HR professional

Responsibilities: - Onboarding staff for various company departments - Managing the entire hiring process including drafting employment contracts and ensuring compliance with Cypriot labor laws - Coordinating with government agencies on work permits, visas, and registration - Organizing employee training and development programs and evaluating employee performance - Providing advice to management and employees on HR-related matters - Maintaining internal HR documentation and reporting Requirements: - Experience in HR, preferably within the financial sector - Excellent knowledge of Cypriot labor laws - Experience managing local documentation such as work permits and visas - Fluency in Russian and English, both written and spoken - Understanding of HR processes and methodologies - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively - Valid work permit for Cyprus Benefits: - Opportunities for career growth and development - Comfortable office located in the center of Limassol - Standard corporate benefits - Professional development and team-building activities Additional Information: - Salary during the probationary period is €2,500 per month - Visa support is not provided
