface area keeps growing. The opportunity is to make monetization a professional discipline, with a decision forum that already works. This role is built for owning monetization end-to-end rather than managing an approval queue.
Why work at Delinea?
— Meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.
— Core values: Spirited, Trust, Respect, Ownership, Nimble, Global.
— Competitive salaries, meaningful bonus program, excellent benefits including healthcare insurance, pension/retirement matching, life insurance, employee assistance program, time off plans, and paid company holidays.
Delinea is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer prohibiting discrimination and harassment of any type.
Candidates are required to complete comprehensive criminal background check, verification of education, and employment, and social media sites may be reviewed upon conditional offer of employment.
