About Wolt
At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.
Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.
At Wolt, keeping courier supply healthy across every city we operate in is core to a great experience for both customers and couriers. As we've scaled to dozens of countries and hundreds of cities, planning & managing supply has grown from a market-by-market exercise into a global challenge: we need a system that plans well everywhere at once, from our largest metros to our smallest cities.
That's where this role comes in. As Senior Specialist, Global Market Planning, you'll help refine the models and tools at the heart of how we plan courier supply globally. You'll make sure the right supply levers are pulled in the right markets, and you'll help us learn which levers actually work. It's a role at the crossroads of data, tooling, and operations. It's for someone who is as comfortable designing a test or building a model as they are working out why a specific market is off plan and what to do about it.
You'll be part of the Global Market Planning team and will partner closely with local operations and courier marketing so that our planning always reflects the reality on the ground.
What you'll be doing
Develop the global planning model:
Help develop and refine our global supply planning model so it delivers robust coverage across both large and small cities, accounting for local context like holidays, special events, etc.
Allocate investments across markets:
Help optimize supply lever allocation, translating region and country budgets into the right mix of levers for each market.
Test and learn in markets:
Propose tests and actions within markets, in line with lever allocation, especially where we don't yet know the right answer or don't have enough data to rely on history. You'll work with local teams and analytics to shape the approach and turn what we learn into the next plan.
Build the tooling:
Develop tools that ensure the correct supply levers are being used effectively across markets to hit our targets.
Deep dive & solve:
Investigate problem areas, identify root causes, and turn your findings into corrective actions and better planning approaches.
Collaborate:
Partner with regional supply leads, local operations teams, and central teams (finance, procurement, product, analytics) on plans, performance, and improvements.
Improve how we work:
Test and prove new concepts in planning, acquisition, onboarding, and activation, and support the roll-out of global improvements across regions.
Our humble expectations
3+ years of experience in consulting, operations, analytics, or strategic business development in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and modelling skills, with a structured, pragmatic approach to solving complex problems.
Experience designing and interpreting tests or causal analyses, and good judgment about what you can and can't conclude from them in a marketplace setting.
A systems view of supply: you consider trade-offs between levers and their knock-on effects on cost, courier experience, and customer experience.
Comfort making and defending recommendations with incomplete data, and adapting your thinking when the facts change.
Proficiency in SQL, Looker, and Excel/Google Sheets modelling. Python, Cursor, and Claude Code are a plus.
An attitude for action and ownership beyond the obvious, always looking for opportunities to improve, with the determination to drive change.
The ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage relationships with stakeholders, both local and global.
A true culture champion who leads by example with collaboration, teamwork, and data-driven decision making, and who brings humility and respect to every interaction.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Based in Berlin or Helsinki, with the ability to work in a hybrid model from our Wolt office.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Product Operations partner for Ramp Procurement, you will help build and scale the workflows that enable customers to manage their procurement processes with speed, accuracy, and control. You will improve both the requester and approver experience while shaping product quality through data, customer feedback, and tight partnership with customer-facing internal teams.
Beyond your product vertical, you will also contribute to Product Operations process improvement and product building that allows our Product and Engineering teams to scale. You will use AI tools to improve release management, collect customer feedback, and enable internal teams to support customers and troubleshoot issues.
Our main goal is to reduce customer friction, measured by support tickets per active user and customer NPS.
*Please note that this Product Operations role will require you to be comfortable with working in-person at our NYC HQ (located near Madison Square Park) at least 2 days/week*
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the voice-of-customer loop for Procurement — systematically capture, analyze, and prioritize feedback from CX, Sales, and direct customer channels
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements and specs
- Own launch operations for new Procurement features as they move from Alpha to GA, including AI-native experiences that require strong customer and internal enablement
- Directly ship product improvements (UX fixes and paper cuts) using AI tools — owning your own backlog of customer friction reduction, not just feeding the engineering backlog
- Use AI to automate processes and build products that enable teams to ship faster while maintaining a high quality bar
- Build scalable operating systems for release readiness, internal enablement, supportability, and issue escalation across Procurement workflows
WHAT YOU NEED
- 3+ years in product operations, product management, or a customer-facing analytical role supporting B2B SaaS; experience with procurement, intake and approval workflows, spend management, or financial operations preferred
- Proficiency using data to size opportunities and analyze adoption, support trends, payment flow performance, and customer friction
- Ability to translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirements and operational processes
- Comfort working in ambiguous, technically complex spaces and driving clarity across multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem solving, prioritization, and communication skills; bias to ship improvements quickly and measure impact
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate your work and directly make product improvements
ABOUT OUR TEAMS
- Spend Management owns our core spend product, including card issuance, reimbursements, and travel & entertainment to control spend
- Procurement owns streamlining new purchase requests, approvals, vendors, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions
- Intelligence owns the reporting, savings, and price intelligence products to help companies make better financial decisions
- Bill Payments owns our invoice management, accounts payable, and B2B payment capabilities

