Our goal is to elevate our third-party partners and create the most engaging content for gamers around the world.
This role will identify and develop content opportunities around exciting upcoming games of all shapes and sizes working with Sony Interactive Entertainment's Global Developer and Publisher Relations team as well as external studios and publishers. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the games industry with strong content-creation instincts, social media expertise, and an ability to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external partners.
The role will sit within Global Content Communications and partner closely with teams across Sony Interactive, including Global Communications, Global Third-Party Marketing, Third-Party Portfolio, and Games Account Management, as well as external game publishers and developers.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain deep knowledge of upcoming games, publisher plans, industry trends, and player interests to proactively identify promising content opportunities.
Proactively develop and pitch creative ideas for PlayStation Blog, social media, video, and other Sony Interactive-owned channels that give players new reasons to engage with upcoming games.
Shape content plans around major third-party game campaigns, identifying the moments, stories, and content most likely to resonate with PlayStation audiences globally.
Pitch and develop content opportunities including game reveals, new gameplay, developer interviews, hands-on coverage, original social content, and other creative storytelling.
Develop simple, scalable processes that help the team organize upcoming third-party campaigns and content opportunities.
Partner closely with Sony Interactive Third-Party Marketing, Games Account Management, and other internal teams to develop content opportunities for third-party games.
Work across Sony Interactive teams to connect third-party content opportunities with broader PlayStation priorities, including PlayStation Plus and PlayStation Store.
Develop content plans with Sony Interactive’s international social media teams in mind, identifying opportunities that can extend across markets and collaborating with regional teammates to support global campaigns.
Help publishers understand the value of partnering with PlayStation by sharing content performance, audience insights, and learnings from previous campaigns.
What We're Looking For

Candidates with a background in social media, editorial and content creation, communications, publisher relations, marketing, or third-party games will have the most relevant experience for this role. Strong understanding of major social platforms and the types of content, formats, and storytelling approaches that resonate with their audiences.
Deep knowledge of the video game industry, including major publishers, developers, independent games, franchises, industry trends, and how games are communicated and marketed to players.
Strong editorial and creative instincts, with the ability to quickly identify what makes a game, announcement, asset, or developer story interesting to an audience.
Highly proactive and comfortable identifying and pursuing opportunities rather than waiting for assignments or incoming requests.
Experience working directly with external partners, with the confidence to pitch ideas, respond to opportunities, provide constructive feedback, and build trusted working relationships.
Experience developing content for global audiences and an understanding of how campaigns and creative ideas can be adapted or extended across international markets.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple games, campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Comfortable working creatively within constraints, including developing compelling content opportunities when assets, timing, or resources may be limited.

About the Role
Osano is growing our outbound Business Development team, and we’re looking for BDRs who want to help shape how we build pipeline and connect with prospective customers.
This isn’t a role where success means following a rigid script or sending as many templated sequences as possible. We believe great outbound starts with curiosity, thoughtful research, and genuine conversations. You’ll have the autonomy to experiment with your approach, learn what resonates with our buyers, and bring new ideas to the team.
You’ll own your results while working closely with Sales and the broader GTM organization to build qualified pipeline and help companies understand how Osano can solve their privacy challenges.
What Success Looks Like
You prioritize quality and outcomes
We’re not looking to put every prospect in front of an Account Executive. Great BDRs understand when there’s a real opportunity to help and create conversations that are valuable for both the prospect and Osano.
You will:
Research prospects and accounts thoughtfully before reaching out
Understand a prospect’s business and potential privacy challenges
Qualify for genuine alignment, not simply interest
Take a consultative approach to conversations rather than a transactional one
Create qualified pipeline while being thoughtful about the time of our prospects and AEs
You use AI to work smarter
We want people who are curious about how AI and modern technology can make them better at their craft. You’ll use AI to improve research, personalize outreach, organize information, test ideas, and find more effective ways to connect with prospects, without losing the human element that makes great selling work.
You’re motivated to improve
You set a high bar for yourself and are always looking for ways to get better. You’re open to coaching, willing to experiment, and comfortable learning from both wins and misses. You don’t need someone constantly pushing you to take the next step — you bring that motivation with you.
