Marketing Lead - DeFi

Responsibilities: — Lead Content & Communications planning, execution, and metrics reporting, including content creation and curation, PR, influencer marketing, social media coordination, and partnership co-marketing. — Develop proactive short and long-form content, communications, and PR strategies and initiatives, coordinating execution with internal teams and external partners. — Collaborate with Marketing and Management teams to articulate key messaging for audiences. — Lead Community Outreach and Social Media associates to manage the Content and Communications calendar for internal and external channels, including white papers, reports, articles, scripts, contributed content, speaking opportunities, and awards. — Plan and produce thought leadership, press, and partner engagement events. — Partner with Community Managers to align content, PR, and social media efforts. — Focus on increasing key metrics such as TVL, Trading Volume, DAU, and Amount of transactions. Requirements: — Exceptional analytical skills, strong data sensibilities, and decision-making abilities. — Direct experience in DeFi, Blockchain, or Crypto is mandatory. — Proven track record of delivering excellent media results. — Inquisitive mindset with awareness of current market trends. — Exceptional project and timeline management skills. — Strong attention to detail. — Growth mindset and problem-solving abilities.
