At WHOOP, we’re on a mission to unlock human performance and healthspan. WHOOP empowers members to perform at a higher level through a deeper understanding of their bodies and daily lives. Within Membership Services, we bring that mission to life by transforming every touchpoint into a catalyst for progress, so members feel equipped to rise to the moment, every moment.
WHOOP is seeking a Change Management Specialist to help Membership Services successfully adopt, embed, and sustain operational change. This role will help shape and operate the team’s change management framework, supporting changes to products, policies, processes, tools, and ways of working. This includes change intake, impact assessment, sizing, governance, implementation planning, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
You will partner closely with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, Support Operations, and Readiness to translate upcoming changes into coordinated, practical plans. You will help ensure Membership Services leaders and representatives understand what is changing, why it matters, how their work will be affected, and what support they need to confidently serve our members.
Through structured planning, frontline engagement, data, and feedback, you will identify adoption risks, coordinate the right support, and help ensure changes are clearly understood, effectively implemented, and sustained over time - enabling Membership Services to consistently deliver the distinguished service our members expect.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the Membership Services change intake, assessment, and sizing process, evaluating the impact on both members and internal teams to determine the appropriate path.
- Build and execute right-sized change plans that define the intended member experience, impacted audiences, communications, enablement needs, milestones, dependencies, risks, ownership, and success measures.
- Coordinate with Learning & Training, Quality, Knowledge Management, and Support Operations to ensure representatives have the guidance, skills, processes, and resources needed to provide accurate and consistent member support.
- Assess the impact of upcoming changes on AI-enabled support and automation, coordinating updates to knowledge, workflows, guardrails, testing, and escalation paths to ensure accurate and consistent member experiences from launch.
- Manage assigned changes through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement, anticipating potential member friction and ensuring teams are prepared to support the experience from launch.
- Partner with Launch Readiness Specialists on complex initiatives, leading or supporting the employee impact and adoption workstream while bringing frontline and member insights into readiness decisions.
- Engage Membership Services leaders and frontline teams to validate impacts, identify adoption barriers, gather feedback, and ensure change plans reflect the realities of the member experience.
- Track adoption and outcomes using employee feedback, training and knowledge indicators, quality trends, process adherence, operational performance, and member contact data; coordinate targeted action where gaps emerge.
- Provide clear stakeholder updates, facilitate post-implementation reviews, and apply lessons learned to reduce member friction and continuously improve how change is delivered across Membership Services.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in change management, project coordination, enablement, operations, or a related field.
- Experience supporting change from planning through implementation, adoption, and reinforcement.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, practical guidance.
- A member-first, data-informed approach to identifying risks, measuring outcomes, and improving the experience.
- Fluency with AI-enabled tools and the judgment to use them responsibly while maintaining high standards for accuracy and quality.
- Demonstrated passion for performance, health and wellness, and the WHOOP mission.
Interested in the role, but don’t meet every qualification? We encourage you to still apply! At WHOOP, we believe there is much more to a candidate than what is written on paper, and we value character as much as experience. As we continue to build a diverse and inclusive environment, we encourage anyone who is interested in this role to apply.
The WHOOP compensation philosophy is designed to attract, motivate, and retain exceptional talent by offering competitive base salaries, meaningful equity, and consistent pay practices that reflect our mission and core values.
At WHOOP, we view total compensation as the combination of base salary, equity, and benefits, with equity serving as a key differentiator that aligns our employees with the long-term success of the company and allows every member of our corporate team to own part of WHOOP and share in the company’s long-term growth and success.
The Ireland base salary range for this full-time position is €40,000 - 55,000. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within each range, individual pay is based on factors such as job-related skills, experience, performance, and relevant education or training.
In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will also receive benefits and a generous equity package.
These ranges may be modified in the future to reflect evolving market conditions and organizational needs. While most offers will typically fall toward the starting point of the range, total compensation will depend on the candidate’s specific qualifications, expertise, and alignment with the role’s requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Intervention Algorithm Automation:
Design and implement incentive management systems as closed-loop feedback control systems to continuously optimize budget efficiency and marketplace balance.
Incremental Impact Maximization (Uplift Modeling):
Create and advance causal inference and uplift models (e.g., meta-learners) to evaluate the true incremental value of rewards and target personalized offers.
Behavioral Modeling & Business Impact:
Research and model the non-linear responses of marketplace participants to changing conditions (prices, incentive terms), translating these insights into algorithmic strategies that drive user retention and lifetime value (LTV).
End-to-End Development (Research-to-Production):
Translate research models into production-grade code, developing modular frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure algorithms operate reliably in real time.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as a strategic partner to product managers and engineers, driving the product roadmap through data-driven storytelling and aligning complex algorithmic solutions with overarching business goals.

Collaborate with global account-based marketing (ABM) teams to generate qualified leads and build meaningful business opportunities.
Translate our broader narrative around agentic software development into relevant field initiatives that resonate with enterprise tech leaders.
What you’ll bring
An entrepreneurial mindset. You are comfortable building programs from scratch and navigating ambiguity.
A hands-on approach to your work. You take ownership of the strategy while also handling the details.
Exceptional communication skills. You engage confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit. You build strong working relationships with global, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
Deep industry insight. You understand exactly how software engineering organizations evaluate and adopt new technologies.

