WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
This role owns how Higgsfield measures its product - from the first sign-up to whether people come back.
You are the measurement owner for onboarding, first generation, the paywall, plans and credits, and retention. Product managers ship fast here - your job is to make sure they ship knowing.
You make sure:
- Every product decision has a number attached to it before it ships and after it ships
- Experiments are designed to be readable, and then read honestly - including when the answer is “this didn’t work”
- The events the product emits can be trusted; you own the definition, not just the query
- A PM gets an answer in hours, not next sprint
You are the person who decides what “it worked” means.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product measurement
- Own the core product metrics: activation, first-generation success, generation depth, free→paid conversion, repeat usage, retention by cohort and segment.
- Define each metric once, write the definition down, and hold the line on it - one definition across dashboards, decks, and Slack.
- Instrument new features before launch, with product and engineering: which events, which properties, what success looks like, when we call it.
- Watch the health of the event stream itself - tracking drift, double counting, missing parameters, naming breakage and find the problem before a decision gets made on top of it.
Experimentation
- Design A/B tests properly: hypothesis, one primary metric, unit of randomization, MDE, sample size, run length, guardrail metrics.
- Read them honestly: significance, peeking, novelty effects, sample-ratio mismatch, segment heterogeneity.
- Separate “we proved this works,” “we proved this doesn’t,” and “we can’t tell from this test” - and say which one out loud.
Product & monetization analysis
- In-product funnel work: onboarding and quiz, first generation, paywall, checkout, plan choice, credit top-ups.
- Pricing and packaging analysis: plan mix, credit consumption, unit economics per generation, margin by feature and by model.
- Feature adoption and its real effect on retention and revenue — separating “users who do X retain better” from “making people do X improves retention.”
- Behavioural segmentation: casual creators vs corporate/B2B, new vs returning, by model and by use case. Mixing them hides everything that matters.
Making it usable
- Build the few dashboards PMs actually open on their own — decision-shaped, not comprehensive.
- Write short readouts a non-analyst can act on. Visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Automate recurring reporting so your hours go to new questions, not refreshes.
- Work in SQL, Python, BigQuery and product analytics tools. We use AI heavily - resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an analyst with opinions.
You should have:
- Strong SQL: window functions, cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data, without help.
- Python at working level for analysis (pandas, notebooks). Entry level is fine - we use AI heavily.
- Real experimentation experience: you have designed tests, run them, and killed features with the results.
- Statistical honesty: you know what a p-value does and does not entitle you to say, and you have refused to call a flat test a win.
- Understanding of subscription + one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, deferred value of unspent credits.
- The instinct to check the instrument before explaining the movement - a surprising number is a claim, not a fact.
- Ownership: you decide what's worth analyzing, you chase the fix, you follow the recommendation to a shipped change.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Product analysts from consumer subscription or PLG products
- Growth/BI analysts who moved into product and stayed
- Early-startup analysts who built product measurement from zero
- Data scientists who got tired of models and want decisions
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait for a ticket to tell you what to analyze
- Want to build models more than you want to change decisions
- Need a data engineering team and clean tables to exist before you can start
- Would report a lift you don't believe in because a stakeholder wants it
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to build the backend infrastructure behind Aave App, a consumer savings app that makes onchain financial products simple, secure, and intuitive, and the vault products that power it.
The role focuses on the systems between blockchain protocols and the consumer experiences built around them. This includes account and wallet services, transaction orchestration, vault management, monitoring and rebalancing, partner vault integrations, high-reliability blockchain indexing, balances and yield data, funding and withdrawal flows, notifications, and performant, well-documented APIs for mobile and web clients.
You'll own a broad technical area with high ownership and turn ambiguous product goals into reliable production systems. Correctness, security, and operability are critical: the services you build will support customer transactions, sensitive account flows, user funds, and financial data across both onchain and offchain infrastructure.
You'll also work closely with Quant Engineers, who own the financial models, assumptions, and calibration behind vault allocation and rebalancing, and with smart contract engineers, who own onchain integration and enforcement. Backend owns the production systems, data pipelines, and services that run those models.
