Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Replit spreads through companies differently than it does through individuals. One person builds an app, colleagues start using it, a team forms, an admin rolls Replit out more widely, and eventually Sales gets involved. You'll be the data scientist for Replit's enterprise business, covering both the product and the go-to-market motion: how Replit spreads inside organizations, what keeps teams engaged after rollout, which features and signals drive expansion, and how all of that becomes pipeline, revenue, and a reliable forecast.
Experimentation is hard here. There are far fewer accounts than users, people within an organization influence each other, and admins control what their teams see. You'll figure out how to learn quickly and rigorously anyway. You'll work with Enterprise Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Finance, and your work succeeds when it changes a product, GTM, or investment decision.
YOU WILL:
- Define how we measure the enterprise business end to end: account-level activation, breadth (share of seats active), depth (apps built, deployed, and shared), collaboration, consumption, and net revenue retention
- Understand virality inside organizations: how Replit spreads from a first builder to teams through app sharing, invites, and viewers who become builders; quantify within-account network effects and find the levers that accelerate them
- Explain post-engagement churn: why seats and accounts that engaged at rollout go dormant, separate seat-level decay from account-level risk, and turn it into account health models that give the product and Customer Success early warning and a clear next action
- Identify the product behaviors and features that precede seat expansion and plan upgrades, and use them to build product-qualified account (PQA) models that route bottoms-up usage to Sales at the right moment
- Measure adoption and value for enterprise features — admin and governance controls, security, data connectors, collaboration, and deploying to data platforms — and use it to inform what we build next
- Design experiments for enterprise: account- and cluster-level randomization, interference within organizations, small samples and heavy-tailed account sizes, stratified and matched-pair designs, staged rollouts and long-running holdouts, synthetic control, and Bayesian or hierarchical models where data is sparse
- Measure the incremental impact of GTM programs — pilots, onboarding, enablement, and sales-assist — with the same rigor as product launches
- Own enterprise forecasting for pipeline, bookings, consumption, and expansion, and pressure-test the assumptions behind capacity and quota plans
- Analyze pricing and packaging: seats vs. consumption, and how contract structure shapes usage
- Build a trusted enterprise data layer that joins product telemetry, CRM, and billing data and models the org, workspace, team, and seat hierarchy, so Product, Sales, and leadership can self-serve — increasingly through AI agents rather than static dashboards
- Bring a point of view to the enterprise roadmap and GTM strategy before you're asked
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 6+ years in product or GTM data science, with significant experience on B2B, collaboration, or multi-seat products
- Hands-on experimentation where the unit of randomization differs from the unit of analysis: cluster randomization, interference, and small-sample designs
- Strong retention and survival modeling, cohort analysis, and segmentation at both user and account level
- Experience defining adoption, retention, and revenue metrics (activation, NRR, GRR, expansion) and getting the company to agree on them
- Built scoring or forecasting models that Sales, Customer Success, or Finance actually used
- Expert SQL, including messy CRM, billing, and product data joined at the account level; strong Python; comfortable building your own datasets in dbt
- A track record of analysis that changed a product roadmap or GTM decision, and the confidence to push back on an attractive story when the evidence doesn't support it
- Heavy, practical use of AI tools to move faster in your own work
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience at a company that grew from bottoms-up adoption into enterprise sales (collaboration, productivity, or developer tools)
- Consumption- or usage-based revenue models and PLG-to-sales motions (PQLs/PQAs, sales-assist)
- Virality, network, or graph analysis of collaboration data
- Fluency with Salesforce data and RevOps tooling
- Modern data stack: BigQuery, dbt, Hex
BONUS POINTS
- Experience with enterprise admin, security, or governance product surfaces
- Built AI agents for GTM teams (account research, deal reviews, QBR prep)
- Early member of an enterprise or GTM data function
This is a full-time role based in our Foster City, CA office with an in-office requirement of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Replit is the agentic software creation platform that enables anyone to build applications using natural language. With millions of users worldwide, Replit is democratizing software development by removing traditional barriers to application creation.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help accelerate the growth of Replit Agent— a core part of our mission to allow anyone to build software, without any coding experience.