About Us
Moongate
is building the world's leading sound therapy app, helping people sleep better, get focused, and relieve stress. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and focused on scaling to eight-figure ARR while keeping the team small and nimble.
The Role
You'll own the growth and monetization engine for our app: our web funnels, activation, onboarding, pricing, paywalls, and win-backs. Moongate has strong product-market fit and a large, growing subscriber base. What we need now is someone who can turn that base into compounding revenue through relentless, data-driven experimentation.
You'll be thinking strategically, but primarily hands-on: designing tests, building the campaigns and lifecycle journeys, shipping paywall and pricing changes, reading the results, and iterating. You'll work closely with the founders, head of marketing, and our engineering team, to build both growth features, but also to implement the tooling and systems that empower your role.
Requirements
You're a Fit If
You have a demonstrable track record of driving measurable revenue growth through pricing, paywall, and lifecycle experimentation on a subscription product.
You're as comfortable executing as strategizing: building the campaign, configuring the CRM flow, or shipping the paywall yourself.
You have hands-on experience with subscription billing flows, like Apple IAP or Stripe.
You've built and run CRM/lifecycle campaigns end-to-end.
You have a strong mobile subscription/monetization background.
You're a good writer with exceptional written English, able to internalize our brand voice and make it your own.
You know how to leverage AI tools to increase your capacity and execute faster with a lean team.
Benefits
Why Moongate?
No bureaucracy.
You'll be making top-level decisions alongside the founders every day.
Maximum impact.
You'll directly own the revenue engine for an app with over 1 million downloads and 100,000 subscribers.
High growth potential.
We're aiming for 10x (100x!) growth. You'll directly contribute to that, and have a stake in it.
Positive mission.
Our goal is to improve people's wellness through sound therapy. We hear stories every week of the life changing impact Moongate has had on people's sleep habits, mental health, and overall wellbeing. In a world full of addictive, engagement-driven products, this is a rare opportunity to help promote wellness instead.

With TuxCare, enterprises can automate live vulnerability patching, minimize downtime, keep their applications secure and compliant, and get support from a team that knows Linux security best – covering the most popular Linux distributions, end-of-life systems, programming languages, and much more.
We’re looking for a Head of Direct Sales to lead TuxCare’s direct sales organization across North America and EMEA. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead a distributed team responsible for new customer acquisition, growth within existing accounts, and renewals.
This is a hands-on sales leadership role. Our solutions, including SecureChain and Extended Lifecycle Support for RHEL-based Linux alternatives (ELS for RLA), call for thoughtful discovery, tailored proposals, and flexible deal structures. You’ll coach the team through live opportunities, help shape complex deals, and build a sales approach grounded in each customer’s security and business needs.
Responsabilties:
Set and execute the direct sales strategy across North America and EMEA, turning revenue goals and territory plans into clear priorities for the team.
Lead, coach, and develop Enterprise Account Executives, Account Executives, account management, renewals, and sales development team members.
Work closely with sales representatives on active deals, helping them uncover customer needs, communicate business value, and develop effective proposals.
Support complex and strategic opportunities, including customer conversations, negotiations, and requests for tailored packaging or terms.
Drive performance across new business, account growth, and renewals while maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate forecasts.
Review sales results and win/loss trends to identify coaching opportunities and improve the team’s approach.

Strong deal-coaching and value-selling skills, including experience with tailored product packaging and dynamic pricing.
The ability to turn technical challenges into a clear business case for both technical and executive stakeholders.
Experience managing new customer acquisition, account growth, and renewal motions.

In this deeply cross-functional role, you'll work in close collaboration with product management, engineering, research, marketing, and other teams to shape both product and business strategy in our next chapter.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Hire, manage, and develop a multi-team design group spanning Design Systems, Code, MCP, CMS, and Community
Partner with Product and Engineering leads in this area to improve team processes and execution and coach individual teams through setting roadmap and strategy
Develop a perspective on your team's product areas and successfully advocate for it across the organization
Lead critique, sprint, and design review practices across the pillar
Advance your own skills at people management in a supportive and growth-oriented environment
Operate hands-on across both people management and strategy and execution
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
5+ years of design management experience, ideally including experience managing managers and leading teams through ambiguity and change
Deep understanding of the latest AI developments, modern tooling, and component-driven design practices
Strong hands-on expertise with Figma's tools, with the ability to mentor and guide design teams effectively
Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to solve complex design challenges and drive meaningful outcomes
Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, demonstrated through influencing teams, adapting quickly, and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background contributing to open-source or developer-facing design tools
Experience partnering with Research and Marketing on platform-wide initiatives

If you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
