We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively.
🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey.
You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes.
🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT
- Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering.
- Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops.
- Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly.
📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content.
- Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them.
- Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field.
🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS
- Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging.
- Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes.
📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER
- Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size.
- Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management.
- Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment.
- 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures).
- 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience.
- 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels.
- 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams.
- 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding.
- 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows.
- 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start).
WHY JOIN US?
This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever — not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people.
Apply now — and help us turn our GTM teams into a world-class sales engine.

Designed for the most ambitious go-to-market teams, it gives companies the power to understand every customer, automate at scale, and build their go-to-market motion exactly as they need. We've raised $116M from some of the world's best investors: GV (Google Ventures), Redpoint, Balderton, Point Nine, and 01A.
We hire builders who thrive on complex technical challenges, hold themselves to a high bar, and genuinely care about delighting the people who use what they build. The team here brings sharp judgement, real craft, and the drive to do exceptional work. We're obsessed about the details and energized by the frontier.
If you want to do the best work of your career, this is the right place.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Engineering team tackles the toughest challenges, so our users never have to. Real-time infrastructure, AI-native architecture, and a frontend that feels effortless - all powered by a team that moves fast, thinks rigorously, and holds an exceptionally high bar for quality.
We’re looking for Staff Product Engineers that can solve our hardest technical problems, both individually and through technical leadership. You’ll design and build software that creates delightful, groundbreaking user experiences. You’ll play a key role in growing the talent in our engineering organization through mentoring, coaching and hiring, and you’ll resolve our most tricky product issues through an understanding of what’s important to our users and business.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Provide technical leadership for a critical part of Attio’s engineering organization. You’ll work across teams to design significant parts of our infrastructure, aligning with Attio’s overall technical strategy. You’ll hold a high bar for the output of the teams you work with, ensuring that Attio executes both quickly and with quality.
- Raise the bar on how we build and operate software. You’ll be part of a technical leadership group that sets standards for how we build and operate software at Attio, ensuring that we strive to build robust and maintainable systems that are reliable, scalable and secure.
- Grow our engineering talent. You’ll mentor and coach the engineers you work with, and help ensure we hire the best talent for Attio. You’ll share your knowledge and growth mindset with the team, and be open to new approaches and experiments as software engineering evolves in the age of AI.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

You’ll understand the world of distributed, cloud-native systems, and intuitively create the right interfaces to allow teams to innovate in parallel.
- Proven technical leadership credentials. You’ll have a track record of not just personal execution, but of delivering projects through others. You’ll be able to break down large, complex problems into smaller, independent goals that others can own. You’ll understand how technical architecture impacts ability to deliver, and to maintain systems for the long term, and be sensitive to the need to pick the right compromise.
- A growth mindset. Software engineering is changing rapidly in the age of AI, and you’ll understand the need to be open-minded and to experiment. You’ll be keen to teach, and to learn from the experience of others. You’ll relish the challenge of working in an area that’s new to you, and enjoy the discomfort that leads to personal growth.
- A passion for growing the skills of others. As you deliver projects through your technical leadership, you’ll be keen to grow the next generation of technical leaders. You’ll have demonstrated impact through mentoring and coaching, and be able to flex your style depending on the needs of your colleagues. ABOUT THE ROLE
Attio is an AI-native platform trusted with our customers' most sensitive data - and keeping that data secure is foundational to everything we build. As we scale, so does the challenge: a large multi-tenant SaaS platform, AI-driven product features that introduce entirely new attack surfaces, and an engineering team shipping fast with AI-assisted development.
We're looking for a Security Engineering Lead to build and lead Attio's Product Security function, spanning application security and security operations. You'll work alongside our Engineering Leadership to make Attio secure by design, lead the response when things go wrong, and recruit a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Build and lead Attio’s Product Security function. Secure Attio’s large-scale, AI-native SaaS platform, and the sensitive customer data on which it operates.
- Work with Engineering Leadership peers to ensure that Attio is secure by design.
- Understand and mitigate the unique risks and attack vectors associated with AI-driven product features, and AI-assisted software development.
- Ensure that Attio is at the forefront of secure software development and operational practices.
- Lead production security incident response; deeply understand security issues and their associated root causes and risks, create remediation plans, and drive to resolution.
- Recruit and retain a world-class team of Security Engineers and SecOps practitioners.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Full understanding of the Application Security landscape in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Appreciation of the tools and techniques used to secure SaaS applications, through prevention, detection and remediation of security issues. Understanding of how to integrate those tools into an effective, scalable, cost-efficient program that delivers a secure service.
- First-class incident response skills, through the entire incident lifecycle of detection, remediation, clean-up, and post-incident corrective action.
- A recognized “talent magnet” and mentor who can recruit, retain and develop a high-quality Information Security team which continues to deliver for the business as Attio scales.
