About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Legal Specialist (Law Enforcement) to join our Litigation, Regulatory & Policy team at Anthropic. In this role, you will be a key player in building out our legal function and running how Anthropic responds to law enforcement and government requests for user data, while navigating the intricate regulatory landscape of the AI industry. We expect this role to flex beyond the law enforcement queue into legal operations to support the broader litigation, regulatory, and policy team. The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to build positive relationships with colleagues and work collaboratively toward shared goals.
Key responsibilities
Own the end-to-end response to law enforcement and government requests for user data, from intake and validation through production and closeout, including subpoenas, court orders, search warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests from domestic and foreign authorities
Prepare and execute data productions: scoping, data retrieval, coordination with counsel, and eventual production
Handle foreign and cross-border process, including MLATs and letters rogatory, and manage escalations across jurisdictions
Handle civil third-party subpoenas and preservation demands
Maintain expertise in where user data lives across Anthropic's product surfaces and operate the internal data retrieval tooling
Run and improve the law enforcement response process and tooling
Partner with Trust and Safety, Security, Privacy, and Engineering on requests that touch user accounts, investigations, or safety escalations
Coordinate with outside counsel, alongside in-house counsel, on objections, challenges, and narrowing
Produce recurring reporting on request volume, deadlines, and queue health, and support Anthropic's periodic transparency reporting on government requests
Monitor legal developments in government access to user data and advise the team on their operational impact
Support litigation and regulatory matters and stretch beyond core responsibilities as needed to support the legal team's objectives
Minimum qualifications
Experience in a legal operations, business/operations manager, or paralegal role in an in-house legal department, or similar experience
Direct, front-line experience handling law enforcement or government requests for user data, including subpoenas, court orders, warrants, preservation letters, and emergency disclosure requests
Working knowledge of the legal framework for law enforcement access to user data, including the Stored Communications Act and the mechanics of foreign and cross-border requests such as MLATs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment and maintain the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive legal matters, including under time pressure
Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience owning an intake, queue, or docketing process end to end, including deciding what gets escalated and maintaining rigorous tracking
Comfort operating and improving the tooling a legal process runs on (trackers, spreadsheets, forms, aliases, and simple automations), with a willingness to make changes directly rather than route every change to someone else
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to identifying, recommending, and implementing process improvements within the legal department
Preferred qualifications
5+ years of experience in legal operations, business/operations management, or a paralegal role in an in-house legal department
2+ years of experience at a high-growth technology company, with exposure to the legal challenges and opportunities presented by emerging technologies
Experience building or scaling a law enforcement response process
Experience managing legal intake process within a growing company
Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively, adapting to new challenges and finding practical solutions to complex legal issues
Familiarity with legal project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, and a willingness to learn and adopt new tools to streamline legal processes

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Customer Experience team helps customers adopt LangSmith and turn early momentum into lasting product usage. The team partners closely with GTM, Product, Engineering, and LangChain specialists to guide customers through onboarding, production readiness, and the practices required to build reliable AI applications.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an Activation Specialist to join the Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll work with new customers during their first weeks on LangSmith, helping them move from signed contract to a working platform that is ready for agents in production. You’ll focus on activation milestones such as admin setup, user onboarding, traces flowing, evaluations in place, and customer teams feeling confident enough to keep building independently.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own customer onboarding from kickoff through early activation milestones, including admin setup, SDK integration, first traced run, first evaluation, and LangGraph deployment.
- Guide customers through core LangSmith setup and production readiness topics, including security, org design, workload isolation, and integration questions.
- Partner with GTM teams, Product, Engineering, and LangChain specialists to unblock customers and coordinate support when deeper expertise is needed.
- Help customers build their first evaluation workflows, define what “good” looks like, and confirm they can debug a production trace independently.
- Route customers to the right resources and turn recurring onboarding questions into runbooks, documentation, and repeatable processes.
- Surface customer friction to Product and Engineering early and track activation metrics such as time to first trace, first evaluation, and production run.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as support, customer success, account management, onboarding, or a similar function.
