Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The role We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Network Infrastructure team. You will bring network engineering and partner teams together to turn requirements into actionable plans and lead project delivery from planning through completion. Your work will span network deployments, internal network service improvements, and security initiatives across our global infrastructure, including offices and data centers. You will also help manage our network services as products, setting goals and metrics to guide improvements and measure how well they meet users’ needs. Your responsibilities will include: Lead networking and infrastructure projects across teams, agreeing on scope, priorities, owners, delivery commitments, and completion criteria. Turn incoming requests into actionable plans, clarify dependencies, and coordinate delivery with Global Networks, NetDev, SRE, and other partner teams. Support quarterly planning and day-to-day coordination by aligning priorities with engineering capacity and keeping tasks and dependencies on track. Manage risks and scope changes, follow through on commitments, help resolve blockers, and escalate issues when needed. Coordinate network deployments for offices and data centers, building shared deployment playbooks with clear milestones and responsibilities. Prepare and coordinate security initiatives within Network Infrastructure in partnership with the CISO, Platform Security, and Physical Security, balancing security work with other engineering priorities. Work with service owners and engineering teams to define service goals and metrics, prioritize improvements, and assess results against users’ needs. Keep project plans and status current in Jira, and provide concise updates on progress, blockers, risks, and decisions needed. Help teams adopt shared Network Infrastructure tools and practices, using simple, practical processes without unnecessary bureaucracy. We expect you to have: Experience delivering networking projects involving multiple engineering teams, such as network deployments, connectivity upgrades, or migrations. A working understanding of networking and IT infrastructure concepts, sufficient to discuss requirements, dependencies, and trade-offs with engineers. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, including the ability to resolve conflicting priorities and coordinate teams outside your reporting line. Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and engineering capacity across multiple concurrent projects. The ability to turn loosely defined requests into actionable plans with clear owners, milestones, and completion criteria. Familiarity with Agile, Kanban, and milestone-based planning, and the judgment to choose an approach that fits the work. Experience using Jira or similar tools to maintain project plans, coordinate work, and report on delivery. Clear written and verbal communication in English, including the ability to provide concise updates for technical teams and leadership. A practical approach to delivery: you take ownership, follow through, raise issues early, and help teams find workable solutions. It would be a plus if you have: Experience translating security requirements into engineering plans and coordinating initiatives such as vulnerability remediation, network segmentation, firewall rollouts, or access management. Experience managing internal infrastructure services as products, including defining goals and metrics and prioritizing improvements based on users’ needs. Experience coordinating network deployments for office or data center launches. Experience developing reusable deployment playbooks or helping teams adopt shared tools and engineering practices. Hands-on experience configuring Jira workflows, building reports, or automating project processes. Relevant certifications, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or certifications in networking or security. Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City About Vercel: Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience. Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide. About the Role: We're looking for a leader to build, coach, and scale a team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on landing net-new, scaling startups on Vercel. These are high-stakes, technical deal cycles, where founders and engineering leaders are making architectural decisions that will carry them through their next stage of growth as they build and adopt AI-native applications. You'll set the operating rhythm, drive pipeline creation and execution, and act as a player-coach to help experienced sellers run tight, multi-threaded deal cycles. You'll develop deep expertise in Vercel, use pattern recognition to find the startups where we can deliver the most value, and partner across functions to build a foundation for adoption and expansion. By using automation and AI to maximize your team's impact, you'll turn wins into repeatable playbooks across the startup segment. If you’re based within a pre-determined commuting distance of one of our offices (SF, NY, London, or Berlin), the role includes in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. If you're located beyond that distance, the role is fully remote. For location-specific details, please connect with our recruiting team. About Startups at Vercel: Vercel Startups partners with founders from the first line of code through hypergrowth. Startups move faster than ever, and the infrastructure decisions they make early either unlock scale or become long-term constraints. The Greenfield team hunts new logos at the inflection point: