Role Summary:
The General Counsel (GC) is the chief legal officer and a key executive team member responsible for leading global legal, intellectual property, and corporate functions. Key Responsibilities:
1. Legal Strategy & Leadership:

5. Labor, Employment & Workforce Compliance:

6. Intellectual Property & Innovation:

What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical billing and coding within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), claim submission workflows, and clearinghouse rejection handling. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in code assignment.
