We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
The Senior Network Engineer leads Wizards of the Coast's enterprise network — datacenters, corporate offices, studios, and AWS cloud. Our stack runs on a Juniper/Mist campus fabric, a Palo Alto Networks security edge, and cloud-native AWS connectivity. You'll set technical direction, drive complex initiatives end to end, and mentor the broader team. Come help us build the future of network operations.
What You'll Do:
Own the architecture, build, and roadmap for our Juniper/Mist campus and branch infrastructure, and lead its evolution across sites and business units.
Lead the Palo Alto Networks security stack, from policy architecture to secure-by-design standards across teams.
Own end-to-end AWS cloud network implementation — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53 — and hybrid connectivity, including BGP, OSPF, and SD-WAN traffic engineering at scale.
Drive automation and AI adoption across network operations, from config deployment to AI-powered monitoring, observability, and root-cause analysis.
Be the go-to for critical issues, and mentor less-experienced engineers through code review, troubleshooting, and skill-building.
What You'll Bring:
10+ years in enterprise network engineering — routing, switching, wireless — with deep expertise in Juniper (EX/QFX/SRX, Mist) and/or Cisco (Catalyst, Nexus), plus hands-on work with intelligent ops tools like Mist/Marvis at scale.
Expert-level BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, and load balancing chops. You've built these solutions from scratch, not just maintained them!
Extensive Palo Alto Networks firewall experience, including policy architecture and Panorama at enterprise scale. Checkpoint or Fortinet is a plus.
Proven AWS production experience — VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect/VPN, Route 53, security groups, CloudWatch, DNS, DHCP, IPAM — with the judgment to make platform decisions independently.
Hands-on use of AI tools like Mist/Marvis and coding assistants (Claude, Copilot) to power automation and network ops, plus a track record of leading cross-functional work and mentoring engineers.
Nice to Have:
Active advanced certifications: CCIE, JNCIE, AWS Advanced Networking Specialty, or AWS Solutions Architect Professional.
Prisma Access / SASE deployment leadership, or Palo Alto Cloud Identity Engine (CIE) build ownership.
Terraform or Ansible pipelines you've built and owned in production — not just maintained.
Experience in a multi-studio, multi-BU entertainment or gaming environment, or another complex, highly distributed org.
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation range for this role. The range listed is just one component of Wizards of the Coast’s total compensation package for employees. Employees may also be eligible for annual and long-term incentives. In addition, Wizards of the Coast provides a variety of benefits to employees. The Position
CallRail is looking for a
Product Manager
to join our team that supports our core integrations, public
API and webhooks products
.
This is a build role. You’ll ship net-new integrations with platforms our customers depend on — automotive and healthcare tools, scheduling systems, workflow platforms like Zapier — and you’ll deepen the ones we already have. You’ll also own the shared service and framework those integrations run on, and the developer-facing API and webhook surface that thousands of customers and partners build on top of.
The other half of the job is keeping the ecosystem healthy. Integrations break in ways ad campaigns don’t, and you’ll be the person who decides what gets fixed first. That means working shoulder to shoulder with
Support, Sales, and Marketing
— they hear about problems before dashboards do, they know which integration is blocking a deal, and they need you to tell them what’s coming and when.
This role suits a hands-on, technically fluent PM who wants to ship real integrations, cares about customer product experience, and works in an environment where AI is a daily tool rather than a talking point.
What You'll Do
Build and deepen integrations
Ship net-new core integrations — new verticals like automotive and healthcare, scheduling and workflow platforms, and the partners our roadmap calls for next.
Deepen existing integrations past MVP: fill functional gaps, expand data coverage, and make the ones customers already rely on genuinely good.
Own the shared service and framework every integration inherits — data sync, authentication, error handling, and retries — and the tooling that makes the next integration cheaper to build than the last.
Own the integrations UI and library: how customers discover, connect, configure, and troubleshoot what we’ve built.
Own the API and webhooks
Own CallRail’s public API and webhooks as a product, not a byproduct: new capabilities, versioning strategy, deprecation paths, and the developer experience around them.
