Douro Labs is the core development team behind the Pyth Network. We're looking for a Market Analyst to track the crypto markets, specifically prediction markets and perpetual futures, and turn that understanding into business opportunities for Pyth.
This role is for an analyst who can read the market and explain why it matters to us: someone who can pull on-chain and venue data to quantify a new trend one hour and write the report that convinces the team to act on it the next. You will serve as our eyes on two of the fastest-moving areas in crypto, covering the market side (monitoring events, trader conversations, volumes, and new venues across prediction markets and perps) and the product side (translating that research into a clear picture of our users and concrete opportunities for Pyth).
- Location: Remote (US or Europe)
- Type: Full-time
- Reports to: Head of Technical Operations
About Our Team and Your Role
We are a well-rounded team: half of us are tech whizzes, while the other half excel in building partnerships with institutional clients, prime brokers, and the global financial infrastructure community. Curiosity and rigor are key to how we operate.
Remote Work: Our team is spread across the globe, from the US and South America to Europe and Asia. We are a digital-first organization where remote work is the norm.
Startup-level Speed: We thrive in the dynamic DeFi space and need an analyst who can go from question to answer quickly, without waiting for direction.
The Mission: You will be shaping how Pyth grows in prediction markets and perpetual futures. As these markets expand and new venues launch, your research will inform where we build next and how we serve the teams building on our data.
About the Role
This is a hybrid research/strategy role. At the outset, you'll monitor prediction markets and perps day to day and connect what's happening to our business. Over time, your research is expected to directly shape product decisions and new opportunities across Pyth.
We want research that leads to action: every piece of work should end with a clear view on what it means for Pyth and what we should do about it.
Responsibilities
Market Monitoring
- Track news, launches, and structural shifts across prediction markets and perpetual futures
- Monitor the conversations where traders are active, including X, Discord servers, Telegram groups, and other trader communities, to spot sentiment shifts and emerging trends early
- Follow volumes, open interest, funding rates, and market share across major venues
- Connect recent events to their impact on Pyth and share timely takeaways with the team
- Maintain a current view of the competitive landscape, including oracles and data providers serving these markets
User Research
- Research prediction market and perps protocols to understand how they use price data
- Map who our users are, what they need, and where current solutions fall short
- Build dashboards and datasets the team can use to follow these markets
Product Opportunities
- Turn research findings into concrete product ideas for Pyth
- Size opportunities using market and on-chain data
- Work with product, engineering, and BD to prioritize and pressure-test ideas
- Track how launched initiatives perform against the original thesis
Research and Reporting
- Write clear, convincing research reports for internal and external audiences
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
- Build a repeatable research process the team can rely on
About You
- Background as an analyst at a crypto research firm or in a research/data role at a perps exchange or prediction market
- Deep understanding of prediction market and perpetual futures market structure
- Active in trader communities and comfortable picking up signal from X, Discord, and Telegram
- Proficient with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, Dune or similar)
- Strong writer with a track record of research that drives decisions
- Analytical and a self-starter, comfortable owning a research agenda independently
- Comfortable with startup pace and evolving scope
Think you've got what it takes to build the most talented team in the world? We'd love to meet you.

SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Are you a curiosity driven technologist who can quickly understand how an AI system works, identify where it could be misused or fail, and help a team find a practical path forward? Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior AI Security Risk Analyst to provide hands-on security support for AI systems, agents, workflows, tools, and integrations across SIE.
Role Summary:
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of modern AI technology, security risk, architecture, and enablement. You will conduct AI security reviews using SIE’s established security risk assessment methodology, policies, standards, and control expectations, adapting their application to AI-enabled and agentic systems and identifying where AI-specific guidance or controls are needed. You will coordinate risk-focused design and architecture input and translate AI-specific weaknesses into decision-ready recommendations and engineering actions.
You will serve as an approachable security partner, working cross-functionally with teams across SIE’s business units and functions to support a diverse range of AI use cases, systems, and technologies. You will work especially closely with Responsible AI & Governance and coordinate expertise across Information Security teams and IT & Engineering organizations.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving role for someone who enjoys working directly with teams, navigating ambiguity, and using AI tools themselves. You will be the primary hands-on practitioner in an emerging AI Security capability, partnering with the AI Security strategy lead and specialist teams across SIE.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead hands-on security risk reviews of AI use cases and systems from early design through launch readiness.
Assess end-to-end designs to identify material security risks, control gaps, data lineage and classification, and operational concerns.
Translate findings into practical, risk-based recommendations and partner with stakeholders to track resolution.
Serve as a trusted security partner by providing early consultation, education, and reusable guidance.
Coordinate with Responsible AI & Governance, relevant security and technical teams to deliver consistent, well-informed reviews.
