HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ THE MISSION OF THE UNION RELATIONS LEAD
Unions and social partners play a central and legitimate role in how social protection is designed, negotiated and implemented in France. We're looking for a Union Relations Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with unions, their federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem, making Alan a trusted, substantive and well-known interlocutor of French social partners, and supporting our Enterprise & Public Sector teams across large private employers and public institutions.
⭐ WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GENUINELY UNIQUE
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health tech companies builds its relationships with the French social partner ecosystem (from confederations to sector federations to paritariste institutions).
- You'll operate at the highest levels of the paritariste ecosystem: confederal leadership, sector federations, IP boards, organisations patronales.
- You'll shape the strategy, not just execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability (the playbook is yours to define)
- You'll work directly with Founders, Public Affair as well as Public Sector and Enterprise leadership.
- Real ownership from day one, in one of the fastest-growing tech unicorns in Europe.
⭐️ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the organizations that represent employees and members across the sectors that matter to Alan (unions, federations, and the structures that convene them).
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design the engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch level.
- Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions where our sector’s future is discussed.
- Be the credible consistent Alan voice social partners recognise
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Public Sector work
- Be a partner to our teams serving large private employers and public sector clients, briefing them on the social partners context and how Alan’s offer speaks to their priorities
- Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, turning Alan’s ecosystem relationships into concrete commercial leverage.
- Share Alan’s content with social partners to help them assess Alan on its merits and form their own view.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the dialogue at branch level and across the paritariste ecosystem and turn that understanding into internal clarity.
- Represent Alan in the federations and working groups where our sector's future is discussed, contributing a constructive and recognizable voice.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where social dialogue is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions shared with Enterprise and Public Sector deal teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our social partner engagement and documentation.
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Public Sector team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in our key markets.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for the Union Relations Lead role at Alan if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations: in a union organization, a branch federation, a paritariste institution, or in an external affairs role at a mutelle, IP or insurer
- Have legitimate credibility at federation level: ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive engagement at federation level on employer side.
- Have deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem: branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and how institutions at each level function
- Have proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer/state side
- Have outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy, discreet, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself.
- Have ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on an organization’s commercial and strategic outcomes
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight.
- Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris.
Nice to have:
- A confederal or federal elected / permanent past.
- Experience inside a paritariste institution
- Experience inside a sector federation on its social dialogue agenda.
- Legal background in droit social and comfort reading accords collectifs quickly.
- International exposure to the European social dialogue ecosystem.
- Prior experience with RFPs or tenders involving union-negotiated or paritariste schemes.

Team Leadership & Functional Excellence
Lead, coach and develop the Strategy and Research Team; allocate work against the highest-value strategic questions and maintain clear accountability for output quality and deadlines.
Build repeatable methods, templates and analytical standards for strategy development, market / project evaluation, portfolio review, research and after-action analysis.

⭐ YOUR MISSION
Brokers play a structural role in how large and very large employers select, negotiate, and manage their health and prévoyance coverage. We're looking for a Broker Partnerships Lead to build and animate Alan's relationships with the brokers who operate in the Enterprise segment, turning Alan into a trusted, credible, and commercially compelling partner for those actors, and supporting our Enterprise Sales and Key Account Management teams.
⭐ LOCATION
On-site in Paris, Île-de-France.
What makes this role genuinely unique
- You'll shape how one of Europe's fastest-growing health insurance companies builds its relationships with the brokers operating in the large and very large employer segment across France, and beyond.
- You'll have real ownership from day one and operate at the highest levels of the broker market.
- You'll shape Alan’s broker strategy and execute it. Alan is at an early stage of building this capability. The playbook is yours to define and scale.

⭐ YOUR ROLE
Relationships & Presence
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with the brokers that sit between us and the largest employers in our markets (whether private or public), at senior and managing director level.
- Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design Alan's engagement strategy.
- Be the consistent Alan voice that brokers recognize: someone who shows up, follows through, and is known as easy to deal with without giving away what shouldn't be given.
Partnership with Alan's Enterprise & Commercial work
- Be a partner to our Enterprise Sales and KAM teams on every broker situation: drive strategic decisions deal by deal and turn ecosystem knowledge into commercial leverage.
- Introduce the right broker contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle, transforming relationship capital into pipeline access on large and very large accounts.
- Share Alan's value and positioning with broker partners to help them understand, represent, and actively promote Alan within their client portfolios.
- Hold the line on our non-negotiables while finding creative ways to make the collaboration work for both sides.
Sector Engagement & Anticipation
- Follow the broker market at deal level and ecosystem level: who is growing, who is consolidating, where portfolio shifts are happening, and what it means for Alan's pipeline and positioning.