Practical experience running account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in close collaboration with sales teams.
Location in the United States and the ability to travel domestically as needed.
What success looks like
In your first few months, you’ll establish strong alignment with US Sales and global marketing, identifying key regional priorities. Long-term, you’ll build a predictable, high-impact field marketing engine that deepens our relationships with enterprise decision-makers, generates qualified business opportunities, and establishes JetBrains as a trusted partner for AI-driven software development in the US.

For Hybrid Roles: If this role is Hybrid, there will be an expectation to reside within commutable distance to the office/location specified in the job listing. This will include, but not limited to, weekly/bi-weekly/monthly events in the office with your specific team. This is a requirement for this role.
Team Summary:
The AI Engineering team builds and operates AI Platform — the common foundation every engineering team uses to ship AI capabilities. The team delivers the shared infrastructure, reference patterns, and guardrails that let software engineers across the company build AI agents, MCP servers, and GenAI solutions without reinventing the foundations: model access, orchestration, evaluation, observability, and responsible AI controls. Working in close partnership with product and engineering teams, it turns proven patterns into platform capabilities that compound across the product portfolio.
Job Summary:
The Senior AI Architect is the senior technical leader for PointClickCare’s AI Platform, owning the architecture that enables software engineers across the company to build AI agents, MCP servers, and AI solutions on a common foundation. This role is an enabler, not a product owner: its output is a platform other teams build on, and the patterns, standards, and guardrails that make those teams faster. The Senior AI Architect works closely with product counterparts to review product roadmaps and translate them into architectural designs and decision documents and guides the AI Engineering team in building a robust, scalable agentic platform for the future of PointClickCare.
Key responsibilities:
Design and evolve the architecture of PointClickCare’s AI Platform — the agentic runtime, MCP integration layer, model gateway, and evaluation and observability services that engineering teams build on ensuring it scales with adoption across the product portfolio.
Guide the AI Engineering team through architectural decisions, design reviews, and hands-on technical mentorship, raising the bar for how the platform is designed, built, and operated.
Partner with product counterparts to review product roadmaps, translate upcoming AI capabilities into architectural requirements, and author architecture documents and decision records that de-risk delivery
Enable software engineers across PointClickCare to build AI agents, MCP servers, and solutions on the platform by codifying reference architectures, reusable patterns, and paved-road templates — and by providing direct architectural guidance to consuming teams.
Establish platform standards for security, responsible AI, evaluation, and observability, and run architectural review processes that keep solutions built on the platform consistent, compliant, and production-ready.
Minimum qualifications and Skills:
12+ years of software engineering and platform architecture experience with deep cloud expertise (Azure preferred), including 5+ years focused on AI/ML infrastructure and GenAI solutions at scale
Hands-on expertise with agentic systems — agent frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool use, RAG, vector databases, and production LLMOps
Proven track record designing internal platforms that other engineering teams build on, including developer experience, APIs and SDKs, and self-serve patterns
Strong architectural breadth across cloud-native systems, distributed systems, data platforms, and security architecture
Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality architecture documents and decision records, and to communicate design trade-offs clearly to engineering and product audiences
Preferred qualifications and skills:
Experience with the Azure AI stack (Azure OpenAI, AKS, APIM) and the Databricks lakehouse (Unity Catalog, model serving)
Background in healthcare technology platforms or clinical workflows
Experience guiding engineering teams as a senior architect or technical lead within a platform organization
Expertise in advanced agentic patterns including multi-agent orchestration, tool and MCP server design, agent evaluation, and model fine-tuning pipelines
Deep knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model risk management in regulated environments

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About the Role
This is an essential, high-profile role leading Intergovernmental and regulatory affairs for OKX in the EEA and UK. Your role will be to lead our engagement with regulators, policymakers, and government stakeholders across the region. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that sits at the intersection of policy, regulation, and business strategy, and is critical to our ability to operate and grow in regulated markets globally.
You will serve as a trusted representative of the company in government and regulatory forums, shape our policy positions, and work closely with senior leadership to ensure our regulatory strategy keeps pace with an evolving global landscape.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute a global government relations strategy aligned to the company's business objectives and expansion priorities
Build and maintain relationships with regulators, government agencies, legislative bodies, and industry associations across key jurisdictions
Monitor, analyse, and interpret regulatory and legislative developments (including MiCA, DORA, FSMA and equivalent frameworks) and translate their implications for internal stakeholders
Represent the company in regulatory consultations, policy roundtables, and industry working groups
Develop the company's policy positions and draft regulatory submissions, consultation responses, and position papers
Partner with the wider Legal team as well as colleagues from Compliance, Product, Communications and Business teams to ensure regulatory considerations are embedded in business decisions
Advise senior leadership and the Board on geopolitical and regulatory risk
Lead and grow a team of government relations and public policy professionals
What We're Looking For
12+ years of experience in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs — ideally with exposure to financial services or emerging technology
Deep understanding of the global crypto and digital assets regulatory landscape
Existing relationships with regulators or government officials in EEA and UK
Experience engaging directly with regulators — whether from industry, government, or a regulatory body itself
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex regulatory concepts for non-technical audiences
Strategic thinker who can operate at both a policy level and a practical, execution-oriented level
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with competing priorities
Why Join Us
Shape regulatory strategy at one of the most dynamic moments in the history of digital finance
Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful influence on business decisions
Competitive compensation including token/equity participation
Flexible, global working environment
