AI is a core part of how we make ads, but it works alongside classic motion design, graphic design, and video editing. In this role, you’ll generate static and video footage with AI tools and bring them to a final result. You’ll work closely with the Lead Designer and Creative Producers on advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, turning ideas and performance data into creatives that scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Create static and video ads for our products on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. - Create static and video ads from concept to final result, using AI tools to speed up production. - Stay up to date with Instagram and TikTok trends and adapt them into ad creatives. - Generate AI video and images, and build AI workflows that speed up production. - Propose your own ideas in creative team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of experience as a 2D Graphic and Motion Designer. - Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma. - Strong skills in static graphics, motion design, and video editing. - Solid knowledge of color theory, composition, and typography. - Hands-on experience with AI image and video generators (Nano Banana, GPT, Seedance, Kling). - Creativity and the ability to generate and develop new ideas. - English language proficiency at B2 level. - Portfolio showing your graphic and motion work, including AI-generated content (required). NICE TO HAVE - Experience in performance marketing, in a product company or digital agency. - Experience creating complex animations: transitions, effects, compositing. - Experience building AI workflows in node-based tools. Сейчас в поисках motion-дизайнера (креативщика / монтажера) на фриланс. Который сможет быстро выполнять задачи по креативам: футаж, монтаж, наложение эффектов и звуков, переходы, простой моушен.

Мы находимся в поисках опытного 3D Motion Designer’а, который будет создавать рекламные ролики с видеоигровыми механиками для наших гиперказульных проектов. • Отличное знание Unreal engine 5 для создания рекламных креативов.

Responsibilities 2D & 3D Motion Design: End-to-end creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored to specific project goals and brand standards. Asset Creation: Design and prepare optimized static assets specifically tailored for animation workflows.

Создавать анимацию на основе готовых раскадровок (включая оживление персонажей и сцен через нейросети); Импортировать и готовить макеты из Figma, Adobe Photoshop и Illustrator для последующей анимации в After Effects;

Задача: Собрать сочный, динамичный промо-ролик на ~30 секунд для нашего нового сайта. Нужна кинематографичная физика, стильный 3D-визуал, свет и плотный ритм.