DESIRABLE
- Experience of running an Application Security program in a high scale, multi-tenant SaaS context.
- Experience of hiring and managing a team of Security Engineers, and working with cross-functional partners.
- Experience of security certification and re-certification programs.
- Project or program management experience.
- Background in software engineering or systems administration.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Role overview:
North is Cohere’s AI workspace platform for enterprises: a secure, customizable environment where companies can use AI across their real workflows while maintaining control over sensitive data. North connects AI agents with workplace tools, applications, and business context, helping users delegate complex work, build automations, inspect outputs, and collaborate with AI in production environments.
As North becomes more capable, one of the most important questions is also one of the hardest: how do we know whether the model is actually getting better for the workflows customers care about?
This role is about being the voice of North inside modelling. You will build the evaluation systems, feedback loops, and applied modelling workflows that make sure model progress translates into better product outcomes for North users. You will work closely with North product teams, customer-facing teams, and modelling teams to define what “good” means across the product surface, turn real usage and product direction into high-quality evals, and use those evals to guide model selection, patches, and regular model updates.
This is neither a pure research role nor a conventional product engineering role. It is a rigorous applied MLE role for someone who cares deeply about measurement, model behavior, and real-world product quality. You should be excited by the craft of building careful evals: evals that capture messy agentic workflows, reflect actual customer needs, resist superficial benchmark hacking, and provide useful signal for where the product and models need to go next.
Please note: this team works closely across Europe and East Coast North America time zones. We are open to candidates who can collaborate effectively within those hours.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the eval strategy for North: define what we need to measure across agent workflows, tool use, enterprise knowledge work such as deep research, document creation or editing, and other human-AI interactions.
- Build high-quality evals from the realities of the product: user feedback, production failures, privacy-preserving usage logs, internal dogfooding, customer needs, and forward-looking product goals.
- Create systems that continuously turn what North is learning from users, customers, and feature teams into evals, so measurement keeps pace with the product rather than becoming a static benchmark.
- Be the voice of North inside modelling: extract clear insight from eval results, customer-derived data and product context, then turn model failures, capability gaps, and North-specific needs into actionable recommendations for the central modelling teams.
Qualifications:
- You have improved LLM-powered, agent-powered, or AI-product systems through evals, feedback loops, data curation, prompting, model adaptation, or model selection.
- You care deeply about evaluation as a craft: representative tasks, precise rubrics, clean data, failure analysis, regression tracking, and knowing when a metric is giving false confidence.
- You have strong applied MLE judgment and can reason clearly about model behavior, eval validity, product outcomes, and production tradeoffs.
- You are comfortable working close to users and product teams, while translating messy qualitative signals into measurement that other modelling teams can act on.
- You are self-directed, practical, and motivated by open-ended problems where the right answer requires both technical depth and product understanding.
- You care about making AI systems genuinely useful in real enterprise settings, not just better on abstract benchmarks.
If some of the above does not line up perfectly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
Working Location:
This role can be based remotely or from one of our office locations listed on the job description - there is no minimum in-office qualification requirement. We care most about hiring exceptional people regardless of locations, though please check the location listed on the posting for guidance around the core time zone or working hours alignment expected for the role.
FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS:
- A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch.
- Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health.
- RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme.
- 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent.
- Annual enrichment benefits:
Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit.
Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching.
- 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!)
- Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite.
HOW AND WHERE WE WORK:
- Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon.
- For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events.
- For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city.
- Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly.
If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply.
We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities. Should you require any accommodations during the recruitment process, please submit an Accommodations Request Form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12a6IrLdF3kI2nonKSr4tiFuz18rLQbaeYV-JM9L4o9Q/edit, and we will work together to meet your needs.
We may use AI-enabled tools to screen and assess applicants against the criteria for this position. This helps our recruiters identify potentially qualified candidates, but it doesn't limit the applications our recruiters may review or consider.
Beware of Scams: Cohere will never ask for payment or third-party services (e.g., CV writing) as part of our hiring process. All legitimate roles are listed on the Cohere careers page and LinkedIn only, with all communications from Cohere employees coming from an @cohere.com or @cw.cohere email alias. ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Forward Deployed Engineers work directly with the largest and fastest-growing AI companies in the world, owning their technical outcomes on Baseten and taking on the hardest problems in serving and improving models at scale. The work spans the model lifecycle: inference, post-training, and the systems that tighten the loop between them.
- Act as each account's de facto CTO on Baseten, with final accountability for how their workloads are designed, run, and scaled.
- Take customer objectives from vague to shipped: frame the problem, define the spec and success criteria, build the PoC, and carry it through to production quickly, using the right tools for the problem.
