ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is hiring a Customer Activation Manager for AI Spend Management https://ramp.com/ai-cost-monitoring and Router https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/ramp-launches-routercom-to-cut-companies-rising-ai-bills-302855572.html. AI Spend Management helps Finance and Engineering see connected AI spend, understand what changed, and assign it to the right owner; Router helps builders route AI model requests. You will guide customers through technical activation, connect the work of developers and AI administrators with the needs of Finance, and turn initial setup into a useful, repeatable workflow. You will lead the customer plan for AI Spend Management and coordinate with specialist Solutions partners when Router requires deeper code integration. This is an early product motion, so you will help build the implementation playbook as we learn.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead customer discovery and implementation planning, including provider connections, prerequisites, owners, usage visibility, first-use milestones, and adoption follow-through.
- Read API documentation and request/response evidence to investigate setup issues such as credentials, permissions, usage limits, model selection, and product behavior.
- Help technical and finance stakeholders understand AI usage, costs, and governance choices in language each group can act on.
- Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Solutions, Product, and Engineering on deeper Router integrations or issues that require code-level work; give customers a clear owner and next step.
- Guide customers from a working connection to a useful usage-review or governance workflow, and verify that the workflow is used after launch.
- Capture recurring questions and failure patterns in customer guidance, troubleshooting steps, and internal playbooks.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Roughly 4+ years of relevant experience in technical customer success, technical account management, implementations, solutions consulting, or a related customer-facing role; level is flexible based on experience.
- Experience owning technical customer launches from handoff through verified first use and sustained adoption.
- Ability to read API documentation and reason through request/response evidence, authentication, permissions, and integration issues; production coding is not required for this role.
- Working knowledge of multiple AI providers and the customer tradeoffs around capabilities, cost, latency, reliability, usage limits, and data handling.
- Ability to communicate credibly with developers or AI administrators and plainly with Finance leaders, keeping both aligned on the launch plan.
- Comfort solving unfamiliar problems, escalating with useful evidence, and building a repeatable process in a changing product environment.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience with AI gateways, model routing, provider integrations, token usage, AI spend controls, or API-key governance.
- Post-sale implementation experience at an AI-first or developer-facing software company.
- Coding literacy or experience partnering with Solutions or Engineering teams on customer integrations.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

Wealthsimple currently serves more than 4 million Canadians and holds over $169 billion in assets under administration. The company was founded in 2014 by a team of financial experts and technology entrepreneurs, and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
We're proud of what we've built — and we're just getting started. Read our Culture Manual https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/culture and learn more about how we work https://www.wealthsimple.com/en-ca/careers.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a curious, hands-on security professional early in their career to join our Detection & Response team as an Incident Response Developer. You’ll report to the Manager of Detection & Response and work closely with senior responders to investigate security incidents, improve our response processes and build automation that helps us scale. You’ll get hands-on experience with real incidents and the mentorship to grow into the craft.
The ideal candidate has a foundation in security fundamentals, some hands-on exposure to investigations or security operations, and real enthusiasm for automating repetitive work. You’re a problem-solver who stays calm when things get busy, asks good questions and wants to learn from experienced teammates.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Strengthen our incident response capabilities by building relationships with Engineering teams, writing new playbooks and automating manual steps.
- Own investigations from start to finish: triage, evidence collection, analysis, containment and documentation.
- Act as Incident Commander for low- and medium-severity incidents, and support senior responders on high-severity ones.
- Turn recurring incident types into repeatable workflows (intake, playbook, automation, closure), from the first design through to the tooling behind them.
- Report incident trends and metrics that inform team priorities.
- Work with our Security Engineers to monitor, refine and expand our SIEM and SOAR platforms.
- Work with the HR, Fraud and Privacy teams on investigations into potentially fraudulent and sensitive activity, including insider threats and snooping.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for responding to security incidents, internal questions and operational support.
- Work with the detection engineering team to develop new, high-fidelity detection rules based on incident trends and threat intelligence.
SKILLS YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
- 1–2+ years of hands-on incident response experience, owning investigations end to end.
- The ability to coordinate responders and stakeholders during an incident, and know when to escalate.
- Experience using a SIEM to turn noise into signal, including writing queries and tuning alerts.
- Proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, etc.) to build and maintain automation. We invest in tooling (automation, Slack bots, AI agents) so responders spend their energy on the decisions that matter.
- A workflow mindset: you can look at a messy, recurring problem and break it into steps that tooling or AI can take on.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP or Azure) and how to investigate within it.
- Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information, such as HR and insider-threat matters.
- Clear, honest and inclusive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good judgment under pressure, in technical problem solving and in working across teams.
- A strong desire to learn from the team and others. We value making one another successful!

BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
Kraken's Market Surveillance function is responsible for detecting, investigating and reporting market abuse across our regulated trading venues, spanning spot crypto markets, crypto futures, tokenised equities, OTC markets and consumer trading. As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them.
We are hiring a Senior Compliance Associate Lead to take on our more complex casework, own an area of the surveillance programme, and act as a senior point of reference for the analysts around them.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Take the more complex investigations end to end, including those that begin as a referral rather than an alert, and present conclusions to senior compliance stakeholders and the business.
- Act as a senior reviewer for colleagues' work, and a point of escalation for judgement calls on how an alert or a case should be treated.
- Contribute to threshold and model reviews, recalibrating detection as trading behaviour, products and market structure change.
- Support surveillance platform and tooling work, including setting out what detection needs to achieve and validating that it does.
- Draft suspicious transaction and order reports and suspicious activity reports.
- Contribute to market abuse risk assessment work, and help translate the risks identified into surveillance coverage.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 4 years investigating market abuse or trading conduct inside a firm subject to market conduct regulation.
- A track record running investigations end to end, including writing findings up to a standard a regulator can rely on and presenting conclusions to stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of the core market abuse typologies and how they present differently across asset classes.
- Hands-on experience with a surveillance platform such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus or NICE Actimize, and comfort with SQL or a similar query tool.
- Exposure to threshold or model calibration, platform integration, or market abuse risk assessment work.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication, and the judgement to know when something needs escalating.
- Based in the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Canada, with fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required.
- Experience mentoring or acting as a senior reviewer for less experienced analysts.
- Experience of a surveillance platform implementation or build-out.
- Electronic communications surveillance experience.
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.
As an equal opportunity employer, we don't tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, whether based on race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, citizenship, religion, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic as outlined by federal, state, or local laws.

As our licensing footprint and product range grow, so does the scale and complexity of the surveillance programme behind them.
We are hiring several Senior Compliance Associates to carry out day to day surveillance across our markets, investigate what that surveillance uncovers, and help us build the programme out as the business grows.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Review and disposition surveillance alerts across our regulated markets, and record the reasoning behind each decision clearly enough that someone else can follow it.
- Carry out analytical reviews that begin with trade and order data rather than with a system-generated alert.
- Investigate escalated behaviour end to end: gather the data, reconstruct what happened, and write it up for presentation to senior compliance stakeholders.
- Assess referrals raised from across the business and externally, and take forward the ones that warrant it.
- Draft suspicious transaction and order reports and suspicious activity reports.
- Produce management information and regulatory reporting for the entities we cover.
- Contribute to surveillance platform and tooling work, including bringing new products and data sources into scope and testing that detection behaves as intended.
- Use AI and automation tools to speed up evidence-gathering and case reconstruction, with human judgement over the final call.
WHAT YOU BRING
- At least 2 years experience in trade surveillance, market abuse investigation or trading conduct inside a regulated firm, such as an exchange, broker-dealer, trading venue, bank or comparable regulated trading business.
- Working knowledge of the core market abuse typologies, for example spoofing, layering, wash trading, insider dealing, front running and ramping.
- Experience reviewing and dispositioning surveillance alerts, and writing up what you found to a standard others can rely on.
- Clear, evidence-first written communication. Your case files and escalations will sometimes be read by auditors and regulators without you in the room to explain them.
- Comfort using generative AI and other automation tools to improve the speed and quality of investigative work, while maintaining the oversight that regulated casework requires.
- Based in the UK, Ireland, Cyprus, Malta, Romania or Canada, with fluency in English.
NICE TO HAVES
- Exposure to crypto-asset markets is welcomed but not required.
- Hands-on use of a surveillance platform such as Scila, Nasdaq SMARTS, Eventus or NICE Actimize.

Lithic is hiring a
Senior Accountant
to own the annual audit, support AP and AR activity, and drive the month-end close alongside the Accounting Manager. This role is the technical backbone of the accounting team. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement below!
What You'll Do
Serve as the day-to-day lead on external audit requests — managing the PBC list, timeline, and fieldwork logistics, preparing schedules, workpapers, and tie-outs, and responding to auditor inquiries.
Own product-level cash reconciliations across network payables, customer receivables, interchange, chargebacks, and fees — ensuring every dollar movement across the card lifecycle ties out between internal ledgers, processor/network reporting, and bank statements.