- Be a sharp, early internal voice on where the broker market is heading and on the implications for Alan's strategy, including on consolidation, regulation, and competitive dynamics.
Build & Scale
- Knowledge base: Build and maintain a knowledge library on broker positions, portfolio footprints, engagement history, and contractual frameworks shared with Enterprise Sales and KAM teams to increase win rates.
- Framework & tools: Implement processes and AI tools to improve the quality and efficiency of our broker engagement and contract documentation (conventions de courtage, commission tracking, data sharing agreements).
- Collaboration: Share best practices with the broader Enterprise & Commercial team and contribute proven methodologies to their scaled commercial operations.
- Market intelligence: Provide competitive intelligence on how brokers position Alan vs. incumbents, how they advise clients on insurer selection, and where we are perceived as "difficult to work with" — and feed that back into product, pricing, and GTM strategy.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE’RE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll be a great fit for this opportunity if you:
- Have at least 8 years of total experience working with or inside the broker ecosystem: at a broker or in an external partnership or distribution role at a health insurer or mutuelle
- Have legitimate credibility at senior broker level: ability to engage managing director and senior leadership at major brokers as a peer, built through a personal representative past or years of substantive deal-level engagement on the insurer or employer side
- Have deep knowledge of the broker ecosystem in the large and very large employer segment: how brokers operate, how they are compensated, how they advise clients, and how they influence insurer selection at this scale
- Have deep understanding of health and prévoyance insurance: the technical dimension (garanties, gestion, régimes, prévoyance) must be native, not learned on the job
- Have proven ability to build trust with broker counterparts from the insurer or employer side: long-game, trustworthy, discreet, commercially disciplined
- Demonstrate outstanding stakeholder management: calm, ego-free, able to represent Alan substantively without making it about yourself and equally able to hold firm positions internally when sales pressure pushes toward broker accommodation beyond our framework
- Demonstrate commercial impact from prior broker-related work: broker relationships that translated into material deal flow, pipeline access, or portfolio migration
- Are a self-starter: comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with limited process and real autonomy
- Are ego-free and lever-minded: you accelerate others, you don't seek the spotlight

Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's Process Architecture pillar designs how operations should work. This role builds what that looks like in practice.
You'll use modern AI-assisted development tools, Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, and LLM APIs, to rapidly prototype and ship internal tools that eliminate manual effort across our operational teams. Your primary customers are Disputes, Due Diligence, and Transaction Monitoring: high-volume, high-stakes teams where the right automation meaningfully reduces analyst burden and improves decision quality.
You'll move fast. You'll take processes that currently live in spreadsheets and manual case queues and turn them into something that mostly runs itself. Process Architects redesign how work flows; you make the new flow real.
What You'll Do
- Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code) to prototype and ship tools for operational teams - fast.
- Build workflow automations that connect case management systems, document stores, APIs, and LLMs into end-to-end pipelines
- Create analyst-facing interfaces, triage tools, summary generators using self-built applications, Retool, or similar.
- Apply LLMs where they reduce cognitive load: classification, case summarisation, structured extraction, decision support.
- Embed with Disputes, CDD, Periodic Review, and Transaction Monitoring to learn how analysts actually work - not how the process doc says they do.
- Translate vague pain points i.e "this part takes forever" into shipped tools in days or weeks, not quarters.
- Demo early, iterate based on what analysts actually use versus ignore.
- Treat every tool as a product: instrument usage, capture feedback, measure time saved or quality gained.
- Document what you build and share reusable patterns so good ideas compound.
What We're Looking For
We care more about what you've built and how you think than years of experience or formal credentials.
Must-haves
- You've used Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar to build something real, a script, a tool, a side project, that solved an actual problem. Not just tutorials
- Comfortable in Python, or willing to be within weeks.
- Basic API fluency: you can read a doc, make a request, parse the response, and chain a few calls
- Familiarity with at least one LLM API. You've written a prompt, gotten structured output back, and understood why it sometimes goes wrong
- Bias to ship - you'd rather get a rough version in front of users on Friday than a polished version in three weeks
- Curiosity. You're the kind of person who opens the hood - you want to understand how things work, not just use them
Nice-to-haves
- Workflow automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make)
- Retool, Gradio, or similar lightweight UI frameworks
- Git, basic SQL, or comfort with JSON/CSV at scale
- Exposure to payments, fraud, compliance, or risk operations - even tangentially
- A portfolio, GitHub, or demo you can walk us through
Additional Information

We work as one team, and we back each other to succeed. So whatever your background or identity, if you’re ready to grow and make a difference, you’ll be right at home here.

About the Role
We’re hiring an
Organic Content Strategist for a US DTC gifting brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand makes sentimental, gift-led products built around personal milestones like births and weddings. You’ll own their organic presence on Instagram and TikTok, from strategy to execution. That means planning the content calendar, creating and editing posts, and turning creator content into social posts that carry real emotion rather than reading like product marketing.