startups that have found scale and now need more from their infrastructure partner across performance, security, AI, and commercial terms. We're a talent-dense team of former founders, engineers, and go-to-market operators. Many of us have sat on the other side of the table making architectural tradeoffs under real constraints, and we bring that perspective into every conversation. We operate with high trust, high agency, and shared ownership: curious, resilient, and willing to push through hard problems to help startups win. What You Will Do: Hire & Scale : Recruit, onboard, and ramp a high-performing team of senior Startup Account Executives focused on net-new logo acquisition in greenfield territory. Coach & Develop : Provide ongoing coaching, 1:1s, call reviews, and deal strategy sessions to sharpen experienced reps into trusted partners for founders, CTOs, and technical leaders. Startup GTM Strategy : Define territory and segment approach, ICP targeting, and outbound motions to reach scaling startups at the moments where Vercel can help them build, ship, and scale. Player-Coach Leadership : Jump into key deals, join customer calls, and help reps connect technical priorities and architectural decisions to business outcomes across discovery, demos, security, procurement, and negotiation. Pipeline & Execution : Drive pipeline generation, disciplined qualification, and consistent deal progression to hit team bookings targets and set customers up for adoption and growth. Forecasting & Performance Management : Own forecast accuracy, inspect pipeline health, and manage performance against leading indicators and quota. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Marketing, RevOps, Product, Solutions Engineering, and the Activations and Install Base teams as one team to improve targeting and conversion and help startups adopt AI-native architectures. AI, Automation & Repeatable Playbooks : Use AI and automation to maximize team impact, identify patterns across startup needs and usage signals, and turn successful plays into repeatable motions. About You: 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, including 2+ years managing Account Executives. A proven track record leading teams to land net-new logos and consistently hit bookings targets, with an understanding of how scaling startups evaluate, adopt, and expand on technical platforms. Strong coaching skills across discovery, qualification, mutual close plans, multi-threading, and negotiation. Experience building pipeline generation motions (outbound + inbound) and holding reps accountable to activity and quality. Comfort leading conversations with founders and technical buyers about architectural decisions and business tradeoffs. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be credible with engineering stakeholders. Curiosity about AI-native development and a willingness to build deep expertise in Vercel and the tools shaping how startups build and ship. A growth mindset, resilience, and strong shared ownership. You operate with high trust and high agency while balancing strategy with hands-on execution. Bonus If You: Have sold developer tools, infrastructure, AI/ML products, or other technical platforms to startups. Have built or scaled a net-new / greenfield sales motion in a startup-focused segment. Have firsthand experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or partner to founders navigating technical and business constraints. Have strong cross-functional instincts, especially with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and RevOps. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package, including equity. Inclusive Healthcare Package. Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills. Flexible Time Off. We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed. The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $280,000 - $330,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process. Disclosures: Privacy: Please review our Job Applicant Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, national origin, citizenship, age, marital status, veteran status, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Vercel encourages everyone to apply for our available positions, even if they don't necessarily check every box on the job description.
Location: San Francisco, CA | New York City, NY About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Nonprofits, universities and other mission-driven organizations do some of the hardest work in the world, usually with small teams and little technical capacity. As a Scaled Account Manager in Beneficial Deployments, you will be the person a named book of these organizations can rely on. You will own each customer relationship after the first conversation, including commercials, activation and the conversations that turn a new deployment into everyday use. This role sits on the Scaled Sales team within Beneficial Deployments, the part of Anthropic that brings Claude to mission-driven organizations sooner and further than the market would on its own. You will work with little to no dedicated Customer Success support, so you are both the seller and the person who helps a customer get real value. That is only possible if you work differently. You will use Claude to take on the short-horizon tasks that consume a book like this, and spend your time on strategic conversations. The role will also change. As we automate more of this work, the book will take less of your time, and that time moves to growth: deeper work with your highest-potential accounts, launches, events and programs that reach many more organizations. We are hiring someone who wants that: someone who