If you join us… You will be a key member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team ensuring efficiency in Corporate and M&A processes. You will be part of a collaborative team ready to partner in initiatives influencing all aspects of the business, and willing to go the extra mile.
ROLE
As a member of the Legal – Corporate/M&A team, you will notably focus on the following missions:
- Setting-up and support of gaming studios in the entire world including assistance in the drafting and negotiation of the documentation, coordination with French and local legal advisors, and organization of signing and closing processes
- Corporate support to the French and foreign entities of the Voodoo group, including corporate governance issues, implementation and follow-up of incentive mechanisms for employees (free shares, BSPCE, etc.), corporate support to the Voodoo group entities (capital increases, organization of shareholders’ and board meetings, drafting of PoAs, etc.)
- Assistance on M&A transactions made by the Voodoo group
- Legal guidance and solutions provided to the operational teams
PROFILE
- Previous experience in the Corporate/M&A department of a law firm as an intern
- Fluency in English and French absolutely required (most of the work is in English)
- Pragmatic, problem solver, fast executor and rigorous
- Personality is key: Good sense of humor, positive energy, with a strong team spirit
- “CRFPA” is mandatory for this position

We're looking for a Legal Intern in the Legal - Commercial & IP Department at Voodoo, running from July to December 2026

You will be part of a whip-smart group of in-house lawyers and the projects and cases you take on challenge you to think big and differently. You will be part of a collaborative team that is ready to partner in initiatives that influence all aspects of the business and willing to go the extra mile.
ROLE
As a Legal Intern in the Commercial team, you will play a key role in supporting the operational teams by addressing their legal needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing IP protection and infringement issues, including trademark registrations, takedown requests, and pre-litigation or litigation cases in France and abroad.
- Contributing actively to the company’s strategy to strengthen the protection of its games and apps in an evolving legal environment.
- Drafting and reviewing various commercial agreements for publishing, marketing, and gaming teams. This includes publishing contracts, user acquisition and monetization agreements, service contracts, and partnership deals.
PROFILE
- Fluency in English and French required
- A first successful experience as intern in a law firm or in the legal commercial department of a company
- Knowledge of IP law (copyright, trademarks, designs) is a plus
- You master the Office Pack and demonstrate rigor, diplomacy and a sense of confidentiality
- Sense of listening, availability, ability to work in a team, and a good sense of humor will be great assets for a successful journey at Voodoo !