What You’ll Do
Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting into marketing, compliance, data security, legal, and privacy teams
Research accounts and identify organizations navigating evolving privacy and regulatory requirements
Create personalized, thoughtful outreach across multiple channels
Engage prospects through phone, email, social, and other creative approaches
Understand prospects’ goals and challenges and qualify opportunities before partnering with AEs
Build authentic relationships through curiosity, credibility, and genuine helpfulness
Stay current on privacy trends, regulations, competitors, and Osano’s evolving product suite
Collaborate with Account Executives and the broader GTM team to identify and pursue opportunities
Experiment with messaging, prospecting strategies, AI, and new tools to improve results
Share what you’re learning and help shape our outbound processes, messaging, and playbooks as we continue to grow
What You’ll Bring
A results-driven mindset and an understanding of how consistent prospecting activity translates into pipeline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
A willingness to pick up the phone, experiment with different approaches, and learn what works
Resilience and the ability to stay motivated through the ups and downs of outbound sales
Comfort using AI and modern sales technology to work more effectively
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others while taking ownership of your own development
Interest in data privacy, compliance, technology, or the broader regulatory landscape, or excitement about becoming an expert
The ability to thrive in a remote environment through proactive communication, organization, and initiative
Previous BDR or sales experience is helpful, but experience level matters less to us than curiosity, coachability, drive, and the ability to connect with people. We’re willing to invest in developing the right person.
Why Osano
Join a collaborative, curious, and fast-moving team where your ideas and contributions matter
Work for a certified B Corporation with a mission centered on doing well by doing good and making privacy accessible
Build expertise in a growing and evolving industry
Develop your sales skills through training, coaching, and clearly defined opportunities for career growth
Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business and work closely with experienced GTM leaders
Help shape how Osano approaches outbound as we continue to grow
Benefits
Competitive compensation and ownership interest/equity
Unlimited paid time off, with a requirement to take at least two weeks off each year
Paid parental leave for all new parents
Osano sponsors 100% of individual premiums and 50% of dependent premiums for Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance through Aetna
A fully and permanently remote company, allowing you to work from anywhere in the U.S.
A MacBook and $600 to help build your home workspace
An annual company trip focused on connection, collaboration, and fun
Mental health benefits, including access to mindfulness and talk therapy services

As we grow, we're looking for individuals who lean into modern technologies and smarter systems to drive efficiency, clarity, and speed; both in our product and in how we operate. We’re looking for a Senior Cinematographer to define how Perplexity looks on film. Working with the Creative Director and Video Lead, you’ll translate our visual identity into a practical cinematographic language, then bring it to life across the team’s day-to-day output.
This is a hands-on role. One day you’re shooting a candid office moment or executive interview with a small kit; the next, you’re leading a full camera and lighting crew on a brand film. Most of your time goes to prepping, testing, lighting, and shooting.
You’ll also help build and run our in-house studio, from selecting gear and designing flexible lighting setups to keeping the space production-ready. When turnaround is tight, you’ll support media management and light editing.
You’ll report to the Video Lead and work closely with the Video Producer, Brand Lead, designers, motion designers, Growth, Comms, Product Marketing, and external production partners. The Producer and Video Lead handle crewing, budgets, schedules, and logistics so you can stay focused on production and craft. However, you should think like a storyteller, not just a technician, bringing your own ideas for how to show our product and people more vividly through moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and a willingness to experiment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Partner with the Creative Director and Video Lead to define and evolve Perplexity’s cinematographic language, and turn it into repeatable approaches for lighting, lensing, composition, movement, and color.
- Shoot and light a steady mix of day-to-day content: candid office moments, executive interviews, product demos, social, events, and documentary stories.
- Lead cinematography on brand films, campaigns, partnerships, and launches.
- Scale to the work: operate solo with a minimal kit, lead a small crew, or help build a full camera, lighting, grip, team (with help from producers).
- Bring storytelling ideas to the table through moodboards, shot lists, storyboards, and experimentation.
- Own camera, lighting, and movement decisions from creative development through capture: build packages, run tests and tech scouts, and solve constraints before the shoot.
- Recommend crew and equipment for each production and lead the camera and lighting departments on set. Producers handle budgets, schedules, contracts, and logistics.
- Help design, build, and run the in-house studio, including lighting, audio, grip, and monitoring.