Investigate reconciliation discrepancies using transaction-level data, document root causes, and partner with Data and Engineering to resolve underlying issues.
Review AP and AR activity — payments, employee reimbursements, card issuance, invoicing, deferred revenue schedules, and credit application.
Prepare and review month-end journal entries — accruals, allocations, reclasses — with adequate support and approval.
Back up the Accounting Manager on monthly close to ensure timely, accurate reporting, including variance analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
Research and document technical accounting positions, and help maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
Evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending and implementing changes that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance and technical review to junior team members, plus support for ad hoc analyses and projects.
What You Bring
BA/BS in Accounting with 4+ years in Big 4 and/or on a startup accounting team.
FinTech experience preferred — familiarity with payments concepts (settlement, interchange, funds flow), or the ability to learn complex transactional data models quickly.
Ability to write basic SQL to retrieve, filter, join, and summarize transactional data, with an investigative mindset to identify and explain discrepancies.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) and advanced Excel to work through large, complex data sets — reconciliations, variance analysis, memo drafting, and process documentation.
Experience working directly with auditors on an independent financial statement audit, with working knowledge of GAAP.
Advanced ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and hands-on AP/AR work, including subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
Customer service-level communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Desire to succeed, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced organization, with an approachable demeanor that inspires trust.
Experience with Salesforce, Ramp, Google Suite, and/or Looker is a plus.
The annual US salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

You’re the kind of person who looks at a complex, deeply interconnected system and immediately wants to know how it functions and what would make it break. Focused on finding more than just bugs, you want to untangle dependencies and raise the bar for quality across the board. You're comfortable stepping up to take ownership and lead the charge when things get complicated.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
DataGrip is our cross-platform IDE for databases, and its core functionality powers database tools across other JetBrains IDEs like IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, and PhpStorm. Because of the large size of this ecosystem, which spans many database systems, environments, and integrations, keeping our quality bar high is a complex, strategic challenge. You’ll take ownership of quality across these shared components and release processes. You’ll work closely with developers, DevOps, and product teams to map out expected behaviors, investigate hard-to-reproduce issues, and improve how we build and test. Your work will directly influence the reliability of tools used by millions of developers every day, making sure changes in one area don't unexpectedly break another.
Day to day, you will:
Lead QA activities, set priorities, and coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and components.
Investigate unclear, poorly reproducible, and cross-component issues to find the root cause.
Analyze logs, test results, and user reports to spot broader quality patterns behind individual failures.
Define test strategies and apply risk-based testing to manage release cycles safely.
Work with developers and product teams to establish expected behavior when detailed specifications aren't available.
Improve our QA processes and guide the team in making confident release decisions.
What you’ll bring
A high degree of independence and technical curiosity.
Comfort taking ownership of complex problems and driving them to resolution.
The ability to see the big picture and understand how changes in one area affect the rest of the system.
A proactive approach to improving processes rather than just following them.
Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to turn scattered logs and user reports into clear insights.
The communication skills to bring different teams together and coordinate testing efforts smoothly.
What you’ll need
The proven ability to test complex, multi-component systems and navigate integration and end-to-end testing.
Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Experience leading QA activities and shaping test strategies for multiple products and release cycles.
Familiarity with reading and debugging code (Java or Kotlin preferred) to troubleshoot deeply embedded issues.
Hands-on experience writing or maintaining automated tests.
The ability to navigate and troubleshoot CI/CD systems, test environments, and infrastructure (such as Docker, Kubernetes, or TeamCity).
Experience investigating distributed systems, APIs, and service-to-service integrations using monitoring and logging tools.
What success looks like
Within your first few months, you’ll have a firm grasp of the DataGrip ecosystem and how its components interact across our IDEs. You’ll be independently identifying quality risks, setting clear testing priorities, and helping teams ship reliable releases without bottlenecks. Long-term, you’ll have established smoother QA workflows, making it easier for everyone to understand dependencies and catch cross-product issues before they reach our users.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary.
We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work schedule.
Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Extra time off.
More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Learning and development opportunities.
Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support.
Assistance to help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Free meals and snacks.
Lunch and refreshments provided to keep you fueled.
Health and wellness.
On-site gyms or sports club stipends.
Internal events.
Company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.

Role overview | Context
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com built its name serving the world's largest enterprises. We're now growing into many more types of customer: businesses of every size, including self-serve, startups integrating straight from our docs, and platforms (software companies, payfacs and marketplaces) that onboard thousands of sellers through our APIs. As our product range grows, that takes us from thousands of customers to millions.
