Responsibilities:
— Recruit MLBB/CODM gaming guilds and esports partners
— Conduct 30–50 cold outreach messages daily
— Negotiate affiliate partnerships based on CPS / Revenue Share models
— Onboard partners and monitor their performance
Requirements:
— Existing connections within the Philippine gaming community
— Strong skills in outreach and negotiation
— Experience in gaming, esports, or iGaming affiliate acquisition
Benefits:
— Base salary plus weekly KPI bonuses and commissions
The position is full-time and 100% remote, based in the Philippines.