- Own the team’s gear: recommend, purchase, organize, and maintain it, with ready-to-shoot packages so no setup gets rebuilt from scratch.
- Handle color grading in DaVinci Resolve, and support selects, stringouts, and light edits when turnaround is tight.
- Keep the visual standard high across formats and crew sizes without overbuilding.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As Notion’s product surface expands, we need a builder-teacher who can turn new capabilities into technically accurate education that helps customers confidently build with Notion. In this role, you’ll explore Notion’s newest capabilities, teach by showing, and ship as the product evolves. You’ll be the technical face of Notion Academy: leading workshops, recording walkthroughs, and building implementation guides.
This role is based in New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Expand Notion’s technical education library. Author technically rigorous Academy content, implementation guides, and Help Center resources that make our most complex capabilities easier to understand and adopt.
- Become a trusted voice for Notion Academy. Teach customers through video, live webinars, and workshops, demonstrating real workflows and solving problems in real time.
- Build with Notion’s newest capabilities. Get hands-on with new product features, use customer insights to identify high-value use cases, and determine top priority workflows for education to focus on.
- Reimagine learning with AI. Experiment with adaptive, contextual learning experiences that respond to what customers are trying to build and where they need help.
- Prove and scale the impact of technical education. Use product adoption signals to measure impact and improve what we teach, then build reusable standards to help the team deliver effective technical learning faster.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Builder mindset: You learn new product features by getting hands-on, experimenting, and building until you understand.
- Comfort navigating technical content: you don’t need to write code, but you can read a technical architecture doc, identify what’s outdated, and work with engineers to fix it.
- Customer-facing credibility: You’re comfortable teaching, building, and troubleshooting in front of customers.
- AI experimentation: You actively use AI to build, learn, and teach technical proficiency.
- Product expertise: You can quickly understand a new feature, identify where it creates meaningful customer value, and turn that into practical use cases.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Notion product expertise
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, developer relations, or technical enablement
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

We are seeking a
Senior Mobile Engineer
to take ownership of the Mattermost mobile experience for teams working in defense, intelligence, and critical infrastructure. Our users operate in DDIL environments where connectivity may be disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited, security is non-negotiable, and the software they depend on has to keep working.
Our mobile app is primarily React Native and TypeScript today, with native iOS and Android integrations. Your immediate focus will be making that experience more reliable and performant. Over time, you'll also help shape the next generation of our cross-platform mobile architecture.
You'll work hands-on across application and native layers, partner closely with platform and feature teams, work directly with customer-facing teams on field reports from constrained environments, and help raise the bar for how we observe, diagnose, and build mobile software.
Responsibilities
Reliability and Performance
Architect the app for DDIL and other constrained network environments
Improve data and functional reliability across connection lifecycle, synchronization, recovery, and failure scenarios
Own crash-free and release-health outcomes, using telemetry to proactively identify regressions and drive them through diagnosis to resolution
Profile and improve performance across startup, networking, storage, rendering, memory, and battery usage
Mobile Platform Ownership
Own critical iOS and Android integrations and the boundaries between native and cross-platform code
Maintain and evolve platform capabilities including push notifications, background execution, secure storage, app lifecycle, and real-time communications
Build within mobile distribution and device-management constraints, including App Store, enterprise and MDM deployment, AppConfig, and Intune MAM
Diagnose production issues from native traces, telemetry, device profiling, and sparse field logs
Make architecture recommendations that balance near-term delivery with the long-term direction of the mobile platform
Craft and Delivery
Mentor engineers on mobile architecture, reliability, performance, and platform best practices
Uphold security and compliance standards required by government and enterprise customers
Contribute to the open-source codebase
Use AI coding tools effectively, applying strong engineering judgment to increase output without compromising reliability or quality
What We Are Looking For
We care about what you've built and the problems you've solved — not how long you've been building. If you have strong outcomes to speak to in mobile engineering, we want to hear from you.
