Training & Education Manager - Robotics

Responsibilities: — Identify training needs by collaborating with regional stakeholders to find skill or knowledge gaps based on roles and responsibilities. — Partner with Global and Regional departments to design and develop training courses aligned with organizational goals, implementing 80% standardization and 20% customization when needed. — Deliver clinical and technical training content effectively using digital resources and methods such as Blended, Synchronous, and Asynchronous learning. — Evaluate training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys, feedback, and create mechanisms to measure learning outcomes. — Foster cross-departmental collaboration to promote a culture of learning, enhance communication efficiency, and continuous improvement. Requirements: — Bachelor's Degree with 5 years combined experience in medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (e.g., nursing), training delivery, or other relevant areas. — Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for training and development, and commitment to teamwork. — In-depth knowledge of field sales and support organization structures, processes, and culture. — Operating Room knowledge, ideally with Robotic experience. — Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills. — Experience in multicultural organizations and ability to navigate global matrix organizations. — Proven track record of individual and team achievements with a drive for results. — Experience in project management and leadership with excellent planning and organizational skills. — Excellent spoken and written English; European language skills desired. Salary ranges by country: — Belgium: 100,000 - 150,000 EUR — Germany: 96,000 - 144,000 EUR — Italy: 69,600 - 104,400 EUR — Netherlands: 90,000 - 135,000 EUR — Portugal: 58,400 - 87,600 EUR — Spain: 68,800 - 103,200 EUR — United Kingdom: 72,000 - 108,000 GBP
