— Build user-friendly software solutions as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer.
— Play an integral role in product development impacting several areas of the business.
Requirements:
— Deep experience with Ruby on Rails.
— At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
— Passion for building high quality software focused on user experience.
— Ability to take ownership and collaborate well with others.
— Demonstrated ability to work independently to problem solve and offer solutions.
— Experience using Claude Code or comparable AI tools in daily development workflow.
— Prior experience in a growth stage company or start-up.

— AI tools like Pi, Codex, and Claude Code are used in daily development workflow.