Required:
Deep expertise in iOS or Android development, with strong working knowledge of the other platform
Strong understanding of mobile architecture, platform SDKs, lifecycle constraints, and networking fundamentals
Experience building reliable mobile systems that behave predictably through unreliable connectivity, local state changes, synchronization, and recovery
Strong mobile performance profiling and production debugging skills on real devices
Experience using production data, crash metrics, and release-health signals to drive reliability improvements
Experience making architecture recommendations and owning technical outcomes
Ability and willingness to work across native and cross-platform codebases
AI fluency and experience using coding agents to increase engineering output while applying judgment to ensure reliable outcomes
Preferred:
Experience with React Native and TypeScript
Experience with mobile persistence, synchronization, or offline-capable systems
Experience with real-time communications or platform media frameworks such as WebRTC, CallKit, or Android audio APIs
Experience with enterprise mobile distribution, MDM, AppConfig, or Intune MAM
Experience building mobile software for security-sensitive, regulated, or operationally constrained environments

Sony Interactive Entertainment isn’t just the Best Place to Play — it’s also the Best Place to Work. Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) is the company behind the PlayStation brand. As a subsidiary of Sony Group Corporation, we’re part of a proud legacy of innovation and excellence. SIE is a dynamic technology company, delivering cutting-edge hardware and network services to more than 100 million people and an entertainment leader, home to some of the most beloved and recognizable intellectual properties (IP) in the world. Our role at SIE is to create and nurture the experiences under the PlayStation brand, a name synonymous with entertainment excellence and creativity.
Why PlayStation? Why San Diego Studio?
We are the team behind MLB The Show, a critically acclaimed AAA sports franchise developed for PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo platforms. Our focus is on delivering innovative, high-quality gaming experiences – and we’re looking for a Sr Programmer to help build, package, and ship the game on every platform we support.
The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities, sharp attention to detail, and thrives both independently and in collaborative, cross-functional teams. They are a versatile generalist who is as comfortable owning a build and data-packaging pipeline as they are bringing the engine up on new hardware or diving into low-level systems to track down a crash or reclaim memory. They enjoy the planning side of the work: scoping infrastructure changes, sequencing a platform or SDK migration so the team is never blocked, and modernizing tools and systems that have grown over many years. Not only does this person have a strong understanding of how large codebases are built, shipped, and maintained, they are also comfortable with the system-level aspects of the target hardware they’re working on when transitioning to new platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, optimize, and maintain the cross-platform build and data-packaging pipeline that turns our game into shippable products across all our supported platforms, current and future.
• Bring the engine up on new platforms and drive platform SDK upgrades, resolving the low-level and system-level issues that come with them (toolchains, file systems, memory and address-space behavior, boot and packaging requirements).
• Identify and resolve crashes, out-of-memory conditions, and stability issues across a broad range of hardware, from high-end consoles to memory-constrained mobile devices.
• Build, package, harden, and release our mobile (Android and iOS) products, and keep the associated build automation healthy.
• Own and evolve the studio’s internal tools – data packaging, memory tracking, metrics and profiling – that the wider team relies on every day.
• Plan and lead the modernization of long-lived build systems, toolchains, and infrastructure.
• Manage branch integration and keep builds flowing across mainline, staging, production, and patch branches in collaboration with engineering, QA, and production teams.
Required Qualifications
:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related technical field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience programming in C++ with a focus on performance-critical and system level application.
• Strong experience with development and release of one or more AAA titles.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across many unfamiliar systems rather than within a single specialty.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills on hard, intermittent, and low-level issues (memory management, crashes, toolchain and SDK behavior).
• Experience with build systems, packaging and deployment pipelines, and build automation (e.g. Jenkins, MSBuild, gradle, and shell/batch scripting).
• Comfort at a low level: memory management, pointers and address spaces, compiler and linker flags, and optimization behavior.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Perforce, and other standard development tools.
• Working proficiency in C# for tools and pipeline development.
Preferred Qualifications
:
• Experience developing and shipping on console platforms (PlayStation, Xbox, and/or Nintendo Switch), including platform SDKs and certification/packaging requirements.
• Experience shipping mobile titles (Android/iOS): NDK, app-bundle and store submission, code obfuscation and app hardening, and crash reporting.
• Experience developing internal developer tools with graphical front-ends (e.g. C#/WinForms).
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python is a plus.
• Exposure to graphics/rendering concepts, in particular how rendering features fit within platform memory and performance budgets (desired but not required).

