Software Engineer Interviewer

Responsibilities: — Facilitate technical interviews with software developers globally using Karat's platform. — Create an inclusive hiring process by mitigating bias and improving hiring signals. — Provide objective evaluations of candidates' coding skills, technical knowledge, communication, and approach. — Collaborate with Karat to test interview content, processes, and products. Requirements: — At least 3 years of experience as a Software Developer or Engineer. — Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with professionalism and interpersonal skills. — Reliable access to a webcam, microphone, and stable Internet connection. — Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred, including knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
