Who we are
Our mission is to bring clarity and control to the world's most complex codebases. AI is accelerating code creation, but the infrastructure to understand, oversee, and evolve that code hasn't kept pace. Sourcegraph gives engineering organizations full visibility across their systems, precise context for their agents, and the ability to execute coordinated code changes at scale. As agentic development becomes the dominant engineering paradigm, we provide the context layer teams need to take control of their codebase.
With Code Search, Deep Search, MCP, and Agentic Batch Changes, we deliver on that mission today - giving engineering teams and their AI tools the cross-repo context to navigate massive codebases with confidence, and the ability to make changes across hundreds of repositories at once.
Companies like Stripe, Reddit, and Leidos rely on Sourcegraph to ship faster and with higher quality. We're backed by a16z, Sequoia, and Redpoint, and proud to operate as a globally distributed team that values high agency, direct communication, and customer love.
If you want to build the infrastructure that lets every engineering team - and every agent they deploy - operate on their codebase with confidence, join us.

Why this job is exciting
Source code is at the heart of Sourcegraph. We support multiple code hosts and retrieve, store, index, and serve source code - to end users, admins, and other internal services.
This role gives you the opportunity to solve complex, challenging, and highly technical problems for our customers, both internally and externally, help unleash the potential and productivity of our Engineering teams, and delight our customers with industry-leading quality software.
The Platform team primarily focuses on building a fully managed platform for using Sourcegraph, Sourcegraph Cloud, our SaaS offering. As a member of the Platform team, you will work closely with both external customers and internal stakeholders to meet their needs. You will:
Develop inter-cloud connectivity solutions to support enterprise customers from highly regulated industries to use Sourcegraph Cloud.
Build a control plane to orchestrate a fleet of single-tenant Sourcegraph Cloud instances.
Expose complex infrastructure as API to support internal customers to iterate faster.
Dive into upstream dependencies (e.g., CDK for Terraform, Terraform providers for GCP) to debug and patch non-trivial problems.
Be an advocate for building reliable services and work with leadership to help product teams achieve operational excellence.
Participate in on-call rotation to uphold our contractual SLA commitments.
📅 Within one month, you will…
Onboard onto the Sourcegraph architecture, tooling, and development workflow.
Build a solid understanding of the team’s areas of ownership, technical challenges, and problems the team solves for our customers, and know how all of these align with the top-level company goals.
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas and insights to contribute to the overall team goals.
Start contributing to the team goals and deliverables by shipping new features, debugging issues, and fixing bugs.
📅 Within three months, you will…
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Cloud infrastructure, its underlying technologies, and its integration within the Sourcegraph ecosystem.
Lead initiatives contributing to team goals through both discovery and delivery phases, collaborating directly with product and design partners, other engineering teams, and non-technical stakeholders from different departments.
Contribute to the architectural design and implementation of new features or improvements, actively shaping the future direction of Cloud infrastructure based on customer needs.
Lead initiatives contributing to team goals on the roadmap by going through the entire product development lifecycle discovery, design, implementation, and delivery.
Participate in our on-call rotation.
📅 Within six months, you will…
Be defining long-term technical vision and strategies for new product development, scaling existing services, and managing technical debt. These plans will consist of multiple smaller milestones that you will deliver iteratively with the team.
Collaborate with the Engineering Manager on defining the team’s growth strategy based on the long-term product vision, the technical vision, and the team’s needs.
Seek feedback from customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for further improvements or new features, actively iterating on the Cloud infrastructure to ensure it continues to meet our high bar.
About you
You bring a product mindset in balancing architectural flexibility and philosophy with meeting immediate customer demand. You are an experienced software engineer who seeks to solve problems by writing code rather than through one-off operations. You are passionate about user experience and self-service. You balance maintaining and designing high-impact systems with a pragmatic understanding of how to make appropriate tradeoffs (e.g., cut scope, low-tech vs. custom complex solutions) to ship quickly and iterate when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Go, or other strongly typed languages.
Knowledge in one of the public cloud platform providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Experience with Terraform (or similar IaC solutions) and Kubernetes to build tooling and automation.
Skilled at debugging distributed systems, followed by designing and implementing solutions to those problems. This means you should know your way around various OS-level primitives, e.g., network, CPU, and memory.
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically, especially in writing and documentation.
Preferred time zone between UTC-8 and UTC+2
Nice to haves:
Built services and exposed them as API for external consumption (e.g., gRPC).
Comfortable implementing system-level software (e.g., custom transport protocol) if needed or has contributed to Kubernetes controllers/operators.
Published blog posts and/or tech talks about your work.
Experience working on small high-performing teams, preferably tech startups.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
As a Staff Engineer on the Datacenter Server Lifecycle team, you will own the end-to-end operational journey of every machine in our datacenters – from initial provisioning and deployment, steady-state operation, maintenance, and repair.
