Freelance Graphic Designer - AI Training

Responsibilities: — Evaluate design samples focusing on typography, visual hierarchy, design execution, color, layout, and overall polish. — Follow detailed rubrics to ensure consistent ratings across a large volume of design samples. — Detect flaws in individual slides ranging from minor issues like font size to major ones requiring full slide reconstruction. — Edit flawed slides using other slides as references to enhance cohesion across the entire design. — Note that creating original designs is not part of the role. Requirements: — Education in design or arts, either a degree or certificate. — At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer, illustrator, SMM specialist, or marketing professional. — English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher. — Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, and overall design effectiveness. — Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus during repetitive tasks. — Experience with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, or other modern design tools is a plus. — Prior experience in data annotation or AI training is desirable.