Drive
parity between our API and webhooks
so developers get consistent data and behavior regardless of how they consume it.
Own API documentation, the developer dashboard, and the administration and billing experience for API access.
Define and monitor the health metrics developers actually feel — latency, error rates, rate-limit behavior, webhook delivery reliability — and act on them.
Prioritize and triage
Own the integrations bug queue. Triage incoming issues, and make the reliability work that keeps the ecosystem healthy visible and scheduled rather than invisible and endless.
Make the call on sequencing net-new work against fixes and migrations, and be able to explain that call to anyone who asks.
Close the loop with
Support
— build the intake path that turns ticket patterns into prioritized work, and give them the answers and workarounds they need in the meantime.
Keep
Sales
and
Marketing
ahead of the roadmap: what’s shipping, what’s fixed, what’s still broken, and what they can confidently sell and promote.
Cross-functional
Write clear, actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria with real technical context and edge cases identified up front.
Lead discovery with customers, developers, and internal teams to validate problems before scoping solutions.
Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience on launches, enablement, and adoption.
Represent core integrations and the API in planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
What You'll Need
3-5 years of product management experience
, including meaningful time on integrations, APIs, developer tools, or platform-oriented work.
Background in marketing tech, communications tools, or call tracking ecosystems.
A track record of actually shipping B2B SaaS integrations end to end — not just governing a platform others built on.
Strong technical fluency. You read API documentation comfortably, reason about data models and auth flows, understand webhooks and event delivery semantics, and can scope edge cases with engineers without needing a translator.
Hands-on experience with public or partner APIs — REST, OAuth, versioning, rate limiting, pagination, and webhook reliability patterns.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools (Claude or similar) in your actual day-to-day product work.
Comfort working directly with Support, Sales, and Marketing — turning their signal into prioritized work and keeping them informed without being asked twice.
Comfort with the unglamorous half of integration work: bugs, migrations, and reliability — and the judgment to prioritize it against net-new.
Ability to prioritize clearly across business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility, and to explain your reasoning to both engineers and executives.
Experience in Agile teams working closely with engineers and designers.
Excellent written communication. Integration decisions live or die by how well they’re documented.
Familiarity with tools we use: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Looker, Fullstory, Figma.
Nice to Have
Experience building or scaling a developer platform, API program, or developer portal.
Experience with vertical software ecosystems — automotive, healthcare, home services, or legal.
Experience with MCP, agent frameworks, or designing APIs intended for AI consumption.
Working With AI at CallRail
AI is core to how our product team operates, and we expect it to be core to how you operate. We use
Claude
across discovery, spec writing, data analysis, prototyping, and internal tooling, and we’re actively building AI capabilities into the product itself. In this role you will:
Use AI daily as a working tool — clustering support tickets to find the real bug patterns, drafting and pressure-testing specs, exploring API data, and building throwaway scripts and prototypes to answer questions faster than a meeting could.
Build your own leverage rather than waiting for it — writing Claude skills, agents, and internal workflows that make you and your team faster.
Think about CallRail’s platform as something AI agents will consume, not just humans. MCP servers, agent-friendly API design, and tool-calling patterns are increasingly part of what a modern integrations platform is expected to offer, and you’ll help shape our point of view there.
Stay genuinely current. The tooling changes every few months, and we want someone curious enough to keep up and pragmatic enough to know when a new tool actually helps.
We’re looking for evidence that you’ve already changed how you work because of these tools — not just enthusiasm about them.
If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.
Additional Perks
Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
Competitive HSA with company matching
Paid parental leave
Flexible vacation policy
401K options with company dollar-for-dollar match
Employee stock options available from day one
$2,000 annual educational allowance
Catered lunch every Tuesday * an in-office perk
MARTA transportation or office parking expenses covered
Employee charitable donation company match, up to $500 annually
Regular company outings and events
Hybrid work options with $500 office stipend to set up your home office
Designated bike storage

An overview of this role
Site Reliability Engineers keep GitLab's user-facing services and production systems running reliably at scale. They combine software engineering with operational excellence, applying sound engineering principles, automation, and continuous improvement to build, operate, and evolve our production infrastructure.