This is greenfield work: you will help define the services, tooling, standards and processes that govern how we operate critical hardware at scale, powering frontier model development and serving. You will have the opportunity to define AI-native workflows for datacenter operations and to help drive innovations on efficiency, performance, and reliability.
A distinguishing aspect of this role is its deep intersection with security. The machines in our datacenter handle some of the most sensitive workloads in AI – training frontier models and serving millions of users interacting with Claude. Ensuring that every machine in the fleet is trusted, attested, and operating with a verified chain of integrity from the hardware up is a core part of the job, not an afterthought. You will partner closely with our Infrastructure Security team to define and enforce trusted compute standards across the lifecycle, from secure provisioning through end-of-life handling.
Key responsibilities
Build automation to support datacenter fleets at scale.
Define and own the end-to-end system lifecycle strategy – from provisioning and deployment through operation, maintenance, refresh, and decommissioning – and maintain automation and operational procedures for common lifecycle events (e.g., hardware failures, firmware upgrades, fleet rotations).
Partner closely with Infrastructure Security to design and enforce trusted compute standards across the server lifecycle.
Work closely with our Networking team to ensure end-to-end connectivity across all sites.
Build and maintain tooling to track machine health, configuration, and operational status across the full datacenter fleet.
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on experience with server hardware, including rack deployment, cabling, troubleshooting, and understanding failure modes at scale.
End-to-end understanding of hardware lifecycle management: asset tracking, provisioning workflows, maintenance scheduling, and decommissioning practices.
Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Rust, Go, or Java).
Working knowledge of modern cloud infrastructure, including Kubernetes and large scale cloud providers (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to communicate clearly and build consensus with a wide range of stakeholders.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and making progress on complex, cross-functional problems.
Preferred qualifications
8+ years of experience in datacenter infrastructure management, or a closely related discipline.
Hands-on experience with GPU or AI accelerator hardware (e.g., NVIDIA A100/H100, Google TPUs, or AWS Trainium) and an understanding of their operational demands.
Familiarity with modern provisioning and OS tooling such as LinuxBoot and NixOS
Experience building or contributing to datacenter automation or fleet management platforms.
Experience building and deploying server operating system distributions across large server fleets.
Background in large-scale capacity planning and hardware refresh strategy, ideally at a hyperscaler or large cloud provider.
Experience with trusted compute and hardware security concepts such as secure boot, TPM, hardware attestation, and firmware verification — or a strong desire to develop deep expertise in this area.
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader to drive Notion’s growth across EMEA— the team responsible for both the fuel that powers our regional go-to-market and the engine that converts it into pipeline and revenue. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary group of marketers across digital, demand, content, and campaigns, and you'll own the end-to-end system that turns regional narratives into measurable growth across markets.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Manage and grow a cross-functional team of marketers spanning digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
- Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative
- Develop messaging houses grounded in real customer problems, use cases, and outcomes. Build modular, deployable content bills of materials (BOMs) — stories, assets, templates, talk tracks, proof points, and examples — that travel across channels and markets.
- Lead regional demand generation
- Leadership over the EMEA demand engine—across self serve and sales assist audiences, with repeatable programmes that have clear positioning, modular assets, and measurement plans that connect directly to pipeline and revenue.
- Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns
- Translate global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans. Lead the content and toolkit workstream for product launches and flagship regional campaigns. Keep cross-functional plans, assets, and timelines aligned and deployable across EMEA.
- Enable the wider regional team
- Partner with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing to ensure consistent storytelling, proof points, and talk tracks across every market and channel. Your team's output is what others build from.
- Scale with AI
- Build and apply AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localisation, and asset iteration at speed — without sacrificing accuracy or customer relevance. Model this capability for the broader team.
- Measure and sharpen
- Use funnel insights — engagement data, customer feedback, and business metrics — to continuously refine messaging, content, and programmes. Report on what's working and make the case for change when it isn't.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 12+ years in B2B marketing — with meaningful time owning both content/narrative and demand generation in a high-growth or enterprise SaaS environment.
- Proven people leadership — experience building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams. You know how to hire for craft and lead through ambiguity.
- Narrative and content mastery — you can write a compelling messaging house, build a scalable toolkit, and coach others to do the same. Customer empathy is instinctive, not a checklist item.
- Demand generation depth — hands-on experience running and optimising paid, email, webinar, and outbound programmes, with a strong grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
- AI fluency — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your work and can design workflows for your team to do the same. Not a curiosity — an active working practice.
- EMEA market knowledge — experience running multi-market programmes across EMEA with an understanding of localisation needs, cultural nuance, and go-to-market variation across the region.