- Design the evals and benchmarks that isolate where quality or performance falls short, then close the gap yourself, whether that means optimizing inference, improving the model through post-training, or reworking the eval itself.
- Be the first responder to mission-critical failures including triage, owning the fix directly or route to the owning team and stay accountable until it ships.
- Build internal systems so that each engagement is faster than the last. This includes tooling and automation for eval and deployment infrastructure, and the recipes and reference implementations that make the product more self-serve.
- Shape the product itself, channeling what your accounts need into the roadmap and shipping fixes and features into Baseten's codebase yourself.
- Do all of this across multiple accounts at once, sequencing the work, pulling in the right people at the right time, and keeping customers and internal stakeholders aligned on status and risk.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1-2 years of software engineering experience, shipping and maintaining code in large production systems, ideally with breadth across the stack
- Experience debugging complex production issues - working through logs, metrics, and traces to root-cause problems in unfamiliar systems
- Confidence owning ambiguous technical problems. This includes triaging, making decisions under uncertainty, and knowing when to pull in other engineers who own the underlying systems
- Motivation beyond pure engineering. An interest in wanting to work directly with customers, understand their problems firsthand, and influence the product
- Clear communication on complex technical topics, whether you're talking to a customer's engineers or their leadership
- Genuine curiosity about AI inference and training, and a drive to become an expert in the infrastructure powering it
- Willingness to respond to customers outside regular working hours and participate in an on-call rotation
- Excitement about solving problems for some of the largest and fastest-growing companies in the world running mission-critical AI workloads
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We don't expect any one person to cover all of this - the strongest candidates may spike in one or two of the following:
- Depth in a core infrastructure domain such as storage systems or networking (anywhere from the cloud layer to cluster interconnects like InfiniBand and RoCE)
- Experience operating distributed compute platforms like Kubernetes, Slurm, or Ray, especially for GPU workloads
- A detailed understanding of LLM architectures and modern inference engines like vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or SGLang
- The ability to profile and optimize GPU workloads, in training or serving
- Hands-on experience with post-training techniques like SFT and RL, or a broader deep learning background plus fluency in a tensor computation library like PyTorch or JAX
- Operational depth - running on-call, leading incident response, debugging distributed systems under pressure
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

ABOUT THE TEAM
The Deployed Engineering team is the technical front line of our go-to-market motion. We partner with account executives from the first technical conversation through production rollout, helping companies evaluate LangChain, prove it out on their hardest use case, and get agents running reliably at scale.
This is a hands-on, highly technical team. Solutions Engineers own the technical win: scoping evaluations, designing POCs that mirror real workloads, answering the deep architecture questions that decide a deal, and staying with the customer after signature to make sure what we sold actually ships.
We sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales. What we learn in the field shapes both how customers adopt LangChain and what we build next.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will work on some of the hardest problems in applied AI, in front of customers, on a clock. Not demos, not research: systems real teams depend on in production. The feedback loop is fast, the impact is measurable in closed deals and live deployments, and the work directly shapes how AI agents get built in the real world.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the technical win. Partner with AEs to scope evaluations, run technical discovery, and design POCs that map to the customer's real use case rather than a canned demo
- Be the technical authority in the room during architecture reviews, security and infrastructure questions, and head-to-head evaluations
- Co-architect and co-build production AI agents with customer engineering teams, from prototype through rollout
- Help customers deploy and operate agent-based applications such as conversational agents, research agents, and multi-step workflows
- Run demos, trainings, and workshops for developer audiences, from single-team sessions to larger technical enablement
- Advise customers post-sale on architecture, best practices, and roadmap-level decisions, and find the expansion opportunities that come out of those conversations
- Surface field feedback to product and build reusable POC assets, cookbooks, and example code that scale across accounts
- Contribute code upstream when it meaningfully improves customer outcomes
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 6+ years in a relevant technical role such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, customer engineering, software engineering, or founding and product engineering, ideally at a startup or scale-up
- Comfort owning the technical thread in a sales cycle: discovery, POCs, architecture reviews, and competitive evaluations
- Ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly and build trust with developer audiences, then translate that into a decision the customer is ready to make
- A track record of taking responsibility for outcomes, not just recommendations
- A bias toward action and a willingness to figure things out as you go
- Genuine interest in operating AI agents in production, not just building demos
NICE TO HAVES
- You've deployed AI agents in production, especially using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks
- Experience carrying a technical number or working against pipeline alongside a sales team
- Experience with LLM evaluation, observability, or guardrails
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers, and basic Kubernetes concepts
COMPENSATION
Annual OTE range: $200,000–$300,000 USD. Final compensation will depend on experience, skills, and location.
Looking for a hands-on implementation role focused on custom delivery, bespoke integrations, and scoped consulting projects? Please check out the Deployed Engineer (Professional Services) roles.