- A strong desire to work directly with customers and build productive, trusted relationships.
- Excellent organization and follow-through, with a track record of keeping customers and internal partners aligned.
- A proactive, industrious approach to learning new tools, solving problems, and rolling up your sleeves.
- Clear, friendly written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity about technology and AI, plus a willingness to get hands-on and learn technical concepts on the job.
NICE TO HAVE’S
- Customer onboarding experience at a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with enterprise readiness concepts such as SSO, SCIM, ABAC, and workload isolation.
- Exposure to developer tools, observability, evaluations, or AI/LLM workflows.
- Familiarity with analytics, BI tools or SQL.
Compensation Philosophy:
We offer competitive compensation that includes base salary, variable compensation for relevant roles, meaningful equity, benefits, and perks.
We are hiring for this role across a range of scope, and the compensation band reflects that. Your offer depends on what we learn about your impact, craft, leadership, and communication during the interview process. We will tell you early where you’re tracking and talk comp with you before offer stage. Team members in the EU, UK, and APAC receive locally competitive benefits aligned with regional norms and regulations.
BENEFITS
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, flexible vacation, a 401(k) plan, meals on in-office days in the US and more.

Senior Sales Operations Specialist, New Business
Team: Sales Operations
Location: Fully remote, Spain
Reports to: Head of Sales Operations
The short version
Finom is a fintech offering online business banking and financial tools for businesses across Europe. Our Inbound and Outbound teams bring in the new customers that Finom grows on. Sales Ops is the team that builds, improves and maintains the tools and processes they use to succeed.
We are looking for a senior operator who has built high-volume sales machines before, and who wants to build a better one here. Someone who looks at how things work today, sees what is broken or clumsy, and is not shy about recommending we throw it out and start again. We are not after another 1% here and 2% there. We want a step change, driven by efficient process design, automation and AI.
What you'll do
Own the operations of the Inbound and Outbound funnels, end to end. From the moment a lead arrives to the moment a customer is won. Speed, conversion, capacity, cost. You know where every lead is, why it's there, and what should be done next.
Take a hard look at what exists. Find the friction: slow handovers, manual steps, duplicated effort, rules nobody remembers the reason for. Then decide whether to fix it or replace it. Replacing is always on the table.
Design the machine. Routing, qualification, follow-up cadences, capacity models, handovers to Account Management. You design how it works, and why it works that way.
Make automation and AI do the work. Specify and drive workflows where software and AI agents handle what people shouldn't have to, so our reps spend their time talking to prospects. You don't build in Salesforce yourself. You design it, then work with our Salesforce and data professionals to make it real.
Test before you commit. Run experiments and MVPs, measure honestly, and kill what doesn't work.
Make the case. Write the proposal, back it with numbers, and bring Inbound and Outbound managers and the Chief Revenue Officer along with you.
Be accountable for the numbers. Lead volume, qualification rate, win rate, capacity and revenue. You should be the person who can explain any movement in them.
How we build
Three principles guide everything we ship:
Top user experience. Minimise admin work for our users, maximise their productivity. Their time is the point.
Build it right. Efficient, scalable, adaptable. We dislike technical debt and we don't pretend it isn't there.
Security and privacy. Customer data security and privacy is not a checkbox at the end of a project, it's a foundational requirement in everything we do.
What you bring
5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or a similar role, with real ownership of the funnel.
Proven experience building sales "machines" in high-volume, short-cycle environments, where the economics only work if the process is efficient and each rep handles a large number of leads.
A track record of rebuilding rather than tuning: a process, tool or funnel you replaced entirely and can explain why.
Strong analytical skills. Funnel analysis, capacity modelling and unit economics are second nature. You don't need to write code, but you do need to be comfortable going deep in data.
Fluency in working with automation and AI tools. You have used them seriously, and you know where they help and where they don't.
You turn a vague problem into a clear spec, and you push back when the request is the wrong fix for the real problem.
Fluent English. Our team and company include people from many European countries, English is our common language.