- Cross-functional influence — able to align and work effectively across global and regional stakeholders in Sales, Product Marketing, Comms, and Country teams — without always having formal authority.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €140,000 - €165,000 per year.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion user: you're comfortable and familiar with Notion's value to businesses
- Business level proficiency in French or German
- Experience with freemium business models

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
About The Role:
We're an advertising company that lives or dies by how well we connect to the outside world. We integrate with the major social and ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snap, and more) and wire them into our internal systems for billing and reporting. Data moves constantly and in both directions, at scale, and a meaningful part of our estate is legacy. You'll own the technical direction that keeps all of this coherent, resilient, and evolvable — and you'll stay close enough to the code to prove it.
This is the top of our individual-contributor ladder. You won't have direct reports; your leverage comes from setting direction, building the hard parts yourself, writing the decisions down, and getting engineers and leadership to build behind them. This is not a role that only draws diagrams — you'll ship production code on the riskiest paths, cut the spike that de-risks a migration, and go deep in the incidents nobody else can crack. We work across PHP, Go, Python, TypeScript, and JavaScript; PHP and Go are both first-class and here to stay, and the right tool for a problem can land in either. You'll be the person who decides where new capability lands, how legacy gets retired, and how we absorb the constant churn of third-party APIs without breaking delivery.
What You'll Own:
The integration architecture for ingesting from and pushing to external ad/social platforms — versioning, rate limits, backfills, idempotency, webhooks, and graceful degradation when a partner API changes underneath us.
The data architecture for information flowing between platforms and internal systems: pipelines, reconciliation, contracts between services, and the path from operational data to reporting.
A pragmatic strategy for modernizing the legacy estate — strangler-fig migrations, clear service boundaries, and sound judgement about which language and pattern fit each problem — carried far enough into code that teams can follow the pattern.
The engineering bar for integration and data work: the reference implementations, patterns, and standards the org builds against, ratified through the technical committee.
What You'll Do:
Set the technical direction for new products and major changes, and stay the technical decision-maker through build and post-launch — with the authority to course-correct when implementation drifts, and the habit of being in the codebase to catch the drift early.
Build the hard parts yourself.
Write production code on the riskiest, highest-leverage paths; prototype the uncertain approach to turn an argument into evidence; build the reference implementation others extend.
Turn intangible trade-offs — partner API risk, team capability, long-term scalability, cost of change — into clear, written decisions (ADRs) that leadership and the technical committee can sign off on.
Define service and data contracts, integration patterns, and resilience strategies that survive third-party API deprecations and outages.
Go deep when it breaks: lead diagnosis on the gnarliest production incidents and performance regressions, and land the fix and the systemic follow-up.
Identify the infrastructure (compute, data, messaging, observability) needed to meet current and near-future goals.
Raise the bar through others:
mentor engineers and tech leads, set the standard in code review, and drive cross-functional decisions across engineering, product, security, and operations — through influence, not line management.
Evaluate third-party and vendor solutions against our integration and data requirements.
Monitor systems against performance and business benchmarks and escalate with concrete recommendations.
What We're Looking For:
Substantial experience as a staff/principal engineer (or equivalent) on
integration-heavy, data-heavy systems
— ideally where you didn't control the external APIs.
Still hands-on.
You lead by building, and you're demonstrably strong in production code, not only in design.
Depth in at least one of
PHP, Go, or Python
, and comfort across a polyglot estate (TS/JS on the front).
A track record of
modernising legacy systems incrementally
without halting delivery.
Fluency in integration and data patterns: idempotency, eventual consistency, rate limiting, queuing, backfills/reconciliation, API versioning.
A history of
driving technical decisions through influence rather than authority
— getting senior leadership and peer engineers to commit to a direction, and backing it with working code.
Nice To Have:
Experience with ad/martech platform APIs (Meta Marketing, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
Data warehouse / analytics pipeline experience (e.g. BigQuery).
Multi-region, multi-currency, or high-volume billing/reconciliation backgrounds.

You see software development and team organization not as a rigid set of rules, but as a craft that deserves better tools. You want to design complex, data-rich productivity platforms where information architecture is a first-class problem, and you want to rethink how humans work alongside AI. If you are a designer who values hands-on craft, hates unnecessary bureaucracy, and wants the autonomy to build a team's design process from scratch, this role was built for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
YouTrack handles serious complexity – agile boards, backlogs, knowledge bases, helpdesks, and deeply customizable workflows – across teams from two-person startups to global enterprises. We’re at a point where the category's oldest assumptions are worth reconsidering. Issue tracking has relied on the same foundational blocks for years, but AI opens an opportunity to rethink how software can actively help teams get work done.
We need a Lead Product Designer to shape where project management goes next while keeping a massive, mature surface area coherent, legible, and a pleasant to use. In this role, you’ll lead a small design team of two designers, own the overall design quality bar across the product, and act as an individual contributor on our hardest, least-charted problems. You’ll build a fresh design process from scratch with the full backing of a team lead who respects craft and values professional judgment.