At that scale, the decision about who we work with, and on what terms, can't be a manual review at the end of a sales process. It has to be a product. It decides how quickly a good business goes live, how much it costs us to serve them, and how confident our regulators and scheme partners are in us. We're looking for a senior Engineering leader to own that decision.
This team decides which businesses we can work with and on what terms. It covers business verification, screening, underwriting, ongoing monitoring and financial crime. It's a shared platform that serves every one of our businesses. Its users are our customers (directly, or through the platforms they sign up with) and, internally, our Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime teams and the analysts who run reviews and investigations.
Much of what we have today was built segment by segment and market by market, for a smaller number of large customers. The next chapter is one opinionated, configurable decisioning platform. Enterprise, platform and SMB customers should all run on the same foundations, with the right depth of checks and the right terms for each. That way a new product, segment or market doesn't mean rebuilding our controls, and this team isn't on the critical path for every launch.
ROLE OVERVIEW | RISK, VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
The remit covers:
- Risk decisioning: underwriting, risk tiering, exposure limits, reserves and settlement terms, and when to restrict or offboard, re-assessed across the customer lifecycle.
- Business verification: company, ownership, document, bank account and website checks, run once for every segment.
- Financial crime: sanctions and PEP screening, AML and transaction monitoring, and the controls, audit trails and reporting behind our regulatory obligations.
- Decisioning platform: the shared infrastructure that runs these checks automatically for every market and customer type.
You'll partner closely with the teams that own onboarding and identity verification.
ROLE OVERVIEW | REMIT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be comfortable building and scaling critical platforms in a regulated environment, where correctness, auditability and availability matter as much as speed. You'll balance two goals that are often in tension: making it fast and easy for good businesses to work with us, and keeping bad actors out and the business compliant.
This is a change role. You'll assess what we have, set a clear direction, and move us from segment-specific, analyst-led processes to an automated decisioning platform, without pausing the business while you do it. You'll do this in close partnership with Product, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and with the leaders of the businesses that depend on the platform.
You'll directly lead an established team of engineers and managers of varying seniorities. Amongst other duties, you'll have impact across:
- Setting the technical vision and strategy for Risk, Verification & Compliance. That includes deciding what we build once and share, and what each segment, product or market configures.
- Building a decisioning platform that automates the decisions that don't need a human, safely, and sends the rest to the right analyst with the context they need. Our automation rate sets our cost to onboard and to serve.
- Making risk dynamic across the customer lifecycle. New businesses start on terms that match the signals we see: limits, reserves and settlement speed. Those terms relax automatically as the business trades well, and we act quickly when the signals change. This starts with simple rules and evolves into machine learning.
- Making decisions explainable, so that customers, partners and our own analysts understand why a decision was made and what happens next.
- Giving Risk and Compliance the dials. Acceptance criteria, early-life controls and policy should be configuration that can be changed, tested and measured by cohort, not a code change.
- Keeping our financial crime controls ahead of growth. Screening and monitoring have to scale from large enterprises to a very large base of smaller businesses, through new channels, payment methods and products.
- Leading the design and delivery of verification, screening, underwriting and monitoring systems that are accurate, auditable and highly available.
- Representing Engineering in regulatory, audit, scheme and partner conversations where needed.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of individual contributor (IC) Engineers and Engineering Managers, providing guidance, support and career development.
- Striving for best practice on hiring, coaching and enablement, and being a magnet for top talent.
ROLE OVERVIEW | DESIRED BACKGROUND, CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Experience leading multi-level engineering organisations (EMs and ICs) through growth and change, with a track record of developing leaders, not just hiring them.
- A record of transforming critical platforms while the business kept running: multi-year re-architecture, migrations, or consolidating several systems into one.
- Experience building and operating mission-critical decisioning or rules platforms at scale. Ideally these served several customer segments, products or markets from a shared foundation.
- Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, payments or similar), where compliance, auditability and risk are part of the engineering problem.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud-native, distributed and data-heavy systems, including how to run ML models safely in production.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and to make clear trade-offs in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Ideally, domain knowledge in KYB, AML and financial crime, underwriting, fraud or merchant risk. Experience with self-serve or high-volume onboarding, or with platforms and their sub-merchants, is a strong plus.
- Humility, low ego and an ideal ambassador for our mission, values and operating principles.
If you feel that you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please consider continuing in the process. We're always keen to build relationships with leaders who resonate with our mission and values.