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help build GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the agentic orchestration layer that runs AI agents and flows across the entire software lifecycle.
Principal Engineers at GitLab are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the senior technical leadership within their organization. In this role you will set technical direction for a significant part of the Agent Platform, working across several teams to turn agentic capabilities into something engineering organizations can actually depend on: predictable, observable, governable, and fast enough to sit in the critical path of real development work.
The Agent Platform is not a single service. It spans agent execution and orchestration, flow definition and event-driven triggering, the AI Catalog through which customers discover and manage agents, model routing and evaluation, and the governance surface that decides which agents may act where and under whose identity. It runs on GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed installations, including deployments that use self-hosted models to meet compliance requirements. You will work on the parts of that system where the hard architectural questions live, and you will do it hands-on.
This role reports into the VP of the AI Engineering organization and works closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Product Management, Infrastructure and Security.
What you'll do
Define the technical direction for a significant area of Duo Agent Platform across several teams, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product to turn it into a roadmap with a six-month horizon.
Build the orchestration layer that makes agents and flows reliable: session lifecycle, tool invocation, context assembly, concurrency, retries, timeouts, and failure modes that degrade gracefully instead of stalling a developer's workflow.
Hands on work on driving topics throughout the whole organisation from POC level, architecture to full implementation.
Participate in Incident Management on-call rotation, to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com.
Strong product builder and ownership mentality. Understanding of product strategy, technical strategy, delivering customer value and iteration towards a successful product
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let other teams make aligned decisions. Ensure the architecture holds across multi-tenant GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, including self-hosted model configurations, and respects data governance boundaries in each.
Use the platform on our own work, find where it falls short of what we claim, and feed that back through improvements into the product.
Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, and raise the bar for experimentation rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Work across the whole platform on different projects, features and teams. This reaches across:
Design the extensibility surface so customers can build custom agents and flows, connect their own tools and internal systems, and bring external agents such as Claude Code and Codex into GitLab workflows without weakening the platform's guarantees.
Drive down the cost and latency of agentic requests, and work with Product on how model selection, routing, and credit consumption behave as usage grows.
Define the evaluation practice for the platform: offline benchmarks and online experiments that measure task completion, correctness, tool-call accuracy, latency, and cost per task, and that catch regressions before customers do.
Build the governance and safety surface with Security and Compliance: policy-driven controls over which agents and models may run where, permission and identity semantics that align to existing roles and group structure, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability of every flow session, and audit that stands up to enterprise review.
Complete Interview Training and participate in hiring for the department as a technical interviewer or panel member.
Take part in on-call or operational support where your team’s ownership model requires it.
What you'll bring
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff, Principal level or equivalent senior technical leadership.
Hands-on production experience building on large language models: agent loops, tool calling, context management, retrieval, prompt and model evaluation. Experience shipping this to real users, not only prototyping it.
Strong background in distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience under multi-tenant load.
A track record of defining evaluation frameworks and using benchmark and experiment results to make architecture decisions, rather than shipping on intuition.
Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for systems that act on a customer's behalf.
Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security on problems that start out ambiguous.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, Python, or TypeScript, and willingness to work across the stack the platform spans.
Excellent written and asynchronous communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
About the team
The AI engineering organisation is building the product and infrastructure that make GitLab an effective environment for running agents across the software development lifecycle. We’re distributed across the world and partner with teams throughout GitLab to help the GitLab Duo Agent Platform become the backbone of GitLab's AI features. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering for AI and especially work together with all the teams, the engineering management and other principal engineers in the AI department. This is an opportunity to lead a consequential group as AI changes how software is built.

As ClickHouse scales, we're building the technology and operating foundation Finance needs to continue to enable our rapid growth. As part of that work, we're standing up a dedicated Travel & Expense (T&E) function and are looking for a Senior Expense Specialist responsible for maturing the current processes and day-to-day operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Audit, Compliance & Risk
- Own expense audit end-to-end
- Build and maintain the SOX-ready control environment for T&E, including documentation, testing support, and sign-off readiness.
- Track and reduce policy non-compliance, turning an untracked risk into a measured, managed one.
Global Policy & Program Ownership
- Enforce one global, regionally compliant T&E policy — including EOR employees — to reduce local tax and audit exposure.