This is a single application for Site Reliability Engineering opportunities across Infrastructure Platforms. Rather than asking you to choose the right team or level upfront, we evaluate your skills holistically and match you to the opportunity that best aligns with your experience and our hiring needs. We hire Site Reliability Engineers from Intermediate through Senior Staff across multiple Infrastructure Platforms teams.
We don't expect every candidate to have experience with every technology in our environment. We're looking for engineers with strong technical fundamentals, a growth mindset, and the ability to learn quickly. We'll support you in becoming successful with GitLab's tools, systems, and ways of working.
Please note: This position is open to candidates based in the United Kingdom only. Candidates based in the United States or Canada can apply to this posting:
Site Reliability Engineer, Infrastructure Platforms — AMER (Intermediate to Senior Staff)
How our SRE hiring works
Because this is a single application for SRE roles across Infrastructure Platforms, our process is built to evaluate you once and match you well, rather than interviewing separately for every team.
Recruiter Screen:
A conversation about your background, what you're looking for, and the level and teams that fit, so we can point your process in the right direction.
Core Technical:
The shared assessment every SRE candidate takes, regardless of eventual team. A low-stress, collaborative discussion covering system architecture and incident review.
Hiring Manager Interview:
A conversation about ownership, judgment, execution, collaboration, and growth, the non-technical signals that make an SRE effective at GitLab.
Peer Technical:
Team-specific depth, run by SREs from the team you're most likely to join, focused on the problems that team actually works on.
Skip-Level Interview:
A conversation with a senior leader on values alignment, and how you'll work across teams.
After your interviews, we consider your performance alongside our current hiring needs to confirm the level and team where you'll do your best work. Interview results are a major factor, and final placement also reflects our active hiring priorities at the time.
We’ll calibrate your level throughout the interview process based on the scope and impact of your experience.
Intermediate: You independently deliver meaningful reliability improvements within a defined area.
Senior: You own complex reliability work end to end and raise the effectiveness of your team.
Staff: You shape reliability across multiple teams, solving systemic problems and creating approaches others can reuse.
Senior Staff: You set technical direction across a broader Infrastructure area and influence reliability strategy at organizational scale.
What you'll do
Keep user-facing services and production systems reliable, scalable, and efficient
Build automation and tooling that reduces toil and replaces manual work with repeatable, infrastructure-as-code-driven workflows
Operate and troubleshoot production systems on Kubernetes, including deployments, rollouts, and scaling
Write and maintain infrastructure as code, and ship changes safely through CI/CD and GitOps
Participate in on-call, triage alerts, follow and improve runbooks, and escalate appropriately
Contribute to the observability stack, using metrics, logs, and SLOs to detect symptoms early rather than just outages
Take part in incident response and post-incident reviews, turning learnings into changes in automation and process
Document runbooks, architecture decisions, and reviews so your findings become repeatable practices
What you'll bring
Experience keeping production systems reliable, combining an operations mindset with real software engineering practice
Experience building net-new infrastructure tooling and automation, not just configuring existing tools. For example, Terraform modules, Kubernetes operators or controllers, or production automation and services written from scratch
The ability to read, debug, and reason about code. Most of our teams work in Go; some work in Ruby. You can discuss a piece of code's behavior, performance, and failure modes
Experience with infrastructure as code, and with Kubernetes and its ecosystem, at a depth appropriate to your level
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP or AWS)
Familiarity with observability practices, including metrics, logging, alerting, and SLOs or SLIs, and using data to inform operational decisions
Comfort participating in on-call and incident response, with a structured approach to troubleshooting under pressure
Strong written communication and the ability to operate as a manager-of-one in an async, distributed environment
A track record of using automation, and increasingly AI, to reduce toil and improve how you and your team work
Alignment with GitLab's values and a commitment to working in accordance with them

About the job
We are seeking a Technical Content Creator to showcase the practical power of Tether's peer-to-peer stack. This is a builder-centric role designed for an engineer or highly technical creator who bridges the gap between low-level infrastructure, cryptography, and functional application.