will automate parts of their own job and move on to the next hard problem. What you'll do Own a named book of nonprofit and education customers. Take over existing relationships and run them end to end: retention, seat growth, plan moves and new contacts inside each organization. Drive activation yourself. Help priority customers in the segment go from purchased seats to weekly use, starting with where staff lose the most time: fundraising, grant writing, reporting and program operations at nonprofits, or research support, teaching and administration in higher ed. Automate your own work. Use Claude to handle account research, follow-ups, usage reviews and routine questions, then share what works so the whole team can use it. Spend your time on strategic conversations. Work with executive directors, operations leads, and IT and academic leaders at universities to find the use cases that matter to their mission and agree what success looks like. Spot who is ready for more. Identify customers moving from individual productivity toward redesigned workflows, build the case, and bring in Applied AI or other specialists when they qualify for deeper support. Build programs, not one-offs. When ten customers have the same problem, create a playbook, webinar or cohort that solves it once. Be the voice of your book. Bring what you hear to Product, Marketing, Support and Operations, and work across those teams to get customer problems fixed. Where your time goes as we automate The role starts mostly account-facing. Over roughly the first six months, we expect Claude to take on much of the routine work, and your time shifts toward growth. Examples of where it goes: Deeper with priority accounts. Spend real time with the 10 to 15% of your book that can move from individual productivity to redesigned workflows, and get them there. Quarterly launches. Beneficial Deployments brings new offerings to the nonprofit and education community each quarter. Help drive them: coordinate across Marketing, Comms and partner teams, and make sure your customers benefit. Events. Help shape and run the events, local and eventually international, that become a core part of how we reach new organizations. New signups and scaled partnerships. Contribute to the motions that bring new organizations onto Claude, including partner channels and programs for segments we don't yet serve well. The exact mix will change, and you will help decide it. Part of the job is working out which tasks should be automated and which still deserve a person's time. You may be a good fit if you have 3+ years of account management or customer success experience with nonprofit or higher education customers, with a proven track record of growing retention and driving adoption of new technology Have owned customer relationships in an account management or customer success role, and can point to accounts you grew, retained or turned around Use AI in your own work today, and can show a workflow you built that gave you real time back Bring structure to unfamiliar problems, and can move from a messy situation to a clear plan quickly Have run multi-step programs or projects with several stakeholders and kept them on track Have got things done through people you did not manage, across teams in a larger organization Stay effective when your job changes, and would see automating part of your role as a win Can explain AI plainly to people who are skeptical, busy or new to it Care about the mission of nonprofits and educational institutions, and about AI being developed and deployed safely Strong candidates may also Have built something from zero, such as a company, a product, a sales motion or a new program, or been an early employee at a startup Have a consulting background, with experience across many sectors and problem types Have worked at an AI-native company or sold AI products, or moved from business development into owning accounts Have worked in or with nonprofits, foundations, Universities or other mission-driven organizations Understand how nonprofits and universities buy, including boards, funders, procurement cycles and tight budgets Have used usage data to prioritize a large book of accounts The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $222,800 — $290,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Help prioritize framework and runtime support, scheduled functions, data access, and storage, with consistent experiences across Webflow Cloud, the API, and the CLI. - Turn customer infrastructure needs into clear priorities. Work directly with Enterprise customers, agencies, and customer-facing teams to understand what blocks adoption and growth. Translate needs around performance, resiliency, compliance, secure connectivity, and regional availability into actionable requirements, with a clear view of competitive gaps and opportunities to differentiate. - Balance customer value with platform economics. Partner with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Pricing to shape usage models, cost visibility, and pricing inputs for compute, storage, and hosting. Use adoption, consumption, and cost data to evaluate investments and help customers understand and manage their usage. - Stay close to the work from discovery through launch. Write clear briefs, define success metrics, make scope decisions, and resolve tradeoffs throughout delivery. Prototype ideas, query product data, and contribute directly where useful to help the team learn faster and ship better products. - Plan beyond the next release. Identify how changes in runtimes, edge infrastructure, and AI-driven development affect your product area. Turn those insights into grounded, multi-quarter proposals, validate