You work well remotely and independently, without someone checking in.
Bonus points
Proven experience with AI projects, with any AI tools.
Hands-on experience as a power user of Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
Experience with sales engagement, conversation intelligence and enrichment tools (Outreach, Modjo, Clay or similar).
Experience with SQL.
Experience selling to or supporting small and medium businesses.
Fintech, banking or another regulated environment.
Experience in multi-country European sales.

Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Fin can also be combined with our natively integrated Intercom help desk, giving modern support teams one single system.
Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
What's the opportunity?
Implementation is an activity every Fin customer experiences, whether they're buying Fin for the first time, expanding Fin to a new team, or adopting new features. More and more of those deployments are delivered by our partners, including the Salesforce partner community now ramping up on Fin. A partner-led deployment is only as good as the partner delivering it.
As a Partner Services Manager focused on Enablement, you'll own how our partners get certified and stay current. Your work runs from a partner's first day with Fin, through to the moment they're ready to lead customer deployments, and then every product release after that. Your primary responsibility is making sure every partner who works with a Fin customer has the knowledge, skills and readiness to deliver real value.
Partner Services Managers have an outsized impact on the company. If you want to help make business personal for our customers and you want to work with an ever growing and changing team, you're in the right place!
What will I be doing?
You will own partner enablement end to end: how partners get certified, and how they stay current as Fin evolves
You will onboard new partners with structured onboarding plans that take them from signed agreement to first deployment, covering Fin's product, our deployment methodology and our delivery standards
You will run partner certification, including bootcamps, assessments and scenario-based testing. You'll certify named consultants individually, not just partner firms
You will run Fin Deployment Partner Bootcamps, both in person and virtually, including joint bootcamps with Salesforce for its partner community
You will build and maintain enablement content, including curricula, online courses, playbooks, hands-on labs and demo environments, and keep it up to date as new features ship
You will check partner readiness before partners are assigned customer work. That means running readiness assessments, organising shadow and reverse-shadow on live deployments, and confirming that a partner has certified people and capacity in place
You will track each partner's progress from enabled (delivering under Fin's oversight) to certified (delivering independently), and keep partner and consultant certification records accurate
You will keep partners current through recertification, release briefings and regular partner office hours
You will use delivery data, such as Partner CSAT, Fin outcomes, escalations and QA findings, to spot skill gaps and turn them into targeted enablement
You will own enablement KPIs, including time to certification, certification pass rate, time to first deployment and post-certification delivery quality
You will work closely with the rest of the Deployment Services team, especially fellow Partner Services Managers and AI Deployment Consultants, to turn lessons from the field into better enablement
You'll collaborate with our Product, R&D and Education teams to get early access to new features and enable partners on them ahead of launch
You will cover enablement progress, certification status and skill gaps in each partner's Quarterly Business Review
What skills do I need?
4+ years of work experience, with 2+ years in implementation, partner enablement or technical training roles
Enablement Design: experience building training or certification programmes, ideally for partners, consultants or other technical audiences
Facilitation: confident leading workshops and multi-day bootcamps for technical audiences, both in person and virtually
Content Creation: the ability to turn complex product and deployment practices into clear courses, guides and hands-on exercises
Assessment: the judgement to tell whether someone can actually do the work, not just pass a quiz, and the confidence to give direct feedback
Technical Fluency: comfortable with core SaaS and AI concepts (APIs, integrations, LLM basics, automation logic), enough to speak credibly with technical partner teams
Programme Management: organised and detail-oriented, able to run several partner cohorts and certification tracks at once
Positivity and Engagement: a genuine interest in the work you do and a positive attitude!