This role sits at the crossroads of product, engineering, and go-to-market, ensuring that every new feature we ship lands with clarity, excitement, and impact. You’ll work closely with our engineers, PMs and Partnership teams to understand the product roadmap, then translate those innovations into compelling narratives that resonate with builders of all kinds — from solo builders to enterprise teams. You’ll also leverage your storytelling expertise to collaborate with our partner ecosystem, crafting compelling “Better Together” narratives that elevate our joint value and propel partner marketing initiatives.
Replit moves fast — we ship continuously, experiment relentlessly, and aim to make every builder more productive and creative. We’re looking for someone who thrives in that environment: part strategist, part storyteller, and part operator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead Product Marketing for our Launches
Develop and operationalize Replit’s launch motion — from early roadmap planning through public release. Create repeatable frameworks that keep launches fast, clear, and coordinated.
- Shape Messaging & Positioning
Craft technically fluent, developer-first narratives that highlight how Replit’s AI coding agent accelerates creativity and productivity. Tailor messaging to different developer segments and channels.
- Create Sales & Growth Enablement
Build the first generation of enablement materials (decks, demos, battlecards, FAQs) that empower GTM teams and partners to tell Replit’s story confidently.
- Lead Competitive and Market Insights
Stay ahead of the fast-moving landscape in AI coding assistants and app development platforms. Identify key trends, threats, and whitespace opportunities that shape how Replit stands out.
- Co-market with our Partner ecosystem
You’ll also leverage your storytelling expertise to collaborate with our partner ecosystem, crafting compelling “Better Together” narratives that elevate our joint value and propel partner marketing initiatives
- Analyze & Learn
Define metrics, gather insights, and feed back learnings from the field and community to inform product and marketing strategies.
YOU'LL BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU:
- Have 8+ years of work experience, including 6+ years in product marketing (ideally within the app development space)
- Love building from scratch — frameworks, processes, teams, and strategy
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complexity
- Are equally comfortable writing a launch announcement, building a competitive teardown, or running a cross-functional sync
- Have a founder mindset: you identify gaps and fill them, move quickly, and don’t wait for someone else to define the playbook
- Proven ability to partner directly with engineers and product managers, turning technical concepts into simple, powerful stories
- Strong project management skills — you can juggle multiple launches and keep teams aligned under pressure
- Experience with sales enablement and competitive positioning for technical audiences
- A collaborative, low-ego approach and willingness to dig into the details
BONUS POINTS:
- Experience in app development space or marketing to product managers, designers, sales, marketing or operations teams
- Experience with Partner/Ecosystem Marketing- to start with, we are looking for a generalist who can also help out with Partner Marketing
- Experience at a startup or high-growth environment where speed and adaptability matter
- Understanding of AI and machine learning technologies
- A track record of successful launches for developer-facing products
EXAMPLE PROJECTS:
- Establishing a repeatable launch rhythm for major features and smaller updates
- Building a competitive intelligence framework for the AI coding assistant space
- Developing persona-driven messaging for builders across different segments and company sizes
- Launching and executing co-marketing initiatives with Replit’s partner ecosystem
- Coordinating cross-functional launches with engineering, product and marketing
- Defining metrics and feedback loops between product, marketing, and the our builder community

Canonical is a leading provider of open source software and operating systems to the global enterprise and technology markets.
Our platform, Ubuntu, is very widely used in breakthrough enterprise initiatives
such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation and IoT. Our customers include the world's leading public cloud and silicon providers, and industry leaders in many sectors. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration, with 1200+ colleagues in 80+ countries and very few roles based in offices. Teams meet two to four times yearly in person, in interesting locations around the world, to align on strategy and execution.
The company is founder led, profitable and growing.
We are hiring an
Engineer Director, Devices Software Engineering
to drive the strategy and implementation of our next-generation Ubuntu hardware enablement quality. This critical function is part of our mission to transform Linux certification, in partnership with the engineering directors of Ubuntu Enablement and Ubuntu Certification. Our goal is to deliver the world's best long term OS stability commitment on PC, server and IoT hardware.
