- Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.

- A merit-based environment where performance directly impacts compensation

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 16M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports To: Director of Product Management, Platform
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $230,000 to $250,000 base, plus bonus and equity
What You’ll Do:
Set the integrated product vision and strategy for both the Core Platform and Platform Value teams in partnership with the Director of Product Management, engineering leadership, design, customer-facing teams, and other product leaders.
Own and communicate a roadmap that balances shared platform foundations with partner-visible value, including clear sequencing, tradeoffs, dependencies, and investment cases.
Lead strategy and discovery across platform capabilities such as identity and SSO, RBAC, accounts and organizations, audit logging, shared services, product enablement, and platform system-of-record concerns.
Lead strategy and discovery across partner-facing experiences such as reporting, reporting delivery and sharing, dashboards, onboarding, action workflows, cross-product views, and other experiences that help partners demonstrate and act on Huntress value.
Treat MSPs and their clients as first-class users: understand their operating models, workflows, permissions, organizational structures, reporting needs, and jobs to be done.
Partner closely with design to research user problems, test concepts, produce wireframes and prototypes, and build intuitive experiences for complex technical workflows.
Bring a strong UX point of view to platform work, ensuring that backend capability is paired with an experience that users can understand and successfully complete.
Translate ambiguous customer, partner, and internal stakeholder needs into clear product outcomes, principles, requirements, epics, and user stories.
Work with engineers, architects, and designers to shape product specifications and technical approaches for durable, reusable platform capabilities.
Establish and steward interfaces, shared objects, APIs, and product contracts that enable other teams to build on the platform without bespoke implementation work.
Make platform investments legible to executive stakeholders by connecting technical work to customer outcomes, partner value, product velocity, operational efficiency, and business growth.
Establish measurable outcomes for both platform effectiveness and partner value, such as time to enable a new product, completion of identity and access workflows, report generation and sharing, dashboard adoption, and time to action.
Participate as a key contributor through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through delivery, launch, adoption, and iteration.
Protect capacity for reliability, usability, instrumentation, and technical debt while making disciplined tradeoffs against feature pressure.
Create alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, Marketing, Security, and other stakeholders through clear written and verbal communication.
Mentor and raise the quality of product management practice through example, coaching, reusable approaches, and thoughtful product reviews, while remaining an individual contributor.
Responsibilities:
Huntress is building a unified platform that helps product teams ship faster, gives partners a more coherent experience, and makes the value of Huntress visible and actionable.
We are looking for a Staff Product Manager to lead the connected product strategy across Core Platform and Platform Value. This is one integrated platform leadership role.
You will own the shared foundations that products depend on and the user experiences through which partners understand, configure, and act on the value Huntress delivers. Your scope will include platform services and system-of-record surfaces such as identity, SSO, RBAC, accounts, organizations, auditability, product enablement, and shared platform capabilities. It will also include partner-facing experiences such as reporting, dashboards, onboarding, action workflows, and other surfaces that help MSPs demonstrate and operationalize security outcomes for their clients.
The role is especially important to Huntress because our customers are often managed service providers. You will need to understand the MSP business model, including how partners manage multiple organizations, delegate access, standardize workflows, demonstrate value to clients, and scale operations across their customer base.
This is a hands-on Staff-level individual contributor role. You will set direction, create clarity in ambiguous problem spaces, work deeply with engineering and design, and influence product teams across Huntress without relying on direct authority. You will operate at both strategic and executional altitude—from platform vision and investment cases to user research, prototypes, requirements, launches, and measurable outcomes.
What You Bring To The Team:
7+ years of experience in a product management role, with a track record of increasing scope and impact.
2+ years of direct experience with the MSP business model and workflows. You understand how service providers manage multiple customers, users, organizations, permissions, reporting, and operational scale.
3+ years of prior experience as a platform product manager, with ownership of shared services, backend systems, APIs, data models, or interfaces consumed by multiple product teams.
A demonstrated track record of building and launching platform capabilities—not only managing roadmaps or coordinating delivery.
Strong UX product management experience. You have personally led user research, workflow design, prototyping, usability testing, or the creation of customer-facing interfaces.
Experience building products for complex B2B users, administrators, operators, or technical professionals.
The ability to connect technical platform investments to clear user outcomes and business value.
Strong product judgment in ambiguous environments, including the ability to distinguish foundational platform work from one-off feature requests.
Experience working closely with engineering, architecture, and design teams to make difficult technical and product decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear product narratives, requirements, epics, and stories that align teams around intended outcomes.
Comfort operating as a hands-on individual contributor who can move between strategy, discovery, UX details, execution, and stakeholder leadership.
Experience working in an agile development environment using modern product and engineering tools.
Strong analytical, creative, and critical-thinking abilities, with comfort in defining metrics and using evidence to make prioritization decisions.
Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or another complex B2B technology environment; experience with products serving MSPs, MSSPs, or channel partners is required.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans
401(k) with a 5% contribution regardless of employee contribution
Life and Disability insurance plans
Stock options for
all
full-time employees
One-time $500 reimbursement for building/upgrading home office
Annual allowance for education and professional development assistance
$75 USD/month digital reimbursement
Access to the BetterUp platform for coaching, personal, and professional growth
Huntress is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity where every single member of our team is valued, has a voice, and is empowered to come to work every day just as they are.
We do not discriminate based on race, ethnicity, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, genetic information, marital status, or any other legally protected status.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are building a category-defining document management platform. We are way past the MVP stage, battle-tested in production, recently profitable, serving hundreds of thousands of customers globally.
We are rapidly scaling with multiple products and new funnels. Currently, we are looking for a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and building things that scale. Not a 9-5. Read on if you want challenge, autonomy, and fast growth.
This isn't a hand-off role. You'll own the full optimization loop end-to-end: deep funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs, working directly with engineers, and the performance outcomes that follow.
We are not just looking at landing page optimizations, in this role you'll be working across the entire user journey, from acquisition through activation, retention, and monetization. The pace is fast and iterative. We ship in days, learn, and keep the engine running.
We've built a compensation structure that directly rewards people who exceed targets. Top performers see meaningful financial upside tied to their impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → test → rollout, while keeping the cycles short.
- Use AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation. This is core to how we work, not an afterthought.
- Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey - acquisition, activation, retention, monetization - plus competitive benchmarking to surface high-impact opportunities.
- Design high-fidelity wireframes and visual specs that clearly communicate your vision while protecting brand integrity. We're a code-first team - design is built in Next.js and TailwindCSS, not Figma.
- Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
- Analyze results with statistical rigor and make confident scaling decisions.
- Document learnings and maintain a continuously prioritized testing roadmap.
- Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven CRO results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
- Funnel + product thinking: You don't just optimize landing pages. You think about the full user journey and how product decisions compound with funnel decisions.
- AI-native workflow: You actively integrate AI into your daily process - prompting, prototyping, analyzing, drafting - and have opinions about what actually works. Almost a must.
- Design taste: Strong UI/UX sensibility and the ability to recognize and create ideas that convert. You can build compelling, detailed visual specs yourself.
- Speed and iteration: Bias for shipping. You'd rather get two well-designed tests live today than one perfect test in a week, and you keep the cycle moving.
- Analytical depth: Skilled in Mixpanel, GrowthBook, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Execution excellence: Remarkable attention to detail in fast-moving environments.
- Ownership: Self-driven, proactive, fully accountable for outcomes.
- Fluent English: strong written and verbal communication.
NICE TO HAVE