You’ll work in a small team directly with leadership and an outsourced agency layer. You’ll also partner closely with the brand’s Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, turning the creator content they bring in into organic posts.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Own the brand’s organic presence across Instagram and TikTok.
Create and edit static and video content using company assets, creator content and product samples.
Source creator-generated content and shape it into engaging organic posts.
Do light video editing and adapt content for cross-platform use.
Manage the posting cadence and the organic content calendar.
Strategy & Collaboration
Develop and execute a creative content strategy aligned with brand goals and trends.
Monitor trends, especially US trends, and translate them into on-brand social content.
Work with the affiliate/outreach role so creator content lines up with the social strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience both planning and executing organic social media strategy, not one or the other.
Experience creating content specifically for Instagram and TikTok.
Light video editing ability.
Comfortable using AI tools, Canva or similar content tools.
Creative and trend-savvy, with a strong visual eye.
Strategic, but also hands-on and execution-oriented.
Idea-driven, culturally aware and proactive.
Cultural fluency with a US audience, since the role reads and reacts to US trends.
Availability to work EST hours is preferred.
Benefits

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
Our mission
Shape the engineering foundations of Mistral AI’s next generation of compute capacity while improving the resilience of the infrastructure already in service. This role combines technical design leadership with field reliability engineering: you will establish demanding, practical requirements for colocation power and cooling, scrutinize proposed solutions and turn operating experience into better designs, safer changes and more reliable AI capacity.
Operating context & accountability
Mistral deploys high-density AI infrastructure in colocation facilities, where partners operate the underlying critical plant. You will be Mistral’s technical counterpart to providers, designers, commissioning specialists and internal IT and capacity teams. The position combines forward-looking design authority with hands-on technical investigation and portfolio reliability improvement. It requires depth in one core engineering discipline and the judgment to lead multidisciplinary decisions with specialist support.
Key responsibilities — design and technical standards
- Own and continuously improve Mistral’s technical design criteria and colocation requirements for new facilities, expansions and retrofits, including availability objectives, failure domains, maintainability and operational flexibility.
- Translate GPU platform roadmaps into measurable facility envelopes: IT load and transients, rack density, electrical topology, redundancy, cooling capacity, supply/return temperatures, flow, pressure, water quality and monitoring.
- Review utility and MV/LV arrangements, transformers, generators, UPS, switchgear, busway, protection coordination, earthing, power quality and metering for suitability under demanding AI loads.
- Review mechanical and controls architecture, including chilled-water and heat-rejection systems, pumps, control sequences, CDU integration, leak detection, filtration, water treatment and cooling recovery scenarios.
- Lead multidisciplinary reviews of single-line diagrams, P&IDs, sequences of operation, design calculations, capacity models, failure-mode studies and proposed deviations; document risks and decisions.
- Participate in site selection, technical due diligence, provider RFPs, design milestones and commercial technical schedules, challenging assumptions before they become delivery constraints.
- Define design review and exception processes that balance performance, resilience, deployment speed, efficiency, capital cost and long-term operability.
Key responsibilities — commissioning and delivery assurance
- Partner with delivery and commissioning teams to define functional and integrated testing requirements, acceptance criteria, evidence packages and outstanding-defect management.
- Validate that electrical and cooling infrastructure can support the contracted AI load envelope under normal, maintenance and credible fault conditions.
- Review test scripts and results for loss of utility, UPS/generator transitions, cooling component failures, controls faults, CDU interface events and staged restoration where applicable.
- Ensure operational handover includes accurate drawings, asset and interface registers, monitoring points, setpoints, maintenance constraints, emergency procedures and unresolved risk ownership.
- Support live-site changes and capacity upgrades with a disciplined review of impact, sequencing, rollback plans and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities — field reliability and root-cause analysis
- Act as a technical escalation point for recurring or high-impact electrical, mechanical and controls incidents across operational colocation sites.
- Analyze alarms, BMS/EPMS trends, event sequences, power-quality records, cooling telemetry, commissioning findings and maintenance evidence to distinguish symptoms from systemic causes.
- Lead or challenge technical root-cause investigations with colocation partners, including common-mode failures, protection miscoordination, thermal instability, control logic, hydraulic performance and hidden capacity limitations.
- Develop risk-ranked corrective actions and reliability improvement programs; validate effectiveness through evidence and post-change monitoring.
- Identify fleet-wide patterns and feed lessons learned into reference designs, acceptance tests, technical specifications and provider governance.
- Review maintenance and change proposals that create material exposure to compute availability, providing clear technical recommendations and escalation where required.
Key responsibilities — collaboration and leadership
- Work with IT hardware, network and platform teams to understand the operational consequences of rack-level and cluster-level failure domains.