Day to day, you will:
Shape a point of view on how project management and issue tracking evolve in an AI-native world and turn those concepts into tools people can actually use.
Design how people work alongside AI capabilities in YouTrack, from conversational interfaces to inline assistance and background automation.
Develop interaction patterns for unsettled problems, including surfacing AI confidence, making actions transparent, and keeping users in control.
Prototype and test new concepts quickly, separating ideas that feel clever from those that genuinely reduce friction.
Keep a large, deep product coherent so that boards, helpdesks, reports, and administration feel like a single cohesive engine.
Partner with product management and engineering to shape roadmap priorities from a design perspective, influencing what gets built and why.
What you’ll bring
A deep commitment to craft ownership, holding yourself and your team to high standards without creating bottlenecks.
Comfort building clear, lightweight processes, without turning them into restrictive bureaucracy.
The generosity to share knowledge openly and collaborate across a broad, global design community.
Clarity in your writing and reasoning, with the ability to explain complex design decisions in plain words.
Comfort with ambiguity and a healthy appetite for finding the right questions before designing the answers.
Strong opinions, loosely held, with a clear understanding of when to follow platform conventions and when to break them.
What you’ll need
Successfully led the design of complex, data-rich productivity tools or software systems where information architecture is a primary challenge.
Proven understanding of how modern AI systems operate beyond single-turn prompts, including agentic workflows and multi-step execution.
Experience mentoring and leading other designers, giving clear feedback that lands and raises the bar.
Ability to design unified experiences that cater to small startup teams and large enterprise customers simultaneously.
A portfolio showing a range of work from precise micro-interactions to large-scale information architecture.
What success looks like
Success means earning the trust of your team and peers through sound interaction choices and clear systemic improvements. You will establish a reliable critique rhythm and a structured way of working that helps your designers grow. Within your first few months, delivering clear patterns for our AI capabilities, paying down accumulated UX debt, and ensuring YouTrack remains both deep and remarkably quick on its feet.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support. Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks. Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness. On-site gyms or sports club stipends.

We are looking for a Senior Android Engineer who is self-motivated, product-minded, and technically rigorous to join our Storefront Engineering team. The best candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and exceptionally dynamic setting and is excited to build a high-quality, white-label Android game store from the ground up, tackling complex challenges in large-game distribution, download management, and multi-tenant theming.
Strong Kotlin and modern Android development skills are essential, along with experience in native Android development, particularly with large-file downloaders, app stores, or content distribution systems. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend, and QA) and drive technical decisions will be key to your success in this role.
If you’re passionate about creating high-performance, feature-rich consumer-facing applications and love solving the unique technical challenges of distributing and updating large-scale Android games, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain the Android client for the game store, using Kotlin + Jetpack Compose to deliver a modern, high-performance UI.
Implement core features: game browsing, categories, search and filtering, game detail pages, user accounts, game library, ratings and reviews.
Design and implement the game download, install, and update management module (resumable downloads, guided/silent installation, signature verification, version management).
Implement white-label theming and multi-channel build capabilities (via Gradle product flavors and/or runtime theme configuration) to support per-partner branding.
Optimize app performance (e.g. startup time), stability (e.g. crash rate), binary size, and memory usage.
Collaborate closely with product owner, designer, backend dev, and QA; contribute to technical design and code reviews.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code; enforce coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
Game industry experience required
On-site position only (remote work not available)
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 5+ years of native Android development experience.
Strong command of Kotlin, including coroutines and Flow for asynchronous programming (or mastery of Java and its equivalents).
Proficient with Jetpack Compose for declarative UI development (traditional View/XML experience is a plus).
Familiar with Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, Lifecycle, Room, Navigation, Hilt) and MVVM/MVI architecture.
Familiar with common libraries: networking (Retrofit/OkHttp), image loading (Coil/Glide), and local storage.
Familiar with the Gradle build system, including white-label / multi-tenant / multi-flavor builds, signing, and version management.
Solid understanding of Android’s installation mechanisms, permission model, and behavioral changes across OS versions.
Solid engineering fundamentals: coding standards, unit testing, and version control (GitLab/GitHub).
Proficiency with AI coding tools to boost development productivity.
Nice to have
Understanding of the Chinese gaming industry, game app characteristics, and player needs.
Experience in game development, publishing, or operations on major Chinese gaming platforms.
Familiarity with the Android package structure exported by game engines such as Unity / Unreal (APK + OBB expansion files, large asset bundles).
Experience integrating game SDKs (account login, in-app purchases, ad monetization, analytics, real-name verification).
Note: Less experienced candidates could be considered as middle-level developers.