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Our Infrastructure Services organization is responsible for the underlying infrastructure that powers the 1Password application. It includes Compute Services, Network and Edge Services, and Stateful Services.
As a Senior Staff Cloud Platform Engineer, you set the multi-year technical strategy for Infrastructure Services. You decide where the organization invests, define the architecture and standards that every infrastructure team and internal tenant builds on, and make sure our compute, network and edge, and stateful platforms evolve as one coherent system rather than three separate ones. You partner with engineering and product leadership, security, and finance to balance reliability, security, cost, and delivery speed, and you are the senior technical voice for infrastructure across the company.
This is a hands-on role. You write design docs, prototype, review the hardest designs, and step into the most serious incidents. But your main impact comes from making many teams more effective and from the decisions that hold up for years.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
- You have set technical direction across multiple teams. You have owned an infrastructure strategy or architecture spanning several teams or an entire organization, and you can point to the multi-year outcomes: what others adopted, what shipped, and what measurably improved.
- You have operated Kubernetes at production scale. This includes multi-cluster, multi-tenant, customer-traffic-bearing environments (EKS or similar managed platforms preferred). You know it deeply, from autoscaling and admission control to GitOps, workload identity, and fleet-wide cluster upgrades.
- You combine depth with breadth. Beyond Kubernetes, you have working fluency in networking and edge and in stateful data systems, and you understand how a decision in one layer affects the rest.
- You have made reliability a standard, not a project. You defined SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, and you got multiple teams to adopt them. You have improved incident response, post-incident learning, and disaster recovery across an organization, not just on your own team.
- You have cut cloud costs through engineering. You can show measurable, real-dollar impact from work such as capacity automation, right-sizing, architecture changes, or commitment strategy, and you have worked with finance on forecasting and tradeoffs.
- You build security in by design. You have driven practices such as workload identity, least-privilege IAM and RBAC, credential rotation, and strong isolation in multi-tenant environments, and you have partnered with security teams on risk decisions and compliance requirements.
- You still build. You are proficient in Go (or a similar language) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and you have a track record of automating complex, high-toil operational workflows at fleet scale.
- You influence without relying on authority. You write clear strategy and design documents, present to senior leaders, resolve technical disagreements between teams, and build alignment on difficult tradeoffs.
- You grow other engineers. You have mentored Senior and Staff engineers, raised the bar on design review, and helped shape how your organization hires and evaluates technical talent.
Bonus points for:
- Hands-on experience with service mesh and service-to-service networking, such as Linkerd or Amazon VPC Lattice.
- Experience operating scalable database technology, such as MySQL, Postgres, or DynamoDB.
- Designing developer platform abstractions for internal teams, such as paved-road service toolkits and production readiness frameworks, that measurably improved usability and productivity.
- Helping build AI-assisted operations tools, such as auto-remediation or AI-assisted diagnosis, rather than only using them.
- Operating highly available, multi-region services in a large SaaS environment, including capacity planning and performance optimization at scale.
- Experience in a security, identity, or other high-trust product environment.
What you can expect:
- Set the multi-year technical strategy and architecture for Infrastructure Services, working with directors and senior engineering leadership to shape roadmap and investment decisions, including build versus buy.
- Define the patterns, standards, and guardrails across compute, network and edge, and stateful services that internal teams depend on for years.
- Represent Infrastructure Services in cross-organization reviews with product engineering, security, and finance, and serve as the senior technical voice for the platform.
- Serve as an escalation point for major incidents, and drive organization-wide improvements to incident management, reliability targets, and disaster recovery.
- Lead cost, capacity, and efficiency strategy for our cloud footprint, with measurable goals.
- Drive adoption of automation and AI-assisted operations to reduce toil across the organization.
- Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, raise the bar on design review and engineering practice, and help us hire and develop the next generation of infrastructure leaders.

