Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities: — Own the demand management solutions that ensure smooth ordering during stretched delivery capacity. — Collaborate hands-on with Engineering and Data Science to convert real-time fleet saturation signals into product decisions that improve peak-time conversion and reduce cancellations. — Be accountable for both execution and strategy, coordinating with Operations, regional teams, and engineers as features are launched. — Develop Choice products that balance real-time fleet saturation with customer intent to optimize ordering options. — Address high-impact challenges in last-mile delivery to enhance efficiency, affordability, and sustainability. — Improve experiences for riders, customers, and merchants globally. — Support Delivery Hero's expansion into new areas like grocery and retail through delivery operations optimization. — Manage the product roadmap for demand management balancing fleet capacity and customer orders. — Lead features from ideation to launch with Engineering, including writing clear requirements and prioritizing backlog. — Partner with Data Science to shape and evaluate models and AI-driven configurations replacing manual settings. — Run experiments and monitor metrics such as conversion, cancellation, and fleet saturation to guide product decisions. — Align Operations, regional product teams, and engineers on priorities, trade-offs, and timelines. — Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure effective service consumption and understand end-to-end impact. Requirements: — Experience in product management, preferably in marketplace, logistics, or e-commerce. — Proven ability to manage stakeholders through execution and align diverse teams on complex initiatives. — Hands-on approach comfortable working with engineers on details including APIs and system behavior. — Proficiency in using data to define success metrics and assess impact. — Experience collaborating with data scientists and understanding ML concepts and experimentation frameworks. — Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in rapidly changing operational conditions. Nice to have: — Experience in logistics, delivery, or supply-and-demand balancing problems. — Experience building internal tools for operations teams. — Exposure to rules engines, ranking, or personalization systems. — Experience launching AI-driven product features.
