Job Description Truv's platform is most powerful when it's embedded directly into the systems lenders already use. That means deep, well-run partnerships with the POS and LOS platforms at the center of the origination stack. This is a build-from-zero role. As our Partnerships Manager, Mortgage, you'll stand up Truv's partner motion and balance two priorities:
What you'll do
Land the Ecosystem – Sign and activate the POS/LOS and technology partners that put Truv in front of lenders where they already work.
Turn Partners into Pipeline – Build the joint go-to-market, integrations, and co-selling motions that convert partnerships into revenue.
Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Marketing, and work closely with the VP, Mortgage on ecosystem strategy.
About Truv: Truv is building the infrastructure layer that powers consumer-permissioned income, employment, identity, and asset verification. They help lenders, fintechs, and financial institutions make faster, more accurate decisions while delivering a seamless consumer experience. As they continue to expand their data network and verification capabilities, they are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own and scale their Data Sources platform—the foundation that powers document ingestion, fraud detection, bank connectivity, and data reliability across Truv products.
What you’ll do:
— Own the execution of the roadmap and execution for the systems that collect, process, and validate consumer financial data.
— Work at the intersection of data infrastructure, machine learning, fraud prevention, and financial data aggregation.
— Build scalable capabilities that improve data coverage, quality, reliability, and trust across Truv's platform.
— Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM teams to deliver products that impact conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Who you are:
— Experienced product manager with a track record of delivering data-intensive, scalable platform features.
— Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Engineering, Data Science, Fraud, Operations, Customer Success, and GTM.
— Deep understanding of data ingestion, processing, validation, quality, and reliability.
— Ability to translate complex data requirements into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Requirements:
— Proven experience as a product manager for data platforms or data sources with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
— Experience coordinating with data engineering, ML, and fraud risk teams.
— Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision making.
— Ability to define success metrics and track progress against them.
— Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications:
— Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
— 5+ years of product management experience in data-intensive environments.
— Experience with data ingestion, data quality frameworks, data lineage, and data reliability concepts.
Tech stack:
— Experience with data pipelines, data storage, APIs, and cloud-based data tooling.
— Familiarity with data orchestration, metadata management, and fraud/inventory systems is a plus.