We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.

We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
The Senior Director of Product Management for Developer & AI will lead product strategy and execution across one of 1Password’s most future-defining portfolios. This role spans our Developer Experience (DevX) products, Security for AI, and AI for Security initiatives, as well as the product surface area that supports standards adoption and developer engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Developer & AI Engineering, this leader will be responsible for defining the product vision, roadmap, and outcomes for how developers and AI-powered systems securely interact with 1Password—from local development and secrets management, to programmatic agent access, to secure runtime environments.
This role requires deep partnership with engineering, design, marketing, partnerships, and GTM teams, and leadership of a senior group of product managers operating across highly technical, platform-oriented problem spaces.
- 10+ years in product management, including 5+ years leading senior PMs or product portfolios.
- Experience owning platform, developer-facing, or infrastructure products strongly preferred.
- Track record of shipping impactful developer tools, platforms, or security products used by large or fast-growing audiences.
- Strong familiarity with the modern AI landscape, including LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to reason about AI capabilities and limitations through a product and customer lens.
- Solid understanding of modern security concepts such as identity, secrets management, access control, and secure system design.
- Comfort operating in highly technical problem spaces alongside senior engineers.
- Ability to connect long-term product vision with near-term priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Experience balancing discovery, delivery, and platform investment.
- Demonstrated success partnering deeply with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
What you can expect:
- Set and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 1Password’s Developer Experience, AI security, and AI-powered security initiatives.
- Ensure clear articulation of customer problems, value propositions, and success metrics across the portfolio.
- Lead product definition for secure, agentic workflows including identity, delegation, secrets delivery, and access control for both developers and AI agents.
- Translate emerging AI capabilities and risks into durable, differentiated product primitives.
- Work in lockstep with the VP of Developer & AI Engineering to align product strategy with technical vision, architecture, and delivery.
- Enable strong product-engineering collaboration that balances innovation, speed, and long-term platform integrity.
- Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, Security, and GTM teams to ensure successful launches, platform integrations, and ecosystem adoption.
- Represent product strategy internally and externally, ensuring consistency across messaging, documentation, and developer engagement.
- Provide product leadership and input into standards participation and developer advocacy efforts, ensuring standards work is grounded in real customer needs and product direction.
- Help position 1Password as a trusted product leader in the AI and security ecosystem.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead senior product managers working across complex, technical domains.
- Establish product operating rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and outcome-oriented metrics.

