We're looking for a Manager, Merchant Integrations to join our Launch Team in Estonia (Tallinn or Tartu)! You'll lead a team of Integration Managers while staying hands-on with merchant integration projects, API implementations and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements:
— Strong technical knowledge of payments and API integrations.
— Experience leading teams and managing technical projects.
— Client-facing background with excellent stakeholder management skills.
— Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
— Experience within a PSP, FinTech, or merchant-side payments team is particularly relevant.
