Responsibilities:
— Own reliability for applications and AI agents by setting up logs, metrics, traces, and actionable alerts.
— Lead incident diagnosis and conduct post-mortems.
— Maintain runbooks and ensure automated rollback procedures are tested.
— Automate operational tasks and utilize AI for log analysis and root-cause investigation.
— Define clear Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
Conditions:
— Remote work is allowed but only within Europe; candidates outside Europe are not eligible.
The role requires working with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Python, and Go technologies.