Use security tooling and discovery insights to identify emerging risks, engage owners, and support appropriate remediation. Document reviews and findings within SIE GRC systems.
Improve AI security requirements, review practices, reference patterns, and supporting tools as technologies and risks evolve.
Track portfolio trends, communicate significant risks and recurring gaps, and escalate matters requiring additional expertise or risk authority.
What We’re Looking For:
6+ years of experience building, integrating, assessing, or securing technical systems, including significant recent hands-on work with generative AI.
Strong working knowledge of modern AI application stacks and the ability to interrogate designs, trace data and system interactions, and identify meaningful security weaknesses.
Sound understanding of security fundamentals - including identity, permissions, data protection, integrations, and monitoring – and ability to apply these to AI-enabled and agentic systems as well as mapping back to existing security policies and frameworks.
A practical builder mindset, with experience using AI tools, APIs, cloud services, code, or automation to explore systems and improve workflows.
Proven ability to build trust and influence across engineering, product, creative, business, and security teams.
Familiarity and ability to stay current with emerging AI technologies, evolving security risks, AI risk frameworks, and industry trends.
Strong communication, empathy, and sound judgment, with the creativity to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build trust while operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Desirable:
Experience with AI red teaming, adversarial testing, threat modeling, or security evaluations of LLM and agentic systems.
Experience with cloud-based AI platforms, third-party AI services, or enterprise security tooling.
Experience in gaming, interactive entertainment, creator technology, or similarly innovative product environments.
Experience reviewing complex technical designs and translating identified weaknesses into practical, prioritized recommendations that support timely delivery.
Relevant certifications are desirable and may include GIAC AI Platform Security (GAIPS), CISSP, CRISC, IAPP AI Governance Professional (AIGP), CCSK, CCSP, or equivalent AI, cloud, or security credentials.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building institutional partnerships with the GSI (Global System Integrators), Big-Four consulting firms, and global advisory firms that shape finance transformation, ERP modernization, and technology decisions for the CFOs and finance leaders we serve. These organizations are often in the room when enterprise clients are redesigning their finance stack, selecting technology, or moving from strategy into implementation.
This portfolio spans the largest global professional services firms (e.g., Deloitte) and GSIs (e.g., Infosys). They are complex organizations with distinct service lines (e.g., ERP, Tech Modernization, Finance Transformation) each with its own leadership, incentives, and economics, so earning credibility inside one is as much about navigating the firm as it is about the relationship.
This role will own Ramp's relationship with that network of firms, building firm-specific go-to-market motions that can include executive engagement, account mapping, co-sell, implementation alignment, thought leadership, and events. Ramp's relationships here are early and largely informal today, so this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time.
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of the largest global professional services, GSIs, and consulting firms, serving as the primary relationship owner
- Map each firm and build credibility with the partners, practice leaders, alliance teams and client-service teams who matter most
- Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm
- Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms
- Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories
- Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps
What You Need
- 6+ years of experience in consulting, alliances, partnerships or an adjacent role. Time inside a top-tier professional services or global consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte) is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support
- Fluency in how large, matrixed professional services firms actually work, including how practices are incentivized and how a technology partner earns internal endorsement
- Proven ability to run many workstreams and complex stakeholder management
- A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% and to be based in a major metro. New York preferred
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend
UNITED STATES
- 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents
- One Medical annual membership
- 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp
- Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year)
- Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay
- Pet insurance
- In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more
- Relocation expense coverage to NYC or SF (if needed)
CANADA
- Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life
- Life, AD&D, and disability coverage
- Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime)
- Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP)

We build production AI systems for enterprises. We are an AI-first systems integrator and a Select-tier partner in Anthropic's Claude Partner Network, among the first integrators selected. The work is good. Most people have never heard of it.
That is the job.
We are looking for a marketer, first and foremost, who can tell the story of what we build in a way that actually travels, and who is comfortable enough with code to build simple tools that make that storytelling faster and sharper. Not an engineer who writes copy on the side.
What you will do:
Turn real engineering work into stories people share.
Sit close to the teams shipping AI systems for banks, healthcare companies, and PE-backed operators, and translate what they built into video, writing, and demos that travel
Own channels outright.
Write, publish, and measure across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and whatever channel matters six months from now that does not matter today
Run experiments and kill the ones that lose.
Real budget and real autonomy, in exchange for showing your numbers
Build simple tools when it is faster than waiting on someone else.
A scraper that watches what our market is saying. A dashboard that shows which stories moved pipeline. A microsite for a launch
What we are looking for:
You have shipped things people used.
A campaign, a channel with a real audience, a launch, a tool. We care more about what you made than where you interned
You write well and you have a point of view.
You can hold attention for 90 seconds on video and 900 words on a page
You are genuinely interested in AI, not performatively.