How you can make an impact:
Design, build, and operate backend services for Aave App across onboarding, funding, savings, vaults, withdrawals, portfolio data, and customer communications
Build vault management, monitoring, and rebalancing systems, including partner vault integrations, and work with Quant Engineers to turn reviewed allocation models into reliable production services
Build transaction-orchestration and high-throughput indexing services that safely prepare, submit, monitor, and reconcile onchain activity across its full lifecycle
Integrate with smart contracts, RPC providers, account infrastructure, payment partners, and other external services, designing for degraded dependencies and partial failure
Lead technical reviews for high-value systems and improve testing, observability, alerting, incident response, and deployment practices across the backend codebase
Work closely with mobile, web, product, design, protocol, smart contract, quant, security, data, and operations teams to deliver coherent consumer experiences
Raise the engineering standard through hands-on delivery, pragmatic architecture, clear documentation, and review that helps other engineers grow
Let's connect if you have:
6+ years of backend engineering experience, including ownership of complex production systems
Strong backend programming skills. Production experience with Rust is highly desirable, but we'll also consider strong systems experience in Go, C++, Zig, or Java
Experience building distributed, event-driven, or data-intensive systems with clear reliability and performance requirements
Strong knowledge of API/GraphQL design, PostgreSQL or another relational database, caching, queues, and observability
Experience with blockchain systems or other financial infrastructure involving real capital, particularly transaction signing, private-key or key-management flows, wallet infrastructure, and onchain transaction lifecycles, is highly desirable
Strong judgement around threat modelling, sensitive data, permissions, and the operational risks of systems handling financial value
Nice to haves:
Experience reading smart contracts and integrating with EVM-compatible networks, smart accounts, account abstraction, bridges, vaults, or DeFi protocols
Experience designing constraint, optimization, solver, or allocation systems
Experience building consumer fintech, savings, wallet, exchange, or payments products at meaningful scale
Experience with cross-chain indexing, large-scale data ingestion, Kafka, ClickHouse, or similar infrastructure
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.
Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. It contains multiple integrations with payment systems, providers, and other gateways and processors, including 3DS.
We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the company’s Sales and Marketing organisation and build the commercial engine for our next stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own commercial strategy, GTM, pipeline, enterprise sales, marketing and revenue performance. The company has a strong enterprise sales capability and a track record of winning significant merchants. Your challenge is to make that success repeatable and scalable, reducing dependency on individual rainmakers.
Responsibilities:
— Own commercial strategy, revenue targets, ICP, market priorities and GTM.
— Lead and develop the Sales and Marketing teams as one coordinated commercial organisation.
— Build scalable sales processes, methodology, forecasting and pipeline management.
— Coach the team and turn top-performer behaviours into repeatable team performance.
— Support strategic enterprise opportunities and build executive relationships with key prospects.
— Lead demand generation, positioning, messaging and sales enablement.
— Drive new merchant acquisition as well as expansion and cross-sell across existing accounts.
— Partner closely with the CEO, Product, Technology and Solutions Engineering.
— Establish clear commercial KPIs and a high-performance operating rhythm.
What Success Looks Like Within 12–18 months:
— Clear ICP, GTM strategy and commercial priorities.
— Stronger, more predictable pipeline and forecasting.
— Multiple salespeople consistently delivering against targets.
— Sales and Marketing operating as one effective GTM organisation.
— Repeatable sales processes and strong commercial enablement.
— Measurable Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.
— Reduced dependency on individual rainmakers.
— A commercial organisation capable of scaling

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in London. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly and statutory reporting and group consolidation across our global entities, and will help build the reporting, close and audit processes that carry Humanoid from high-growth startup to public-company standards. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, audit-trained accountant who wants their work to become the foundation of a global finance function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Close and Consolidation
- Run the month-end and year-end close to the group close calendar, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and payroll postings, and own full balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and support the wider reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, investors, lenders and auditors.
- Operate and improve the group consolidation across all entities, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations, and multi-currency translation.
- Prepare group cash flow reporting and supporting schedules, working with FP&A and Treasury as the function grows.
Technical Accounting
- Own technical accounting assessments and prepare accounting papers and memos on judgemental areas and complex transactions.
- Develop accounting policies across revenue, inventory, R&D, leases and share-based payments as the business scales.
- Lead the accounting for inventory and manufacturing costs as we move from R&D and prototypes into production, including standard costing, cost of sales and stock provisioning.
- Support the transition of group reporting from FRS 102 to IFRS.
Statutory Reporting and Audit
- Prepare UK statutory financial statements and support local filings across our other jurisdictions alongside external advisors.
- Own the external audit process end to end, including PBC lists, auditor relationships and technical position papers.
Controls, Systems and Process
- Build and document internal controls as the group scales, ensuring we stay compliant and are ready for the reporting standards expected of a public company.
- Document processes and controls as you build them, and play a central role in our ERP build-out and finance systems integrations.
- Use AI and modern workflow tooling to accelerate the close, automate reconciliation and reporting, and find efficiencies across the function.
- Collaborate end to end across the finance team and the wider business, including tax, FP&A, finance operations, supply chain and people teams, picking up work that falls outside the standard remit as an early-stage company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- ACA or ACCA qualified (CIMA considered), ideally audit-firm trained, with 4+ years’ relevant post-qualified or equivalent accounting experience across multi-entity, multi-currency groups, ideally including US entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with experience preparing statutory accounts, drafting technical papers and managing external audits end to end.
- Hands-on close and consolidation experience, comfortable owning journals, reconciliations, intercompany and eliminations rather than only reviewing them.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, standard costing or cost centre reporting in a manufacturing, physical goods or high-volume environment.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience in a high-growth environment where process, controls and documentation still need to be created.
- Comfortable in a modern finance stack, using AI and automation to speed up close and reporting; ERP implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware, robotics or deep tech, is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas to New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, meaningful input, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
You own the company's identity provider: who signs in, from where, with which factors, into which applications — and how that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked.
Microsoft Entra ID is the primary identity plane and the center of gravity for the role. Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM form a secondary domain. Microsoft 365 is in scope for tenant, licensing, and access administration.
You are the escalation point for identity incidents from operations, security, service desk, and application teams — expected to resolve them, not route them onward.
What you'll own
Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
– Users, dynamic and assigned groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities.
– Conditional Access design and rollout: named locations, client app and platform conditions, session controls, sign-in frequency, break-glass exclusions, report-only staging.
– Authentication methods policy and phishing-resistant factors.
– Application onboarding over SAML 2.0 (NameID, claims mapping, signing certificate rollover, encrypted assertions) and OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, client credentials, device code).
– App registrations: redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflow, secret and certificate lifecycle.
– SCIM 2.0 provisioning: attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, drift reconciliation.
– Tenant consent settings, OAuth grant review, remediation of over-permissioned and stale applications; defensible controls for SaaS without SSO or SCIM support.
– Joiner-mover-leaver as an automated pipeline: provisioning, group-based licensing, revocation with session and refresh token invalidation.
– Least privilege for admin access: scoped role assignments, RBAC, PIM, access reviews, entitlement management access packages.
– Service account and workload identity governance: ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, decommissioning.
– Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, admin roles; access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.
– Diagnostics from sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, with diagnostic settings routed to Log Analytics and KQL queries.
– Cross-tenant access settings and B2B external collaboration.
Automation
– PowerShell tooling on the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API: lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, recertification.
– Google-side automation through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud.
– Scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
– Unattended execution on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations, with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries.
– Automation treated as production code: version control, peer review, documented rollback.
What you'll bring
We care about what you can do, not which products appear on your CV. Concretely, you can:
– Decode a SAML assertion or JWT and pinpoint the failure — audience mismatch, NameID format, expired signing certificate, missing claim — without escalating to the vendor.
– Diagnose a failing SCIM job and tell scoping from attribute mapping, transformation expressions, or target schema.
– Replace a manual lifecycle process with automation that logs, retries, and can be handed to someone else to run.
Experience we expect
– 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility.
– Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health
– Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
– Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace
– Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access
– PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK
– Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning.
– Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms.
– Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented.
– Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
Nice to haves
– SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 — or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
– Microsoft Entra ID Governance: entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, Privileged Identity Management.
– Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft Sentinel.
– Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, OAuth credentials.
– Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, organization policy constraints.
– Git, CI/CD practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform.
– Access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles.