About the Role
This position is 100% remote and will be based in the United States and Canada.
The Pipeline Programs Manager turns GitLab's pipeline targets into programs the field can run. You'll own execution of pipeline generation programs, including sales plays, PipeGen days, and run the hygiene checkpoints that keep pipeline data trustworthy. You'll also help surface the risks and upside behind our pipeline plan working across Sales, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Strategy, and RevOps.
What You'll Do
Execute global and regional pipeline generation programs, including codified sales plays and PipeGen days, against an established program calendar.
Coordinate in-quarter program delivery across regions and segments: timelines, owners, communications, and follow-through on action items.
Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline hygiene checkpoints, and report on adherence and trends with RevOps and Sales Strategy.
Partner with Marketing and Enablement to bring pipeline generation programs to the field with the right messaging, content, and training.
Work with the team on the GTM plan by identifying the drivers, risks, and upside that could move the pipeline numbers, and making them visible to decision-makers.
Give input on the design of sales plays, hygiene standards, and related incentives from what you see during execution.
Track program performance against success measures, and summarize what worked, what didn't, and what to change next time.
Coordinate global outbound program execution with Sales Development and sales leaders, and help bring it to regional and team levels at scale.
Identify process and systems improvements in Salesforce and reporting that increase metric visibility and reduce manual work, and work with RevOps and Systems to land them.
What You'll Bring
5+ Years experience in Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Field or Sales Enablement, or Marketing Operations, with a record of delivering programs on time and with quality.
Experience running cross-functional programs with operational rigor: multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and clear follow-through.
Comfort working with pipeline data. You can use Salesforce and BI dashboards to spot gaps and explain what they mean. Basic SQL (Snowflake or similar) is a plus.
Understanding of the B2B sales funnel: pipeline creation, conversion, velocity, and hygiene.
Clear communication and presentation skills. You can explain a program or a risk to Sales leaders and to cross-functional partners.
Ability to influence without authority, earning trust and moving work forward across teams you don't manage.
Good judgment in a fast-moving environment. You move quickly, keep quality high, and know when to escalate.
Curiosity about how AI and automation can improve go-to-market execution.
Ownership mindset. You carry programs through to outcomes, not just activity.
Experience in a quota-carrying or sales role is a plus.
About the Team
The Pipeline Excellence team builds the pipeline engine that turns GitLab's growth targets into predictable, repeatable revenue outcomes. We set pipeline targets and the GTM plan, run the programs and cadence that keep the field moving, and turn pipeline data into recommendations on where to invest.
We work with Speed with Quality, so our cadence and standards let go-to-market teams move fast without sacrificing forecast accuracy. We hold an Ownership Mindset, meaning every stage of the funnel has a defined owner and standard. We measure ourselves on Customer Outcomes: pipeline health exists to drive real bookings and real customer relationships, not just activity. We work closely with Sales leadership, Sales Strategy, Marketing, Field Enablement, Sales Development, Finance, and Analytics, and we're scaling that engine for the agentic era.

THE ROLE
We are hiring a Senior Frontend Engineer for two platform products:
Xsolla ID is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows: logging in and signing transactions.
Responsibilities
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The frontend of your product area end to end: shaping tasks with Product and Design, implementation, release and production monitoring
Technical decisions for that frontend. You make them and justify them in writing, rather than only implementing someone else's
The architecture of frontend applications and the shared UI library / SDK that other teams build on
Measurable frontend quality: performance, reliability and security of user flows
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build user flows: sign-in, account management, wallet onboarding and transaction signing
Track how these flows behave in production (errors, performance, drop-offs) and act on what you see
Make architectural decisions for frontend applications and document them
Develop the shared component library and frontend SDKs used by other Xsolla teams
Agree API contracts with backend engineers, including error handling, retries and edge cases
Own performance budgets: Core Web Vitals and bundle size
Improve the engineering environment: build, linters, tests, CI
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Nice to have
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial frontend development
TypeScript in strict mode: generics, utility types, discriminated unions, typing module boundaries and external data
JavaScript at the platform level: event loop, asynchrony, closures, memory. You can find a leak and explain its cause
Frameworks and state
Deep experience with React: rendering model, profiling, eliminating unnecessary re-renders
Separating local, server and global state, and justifying the choice of tool; reasoning about when SSR is worth it
UI quality and performance
Semantic, responsive, cross-browser layout; modern CSS (CSS Modules, CSS-in-JS)
Accessibility: ARIA, keyboard navigation, screen reader support
Performance analysis: profiling, bundle analysis, Core Web Vitals
Integration and security
REST API integration: error handling, retries, request cancellation, contract alignment with backend
Web security fundamentals: XSS, CSRF, CSP, secure handling of tokens, sessions and user data
Engineering practices
Testing at the right level: unit, integration, E2E
Git, CI, Docker, linters and formatters
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Experience in security-sensitive domains: authentication and identity (OAuth2/OIDC flows on the frontend), payments, crypto wallets
Web3 frontend: wallet integration (embedded and browser wallets), EIP-1193, EIP-6963, EIP-712; viem, wagmi, ethers.js
Next.js or Nuxt, SSR in production
Design systems and component API design, UI kits
Hybrid applications: WebView, React Native
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, and QA.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Together, we're not just building a business; we're cultivating a community that values creativity, collaboration, and the transformative power of play.

ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Experience
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
Leadership Attributes
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files
LOCATION
Ruby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET. This ensures optimal collaboration and communication during working hours.
BENEFITS
Discover the perks of being part of our vibrant team! We offer:
