The company is backed by leading investors including Coatue, Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners, and Sequoia Capital, and has been recognized by organizations such as the World Economic Forum and CB Insights for its contributions to blockchain security innovation.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced compliance and financial crime leader to help shape and expand our work across anti money laundering, virtual asset compliance, and blockchain risk management. This role is designed for someone who understands compliance from both sides of the market: traditional financial institutions and virtual asset service providers. You should be comfortable operating at the intersection of regulation, financial crime prevention, blockchain analytics, and commercial strategy. You will serve as a senior subject matter expert on AML and virtual asset compliance, helping the company strengthen its compliance capabilities, advise financial institutions and VASPs, and engage credibly with regulators, law enforcement agencies, clients, and industry partners.
About You
You are a practical and commercially minded compliance leader with deep experience in AML, financial crime, and virtual assets.
You have worked within, or closely alongside, both traditional financial institutions and VASPs, and understand the differences between conventional transaction monitoring and the risks presented by blockchain based financial activity. You are equally comfortable reviewing a complex financial crime case, designing an AML framework, advising senior leadership, speaking with a regulator, and explaining blockchain risk to a bank, exchange, or government stakeholder. You do not approach compliance as a purely administrative function. You understand how strong compliance programs, credible risk controls, and effective blockchain analytics can support responsible business growth.
Responsibilities
Build and improve AML frameworks, virtual asset compliance strategy, sanctions, risk assessments, transaction monitoring, and investigation processes.
Advise financial institutions and VASPs on virtual asset compliance, regulatory expectations, and blockchain related financial crime risks.
Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical compliance guidance and product requirements.
Where applicable, serve as MLRO or support the designated MLRO on suspicious activity reviews and regulatory reporting.
Partner with product, engineering, business development teams, regulators, law enforcement, and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements
Prior experience as an MLRO, Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Financial Crime, or a similar senior compliance role.
Experience across both traditional financial institutions and the virtual asset industry.
Strong knowledge of AML, financial crime, sanctions, transaction monitoring, regulatory compliance and reporting, and virtual asset financial crime risks.
Hands on experience with blockchain analytics, KYT, wallet screening, or similar on-chain compliance tools and processes.
Strong communication skills and CAMS or an equivalent AML qualification.
Bonus Points
Experience owning the AML program of a regulated entity, VASP licensing, regulatory examinations, or remediation.
Established relationships across regulators, law enforcement, banks, exchanges, or the virtual asset industry.
The expected annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $150,000 to $220,000. Compensation for candidates outside the United States will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.

What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.

Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph

This person takes full responsibility for a portfolio of iGaming operator clients in established, high-competition markets — managing their affiliate programs end-to-end, growing affiliate traffic, and delivering measurable NGR impact across Tier 1 GEOs including the UK, Germany, Sweden, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, etc. The role requires deep industry expertise, strong affiliate relationships, and the ability to operate independently in regulated environments.
What you'll get to do:
Client Affiliate Program Management
• Own and manage affiliate programs for several assigned iGaming operator clients from day one.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned operators, regular calls, strategy alignment, performance reviews.
• Define and execute affiliate program strategy: GEO targets, payout models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid), traffic mix goals.
• Set up, configure, and maintain affiliate programs within the PartnerMatrix (PMA) platform.
• Proactively identify and action program improvements; escalate blockers to the Head of Managed Services and Marketing with proposed solutions.
Affiliate Recruitment & Relationship Management
• Identify, outreach and onboard high-quality affiliates matching each operator's target GEO and vertical.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with affiliates — be the trusted partner they call first.
• Negotiate CPA rates, RevShare deals, and hybrid structures on behalf of operators within approved guidelines.
• Run regular check-ins with top-performing affiliates; identify upsell and cross-program opportunities.
• Maintain an updated affiliate pipeline per client, track deal status and conversion from outreach to activation.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
• Ensure all managed affiliates have completed KYC/AML onboarding before activation without exceptions.
• Monitor affiliate traffic quality daily, flag fraud signals, bonus abuse patterns, unusual conversion spikes.
• Coordinate payment data reconciliation with Finance; review payout files before submission.
• Manage affiliate communications via PMA ticketing system; maintain sub-24h response SLA.
• Maintain accurate documentation of affiliate deals, contracts and status in the CRM.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Deliver weekly performance reports to each assigned operator (traffic, FTDs, conversions, NGR impact).
• Conduct monthly strategy review calls with operators; present data-driven recommendations.
• Track KPIs: active affiliate count, payout-to-NGR ratio, new FTDs/month, affiliate retention rate.
• Feed insights back to Head of MS for cross-client benchmarking and program strategy refinement.
• Contribute to quarterly competitive landscape reviews, flag shifts in affiliate market, rates or GEO trends.
Team Contribution
• Mentor and support Middle Affiliate Managers — share playbooks, deal structures, GEO learnings.
• Document processes and best practices for team knowledge base.
• Participate in team calls, contribute to pricing decisions and product feedback for PMA development.
What we're looking for:
• 3+ years in affiliate management in iGaming
• Proven track record of building and growing affiliate programs, not just maintaining them
• Hands-on experience with at least one iGaming affiliate platform
• Strong existing network of iGaming affiliates across Tier 1 markets (UK, DACH, Nordics, Canada, ANZ)
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid commission models, can structure and negotiate deals independently
• Fluent in English; German, Swedish, Dutch or French is a significant advantage
• Comfortable with data — able to read affiliate reports, spot anomalies, and draw actionable conclusions
• Familiarity with regulated market compliance requirements (UKGC, MGA, Spelinspektionen)
Nice-to-Have
• Experience managing multi-brand or multi-GEO affiliate programs simultaneously
• Familiarity with AML/KYC requirements for payment flows in iGaming
• Knowledge of Tier 2 or emerging market affiliate ecosystems (CIS, LatAm, MENA)

Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 37,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

Responsibilities
Drive SLED Revenue Growth:

Create New Opportunities:
Identify target accounts, conduct direct outbound prospecting, and build relationships with public-sector IT and security leaders.
Build and Maintain Pipeline:
Generate pipeline through outbound activity, customer referrals, partner relationships, events, and strategic account planning.

Sell to IT and Security Leaders:
Engage IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Directors, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and executive decision-makers.
Navigate SLED Buying Processes:
Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, RFPs, security reviews, procurement workflows, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, and reseller-led motions.
Develop Partner Relationships:
Build relationships with reseller representatives and other partners who can provide introductions and help uncover opportunities.
Prioritize High-Value Opportunities:
Recognize where meaningful revenue potential exists and focus time and resources accordingly.
Partner with Solutions Engineers:
Collaborate with pre-sales and technical resources to support discovery, demonstrations, evaluations, and technical validation.
Execute Account Expansion Strategy:
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing SLED customers to support long-term growth and retention.
Maintain Sales Discipline:
Keep forecasts, opportunity details, next steps, and account activity accurate in Salesforce.
Share Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on customer priorities, competitive activity, procurement trends, and territory-specific opportunities.
Operate with Ownership:
Work independently in a remote-first environment while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, Product, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership.
Requirements
Proven quota-carrying experience selling cybersecurity software into state, local, and education accounts in the states of
Wisconsin and Iowa.
Established relationships and strong market knowledge within a defined SLED territory, including familiarity with relevant customers, resellers, partners, and procurement channels.
Proven success operating as a hunter and generating new pipeline through direct outbound prospecting, cold outreach, referrals, partner relationships, and territory development.
Demonstrated ability to identify target SLED accounts, open new relationships, create demand, and develop opportunities without waiting for formal RFPs.
Experience managing full-cycle, multi-stakeholder SLED sales processes from initial outreach through close.
Strong understanding of public-sector procurement, including RFPs, cooperative purchasing, contract vehicles, reseller-led sales, security reviews, and government budget cycles.
Experience selling cybersecurity, endpoint management, patch management, vulnerability management, EDR, MDR, IAM, IT operations, infrastructure, or closely related technical solutions.
Experience engaging IT Directors, CISOs, CIOs, Infrastructure Leaders, SysAdmins, security teams, procurement stakeholders, and technical buying committees.
Proven success owning and closing complex deals with an average deal value of at least $30,000.
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and prioritize opportunities based on customer need, revenue potential, and likelihood of success.
Excellent discovery, consultative selling, negotiation, account planning, and relationship-building skills.
Strong forecasting discipline and consistent Salesforce hygiene.
Ability to operate independently, maintain consistent outbound activity, and create structure within a developing territory.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Available to begin as soon as possible based on business needs.

Our client builds the physical infrastructure behind some of the fastest-moving industries in the world. They are a U.S.-based turnkey contract manufacturer serving energy storage, data centers, defense, HVAC and structural steel, with multiple large-scale plants across the United States and a joint venture operation in Monterrey.
What they make is heavy and precise at the same time. Welded enclosures. Modular process skids. Modified ISO containers. Battery energy storage systems that get fully integrated, wired and tested before they ship. Their capabilities run end to end: engineering, metal fabrication, coatings, mechanical and electrical integration, battery installation and end-of-line testing.
None of that works without a supply base that performs. That is where you come in.
We are hiring a Supplier Quality Engineer to own supplier qualification, auditing, performance and corrective action across their supply base. You will spend most of your time at supplier facilities, not behind a desk. You will walk a fabrication floor and know within an hour whether the process is capable. You will look at a weld and know whether it meets the print. You will run a corrective action to real root cause instead of accepting a containment plan dressed up as a fix.
The supply base spans Mexico, the United States and Asia, so this role travels roughly 80% of the time and requires you to live near a major airport.
What you will do
Conduct supplier audits, capability assessments and process evaluations against engineering and quality standards
Support supplier onboarding through First Article Inspections, PPAP submissions and technical validation reviews
Review supplier quality documentation including control plans, PFMEAs, process flow diagrams and inspection reports
Drive Supplier Corrective Action Requests using structured root cause methodology (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
Track supplier KPIs: defect rates, on-time delivery, cost of poor quality and corrective action cycle time
Work with Engineering to define inspection criteria, critical characteristics and acceptance standards
Support APQP activities for new product launches and engineering changes
Investigate nonconforming material and coordinate containment, corrective action and disposition
Maintain supplier performance dashboards and quality reporting
Partner with Procurement on sourcing decisions based on quality risk and supplier capability
Perform dimensional inspections, weld reviews and documentation audits
Drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap, rework and supplier-driven production disruption
Requirements
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing or a related technical field
4+ years in supplier quality, quality engineering or manufacturing quality in an industrial environment
Hands-on experience conducting supplier audits and capability assessments
Strong working knowledge of metal fabrication, machining, welding processes or electro-mechanical assemblies
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T and welding symbols
Working knowledge of ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA and control plans
Experience with root cause analysis tools and statistical process control
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel-based data analysis
Professional English, spoken and written. You will audit, negotiate and report in English
Ability to travel approximately 80%, including internationally, with valid documentation
Based in or willing to relocate to the Monclova area
Nice to have
CQE, CQA or Six Sigma certification
AWS CWI, NACE or SSPC coating inspection credentials, or NDT certification
Familiarity with AWS D1.1 welding standards, WPS and PQR review, and welder qualification
Experience in modular fabrication, energy systems, BESS or defense manufacturing
Experience auditing suppliers across multiple countries
Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
Who tends to do well here
Engineers who are comfortable being the only company representative in a supplier's plant, who can hold a firm position on a quality issue without turning it into a fight, and who would rather fix the process than file the report. If you have ever walked into a supplier audit expecting a routine day and left having rewritten their inspection plan, this role will feel familiar.
