1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a key analytical partner to our Customer Success organization and our product-led, digital customer journey. You’ll shape how the business understands what drives adoption, retention, and expansion, analyzing how customers move from sign-up to activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and renewal, and turning that into clear, actionable insight on the growth levers leadership can act on. Sitting within our centralized analytics function, you’ll work closely with Customer Success, Product, Growth, RevOps, and Data Engineering, bringing strategic thinking, deep PLG expertise, and the ability to turn complex data into clear recommendations that move the business forward. You’ll help define how digital and scaled success programs are measured, size opportunities, show where to invest next, and help shape the data foundations that underpin our AI and automation capabilities.
How we’re using AI today
On the Analytics team, we're thoughtfully embedding AI into how we work with data. That looks like using AI to accelerate SQL development, pressure-test interpretations, turn complex datasets into clear executive narratives, and increasingly, building Generative BI applications that let stakeholders explore and interrogate data on their own. We approach AI the same way we approach data quality: with clear standards, human accountability at every consequential decision, and a commitment to getting it right before it influences the business. Beyond our own workflows, our role is evolving to ensure 1Password has the data foundations, governance, and structure its broader AI transformation depends on.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments, ideally in a product-led or self-serve motion. B2C or hybrid B2B/B2C experience is a plus
- Strong PLG and customer lifecycle expertise, including activation, PQLs, cohort analysis, retention, churn, expansion, and growth modeling
- Experience partnering with Customer Success, Product, and Growth stakeholders and translating open-ended business questions into analytical frameworks
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear recommendations and communicate them to senior leaders, influencing decisions and priorities
- Experience with experimentation (A/B testing), statistical modeling, or predictive techniques (e.g., churn or propensity modeling) in a business context
- Advanced SQL and strong experience with large-scale analytical datasets, including product usage and event data
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools (Hex, Omni, Claude, Dust, or similar)
- Comfort in modern cloud data ecosystems: Snowflake, Databricks, dbt
- Experience working with GTM and customer platforms such as Salesforce and a CS platform (Gainsight, or similar). Familiarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Segment, or similar) is a plus
What you can expect:
- The opportunity to do meaningful analytics work across adoption, retention, expansion, and digital success in a fast-moving, product-led SaaS environment
- Close partnership with Customer Success stakeholders and a direct line to leadership on the growth levers that matter most, contributing to how the organization measures performance and makes day-to-day decisions
- Involvement in building the data foundations and analytical standards that Customer Success and 1Password’s broader AI capabilities will depend on
- Exposure to how AI gets applied in customer analytics, including Generative BI and AI-assisted workflows across forecasting, anomaly detection, and insight generation
- Cross-functional collaboration across Customer Success, Product, Growth, Marketing, Finance, RevOps, and Data teams
- An environment where there’s a lot to build and your contributions will have real impact, ideal for someone who is eager to grow, take ownership, and make their mark