- Influence colocation providers, consultants and OEM partners through technically rigorous, fact-based reviews without relying on direct operational authority.
- Present design trade-offs, reliability risks and investment recommendations in language accessible to engineering leadership and business stakeholders.
- Develop reusable standards, technical playbooks and engineering knowledge sharing to support consistent decisions across a rapidly expanding portfolio.
What success looks like
- New capacity is accepted against well-defined electrical, thermal and resilience criteria with transparent technical exceptions.
- Design risks are identified early, reducing late changes, stranded capacity and avoidable operational constraints.
- Repeat incidents and unresolved critical engineering defects decrease as corrective actions are verified.
- Field experience produces measurable improvements to future designs and live-site operating resilience.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 8 years in mission-critical data center design, engineering, commissioning or technical reliability, including responsibility for complex technical decisions.
- Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or equivalent professional experience, with deep knowledge in one discipline and strong working knowledge of the other.
- Demonstrated expertise in critical power and cooling architecture, redundancy, failure-mode analysis and operational risk management.
- Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, commissioning evidence and root-cause analyses, and coordinating technical specialists.
- Ability to influence colocation providers and cross-functional stakeholders; excellent English communication and willingness to travel.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with AI/HPC infrastructure, high-density accelerator platforms and direct-to-chip liquid cooling.
- Knowledge of CDUs, facility-to-technology cooling interfaces, hydraulic performance, cooling-water quality and leak management.
- Experience with electrical protection/selectivity, power quality, controls sequences, integrated systems testing and BMS/EPMS analytics.
- Experience creating technical standards across multiple sites or providers, including design deviations and fleet-wide reliability improvements.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent technical credentials.
WHAT WE OFFER

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is seeking a Financial Data and Controls Lead to join our Billing Platform team. Billing Platform builds the systems customers use to transact with Anthropic: subscriptions, usage billing, quote to cash, invoicing, and payments. You'll be the dedicated owner of billing accuracy, reconciliation, and financial controls across those systems, making sure the right checks run, the right controls are in place, and the audit evidence exists.
Our billing systems and pricing change often, and each flow needs to meet SOX requirements. Accurate billing is what lets us launch products and pricing quickly and still close the books on time. The hard problems today include validating negotiated pricing from contract to invoice, handling the many forms of credits, app store billing, and keeping controls current while the systems under them are replaced.
This is a foundational role and the first hire of its kind on the team. You'll lead a working group of the reconciliation and controls owners from each billing engineering team, and you'll set the approach they follow. You'll work closely with Finance Systems, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Data Engineering.
The role sits in Engineering and works with Finance every day. Our Data organization builds the pipelines and owns the warehouse, and you'll use that data and partner with that team. We're looking for an engineer or data practitioner with strong accounting domain knowledge, who can talk to engineers about systems and to Finance and auditors about risk and materiality.
Key responsibilities
Own reconciliation and accuracy checks for critical billing data (quantity, price, discounts, and invoices) across our product platform, third-party billing and payment providers, app stores, cloud marketplaces, and in-house systems
Design and run detective controls that catch billing errors before they reach the accounting books
Partner with billing engineering teams to turn repeat checks into automated verifiers
Review billing changes that have financial impact, flag the ones that touch SOX or IT application controls (ITACs), and make sure functional test evidence is in place
Make SOX review a standard, lightweight step in how billing changes ship, treated like a security review, so launches are not delayed by it
Own the end-to-end test strategy and audit evidence for those changes, working with Finance Systems, Data Engineering, Accounting, and Internal Audit
Triage billing errors, prioritize backfills and fixes with the owning teams, and track materiality over time
Define and maintain the data contracts between billing and finance systems, so downstream teams can find and trust the data they need
Lead the working group of reconciliation and controls owners across billing engineering teams, through influence and not reporting lines
Act as the Billing owner, alongside Accounting and Finance Systems, for translating the product and pricing roadmap into financial impact, test strategy, and process updates
Minimum qualifications
Experience building or owning a financial ledger, billing reconciliation, or cash reconciliation system end to end, one that Accounting relied on to close the books
Hands-on SQL skills strong enough to take two messy datasets (for example usage events and invoices), match them, find the breaks, and explain the root cause
Accounting domain knowledge (order to cash, month-end close, and materiality) sufficient to tell which billing changes have financial impact
Experience working with SOX and Internal Audit teams on IT application controls, detective controls, transaction monitoring, functional test evidence, and auditor walkthroughs
Experience defining data contracts between billing or product systems and finance systems such as the ERP, general ledger, or revenue recognition
Track record of driving work across Engineering, Finance, Accounting, and Audit without direct authority
Ability to explain technical issues to Finance and auditors in their terms, and financial risk to engineers in theirs
Interest in AI and a commitment to Anthropic's mission of building safe, beneficial AI systems
Preferred qualifications
Background as a backend, data, or analytics engineer who built a financial ledger or cash reconciliation system from scratch
Experience running these systems under public company reporting requirements, and scaling them as the company grew
Experience with usage-based or consumption billing
Experience with multi-party billing, such as marketplaces, or app stores
Experience turning manual checks into automated verifiers with engineering teams
Experience remediating a control deficiency, or standing up a controls program while the underlying systems were changing
A track record of using Claude or other AI tools to automate reconciliation, testing, or evidence collection, with checks that hold up to review
Experience with billing and finance tools such as Stripe, Metronome, Zuora, NetSuite, or Workday Financials
Python for data analysis or automation
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$345,000
—
$425,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The ClickHouse PhD Research Internship Program offers doctoral students the opportunity to pursue ambitious research alongside ClickHouse Labs researchers and engineers working on some of the most interesting challenges in databases, systems, and data infrastructure.
