Requirements: - Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Law. - 3–5 years of legal experience, preferably in iGaming or another international business with cross-border corporate and payment operations. - Hands-on experience with offshore corporate structures and the administration of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions. - Practical experience opening and maintaining corporate bank, payment, and merchant accounts, including handling KYC/KYB requests and coordinating with financial institutions. - Experience working with PSPs and other payment partners. - Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law, with the ability to research and navigate regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions. - Experience drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, corporate documents, and customer-facing platform documentation. - Excellent legal drafting skills in English and Russian, English proficiency at B2–C1 level or above, both written and spoken. - Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. - A proactive, practical approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