Curiosity: a passion for learning, for technology and for solving problems
Adaptability: change is constant, and the Deployment Services Team values experimentation to find the best processes and solutions
Demonstrate the Fin Values: Customer Obsessed, Success First, Incredibly High Standards, Open Mindedness, Resilience, Impatience, Positive and Optimistic
Bonus skills & attributes
Experience running a partner enablement or certification programme at a SaaS company or systems integrator
Experience with learning management systems and course authoring tools
Experience with the Salesforce partner ecosystem
Experience training on SaaS products or, specifically, experience with Fin
Experience with AI Agents and / or Large Language Models
Hands-on experience delivering SaaS implementations yourself, as a consultant or implementation manager
Great examples of self-started projects with measurable success
Experience with RESTful API Integrations

We partner with the business to select the right suppliers, negotiate strong commercial agreements, and deliver value through savings, business enablement, and risk reduction.
Our team covers Technology, Corporate Services, and Marketing. We are building more consistent sourcing practices across brands and improving our tools and ways of working, including the use of AI. This role offers the opportunity to develop your sourcing skills, learn a broad range of service categories, and make a measurable impact in a growing global business.
About the Role

You will partner with the business to understand requirements, evaluate suppliers, negotiate commercial terms, and move agreements through to execution, balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed.
Your day to day will include managing fast moving, low risk sourcing engagements and supporting senior team members who serve as the Sourcing DRI on larger projects. Over time, you will take increasing ownership of sourcing projects of medium complexity, managing timelines, stakeholders, and agreed outcomes with growing independence. This is an individual contributor role with responsibility for delivering reliable analysis, practical recommendations, and results within a defined scope.
You will support a broad range of Corporate Services categories, such as professional services, security, facilities and workplace, customer support, HR and benefits, recruitment, and contingent workforce.
Teams and functions you will partner with
You will work with business owners and partners across Deliveroo and Wolt, including:
Finance, Legal, People, Security, IT, Procurement Operations, and Real Estate and Workplace teams
Operators and service owners across functions such as Customer Support, Trust, and business operations
You are excited about this opportunity because you will..
Move low risk sourcing engagements forward quickly, coordinating requirements, supplier quotes, commercial reviews, and approvals.
Support senior Sourcing DRIs on larger projects by owning defined workstreams, including supplier research, bid analysis, RFx documentation, and follow-up on actions and timelines.
Take increasing end to end ownership of midsize sourcing projects, from requirements gathering through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and handover, with limited oversight as you build proficiency.
Independently research markets and suppliers, prepare requests for information and proposals (RFIs/RFPs), evaluate responses, and present clear, data-backed recommendations.
Analyze spend, benchmark pricing, and develop return on investment (ROI) and total cost of ownership (TCO) models to identify savings and support sourcing decisions.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms for low and medium complexity agreements, renewals, and amendments.
Coordinate reviews of non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements, and statements of work with Legal and other reviewers; ensure agreed scope, pricing, deliverables, and service levels are documented.
Guide stakeholders through sourcing and contracting processes, keeping projects moving and resolving issues promptly.
Track project delivery, savings, contract milestones, and renewals against agreed goals, and proactively communicate progress, risks, and next steps.
Support supplier performance reviews and risk assessments, escalating issues and coordinating follow-up with the right teams.
Work with Category Leads and colleagues across brands to support category plans and identify opportunities to combine demand or use preferred suppliers.
Improve templates, reporting, and workflows, apply AI tools effectively to sourcing tasks, and share knowledge and practical guidance with peers.
Learn from experienced sourcing colleagues through hands-on coaching, exposure to varied categories, and increasing responsibility for sourcing projects.
We are excited about you because you…
Have 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, category management, or a related commercial or operations role with supplier or contract exposure.
Can build and analyze total cost of ownership (TCO) models, commercial value comparisons, and spend models to support sourcing decisions.

Communicate clearly and build trust with stakeholders.
Are organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage several projects and deadlines while keeping others informed.
Take ownership of requests, follow through without repeated prompting, and distinguish what you can resolve independently from what needs escalation.
Exercise sound judgment and take a practical approach to solving problems in a dynamic environment.
Bring a customer-focused approach to solving problems and supporting the business.
Are comfortable collaborating across countries and time zones.
Can use AI tools effectively to improve the speed and quality of analysis and sourcing work, and are committed to continuing to learn.