assumptions early, and adapt the roadmap as customer needs and evidence evolve. ABOUT YOU: Requirements: - BS / BA college degree or relevant experience - Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in English You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager, Cloud Infrastructure if you: - Have shipped cloud infrastructure or developer platform products. You’ve owned a meaningful product area from customer discovery through launch and adoption. You understand hosting, compute, deployment, and storage well enough to make informed product decisions and engage engineers on tradeoffs involving performance, reliability, security, and cost. - Treat reliability as part of the product. You’ve partnered with Engineering to establish SLOs, observability, and incident practices for a platform customers depend on. You translate operational issues into customer impact and make deliberate roadmap choices about reliability, technical debt, and new capabilities. - Have built platforms other teams ship on. You treat internal teams as customers, uncover shared needs, and distinguish reusable platform capabilities from product-specific requirements. You balance immediate delivery needs with durable foundations and measure success through adoption, developer productivity, and customer outcomes. - Make complex infrastructure approachable. You turn technical capabilities into clear workflows, useful defaults, and appropriate controls. You can serve developers who need flexibility and less technical customers, including marketers, who need to get something live with confidence. - Understand how AI changes platform requirements. You’ve used code generation or agent tools hands-on and have a perspective on what they change about building, deploying, and operating software. You can turn emerging needs—such as rapid deployment cycles, bursty provisioning, and untrusted code—into concrete product priorities. - Own outcomes from discovery through iteration. You combine customer research, product data, and technical context to identify problems worth solving. You write clear requirements, define success measures, make scope decisions, and stay close to execution and post-launch results. - Lead cross-functional work with clarity and sound judgment. You bring Engineering, Design, GTM, and leadership together around a clear problem and plan. You make tradeoffs explicit, challenge assumptions constructively, and move decisions forward independently, knowing when to seek input or escalate. - Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact. An overview of this role We're looking for a strategic, data-driven owner for about.gitlab.com, the site where developers, platform teams and enterprise buyers first meet GitLab. You'll build a performance-based strategy for where the site goes next, align partners around it, and see it through: from the roadmap and experimentation program to the pages behind every major product launch and event. You set direction and orchestrate the work; you don't need to build it yourself. What You'll Do Build a performance-based strategy and quarterly roadmap for about.gitlab.com, tied to pipeline and self-serve trial goals, and align Marketing leadership and partners around it. Set the experimentation roadmap based on business goals and manage the optimization program, partnering with User Experience (UX) Design so design shapes what we test from the start. Own launch page production for major product launches and events, from calendar and brief to launch readiness and post-launch cleanup, with UX Design, Product Marketing, Content and Marketing Engineering. Set direction for information architecture and content governance, so a site with many contributors stays coherent, on brand and easy for search and artificial intelligence (AI) answer engines to understand. Represent content contributors on the content management system (CMS) roadmap, and bring AI into their workflows with clear guardrails for human review. Build a two-way partnership with localization content managers so learnings flow between the English and localized sites. Define the site's success metrics (conversion on key paths, site-sourced pipeline, test velocity and win rate, on-time launches) and report progress to Marketing leadership. What You'll Bring Experience owning strategy for a high-traffic business-to-business software-as-a-service website, ideally one with many audiences and contributors. A track record of setting an experimentation roadmap and running a program that delivered measurable conversion or pipeline lift. Experience running website launches across design, content, product marketing and engineering teams. Skill at turning analytics, research and A/B test results into clear priorities. The ability to lead through influence: you build credibility with designers, engineers and marketers, and act as a partner, not a gatekeeper. Technical fluency with modern websites and content management systems, enough to make tradeoffs with engineers. You don't need to write production code. Curiosity about AI and experience using it to improve content or web workflows. Clear, concise asynchronous writing and the ability to thrive in GitLab's all-remote, handbook-first culture. Bonus points: experience marketing to developers, running localized sites, or working with technical search engine optimization (SEO) and answer engine optimization (AEO). About the team You'll lead through a dedicated team of specialists in UX design, technical SEO, AEO, marketing analytics, content, paid and campaigns, and partner with Marketing Engineering to ship. If this role excites you but you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
