Help train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks. You'll take CAD geometry, set up and run simulations, build verified reference solutions, and write Python checks for the agent's results.
Responsibilities:
— Assist in training and evaluating AI agents on advanced fluid simulation tasks.
— Process CAD geometry, configure and execute simulations.
— Develop verified reference solutions.
— Write Python scripts to check AI agent results.
Requirements:
— Degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or related fields such as energy or oil & gas.
— PhD preferred but not mandatory.
— Several years of practical industry or research experience in CFD using OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including meshing.
— Strong skills in verification and validation practices, including mesh-independence studies and validation against experiments or benchmarks.
— Proficiency in Python and GitHub.
— English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
— Advantageous: background in aerospace, automotive, offshore, turbomachinery, or experience with multiphase or particle-laden flows.

Project time expectations:
