Responsibilities: — Develop functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure utilizing the Pear platform and Bare runtime. — Produce clear, high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demonstrations of builds. — Translate protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and documentation into visual, developer-friendly content such as code-alongs, guides, and repositories. — Collaborate with P2P protocol and product engineering teams on Pear and Bare features. — Quickly prototype demos including peer-to-peer chat, file synchronization, and data replication to showcase serverless products. — Partner with technical influencers and developer advocates to create turnkey assets and co-develop challenges. Requirements: — 3 to 6+ years experience in technical roles such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development. — Strong programming skills in NodeJS and C/C++ for working with P2P networking and runtime internals. — Solid understanding of peer-to-peer networking, distributed systems, hypercore, and append-only logs. — Experience in recording and editing technical screen-share or terminal videos using tools like Loom, Camtasia, or Screenflow. — Developer empathy with the ability to identify demo projects that engage builders and operators. — Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across global time zones.
