— Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements for a Hotel Management System (HMS) platform.
— Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
— Analyze hotel operations and translate business needs into software solutions.
— Develop clear functional specifications and documentation.
Requirements:
— Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS).
— Strong understanding of hotel operations including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, reporting, etc.
— Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
— Strong English communication skills.
— Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
Benefits:
— Rate: $8–10 per hour.
— Fully remote work.
— Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, EST business hours.
— Contract-based employment.
