The role involves supporting and enhancing enterprise automation systems using Automic Automation (AWA/ARA) within a long-term project based in Vienna. Responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and maintaining Automic environments, developing and automating IT processes and job plans, configuring systems for optimal performance, monitoring system health, troubleshooting issues, and preparing technical documentation in German. The position requires collaboration with various teams and occasional technical training delivery. Candidates must have strong practical experience with Automic Automation, SAP environments, Linux and Windows OS, Oracle and PostgreSQL databases, and IT process automation. Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good English skills are essential. The job is part-time (40%) with a hybrid work format, requiring about one day per week on-site in Vienna, under a B2B contract.
