Product Manager

Responsibilities: — Own the product roadmap for assigned products (esimba.ai, keepgo.com and business.keepgo.com), prioritizing initiatives based on business goals, customer needs, analytics and market trends. — Manage the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and optimization. — Write product documentation, including PRDs, user stories and feature specifications. — Gather and analyze product data (KPIs, analytics, customer feedback, support, A/B testing and competitor research) to define insights and improvements. — Coordinate cross-functional work across engineering, design, sales, marketing and support teams. — Participate in backlog management, sprint planning and prioritization in close collaboration with engineering and design teams. — Actively communicate and collaborate with B2B partners to gather feedback and align on solutions. — Use AI tools to improve productivity and delivery speed. Requirements: — Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills for specs, documentation and stakeholder updates, including ability to communicate across different accents. — 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in a software company (SaaS, B2B tech or telecom). — Experience defining and documenting product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria) based on customer needs, research and feedback. — Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering and design in an Agile environment (Scrum / Kanban). — Strong analytical mindset with experience in user analytics, funnels, A/B testing and product improvement. — Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, SQL or BI tools is a plus. — Proficiency with product management and collaboration tools including Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma. — Understanding of B2B / SMB product development. — Ability to write effective prompts, interact efficiently with AI systems and AI agents and understand the specifics and capabilities of AI technologies. — Experience in telecom, eSIM, IoT or connectivity industry is a strong plus. — Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