We believe that Engineering Directors should be outstanding engineers themselves. They should be very comfortable reviewing a patch or a software design spec. They are trusted engineers who understand the importance of a whole-team effort in creating great products, and who enjoy seeing colleagues develop. They should contribute code themselves to set the standard for coding, but know that the code they write is far less significant than their ability to shape the whole team’s direction, focus and delivery. We grow management skills, and train engineers who are interested in soft skills to be managers. Even though this is a director level position, managing managers, we expect Engineering Directors to be outstanding system software engineers with the confidence to lead by example across the full range of activities in their teams. You’ll need to know how to drive testing and benchmarking to improve the clarity in your teams around quality and performance. You’ll also need to be confident to set and defend high expectations of work ethic, consistency, focus and learning.
In this Engineering Director role, you will lead the strategy and the team responsible for quality coordination and integration testing of our software stacks with hardware. We are looking for a quality expert with the ability to establish quality processes from the ground up. The candidate must understand today's PC and ARM IoT hardware, and be excited about the new generation of RISC-V hardware that is on the horizon. They should understand the board and device product lifecycle and know the tools and techniques used to introduce new products. They will work with teams across the company to drive quality improvements through the entire development cycle. This challenging role demands a high degree of technical skill combined with management experience.
Today, most Linux certification is poor quality. Vendors run one set of tests and then declare that 'the hardware is certified'. But Linux is not a static platform. We make many more security fixes in the Linux world than people traditionally made in the proprietary OS world - all of these need to be tested on hardware which has been certified, even if that certification is 'old'. Also, Linux and open source evolve significantly every six months, and even more between major enterprise releases like the Ubuntu LTS versions. During the lifespan of an LTS, new kernel improvements will be available to users, and they want to be sure that their hardware will work. Today's Linux certification programs do not meet the needs of its users, and we want to change that.
Our intention is to deliver
continuous quality and certification
across the entire portfolio of certified hardware. Once we have enabled and certified a device, we intend to keep testing it to ensure that every single change we deliver to Ubuntu users globally is verified on all the hardware we know about. We also intend to
measure energy consumption
on a continuous process, as part of our commitment to
measure, manage and drive down the carbon footprint of Ubuntu
usage around the planet. We are building the world's largest and best-equipped Linux device certification facility in Taipei, which will enable this continuous testing. We are also structuring our renewed partnership and customer agreements to facilitate this process going forward.
We believe that open source is just starting to transform the tech sector and enterprise compute. Our goal is to make open source easier, more reliable and more secure for deployment and development. We strive to be the provider of ‘most software to most companies’. To deliver on that ambition, our engineers are carefully selected from the applicants across the globe. We select for brilliance and motivation to take open source to the next level. Our engineering directors and managers help teams achieve more than they thought they could, and feel proud of the result.
As an Engineering Director at Canonical your primary responsibility is to the teams you lead, to ensure that they measure outcomes, make process improvements, do valuable work, and find career satisfaction at Canonical. Technical leadership is a requirement, so that you’re able to challenge and grow your teams. Strong aptitude for planning, management and operations are necessary too. You will have the opportunity to influence our culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with your teams on strategy and execution. You’ll select, develop, retain and lead teams of excellent software developers to design and implement software that runs on various CPU architectures, such as ARM, RISC-V, and x86. You will meet with stakeholders, prioritize requests, plan your roadmap and ensure the team can deliver their goals.
Location:
As an Engineering Director position, this requires a candidate who is confident to run a project which spans several teams and time zones, hiring and managing both engineering managers and staff engineers. The role is part of our global Canonical and Ubuntu engineering organisation. We prefer to appoint a candidate who will base themselves in our Taipei Minsheng office, alongside other enablement engineering leaders, and close to the stream of new hardware that goes into the certification lab.

to lead efficient and effective travel, logistics, event, scheduling, expense policy and administration.
This executive role requires outstanding coordination, planning, decision-making, budgeting, procurement, reporting and management. It is a fast-paced and complex operation in the tech industry.
We coordinate large-scale company events which involve travel for hundreds of people from 80+ countries. We run such events four times a year, a significant investment in our ability to shape culture, teamwork, execution plans and strategy. Our team is responsible for travel procurement and logistics, ensuring that these events run efficiently and safely. Visas, travel complications and unexpected situations make this a complex operation to run efficiently, demanding a rigorous approach and high work ethic in the team.