We are not looking for a social media marketer or an on-camera influencer. We are looking for a technical storyteller who can write code, spin up peer-to-peer nodes, build functional Bare-powered applications, and record polished, clear, screen-share demos. You will turn our core stack (Pear and Bare) into an ongoing series of visual, practical "build-in-public" prototypes that prove to the world what true decentralized, peer-to-peer infrastructure looks like.
Responsibilities
Build Practical Demos: Independently build functional peer-to-peer applications and infrastructure setups using the Pear platform and the Bare runtime with minimal engineering hand-holding.
Record Technical Demos: Record clear, engaging, and high-quality screen-share walkthroughs and video demos of your builds, highlighting how the code works, how peers discover and sync with each other, and the value the systems deliver.
Translate Code to Content: Turn complex protocol updates, cryptographic primitives, and technical documentation into highly visual, digestible developer content (such as code-along videos, step-by-step guides, and interactive repositories).
Collaborate with Core Devs: Work closely with our P2P protocol and product engineering teams to stay ahead of upcoming Pear and Bare features.
Prototypes: Rapidly prototype application concepts — such as spinning up a peer-to-peer chat, file-sync, or data-replication demo — to show how quickly developers can launch resilient, serverless products using our ecosystem.
Fuel Influencer-Led Developer Adoption: Collaborate with technical influencers, developer advocates, and content creators to amplify our ecosystem. You will provide them with turn-key technical assets, co-create code-along challenges, and arm them with the high-quality demos and prototypes needed to inspire and onboard new developers to Pear and Bare.
3 to 6+ years of experience in a technical role such as Technical Content Creation, Solutions Engineering, or Backend/Systems Development.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages used across our ecosystem (such as NodeJS, C/C++) to interact confidently with peer-to-peer networking and runtime internals.
Domain Expertise: Solid understanding of peer-to-peer (P2P) networking, distributed systems, hypercore/append-only-log style data structures, and decentralized application architecture.
Demo/Video Production Skills: Experience recording and editing polished technical screen-shares, terminal recordings, or video tutorials (using tools like Loom, Camtasia, Screenflow, etc.).
Developer Empathy: The ability to look at a complex P2P protocol or runtime and understand exactly what kind of demo or sample project will get developers and infrastructure operators excited to start building.
Self-Starter Mindset: Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, distributed environment across global time zones.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is in a critical phase of growth, and marketing is one of the biggest drivers of it. We're building out our business systems team to make sure the systems behind every campaign, list, and lead can keep up. You'll work directly with Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Lifecycle, Events, Sales Development, and Sales to own the systems that turn marketing programs into pipeline. You'll own HubSpot and how it connects to Salesforce and the rest of our GTM stack.
What You'll Do
- Own top-of-funnel marketing systems: the roadmap, the architecture decisions inside them, and their operational health
- Run HubSpot as a system, not just a tool: workflows, lists, forms, properties, lifecycle stages, and the permissions and naming conventions that keep it from sprawling
- Run campaign operations end-to-end: program and campaign structure, campaign membership and status, event and webinar lead capture, and launch QA, so Marketing can ship quickly without creating data debt
- Own workflow management in HubSpot: build, document, and audit nurture, enrollment, and suppression workflows, and retire the ones that no longer earn their place
- Build and govern lists: ICP segmentation, inclusion and suppression logic, enrichment, and email validation between a Growth request and a send. Every list should be reproducible and explainable.