How we work with AI

Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

About the role
The Principal of Marketing Insights sits at the intersection of growth strategy, investment planning, and performance analytics. You’ll partner with the office of CMO, marketing leadership, and cross-functional analytics teams to determine where we invest, how we improve performance, and what it will take to achieve our growth targets. You’ll translate business goals and performance insights into clear priorities, resource decisions, and coordinated action across Marketing. This includes shaping pipeline strategy, evaluating investment tradeoffs, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion, velocity, and efficiency across regions, segments, and growth motions. This is a high-visibility leadership role during a period of significant organizational change. We’re looking for someone who brings structure to ambiguity, challenges assumptions with sound business judgment, and drives decisions through to measurable results. You’ll work closely with marketing leaders, Finance, GTM Operations, Technical Marketing Ops, and Central Analytics to connect strategy, investment, and execution.
What you’ll do
Growth strategy & planning: Translate company growth targets into marketing plans with clear priorities, investment requirements, and performance assumptions. Lead the analytical foundation for annual and quarterly planning, developing scenarios that evaluate growth opportunities, resource needs, and tradeoffs. Own marketing’s pipeline planning models and assumptions, coordinating inputs across regions, segments, channels, and motions. Identify the highest-impact opportunities to improve pipeline generation, conversion, and velocity; partner with functional leaders to turn those opportunities into action.
Investment strategy & efficiency: Shape recommendations for allocating resources across programs, channels, regions, and segments based on expected business impact. Evaluate tradeoffs between headcount and program investment, partnering with Finance and marketing leaders to improve resource productivity. Identify where to scale, reduce, or reallocate spend, and measure whether those decisions improve pipeline yield and marketing efficiency. Develop models that connect marketing investment to pipeline and revenue outcomes, making assumptions and uncertainties clear.
Program management & accountability: Lead weekly and monthly marketing performance reviews, focusing leadership on the decisions and actions needed to achieve targets. Proactively identify performance risks, diagnose root causes, and align leaders on corrective actions, owners, and timelines. Track actions and assess their impact, adjusting the approach when results fall short. Lead cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, XDR, Sales, Finance, and Analytics, resolving dependencies and escalating decisions when needed.
Insights & measurement: Set the strategic analysis agenda around the business questions most consequential to marketing growth and efficiency. Define the metrics, scorecards, and decision tools marketing leaders need to manage performance. Partner with Analytics to deliver scalable reporting and with Marketing Ops to ensure consistent definitions, reliable tracking, and data quality. Translate complex analysis into clear executive narratives that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what action to take.
Skills we’re looking for
8+ years experience in marketing strategy, GTM analytics, or business performance within B2B SaaS, with scope and impact consistent with director-level leadership.
A demonstrated record of influencing investment decisions and delivering measurable improvements in pipeline, conversion, or marketing efficiency.
Experience developing growth plans, pipeline models, investment scenarios, and performance assumptions.
Strong business judgment and a clear point of view, with the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders constructively and build alignment around difficult tradeoffs.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive recommendations through to execution and results.
Ability to independently structure ambiguous problems and balance speed with analytical rigor.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics, including pipeline, ARR, conversion, velocity, acquisition costs, and attribution.
Hands-on fluency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, enabling independent investigation and effective partnership with Analytics.
Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platforms such as Marketo.
Clear executive communication, with the ability to connect detailed analysis to business decisions.
Bonus Skills
Experience navigating a merger, organizational integration, or significant GTM transformation.
Experience with experiment design, incrementality measurement, predictive modeling, or cohort analysis.
Familiarity with the modern data stack, including Fivetran, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker.
Background in data infrastructure, developer tools, or analytics software.

As part of the SaaS Manager https://1password.com/product/saas-manager team, you'll be building the platform that IT and Security teams rely on to discover, govern, and optimize their AI and SaaS ecosystems (work that just earned 1Password recognition as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for SaaS Management Platforms). You'll work on real problems: uncontrolled AI spend, shadow IT, SaaS sprawl, and the complex access lifecycles that come with it. Following 1Password's acquisition of Trelica in early 2025 https://blog.1password.com/1password-acquires-trelica/, you'll join a collaborative team with a startup mindset backed by the resources and mission of one of the most trusted names in security. As we scale the platform to meet our enterprise-scale ambitions, you'll help shape not just what we build, but how we build it.
We are looking for an Intermediate Developer who is energized by doing meaningful work, growing fast, and building great software alongside great humans. This is a role for someone with a solid technical foundation who knows how they learn, takes real ownership of their work, and is ready to make an impact from day one.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have 2–4 years of professional software development experience with some knowledge of .NET/C# and exposure to MongoDB or a comparable document database
- You know how you learn, and you learn quickly: you're comfortable picking up new concepts, technologies, and codebases, and you don't need everything handed to you before you can get started
- You take real ownership of your assigned work: you follow through, flag problems early, and hold a high bar for what "done" means
- You write clean, well-tested, well-documented code and you understand why those things matter in a production environment
- You're a strong collaborator: you communicate clearly, ask good questions, and work well with teammates across engineering, product, and design
- You're curious about how agentic AI tools fit into your own development workflow and you use them thoughtfully
- You're proactive by nature: you look for opportunities to improve the codebase or the team's processes and you surface them, even when you haven't been asked
Bonus points for:
- Comfort across a wide range of technical stacks (.NET/C#, MongoDB, Go, Rust, TypeScript, React, and others); you evaluate technology on its merits for the problem at hand, not personal preference, and you pick up new languages quickly
What you can expect:
- Deliver features and improvements on the SaaS Manager platform
- Take end-to-end ownership of well-defined features from initial development through production
- Participate actively in code reviews, giving and receiving thoughtful feedback, and use both as opportunities to grow your technical judgment
- Write meaningful tests and clear documentation as part of your regular workflow, not as an afterthought
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand the customer problems behind your work and advocate for good outcomes within your scope
- Surface blockers and open questions early, keeping yourself and your teammates unblocked and the work moving forward
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $123,000 USD and $172,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $111,000 CAD and $155,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:

Product Marketing and Enablement connects 1Password’s product strategy to the customer conversations that drive growth. In this Senior Staff individual contributor role, you’ll own the product-to-field motion for Enterprise Password Manager (EPM), Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, helping Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) connect the needs of Information Technology (IT), security, and engineering teams to the right solutions. Through clear technical storytelling, credible sales guidance, and close partnership with Product and Sales, you’ll help 1Password advance its mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing and Enablement, this role is remote across the United States and Canada.
• Experience bringing complex technical Business-to-Business (B2B) products, new use cases, or emerging categories to market.
• Experience working in a sales-led organization with enterprise sellers, Sales Engineers, technical buyers, and complex buying cycles.
• Experience building a product motion across discovery, evaluation, technical validation, purchase, and expansion.
• Experience partnering across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and GTM Enablement, with the ability to build credibility with technical and executive audiences.
• Deep fluency in identity security, Privileged Access Management (PAM), secrets management, or agentic access, along with working knowledge of developer tools and the ability to translate technical product behavior into clear customer-facing guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, strategic judgment, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders while making thoughtful decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience launching a new product, category, or sales motion in identity security, access management, developer tools, or a related technical market; using field insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize work; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Enterprise Password Manager, Agentic Access—including Developer Tools—and Privileged Access, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Translate Product Marketing strategy into sales motions that help IT, security, and engineering buyers secure access for developers, artificial intelligence (AI) agents, and privileged users.
• Create the pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guides, product training, and other field assets needed to support customer conversations from discovery through expansion.
• Define how the portfolio fits into annual sales plays, including the personas to engage at each stage of the buying journey and the role of strategic technology and AI partnerships.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays and provide the customer, use-case, and product context needed to build credible launch and sales demonstrations.
• Measure field readiness, lead win-loss analysis, identify recurring objections and adoption barriers, and bring clear recommendations to Product, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and senior leadership.

• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.

We’re hiring an Intermediate Frontend Developer to join our Device Security team. 1Password helps people use technology safely, and our Device Security initiative is expanding that mission to the devices where work happens. As a mid-level Developer, you’ll help build administrative experiences such as device compliance dashboards and policy configuration tools while contributing to a new product initiative from the ground up. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Product, Design, and infrastructure partners to make complex security information easier for enterprise administrators to understand and act on.
- You have 2+ years of experience in software development, including building web experiences with React and TypeScript.
- You have experience developing clear, maintainable frontend components and interfaces for complex product requirements.
- You have worked on products serving large user bases and understand how frontend decisions can affect scalability, performance, and optimization.
- You communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with engineers, Product, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
- You ask thoughtful questions, reflect on what you’ve learned, and use challenges and mistakes as opportunities to improve your technical judgment.
- You’re comfortable using artificial intelligence (AI)-assisted development tools thoughtfully and understand their capabilities and limitations.
Bonus points for:

How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work.