This team also serves as an independent check on expense claim approval, ensuring fairness and consistency across teams and countries. This requires integrity, transparency and accountability, and a willingness to set and politely defend the same expectations of the most senior and most junior colleagues.
Together these responsibilities amount to tens of millions in operational costs and a significant number of tactical and operational decisions.
Our team also provides traditional 'EA' services for company leads, though they do this across departments and as a consistent service rather than as personal assistants; they set and deliver to expectations on specific kinds of work. They schedule meetings, coordinate monthly reports, handle delegated approvals for travel and expenses, work across teams, coordinate with suppliers, and run small projects or initiatives.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp's Enterprise CSMs don't manage accounts — they transform how companies run their finances. This is a role for people who have been inside large organizations when change was hard, who speak the language of a CFO, and who already use AI the way surgeons use instruments: not occasionally, not as an experiment, but as the default way they work. You'll be embedded in Ramp's enterprise accounts, responsible for driving genuine workflow transformation — not just onboarding completion.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise customers through the full transformation journey — from implementation through agentic workflow adoption — with clear accountability for time-to-value and measurable business outcomes
- Build and own the change management strategy for each account: map stakeholders, diagnose resistance, build internal coalitions, and drive adoption past the finish line
- Quantify and communicate Ramp's impact in the language CFOs and Controllers care about — close cycle improvement, spend visibility, variance reduction, and ROI — not just product usage metrics
- Run executive-level stakeholder management across multiple layers of a customer org, including C-suite relationships you own independently
- Use AI tools daily to prepare for customer calls, build materials, synthesize data, identify account risk, and operate at a pace traditional methods can't match
- Help customers understand and adopt Ramp's agentic finance capabilities — positioning new workflows not as features, but as fundamental changes to how their finance team operates
- Partner with Account Executives and Technical Consulting to deliver seamless implementations and expand Ramp's footprint within accounts
- Bring customer insight back to Product — surfacing patterns, gaps, and opportunities from your accounts to shape how Ramp evolves
Must-Haves
- Enterprise change management — You've driven workflow adoption inside complex organizations, navigated real resistance from real stakeholders, and have measurable results to show for it. Finance or fintech context is a plus but not required.
- ERP system fluency — You're comfortable working within and around major ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Sage Intacct, or similar). You understand how these systems structure financial data, where integrations typically break, and how workflow changes ripple through an ERP-centric finance stack. This fluency is what lets you speak credibly to Controllers and finance ops teams about how Ramp fits into their existing systems of record.
- AI fluency as a daily habit — You already use AI tools habitually in your work. You use them to prep for calls, synthesize information, build customer-facing materials, and automate repetitive tasks. This is how you work, not something you're exploring. Ramp is a builder culture: if you don't instinctively reach for AI before doing things manually, this role will be a hard adjustment.
- Financial impact communication — You can walk a CFO through the business case for a workflow change, connect implementation milestones to P&L outcomes, and run executive updates in financial terms, not product terms. A finance background is not required — fluency is.
- Technical acumen — You can hold your own in conversations with Product and Engineering on integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture. You don't need to code, but credibility in technical conversations is what earns you a seat at the table with the full customer stakeholder group.
- 7+ years in enterprise customer success or implementations — You’ve spent enough time navigating complex organizations and senior stakeholders that it’s second nature. You know how to move an enterprise, not just support one.
Nice-to-Haves
- Agentic workflow experience — You've helped customers adopt AI-powered or agentic workflows at scale. You understand what friction looks like in practice and what makes transformation actually stick.
- Finance domain depth — Exposure to FP&A, accounting software ecosystems (Netsuite, Sage, QuickBooks, Xero), expense management, or CFO-adjacent workflows. Accelerates credibility with Ramp's customer base.
- Demonstrated commercial impact — You can point to expansion, retention, or time-to-value outcomes with specific metrics attached — not described in general terms.
- Background at an AI-first or AI transformation company — not just a company that uses AI, but one where rethinking workflows around it was part of the product or culture
- High-growth or startup experience (comfort operating in ambiguity and rapid change)
- C-suite relationships built and maintained independently, without relying on a sales counterpart