Research interns join ClickHouse Labs for approximately 10-12 weeks to explore meaningful research questions, develop new ideas, and investigate technologies that have the potential to advance both the broader research community and the future of ClickHouse.
The program is intentionally designed around research collaboration. Interns are paired with experienced researchers and have the opportunity to pursue work that aligns with their academic interests, ongoing research, and areas of interest within ClickHouse Labs. In some cases, an internship may build on research, a prototype, or a system the student has already begun exploring at their university.
We believe the strongest research relationships extend beyond a single summer. Interns may continue their work after returning to their university through academic research, open-source contributions, publications, or other forms of collaboration. Where there is a strong mutual fit, an internship may become the beginning of a longer-term relationship between the researcher, ClickHouse Labs, and the broader academic community.
During their internship, researchers will have the opportunity to work closely with ClickHouse Labs, engage with ClickHouse's open-source technology and engineering community, share their findings, and contribute to the intellectual life of the broader research community.
Program length: 10-12 weeks, with flexibility based on academic calendars and research needs
Typical timing: Summer, beginning approximately June 1
Locations: Opportunities available across the US and Europe, subject to role and employment requirements. Remote first.
Research environment: ClickHouse Labs
Internship format: Research-focused, mentor-supported, and shaped around areas of mutual research interest
Compensation: commensurate with experience, a monthly stipend will be paid
RESEARCH AT CLICKHOUSE LABS
ClickHouse Labs explores ambitious ideas at the intersection of databases, distributed systems, data infrastructure, and the broader systems research community.
We believe some of the most interesting advances in these areas happen through close collaboration between industry and academia. ClickHouse Labs brings together researchers and engineers to explore new ideas, investigate challenging technical problems, and connect academic research with real-world systems at scale.
Research interns are an important part of that community. Interns have the opportunity to bring their own research interests and perspectives into ClickHouse Labs while working alongside researchers and engineers who are deeply engaged with both the practical challenges and open research questions shaping the future of data systems.
PROGRAM GOALS
1. Identify exceptional PhD researchers working in areas directly relevant to ClickHouse.
2. Give researchers the opportunity to work on meaningful, open-ended problems with ClickHouse Labs.
3. Build long-term relationships with researchers and academic institutions.
4. Encourage continued research and open-source contributions after the internship.
5. Create opportunities for co-authored papers, thesis advising, or other academic collaboration.
6. Increase ClickHouse's visibility within the database and systems research community.
7. Publish and share meaningful research outcomes through the ClickHouse website and other appropriate channels.
WHAT MAKES THE PROGRAM DIFFERENT
This is intentionally not a highly structured engineering internship and should not detailed planning. ****But the high-level problem area and expectations should defined several months before the internship begins. This flexibility is intentional and allows ClickHouse Labs to respond to:
- Emerging research questions
- Current ClickHouse priorities
- New academic research
- Interesting systems or database prototypes
- Work candidates have already completed
- Opportunities to apply new research ideas to ClickHouse
The goal is to identify researchers whose work is already closely aligned with areas ClickHouse cares about and then determine the most valuable research problem to pursue together.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for exceptional PhD students conducting research directly relevant to ClickHouse and the broader database/systems space.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
- Currently pursuing a PhD in computer science or a closely related field
- Conducting research in areas relevant to ClickHouse
- Demonstrated research excellence
- Strong database systems, distributed systems, hardware, or related technical background
- Has demonstrated ability to independently pursue complex research questions
- Ideally has prior experience with ClickHouse open source but not required**.**
- Has research, prototypes, or publications that could translate into meaningful work with ClickHouse
- Interested in continuing research beyond the internship
- Potential interest in open-source contribution and academic collaboration
CANDIDATE SELECTION PHILOSOPHY
The strongest candidates will be researchers whose work is specifically relevant to what ClickHouse Labs wants to explore.
