Validate content and metadata for completeness, consistency, and basic accuracy; apply straightforward corrections when covered by guidelines. Identify and document content issues, defects, and bugs in internal tools using required templates and ticketing standards. Escalate unclear, high-impact, or out-of-policy issues to the Team Lead/SME with clear context and supporting evidence. Manage assigned queues to meet defined throughput expectations and turnaround times/SLA requirements. Follow information security, confidentiality, and secure work environment requirements (where applicable). Maintain high attention to detail while completing repetitive or high-volume tasks. Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and required training; incorporate feedback to improve accuracy and consistency. Required skills  & Qualifications: Native level or fully bilingual fluency (spoken and written) in the Hindi language with strong cultural awareness of the Indian market(s). Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step procedures and quality standards. Basic problem-solving skills (identify the issue, gather evidence, follow the escalation path). Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations. Comfortable working with multiple tools and web platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly. The core of the work is quality control, QCing and syncing lyrics as well as editing and QCing metadata, to meet style guide and quality requirements before content reaches the audience. Your focus will be on producing natural, accurate, and culturally appropriate content in Hindi while ensuring alignment with the source text's intent, tone, and communication objectives. You will work on a diverse range of content types, such as marketing, user interface strings, legal documentation, training materials, presentations, and multimedia assets. The role requires strong linguistic judgment to adapt content effectively for the target audience while maintaining consistency, quality, and adherence to client-specific guidelines. Depending on project needs, you may also be involved in content creation, transcreation, and terminology management. Responsibilities: Search for and acquire new affiliate partners across Asian markets. Onboard, support, and develop affiliate partners. Negotiate cooperation terms (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid). Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners. Scale traffic volumes and identify new growth opportunities. Analyze traffic quality and key performance metrics. Monitor market trends, competitors, and opportunities across Asian GEOs. Contribute to the growth and development of the affiliate channel. Requirements: For Middle/Senior candidates — previous Affiliate Marketing experience in iGaming and a strong understanding of Asian markets. For Junior candidates — limited experience is acceptable, with strong motivation to develop a career in iGaming Affiliate Marketing.