- Own privacy and opt-out management: subscription types, consent capture, unsubscribe and opt-out handling across HubSpot, Salesforce, and sales engagement tools, and compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA in a regulated fintech environment
- Design and maintain UTM tracking and attribution architecture: UTM taxonomy and governance, hidden-field capture on forms, lead source and original source logic, and how campaign touches flow into Salesforce, so the attribution reporting is something the business trusts
- Build the Salesforce automation behind marketing handoffs: record-triggered flows, validation rules, fields, and permission sets
- Use AI to automate the work where it holds up: enrichment, list QA, data quality checks, and request triage
- Prioritize incoming requests by ROI. Decide what gets built, deferred, or declined, and show the numbers behind each call.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in marketing operations, business systems, or revenue operations at a fast-paced B2B company
- Deep hands-on HubSpot experience: workflows built and debugged, and list, form, and property architecture you designed rather than inherited
- Hands-on campaign operations experience: you've built campaign structures and owned the lists and sends behind real programs
- A working command of email privacy and consent: subscription management, opt-out handling across systems, and the regulations behind them
- UTM and attribution architecture you've owned in practice: taxonomy, capture, lead source logic, and the MQL-to-SQL handoff
- Salesforce Admin experience, including flows you built and debugged when they broke (certification is a plus)
- A habit of framing problems rather than waiting for a spec: you take on ambiguous requests, make the decisions, and ship
- You dissect a problem, drive it to completion with little supervision, and can explain the tradeoffs to any audience
Nice to Have
- Enrichment and routing tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, LeanData and Chili Piper
- Sales engagement and automation platforms such as Outreach and Workato
- Deliverability and list hygiene at high sending volume
- Paid media and ad platform integrations, including conversion tracking
- Lead scoring and MQL model design
- Snowflake, Looker, or similar BI and warehouse tools
- Linear or similar project management software
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp

- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay
- Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Product / Web Designer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working with our HQ Design team. This role is the design half of a two-person build pair: you and the Partnerships Backend Engineer take an inbound partnerships inquiry and turn it into something a player actually sees — a co-branded web shop, a campaign landing page, a creator or affiliate destination page — and ship it together.
You will design conversion-oriented commerce surfaces for the Traffic Source Partners we onboard, adapt Xsolla and partner brand systems into one coherent look per campaign, and build a reusable component library so the next campaign launches faster than the last one. You will hand off to engineering with real specs and then review the implementation until it matches.
This is an entry-level design role with a live audience. We care more about your portfolio and your eye than your years of experience — recent graduates and self-taught designers with strong work are welcome. If you like designing things that get measured, and you want to see your work convert real traffic in APAC markets, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design partner-facing surfaces
Design the frontend surfaces created for Traffic Source partnerships: co-branded web shop themes, campaign landing pages, affiliate and creator destination pages, promotional banners, and in-shop merchandising.
Design responsive, mobile-first layouts with the purchase funnel in mind — clarity, hierarchy, trust signals, and a short path to checkout.
Adapt Xsolla brand guidelines and each partner's brand into a single coherent visual system per campaign, without breaking either.
Localise and adapt designs for APAC markets, accounting for language length, local conventions, and regional payment and merchandising context.
Ship with engineering
Work directly with the Partnerships Backend Engineer to take designs from Figma into working frontend — provide specs, states, breakpoints, tokens, and exported assets, then review the build until it matches the design.
Build and maintain a reusable component and template library so new partner campaigns can be assembled rather than designed from scratch.
QA implemented pages across browsers and devices and raise the gaps.
Supporting work
Create supporting collateral for partnerships inquiries: pitch visuals, one-pagers, deck slides, and social or creator kit assets.
Collaborate with HQ Design, follow and contribute to the Xsolla design system, and keep design files, naming, and handoff documentation organised.
Take feedback constructively from HQ Design, Partnerships, and partners, and iterate quickly.
Track work in Jira and keep design documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in product, web, or UI design, or a strong portfolio of personal, freelance, or academic work. A portfolio is required for this application.
Proficiency in Figma — components, auto-layout, variants, and prototyping.
Solid grounding in layout, typography, visual hierarchy, colour, and responsive / mobile-first design.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset production.
An understanding of what makes a landing page convert, and a willingness to have your design judged on that.
Able to work within an existing design system and brand guidelines rather than around them.
Attention to detail and a high standard of quality in design execution.
English sufficient for daily collaboration with the HQ Design team; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Basic HTML and CSS — enough to spec accurately and QA an implementation.
Motion and micro-interaction work (After Effects, Framer Motion, Rive, Lottie).
Experience designing e-commerce, storefront, or checkout flows.