A candidate who has already:
- Worked with ClickHouse
- Built a relevant database or systems prototype
- Published research in an area relevant to ClickHouse
- Explored a technical problem ClickHouse is interested in
may be significantly more valuable than a candidate with an otherwise impressive academic profile but no meaningful connection to our research areas.
RESEARCH AREAS & PROJECT SCOPE
Unlike an engineering internship program, specific projects do not need to be defined when recruiting begins.
Research projects may emerge from:
- A candidate's existing research
- A recent academic paper
- A prototype or system the candidate has developed
- An emerging ClickHouse Labs research priority
- An opportunity to test or extend an existing research concept within ClickHouse
IF THIS IS RELEVANT AND EXCITING TO YOU, PLEASE APPLY!

Role Description
Spin.AI is looking for a highly analytical, hands-on Growth Marketing Lead to own the performance engine behind our inbound marketing strategy across Spin.AI’s portfolio: including Backup (Mission critical SaaS apps), Security (DLP and Browser), and Atlassian backup/ecosystem.
This person will connect organic, paid, social, web, retargeting, nurture, conversion, and performance measurement into a cohesive inbound growth engine. You'll partner closely with our Director of Marketing to take strong stories, campaigns, content, and creative and ensure they reach the right audiences, convert effectively, and contribute to a measurable pipeline.
You'll serve as the internal owner of growth performance, connecting marketing programs, external agencies and freelancers, our fractional Marketing Operations support, data, and funnel performance. You'll have significant ownership and autonomy in this role.
We're hiring you for your expertise, and we trust you to use it. We want you to challenge assumptions, bring forward ideas, tell us when you think there's a better way, and make decisions within your area of ownership. You won't have someone standing over you telling you how to do your job; you'll have the space and support to figure out what will drive results and execute against it.
What You'll Own:
Inbound Growth & Demand
Own performance across the inbound marketing funnel, from acquisition through qualified opportunity.
Understand how prospects discover, engage with, convert through, and progress across marketing channels.
Identify gaps, friction, and growth opportunities throughout the buyer journey.
Partner with the Director of Marketing to connect organic visibility to measurable business outcomes.
Develop a holistic view of inbound performance across all three brands.
Paid Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, retargeting, paid social, and additional channels.
Manage and optimize paid marketing budgets.
Determine where investment should increase, decrease, or be tested based on performance.
Develop audience, offer, channel, and campaign testing strategies.
Evaluate performance based on qualified opportunities and pipeline—not simply impressions, clicks, or lead volume.
Manage paid media agencies, freelancers, and specialized partners.
Campaign Activation & Distribution
Partner closely with the Director of Marketing to turn integrated campaign strategies into measurable growth programs.
Develop distribution and amplification plans around major campaigns and content.
Determine appropriate audiences, channels, offers, conversion points, and follow-up strategies.
Ensure campaigns have clear paths from awareness and engagement to conversion.
Find opportunities to extend the reach, performance, and business value of existing content and creativity.
Conversion Rate Optimization
Own CRO across landing pages, forms, CTAs, campaign experiences, and key website conversion paths.
Partner with the Director of Marketing and creative resources on messaging and creative variations.
Build and maintain an ongoing testing roadmap and turn successful experiments into repeatable best practices.
Retargeting, Lifecycle & Lead Nurture
Develop strategies for continuing to engage prospects after their initial interaction.
Build retargeting audiences and programs across relevant channels.
Develop lifecycle segmentation and nurture strategies.
Partner with fractional Marketing Operations support on automation and technical implementation.
Improve progression from initial engagement to qualified opportunity.
AI-Native Marketing & Execution
Be AI-native in how you work, using AI as an everyday part of research, analysis, execution, experimentation, and decision-making – not simply as a writing assistant.
Use AI to analyze marketing and performance data, uncover trends and anomalies, synthesize insights, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate reporting.
Use AI to accelerate campaign development and experimentation, including audience research, messaging variations, landing-page testing, creative ideation, and performance analysis.
Build AI into repeatable workflows to automate manual work, connect information across tools, and increase the speed and quality of marketing execution.
Be comfortable working with leading AI platforms and AI-enabled productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, and similar tools, while continuously evaluating new technologies as the ecosystem evolves.
Know how to work effectively with AI-generated analysis: asking the right questions, providing the right context and data, validating outputs, and applying human judgment before acting on recommendations.
Proactively identify opportunities where AI can make our marketing organization faster, smarter, more analytical, and more scalable.
Growth Experimentation
Maintain a prioritized growth experimentation roadmap.
Move quickly from hypothesis to execution
Scale what works and stop what doesn't.
Proactively bring new ideas, channels, technologies, and opportunities to the team rather than waiting for them to be assigned.
