Position Summary ExtraHop’s Solutions Architecture team focuses on outcomes and customer success rather than billable hours. As a Solutions Architect, you will play a critical role in customer success, product success, and market positioning, tackling difficult business and technology problems across various industries and technologies. Key Responsibilities: - Advanced GUI development - Advanced Trigger Script development - Intermediate external REST API script development - Intermediate understanding of networking - Intermediate understanding of application design - Analyze customer network topologies and application stacks to develop strategies for acquiring high-value data from the wire - Profile industry-specific applications across a broad range of verticals; create technical assets and written collateral to support product improvement and marketing efforts - Conduct root cause analysis of high-profile technology problems and advise customers on their resolution - Develop custom tools using Python and JavaScript-based APIs to extend the functionality of the product
