This role focuses on equipping accounting and finance professionals to harness generative AI tools—such as Claude and ChatGPT—to enhance productivity, accuracy, and insight in daily operations.
Responsibilities:
— Equip accounting and finance professionals to use generative AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to improve productivity, accuracy, and insights in daily operations.
— Act as a technology advisor and change enabler by driving AI adoption, designing training paths, and embedding AI best practices into finance workflows.
— Develop and deliver targeted training sessions on applying Claude and ChatGPT for accounting and FP&A tasks including variance analysis, reconciliations, narrative reporting, and forecasting.
— Build AI prompt libraries, templates, and governance frameworks aligned with finance controls and data privacy standards.
— Evaluate opportunities for process automation in closing cycles, management reporting, and audit preparation using generative AI.
— Coach finance teams on integrating AI into ERP, BI, and Excel-based workflows.
— Collaborate with leadership to plan adoption strategies and define cost-benefit metrics for AI enablement.
Requirements:
— Over 5 years of experience in finance transformation, accounting operations, or analytics with exposure to AI enablement.
— Proficiency with large language model tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, and finance platforms including SAP, Oracle, and Workday Adaptive.
— Strong communication skills to translate evolving AI capabilities into actionable outcomes for non-technical users.
— Experience designing training programs or leading digital adoption initiatives within corporate finance functions.

Additional Information:
— Contract role with a duration of 3-4 months.

— Contract rate between $90 and $120 per hour on W2 basis.