Performance Analytics & Attribution
Connect marketing activities to measurable business outcomes.
Understand performance across visitor → lead → qualified lead → opportunity → pipeline.
Establish KPIs for campaigns and acquisition programs.
Monitor acquisition costs, funnel conversion, opportunity creation, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Turn performance data into recommendations and actions, not simply dashboards.
Help leadership understand what's working, what's not, why, and what Marketing should do next.
Partnership With the Director of Marketing
This is designed to be a
close counterpart relationship between two distinct areas of marketing expertise.
The Director of Marketing owns the
market-facing strategy
: overall marketing strategy, integrated campaigns, narrative, brand, content, messaging, creative direction, organic strategy, customer storytelling, thought leadership, and market POV.
The Growth Marketing Lead owns the
performance engine
: acquisition, distribution, activation, conversion, retargeting, nurture, experimentation, optimization, and measurement.
You'll be involved early in campaign planning, not handed finished assets and asked to promote them. Your audience, channel, conversion, and performance insights should influence how campaigns are built from the beginning.
At the same time, the role maintains clear functional ownership. The Growth Marketing Lead does not replace ownership of overall marketing strategy, brand strategy, editorial strategy, company narrative, creative direction, or integrated marketing strategy.
Both roles remain deeply connected to GTM, pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
Together, they create the feedback loop between what the market needs to hear and what performance data tells us is resonating.
Fractional Marketing Operations Partnership
The Growth Marketing Lead will work closely with a
fractional/retained Marketing Operations resource
who can support the technical infrastructure required to run and measure the growth engine.
This may include CRM and marketing automation infrastructure, campaign tracking and attribution, lead scoring and routing, lifecycle automation, integrations, database health, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure.
You don't need to personally administer every system. You
do
need enough technical fluency to know what needs to be built, articulate the business requirements, recognize when something isn't working correctly, and use the resulting data to make informed decisions.
You will effectively serve as the
business owner of marketing performance
, with specialized Marketing Operations support helping i
What Success Looks Like:
Success will be measured through outcomes including:
Marketing-sourced pipeline
Qualified opportunities generated
Inbound conversion rates
Cost per qualified lead and opportunity
Lead-to-opportunity conversion
Paid acquisition efficiency
Landing-page and website conversion
Funnel velocity
Growth experiment performance
Improved visibility and confidence in marketing performance across the portfolio
Experience We're Looking For:
3–5+ years of B2B growth, demand generation, performance marketing, or related experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology.
Demonstrated experience owning multi-channel inbound acquisition programs.
Hands-on understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, paid social, and performance marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO and organic acquisition, with experience connecting organic traffic to conversion and pipeline.
Experience with landing-page optimization, CRO, A/B testing, and structured experimentation.
Experience building retargeting, nurture, and lifecycle programs.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels and progression from visitor through lead, opportunity, pipeline, and revenue.
Experience working with CRM, marketing automation, attribution, analytics, and reporting systems.
Demonstrated proficiency using AI in modern marketing workflows, including research, data analysis, reporting, campaign optimization, experimentation, automation, and productivity. You should be comfortable working across leading AI platforms and quickly learning new tools as they emerge.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendations and actions.
Experience managing agencies, freelancers, vendors, and specialized external resources.
Experience collaborating closely with senior marketing leadership, Content/Creative, Sales, Product, and external Marketing Operations resources.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Cybersecurity experience is valuable, but strong B2B SaaS experience combined with the ability and desire to learn a technical market quickly can also be successful.
How We Work:
You have a startup mindset.
You're a self-starter who doesn't need someone telling you what to do throughout the day. You can take a business objective, figure out what needs to happen, ask the right questions, and independently move the work forward. You're resourceful, curious, and a fast learner.
We trust your expertise.
There is real ownership in this role. We hire great people because we want their ideas, judgment, and experience – not because we want someone to simply execute instructions. If you think there's a better approach, we genuinely want to hear it. If the data is telling you we should change direction, say so. You'll be trusted to make decisions within your area, experiment thoughtfully, and do your job in the way you believe will produce the strongest results.
You're collaborative and dynamic.
You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing, broader marketing leadership, Sales, Product, external partners, and specialists across the organization. You know how to bring strong opinions and expertise to the table without creating territorial silos. You communicate well, welcome feedback, and value other people's expertise as much as your own.
You move fast.
We'd rather thoughtfully test a strong idea, learn from it, and iterate than spend months trying to make something theoretically perfect. You know how to prioritize, execute, measure, and move forward. If something doesn't work, understand why, learn from it, and try again.
You take ownership.
If something you're responsible for isn't working, you investigate it. If tracking looks wrong, you flag it. If an agency isn't delivering, you address it. If you see an opportunity, you bring it forward. "Nobody told me to" isn't how we operate.
You're a team player.
We care about the work we do and the people we do it with. You take pride in producing great work, celebrate team wins, help when someone needs it, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with smart people toward a shared goal.
You're adaptable.
Our products evolve. Technology advances. Messaging changes. Priorities change. AI is changing how people discover and consume information, and cybersecurity certainly doesn't stand still. You're comfortable operating in a fast-moving technical market and can learn quickly enough to keep pace.
You're AI-native.
AI is changing both the cybersecurity market we operate in and the way great marketing teams work. We expect you to use it. Whether you're analyzing campaign data, researching an audience, building a workflow, pressure-testing an idea, finding patterns, or eliminating repetitive work, your instinct should be to ask how AI can help you do the job better and faster. We're not looking for someone who occasionally opens an AI tool, we want someone who actively experiments with new capabilities and incorporates the best ones into how they work.
You're comfortable with cybersecurity.
You don't need to know every acronym on day one, but you should enjoy learning complex technology and understanding the problems our customers are trying to solve. You can become conversant enough in cybersecurity to make intelligent decisions about audiences, campaigns, messaging, and performance.
You care about outcomes more than activity.
Launching a campaign isn't the finish line. A beautiful dashboard isn't the outcome. More leads aren't necessarily better leads. You want to understand what actually moved the business and what we should do differently because of it.
And we genuinely enjoy working together!
Across Spin.AI, Revyz, and DoControl, we want people to be proud of what they build, without believing great work requires sacrificing everything outside of it. We respect work-life balance, trust people to manage their responsibilities, and value positive, healthy working relationships. We work hard, move quickly, and care deeply about results – but we also want people to enjoy the work they're doing and the life they're living while they do it. A positive attitude, mutual respect, and being someone others genuinely enjoy working with matter here.

Mysten Labs’ mission is to advance the internet through step-function improvements in what technology makes possible. We build foundational infrastructure and products that give people, businesses, and developers new ways to interact, transact, and create value.
Our work spans on-chain finance and the emerging agent economy. Through Sui, Move, and our broader technology stack, we’re building the systems that make these experiences possible - from secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure to new ways for businesses and AI agents to interact.
THE ROLE
We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Lead to define and build the commercial opportunity for our emerging agentic products. You’ll identify where this technology solves meaningful customer problems, build relationships with enterprise buyers, and turn early interest into commercial deployments.
This role combines hands-on enterprise selling with product and GTM development. Working closely with our CTO, product, and engineering teams, you’ll help determine what we sell, who we sell it to, and how we package it. You should be comfortable taking an emerging capability to customers, learning quickly, and helping shape the offering as you build the business.
We’re building this effort with a small, focused team that works directly with customers, prototypes quickly, and turns promising technology into products people will use. Joining this team means helping define a new product category, its customer experience, and the business around it. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how businesses participate in the agent economy and bring that vision to market.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop the enterprise sales and GTM strategy for our agentic products, identifying priority industries, buyers, use cases, and routes to market.
- Bring an established network of enterprise relationships and build new connections with decision-makers across commerce, services, and/or relevant regulated industries.
- Own the sales process from customer discovery and qualification through pilots, negotiation, and commercial agreements.
- Work directly with prospective customers to understand their workflows, business priorities, and requirements for deploying AI agents.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate customer needs into product requirements, demonstrations, and commercially compelling offerings.
- Help define positioning, packaging, pricing, and pilot structures, testing assumptions through customer conversations and actual deals.
- Build a repeatable approach to moving customers from early experimentation into production and broader adoption.
- Establish pipeline discipline, communicate market feedback, and help the team prioritize opportunities with the strongest commercial potential.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 12+ years of Enterprise Sales experience, with a track record of closing complex agreements and building trusted executive relationships.
- Meaningful startup experience, including building a new sales motion, launching an offering, or winning early enterprise customers.
- An established network of buyers in enterprise commerce, retail, services, or regulated industries.
- Experience selling technical products and translating emerging technology into clear business value.
- Direct involvement in shaping product positioning, packaging, pricing, or GTM strategy alongside product and engineering teams.
- Strong customer discovery skills and the judgment to distinguish a repeatable market opportunity from a one-off request.
- A hands-on approach: you’re comfortable prospecting, running discovery, developing proposals, and closing deals yourself.
- Comfort with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and a product that will evolve through customer engagement.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience selling AI agents, commerce platforms, payments, trust and security products, or enterprise workflow software.
- Familiarity with customer journeys such as shopping, returns and refunds, reservations, ticketing, or insurance servicing.
- Experience navigating enterprise procurement, security reviews, and requirements for controlled or regulated workflows.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check, which may include verification of employment history, education credentials, criminal history, and other relevant information.