You read the papers or you read the people who read the papers, and you have changed your mind about something in the last six months
You are comfortable around code.
Python or TypeScript at a working level. You use Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent day to day, enough to build a simple tool yourself rather than wait on engineering
You are anywhere from your first job to a few years in.
If you are early, show us an internship where the bar was high and a portfolio with range
You are in New York or San Francisco,
or you will be
What we offer:
Base salary of $80,000 to $180,000 depending on level and location, plus performance bonus
401(k) profit sharing plan after probation period
Unlimited PTO policy
Medical, vision, and dental insurance
Direct access to the people building the systems and to the executives selling them. Small team, no layers between you and the work
A budget for tools, models, and experiments, with no approval chain under a threshold
Promotion tied to output, not tenure
How to apply:
Do not send a cover letter. Send three links: something you wrote, something you built, and something you posted that got a reaction. One paragraph on why the third one worked.
Then, two sentences on a company whose positioning you think is wrong and what you would change.

You will work on challenges involving heterogeneous chains, large-scale data, real-time computation, high concurrency, high availability, data accuracy, and complex cross-functional collaboration. Your work can directly improve user experience, asset security, and business growth.
What You May Work On
This is a broad hiring track rather than a single fixed role. Your responsibilities will be matched to your strengths, experience, and interests, and may include one or more of the following:
Design, build, and evolve onchain data infrastructure, data services, or business systems, taking ownership of the quality and outcomes of critical modules.
Build multi-chain ingestion, real-time and batch computation, data governance, search, storage, and serving capabilities, continuously improving data accuracy, completeness, and freshness.
Contribute to blockchain explorers, the Project Marketplace, onchain assets, labels, risk control, DEX rankings, token scoring, and related platforms or products.
Identify critical technical and business problems, make sound judgments, design solutions, coordinate resources, drive execution, and review outcomes.
Build highly available, high-performance, scalable global systems, while continuously improving reliability, cost efficiency, delivery efficiency, and user experience.
Use AI tools deeply and explore agents, intelligent investigation, engineering automation, and intelligent operations, turning successful practices into reusable team capabilities.
Collaborate with product, data, security, algorithm, operations, and engineering teams to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
What We Value Most
Hunger — Curiosity and Drive
You stay curious about AI, Web3, emerging technologies, and new business domains, and can learn unfamiliar areas quickly.
You do not wait for instructions when facing a problem; you proactively understand the context, identify solutions, and drive execution.
You go beyond completing assigned tasks and continue to ask about outcomes, user value, and opportunities for improvement.
Cognition — Cognitive Ability and Judgment
You can quickly understand complex technical and business problems, build a structured mental model, and identify the core issue and key trade-offs.
When information is incomplete or the situation is uncertain, you can form sound judgments based on facts and logical reasoning.
You can compare the value, cost, risk, and long-term impact of different options, clearly explain your rationale, and turn decisions into executable plans and results.
What We Are Looking For
Strong computer science fundamentals and coding ability in at least one mainstream programming language, such as Java, Go, Python, or C++.
Clear logical thinking and strong problem decomposition skills, with the ability to independently solve complex technical or business problems.
Hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Backend and distributed systems;
Real-time or batch data processing, data platforms, search, and storage;
High-concurrency, high-availability systems, and reliability engineering;
Risk control, security, strategy, or data analysis;
AI agents, LLM applications, or engineering productivity.
A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to drive initiatives through to measurable outcomes.
Open, direct, and effective communication, with a willingness to solve problems across teams.
Strong learning ability and growth potential. We value solid engineering fundamentals, but do not use mastery of one specific framework or middleware stack as the sole hiring criterion.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3, public blockchains, onchain data, wallets, DEXs, blockchain explorers, or smart contracts.
Familiarity with one or more blockchain technology models, such as EVM, UTXO, or Move.
Experience with large-scale data processing, stream processing, databases, messaging systems, caching, or search systems.
Experience in fintech, risk control, security, e-commerce, advertising, recommendation systems, or other complex internet businesses.
Proven examples of using AI tools to solve real problems and turning solutions into engineered or scalable capabilities.
Ability to work in English, or experience building global and multi-region systems.
Demonstrated technical judgment, business impact, or zero-to-one ownership in previous projects.
The Kind of Candidate We Hope to Meet
You can clearly explain the most complex problem you have solved, how you formed your judgment, and how you drove the solution to completion.
You have one or more clear strengths. We do not expect experience in every area, but we value meaningful depth or exceptional potential in at least one direction.
You are willing to understand users and business context instead of passively receiving requirements.
You are open to unfamiliar domains and can use AI and team collaboration to close knowledge gaps quickly.
You remain constructive in changing or uncertain environments and can keep moving work forward.