Experience with marketing landing pages, A/B testing, or conversion optimisation.
Illustration, 3D, or custom asset creation skills.
Familiarity with the gaming industry, creator and influencer marketing, or affiliate campaigns.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Professional education in design or a related field.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Backend Engineer at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok, working alongside our HQ Integration Management and Engineering teams. Your job is to make partnerships technically real: turning an inbound partnerships inquiry into a working integration, generating and serving the affiliate and referral links that Traffic Source Partners use, and making sure the traffic those links carry lands correctly in our Web Shops and is attributed all the way through to a purchase.
You will write the backend that sits between a partner and our commerce platform — link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution pass-through, postbacks, and the reporting endpoints that feed partner payouts. You will also build the internal tooling that lets the Partnerships and Customer Success teams onboard partners and reconcile payouts without hand-editing spreadsheets.
This is an entry-level engineering role with genuine product surface area. Recent graduates and career-changers with a strong project portfolio are welcome. If you like small, well-scoped systems that other people depend on daily, and you want to learn commerce, attribution, and payments engineering from a team that runs it at global scale, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build partner integrations
Build and maintain backend services that power Traffic Source partnerships: affiliate and referral link generation, click and conversion tracking, attribution parameter pass-through, server-to-server postbacks and webhooks, and partner-facing reporting endpoints.
Take new partnerships inquiries from intake through to production — clarify the requirement with the Partnerships and BD teams, write the technical spec, implement, test, and deploy.
Integrate affiliate links with Xsolla Web Shops so partner-driven traffic is tracked end to end and attributed correctly at checkout.
Read a partner's API documentation and build against it; where a partner needs to build against us, document our side clearly and support their integration.
Tooling & data
Build internal tooling and scripts for partner onboarding, bulk link generation, performance data extraction, and payout reconciliation reporting used by the Customer Success and Partnerships teams.
Investigate and resolve attribution and tracking discrepancies together with Analytics and Customer Success — missing conversions, duplicate events, broken parameters, timing mismatches.
Add logging, metrics, and alerting so integration failures are caught by us rather than reported by a partner.
Ways of working
Write and maintain API documentation and integration guides for partners and internal stakeholders.
Participate in code review, write tests, and work within existing CI/CD pipelines and Git workflows.
Work with the HQ Engineering and Integration Management teams on standards and architecture; escalate design decisions early rather than working around them.
Collaborate closely with the Partnerships Designer on the frontend surfaces your integrations power, and with Customer Success on the payout data your services produce.
Track work in Jira and keep technical documentation current in Confluence.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate or performance marketing technology: tracking pixels, S2S postbacks, click IDs and UTM parameters, last-click attribution, deduplication, or traffic-quality and fraud filtering.
E-commerce, storefront, checkout, or payments integration experience.
Frontend basics (JavaScript / TypeScript, React) — enough to work productively with the Partnerships Designer on shop and landing-page surfaces.
Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS).
Message queues, scheduled jobs, or data pipeline experience.
Familiarity with analytics or BI tooling.
Interest in the gaming industry, fintech, or high-load consumer platforms.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager at junior level to join our APAC Partnerships team in Vladivostok. You will work side by side with our HQ and APAC Customer Success Managers, supporting the day-to-day success of the Traffic Source Partners we onboard — affiliates, media partners, creator networks, and publishers who drive players to the web shops we operate for game developers.
The centre of gravity of this role is account management operations, and in particular partner payouts:making sure every partner is set up correctly, that their performance data is accurate, that their payout is calculated, documented, approved and paid on time, and that any discrepancy is chased down and closed. It is detailed work that partners feel immediately — getting it right is how trust in the programme gets built.
This is an entry-level position with real ownership from day one. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided you have the right attitude and eagerness to learn. If you are organised, comfortable with numbers, enjoy being the reliable person other teams can count on, and want to learn the commercial side of the games industry from the inside, we would love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner payouts & account operations (primary)
Own the recurring payout cycle for onboarded Traffic Source Partners: collect and validate performance data, prepare payout calculations against agreed commercial terms (revenue share, CPA, fixed fee, bonuses), and submit them for approval.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to make sure each partner's invoicing, tax, and banking documentation is complete and current before payment.
