Responsibilities:
Identifying and evaluating new suppliers of components and materials to meet assigned requirements within specified deadlines and budget constraints, as well as working with the existing supplier base;
Monitoring component delivery timelines and prices;
Drafting and negotiating contracts in Ukrainian and English;
Negotiating payment terms and shipping arrangements with suppliers;
Handling compensation claims and product complaints with suppliers;
Visiting suppliers in person and conducting negotiations.
Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in Economics or a related field);
At least 2 years of experience in procurement;
Basic knowledge of foreign economic activity (FEA);
Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously;
Ability to identify problems and find effective solutions;
Proficiency in MS Office;
Experience working with Google Workspace tools;
Experience working with 1C will be an advantage;
Experience working with Jira/Confluence will be an advantage;
English — Upper-Intermediate level (B2);
Chinese — conversational proficiency (HSK 4/HSK 5, with speaking proficiency of at least HSKK Intermediate level).

Зараз ми шукаємо International Operational Procurement Specialist до команди Supply Chain, який/яка відповідатиме за закупівлю товарів і послуг для тестових стендів та взаємодію з постачальниками в Україні, Китаї, США та країнах ЄС.
Основні завдання:
Здійснювати закупівлі товарів, комплектуючих і послуг для забезпечення потреб у тестових стендах.
Взаємодіяти з українськими та міжнародними постачальниками щодо розміщення й супроводу замовлень.
Проводити переговори з постачальниками для погодження оптимальних комерційних умов, зокрема цін, термінів оплати та відвантаження.
Контролювати виконання замовлень, дотримання погоджених термінів і умов поставок.
Опрацьовувати рекламації, випадки браку та гарантійні звернення, організовувати повернення товарів для ремонту або їх заміну.
Забезпечувати ефективну комунікацію з постачальниками та внутрішніми командами компанії.
Вести закупівельну документацію та підтримувати актуальність інформації щодо замовлень і поставок.

Досвід роботи у сфері закупівель від 6 місяців.

Responsibilities:
Shipment management
Oversee end‑to‑end domestic and international (within EU) transport by road and courier via freight forwarders.
Use the TMS to analyze and optimize costs for freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and related logistics activities.
Prepare and run tenders for domestic and cross‑border shipments; evaluate carrier bids to secure the best rates, transit times, and delivery terms.
Maintain strategic relationships with key carriers and forwarders; monitor service levels and performance.
Generate all shipping documents and courier labels per system and operational standards; coordinate pickups and deliveries with partners (e.g., DPD, DHL).
Issue transport orders in the ERP system and track execution.
Schedule delivery appointments with customers; liaise with Sales and Warehouse teams to align on dispatch slots.
Manage claims and discrepancies, collaborating with Operations, Logistics, and customers to resolve issues and provide high‑quality support via phone and email.
Warehouse coordination
Align with warehouse teams on order volumes and pick‑pack schedules.
Generate ERP packing lists and prepare regional shipment documentation by customer order.
Monitor loading operations to safeguard on‑time departures.
Arrange warehouse appointment notices and oversee inbound receipt and loading activities.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies throughout the supply chain.
Support periodic physical inventory counts.
Invoice processing (transport & customs)
Record, verify, and reconcile invoices for logistics and customs services.
Enter invoices into ERP, allocate costs to individual shipments, and manage quarterly/annual settlements.
Coordinate with subcontractors to clear payment delays and balance variances.
Office shipment handling
Pack and label office parcels; arrange courier pickups and drop‑offs.
Maintain stock of packaging materials according to internal demand.
Serve as primary contact for couriers to ensure seamless internal mail and parcel flows.
Requirements:
Professional Experience & Technical Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Indepth knowledge of road cargo transport document flow and regulatory frameworks (e.g. CMR
Convention, ADR).
Minimum of 4 years’ handson experience in national and international logistics and freight forwarding.
Proven ability to apply and interpret Incoterms 2020 in import/export transactions.
Proficiency with ERP platforms and transportplanning systems (e.g., TMS).
Full professional fluency in Polish; English proficiency at B1/B2 level; Ukrainian is a strong advantage.

Reponsibilities:
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers to secure the best commercial and quality outcomes.
Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.
Oversee procurement processes for tools, equipment, and consumables from China, Europe, and the USA for production.
Manage troubleshooting activities in terms of delivery schedules, quality, completeness, pricing, and related documentation.
Prepare and coordinate contracts signing activities.
Continuously analyze market trends and procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and minimize risks.
Maintain and enhance supplier relationships to support long-term business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure procurement supports broader business goals.
Evaluate and onboard new suppliers of components, materials, tools, and services in line with business needs.
Take part into suitable equivalents sourcing for electronic components based on technical requirements and the current supply chain situation.
Qualifications:
1+ years of procurement experience in electronics, EMS, or automotive sectors.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to cost-efficiency and risk mitigation.
Technical background in electronics or good understanding of electronic components and their equivalents.
Experience in international Procurement
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Обязанности:
• Организация и контроль полного цикла железнодорожных перевозок: от приёма заявки до доставки груза получателю
• Взаимодействие с собственниками подвижного состава (полувагоны, крытые вагоны и т.д.)
• Расчёт железнодорожных тарифов и контроль взаиморасчётов
• Оформление транспортной и сопроводительной документации (включая работу в АС ЭТРАН)
• Отслеживание грузов в пути, оперативное информирование клиентов о статусе доставки
• Взаимодействие с подразделениями РЖД, контроль за соблюдением всех правил и норм
• Выполнение поставленных задач и отчётов для руководства
Требования:
• Опыт работы логистом в сфере железнодорожных грузоперевозок от 2 лет
• Высшее или средне-специальное образование (желательно в области организации железнодорожных перевозок)
