About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About Tavily
In a rapidly evolving world, trust in AI depends on AI agents being grounded in fresh, verified real-world data. Search is the foundation that makes this possible.
Tavily provides the search and intelligence layer that powers AI agents and retrieval systems with trustworthy, real-time information. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI, from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, helping them build agents that are not only intelligent but informed.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to drive product decisions with data. You'll research how developers and companies discover, adopt and get value from Tavily
and find the drivers behind them
. You'll work as a thought partner to Product, R&D and leadership and shape what we build next and why.
This is a senior, high-ownership role. You take a question from start to finish: you frame the problem, build the data you need, run the analysis or model, and come back with a clear recommendation.
You are expected to understand the need and show people results they didn't even knew they wanted or needed and be an integrational part in decision making. You'll work closely with the analysts on the team and with Product, Engineering, Growth and GTM.
What You'll Do
• Own product analytics end-to-end: define, instrument and measure the product funnel, from first API call through activation, feature adoption, retention and conversion to paid.
• Drive product decisions: work with PMs and R&D leads to set success metrics, size opportunities, prioritize the roadmap, and measure the impact of what we ship.
• Uncover the drivers behind top-level KPIs: which behaviors, use cases, endpoints and product experiences predict activation, retention and expansion.
• Design, run and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, onboarding flows, pricing and packaging changes) and apply advanced statistical models when needed.
• Build the data you need: model raw product, usage and billing data into trusted, reusable datasets with SQL, dbt and Python and more.
• Apply predictive and statistical modeling (segmentation, propensity, forecasting, classification and clustering) where it sharpens product decisions.
• Proactively monitor key product metrics, investigate trends and anomalies, and surface insights stakeholders can act on.
• Set the standard for how we measure product success: metric definitions, a shared source of truth and analytical rigor across teams.
What We're Looking For
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist, including at least 2 years in a product-facing role.
• 2+ years in a SaaS or tech product company, with deep understanding of funnels, cohorts, engagement, retention and monetization.
• A proven record of driving product decisions through data: you've shaped roadmaps, launches or strategy, not just reported on them.
• Comfort working with large, messy, event-level datasets.
• Strong hands-on experience using Python for data analysis, experimentation and data modeling in a production environment.
• Strong statistical foundations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence business strategy through data and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Strong communication: you can turn complex analysis into a clear, compelling story and a concrete recommendation.
• Experience with modern data tooling (Snowflake/BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, and BI tools like Omni/Looker/Tableau).
• BSc in Statistics / Math / CS / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Nice to Have
• Experience at an API-first, developer-focused or PLG company.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models.
• Familiarity with LLMs / AI tooling, and using AI agents to speed up your own analytical work.
• Evidence that you build things on your own: a GitHub profile, portfolio, side projects or publications.
• MSc in Statistics / Math / CS or equivalent.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
Evaluation is how we decide which models, checkpoints and recipes ship. As a Research Engineer on the Eval Platform team, you will build the infrastructure every science team relies on to measure model quality, and make it reliable, reproducible and fast.
You don't need to have designed benchmarks before. You do need to care about what a score means, and about when a difference between two runs is real.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Build systems that keep eval results reproducible and comparable over time, as models, benchmarks and code evolve.
- Run evaluations at scale across our GPU clusters, from model serving to scoring.
- Make eval results easy to access, explore and trust, through APIs and dashboards that researchers use every day.
- Catch broken or noisy evals before they mislead research decisions.
- Support evaluation of agentic, multi-turn and tool-using models.
- Work closely with researchers to turn new evaluation needs into robust, shared tooling.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years building production-grade software, ideally large-scale ML codebases or distributed systems.
- Excellent Python and strong software-design instincts: testing, code review, CI/CD.
- Experience running workloads on GPU clusters (Slurm, Kubernetes, Ray or similar).
- Familiarity with LLM inference and evaluation.
- A product mindset: researchers are your users.
- Self-starter, low-ego, collaborative.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or maintaining evaluation harnesses or benchmarks.
- Hands-on experience with inference engines such as vLLM or SGLang.
- Experience with agentic or RL environments.
- Statistics for experimentation: variance estimation, significance testing.
- Open-source contributions to ML tooling.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.
For the most up-to-date details on benefits available in your location, please refer to our Benefits page https://app.notion.com/p/mistralai/Benefits-at-Mistral-36e6ba59a7fe836b93dd01737fcc27ef?source=copy_link.

✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +4 / -4 UTC.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to own day-to-day accounting, monthly reporting, and ERP activities for Oyster entities around the world, with a focus on EMEA coverage. You will combine rigorous accounting judgment with proactive stakeholder management, lead close and audit activities, investigate complex discrepancies, and improve the systems and processes that keep a distributed finance function accurate and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions for global subsidiaries.
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance-sheet reconciliations across multiple entities.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, maintaining clear checklists and documentation.
- Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual local statutory filings and provide complete support packages.
- Oversee local statutory audits and resolve auditor questions and adjustments.
- Reconcile local statutory records to the ERP
- Conduct financial analysis, identify trends or discrepancies, and present decision-useful insights.
- Own assigned ERP activities and improve accounting standards, controls, documentation, and automation.
- Proactively coordinate dependencies across Finance, Payroll, Tax, Legal, and external partners.
- Execute ad hoc financial projects and support junior teammates with practical guidance.
Core Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 1 year operating at senior-accountant scope.
- CPA (or part-qualified) or an equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, financial reporting, reconciliations, close, and audit support.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and manipulation of large datasets.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a logical, evidence-based approach to problem solving.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and maintain quality across several entities.
- Strong written and spoken English, with effective stakeholder management in an asynchronous environment.
- Proactive follow-through, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement and automation mindset.
Bonus / Nice-to-Have Experience
- NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
- Payroll accounting or SaaS experience.
- High-growth startup or rapidly changing international environment.
- Accounting across EMEA jurisdictions, including local statutory reporting and local-to-group reconciliation.
This might not be right for you if...
- You prefer a narrowly scoped, single-entity role with limited stakeholder contact.
- You are uncomfortable investigating ambiguous discrepancies or making evidence-based accounting recommendations.
- You need close supervision to manage deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, or keep work documented.
- You prefer manual routines and have little interest in improving controls, systems, or automation.
You'll also need
- A reliable home internet connection and fluency in both written and spoken English.

- You’ve designed and operated infrastructure pipelines that support complex platform scale environments and know how to keep them reliable under heavy demand.
- Solid software engineering skills and a high-quality mindset sit at the heart of how you work.
- Search or information retrieval experience, or a clear path to applying it, will help you hit the ground running.
- You communicate clearly, work well across remote teams and can explain trade-offs to people outside engineering.

The role
We are looking for a
Technical Project Manager
to own IT infrastructure in Nebius data centers from the moment it is accepted into operations: acceptance of new sites and GPU clusters from the Project team, and delivery of projects and changes in live production environments. You will work with modern GPU clusters — GPU servers, high-speed networking, compute and storage — acting as the link between the Project team,
DC
engineers, vendors and IT Operations.
This role represents IT Operations in those projects, sets the acceptance bar and owns the transition into steady-state operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acceptance & operational readiness of new sites and clusters
Represent IT Operations in new site and cluster projects from the planning stage: define acceptance criteria and operational readiness requirements upfront, before build starts.
Own the acceptance process: readiness assessments, acceptance testing against agreed criteria, punch lists, operational sign-off. Acceptance is mandatory — no site or cluster moves into operations without it.
Prepare operations for takeover: operational procedures, tooling, documentation, on-site processes, spares and vendor support in place before sign-off.
Manage the transition period from Project team to IT Operations, including defect follow-up and closure of open items after handover.
Operations projects & change management in live DCs
Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects and change requests in production data centers: hardware deployments and replacements, capacity changes in accepted clusters, network and cabling changes, decommissioning.
Own the change lifecycle for
DC
IT infrastructure: change requests, risk and impact assessment, MOPs, maintenance windows, rollback plans, post-implementation review.
Manage risks and dependencies in live environments; proactively identify technical, operational and process issues and drive them to resolution.
Stakeholders, communication & documentation
Lead communication with all stakeholders: transparent progress reporting, expectation management, escalation of critical blockers, timely decision-making.
Lead project meetings, technical reviews and operational readiness discussions with a focus on clear ownership, actionable outcomes and execution.
Maintain project and operational documentation: acceptance criteria and reports, risk registers, issue logs, operational procedures, handover documentation, deployment reports.
Cross-functional coordination & operational excellence
Coordinate engineering, infrastructure, network, security, procurement, hardware lifecycle and operations teams across acceptance and operational phases.
Work directly with data center engineers, vendors, contractors and operations teams.
Lead operational reviews and planning with internal teams; improve reliability, response times and workflows.
Contribute to automation, process improvements and design support as needed.
We expect you to have:
Proven experience in data center IT infrastructure operations, preferably in high-performance or AI-oriented environments.
Experience accepting IT infrastructure into operations: defining acceptance criteria, running readiness assessments, taking handover from project teams.
Experience running changes in live production environments: change requests, MOPs, maintenance windows, rollback planning.
Solid understanding of data center design and operations: racking, cabling, power planning, cooling considerations.
Hands-on experience with IT hardware in data centers; comfortable on site during live operations.
Experience in project delivery, team coordination and cross-team collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills; ability to troubleshoot technical and workflow issues across the IT stack.
Ability to document processes, maintain tracking systems and produce clear acceptance, deployment and handover reports.
Strong stakeholder management; clear communication between technical and business teams.
Ownership, drive and follow-through — including the ability to refuse sign-off when criteria are not met.
Ready for regular business trips, including on-site presence during acceptance of new sites and clusters.
It will be
an added bonus
if you have:
Structured project management or delivery frameworks (PRINCE2,
PMI
, Agile).
ITIL
/ formal change management experience.
Relevant technical certifications.
Familiarity with GPU clusters / AI workloads.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