Investigate and resolve payout discrepancies — missing conversions, mismatched reporting periods, currency and FX questions, adjustments and clawbacks — and communicate the outcome clearly to the partner.
Maintain accurate partner records: contacts, contract terms, payout schedules, tracking setup, and account status in CRM (Salesforce) and internal trackers.
Produce recurring reporting: weekly partner status, monthly payout reconciliation, and inputs for quarterly business reviews.
Customer success support
Support the HQ and APAC CSM team on standard customer success duties across the partner portfolio — meeting preparation, follow-ups, action-item tracking, and documentation.
Help onboard new Traffic Source Partners: account setup, documentation, tracking-link setup, first campaign, and first payout.
Act as first-line responder for partner questions, escalating technical issues to Engineering and commercial questions to the account owner.
Monitor partner performance dashboards and proactively flag anomalies — traffic drops, conversion drops, stalled integrations, unpaid balances — before they become escalations.
Act as the voice of the partner internally, liaising with Product, Engineering, Design, BD, and Support so requests are delivered accurately and on time.
Ways of working
Coordinate across time zones with HQ, APAC Partnerships, and regional teams.
Keep process documentation, decision logs, and onboarding notes current in Confluence; track work in Jira.
Spot the repetitive parts of the payout and reporting process and propose ways to simplify or automate them.
REQUIREMENTS
1–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, partner or affiliate operations, ad operations, finance operations, or a comparable client-facing or operational role. Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome.
Fluent in English; you will work in English daily with HQ and APAC colleagues and partners.
Strong numeracy and confident spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel: lookups, pivot tables, reconciliation).
Exceptional attention to detail. This role touches money movement; accuracy matters more than speed.
Highly organised and self-directed — able to run a recurring process on a calendar without being chased.
Clear written communicator, able to explain a payout calculation or a tracking issue in plain language to a partner or a teammate.
Comfortable working across APAC and HQ time zones and in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
NICE TO HAVE
Exposure to affiliate marketing, performance marketing, ad networks, or creator and influencer programmes.
Familiarity with CRM tooling (Salesforce), Jira and Confluence, or BI dashboards.
Basic understanding of invoicing, VAT or withholding tax, and cross-border payment flows.
Interest in the gaming industry, payments and fintech, or B2B SaaS.
Additional languages relevant to APAC coverage (Korean, Chinese, Japanese).
Any prior experience in coordination, support, operations, or student project lead roles.
BENEFITS

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Right now we treat 25M+ people as one user. The same paywall, the same discount, the same lifecycle email, the same retention effort. And we mostly conclude that a campaign worked by looking at what the people we sent it to did next — which is not the same thing.
This role makes the company act per user, and know what that action was worth.
You own both halves of that: the models that decide who we aim at, and the causal reads that say whether it landed. Who is about to leave. Who will come back on their own without us spending anything. Whose decision a discount actually changes. And what a payer is worth over their life, once the discount, the refunds and the compute they consume are all inside the number.
You make sure:
- Discounts and credit vouchers go to the people whose behaviour they change, and nowhere else
- We know who is about to churn early enough to do something about it — and we know whether the something worked
- Lifetime value is a number we can defend by cohort, by plan and by the discount a cohort was acquired on, not one blended average that hides all three
- Every model and every campaign has a holdout behind it, so we can always state what it is worth in money
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Churn, retention & lifecycle propensity
- Build churn and downgrade prediction for subscribers, and repeat-purchase propensity for one-time credit-pack buyers — two different machines, not one model with a flag on it.
- Know the difference between a model that predicts churn and a model that reduces it. AUC earned by detecting users who already stopped using the product is worth nothing.
- Hunt leakage relentlessly. Cancellation-adjacent features will hand you a beautiful offline number and a useless system.
- Pair every score with an intervention and a holdout. The deliverable is a retained user, not a ranked list.