- Centrally administer and optimize the ClickHouse Expense tool, Corporate Card program and system integrations to the HRIS and ERP systems.
Reimbursement & Employee Experience
- Cut international reimbursement cycle time from ~30 days to ~7 through automated routing and clear SLAs.
- Reduce the time employees spend per claim through better tooling, clearer policy, and self-service support.
- Be the primary point of contact for T&E questions, escalations, and edge cases — approval flow issues, policy setup, and offboarding coordination with the People team
Reporting, Enablement & Change Management
- Build spend dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive reporting where none exists today.
- Deliver role-based training and a global T&E champion network, and lead structured change management (ADKAR or similar) to drive adoption of new policy and tools.
- Partner with Accounting to complete the handoff of remaining T&E responsibilities.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth or Cloud software company with a distributed, multi-entity employee base.
- Hands-on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or a comparable card/expense platform), and NetSuite integrations — you know what breaks in these systems and how to fix it at the root, not just route the ticket.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness for expense and card programs; experience building or maintaining automated fraud detection a plus.
- Comfort designing policy for a global, multi-entity, multi-employment-type workforce (FTE and EOR, including platforms like Deel), and translating that policy into system configuration.
- A track record of building reporting and KPI visibility from scratch — you don't wait for a dashboard to be handed to you, you build it.
- Experience running training and change management for a process or tool rollout (ADKAR or similar frameworks a plus).
- Ownership mentality: you see a broken process and fix the root cause, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Independence: you troubleshoot issues, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions rather than escalating every ambiguity.
- Curiosity: you ask why a process exists before you automate it, and you're a lifelong learner when it comes to new systems.
- Follow-through: you see initiatives through to full adoption, not just launch.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role
Vercel is hiring a Strategic Product Partnerships Lead to develop first-of-a-kind partnerships that inflect the company's growth. Done well, these partnerships open distribution for our products, create new pipeline for our field teams, and/or add new capabilities to our platform. This is a highly cross-functional and technical role: you will spend as much time with product and engineering leaders as with commercial ones, internally and externally.
You will report to the Head of Strategic Partnerships and own a named set of partners that includes hyperscalers, frontier AI labs, silicon vendors, and commerce and enterprise software platforms. The work takes a different shape with each one, but the common thread is that these partnerships live close to the product: embedding Vercel inside a partner's platform, co-building new products, taking a joint offering to enterprises that neither company could sell alone.
This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) in one of our San Francisco, Austin, or New York City offices.
What you'll do
Own a named set of strategic partners end to end, from first conversation through signed agreement to launch and growth
Identify and develop new partnerships with the companies that matter most to Vercel's strategy across AI, cloud, commerce, and enterprise software
Build the business case: size the opportunity, scope the product and engineering investment it requires, and give leadership a clear recommendation, including when the recommendation is to pass
Lead negotiations end to end, structuring commercial agreements that are new to Vercel and often new to the partner: revenue share, embedded pricing, co-sell commitments, marketplace terms
Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to take a signed agreement to launch
Run deals with structure: clear milestones, agreed measures of success on both sides, and the judgment to stop the ones that are not working
What you need
8+ years developing, negotiating, and executing complex commercial agreements, ideally at a platform, infrastructure, cloud, or developer tools company
A track record of initiating partnerships that had no precedent, with companies significantly larger than your own. You can walk through the terms you won and the ones you gave up
Experience structuring deals with significant technical surface area: platform integrations, embedded or whitelabeled product, licensing, infrastructure and compute commitments. You can hold a credible conversation with a partner's product and engineering teams about agents, inference, model routing, and cloud infrastructure
Experience creating and driving strategy, and getting an organization to fund it
Comfortable leading cross-functional teams you do not manage, through Product, Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Sales
Strong agency and comfort with ambiguity. You decide what to work on and can defend the choice
Excellent written and verbal communication with executives on both sides of the table
Bonus if you
Have done partnerships at or with a hyperscaler, a frontier AI lab, or a large commerce or enterprise software platform
Have structured technology licensing, OEM, or embedded distribution agreements
Started in a technical role (engineering, solutions architecture, or technical product) before moving into commercial work
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA salary range for this role is $194,000 - $237,000, plus an annual company target bonus. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.