Uplift modelling & offer targeting
- Own incrementality on everything we aim at a user: discounts, credit vouchers, trials, upgrade prompts, win-back campaigns, retention saves.
- Model uplift, not propensity.Targeting the users most likely to convert spends margin on people who were going to convert anyway; the entire value of this work is finding the users whose decision the offer changes.
- Design the randomized holdouts that make uplift trainable and measurable in the first place, and keep them running permanently — including the ones marketing will ask you to switch off.
- Respect the guardrails. An offer model optimizing conversion alone will happily find the accounts that convert at negative gross margin, and it will find the abuse rings first. Margin and abuse signals are constraints on the objective, not a later cleanup.
- Work with Legal on what may be personalized. Personalized pricing and discounting touches consumer-protection and consent rules in several of our markets — you should want that conversation, not route around it.
Lifetime value & payer economics
- Own LTV: cohort-based, censored honestly, stated on contribution margin rather than gross revenue, and split by plan, segment and acquisition discount.
- Model the parts that actually move it — refunds and chargebacks, credit breakage and expiry, plan migration and downgrades, and the compute an unlimited plan consumes.
- Make it a decision input, not a slide: what we can pay for a user, which discount depth pays back, which plan we should stop selling.
- Keep it current and versioned. A stale LTV curve is worse than no curve, because people act on it.
Experimentation & causal measurement
- Design and read the experiments behind pricing, packaging, offers and lifecycle — with the product analytics team, not in parallel to it.
- Reach for the right tool when a clean experiment is impossible: difference-in-differences, matching, switchback and geo tests, synthetic control — and name the assumption each one is buying.
- Separate "users who do X retain better" from "making users do X improves retention." Every time, out loud.
- Kill your own results. A finding that doesn't survive a second look should die at your hands, not in a board deck.
How we ship
- Own the work end to end: framing the decision, features, training, evaluation, the scored audience landing in the tool that sends the offer, monitoring, retraining.
- Models ship as batch scores and policy rules into lifecycle tooling, the paywall and pricing — plus the readout that says what they earned. There is no real-time serving stack to babysit.
- Monitor for drift. New model launches, price changes, discount campaigns and seasonality all move the ground under a deployed score.
- Write down what each model is worth, in money, and keep that number current.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping models that changed what the business did to real users— a targeted campaign, a pricing rule, a retention programme. Notebooks and offline benchmarks are not this.
- Depth in at least two of: churn and propensity modelling, uplift & causal ML, LTV and subscription economics, experimentation at scale.
- Genuine causal literacy: randomized holdouts, incrementality, Qini and uplift curves, selection effects, and why a lift measured before-and-after is usually not a lift.
- Strong SQL and Python: cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data without help; gradient boosting; and the boring parts — feature pipelines, retraining cadence, a scoring job that runs on a schedule and doesn't rot.
- Understanding of subscription plus one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, the deferred value of unspent credits, and why revenue and margin disagree about the same customer.
- Commercial judgment: you name the decision and the metric before you pick the model, and you know when the answer is a rule rather than a model.
- Pragmatism. A segment rule shipped this month that lifts retention beats a two-quarter uplift platform. Then you replace the rule.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Growth, retention or monetization data scientists from subscription, gaming, fintech or e-commerce — anywhere offers and churn are modelled with real money attached
- CRM and lifecycle data scientists who owned campaign targetingandits incrementality
- Causal inference and uplift specialists who ship policies rather than papers
- Strong product analysts who moved into modelling and kept the decision instinct
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to train or fine-tune generative video models — that's what our R&D ML Engineer roles do, and they're open
- Want to own a recommender or a serving stack — ranking is not in this role's scope today
- Would target an offer at the users most likely to buy and call it personalization
- Report a lift from a before-and-after comparison, or from comparing the users you targeted to everyone you didn't
- Optimize AUC and hand the score to someone else to work out what to do with it
- Need clean labelled data, a feature store and an experimentation platform to exist before you can start
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
We move fast:
- Screening call (30 min)
- Technical interview & case study (1 hour)
- Practical home task (7 days)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
