ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Principal Brand Designer to define the brand design system that takes Ramp into new futures. You’ll turn our strategy into design, lead our most important brand projects, and help the team do its best work.
This is a leadership individual contributor role. You can take any idea from zero to one. You understand the business fundamentals, the product value, the channels that perform best, and you know where brand design amplifies and improves the work. You understand each XFN’s accountability and outcomes, from product, marketing, GTM, growth and beyond. You can speak their language.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set creative direction. Turn business goals and audience insights into clear ideas for the brand.
- Lead company-defining projects. Take campaigns, launches, and other brand experiences from an open question to finished work.
- Set the bar for quality and taste. You are the go-to expert for typography, imagery, layout, and brand design. You are the champion for this standard.
- Build the brand system. Evolve our visual identity over time. We believe in coherency over consistency. We built our brand system to behave like jazz.
- Connect brand and product. Work with product, marketing, and engineering so the company feels coherent wherever people experience it.
- Raise the quality of the team’s work. You are a player-coach that can mentor others and develop a culture of collaboration, creativity, and trust.
- Tell stories to drive alignment. Help partners understand the thinking, agree on a direction, and make practical choices about scope and timing.
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- You’re already using AI tooling and agents to explore faster, iterate sooner, and develop ideas that you couldn’t before.
- You have both agency and in-house experience.
- You have side hobbies exploring design and creativity. We want to see side projects that show a desire for learning, a student-like mindset, and above all, enthusiasm for where the future is headed.
- You’re humble, thoughtful, and self-aware.
- Your portfolio reveals a story about how you’ve grown as a person, your interests, and curiosities.
- You understand that execution is how good ideas win.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- A deep portfolio of brand identities, marketing campaigns, bringing brand into product experiences, and digital applications, with a clear explanation of your contribution.
- Excellent design fundamentals and the ability to carry an idea through to finished work.
- Experience leading complex projects independently and making good decisions when the brief is still taking shape.
- The ability to negotiate, compromise, or understand trade-offs with executives and XFN partners.
- The ability to connect creative choices to the audience, the product, and the business.
- A record of helping other designers improve and working well with people across disciplines.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Hardware is becoming critical to how AI gets built, and the legal questions are as new as the technology. We're hiring a Commercial Counsel, Hardware to help Anthropic's product teams move fast, build safely, and get the legal calls right.
In this role, you'll negotiate a high volume of fast-moving deals for hardware, components, software, and emerging technology procurement needs. This role will also lead multifaceted technology, data, and partnership deals, many of them the first of their kind at Anthropic.
You'll be the legal and risk partner that technical and business leaders turn to when they need a fast, practical read on a deal or purchase. You'll clear low risk transactions quickly, spot the ones that deserve a closer look, and build scalable solutions as new complexities come up, all while working alongside Procurement and Finance and Legal colleagues in areas like privacy, IP, and trade. Along the way, you'll also support partnerships with major tech companies, universities, and media organizations, which gives you a view across much of the business.
Key responsibilities
Negotiate and close a high volume of agreements for hardware and components, including review of embedded firmware and companion software licenses
Structure and negotiate complex technology, data, and partnership agreements
Track legal and regulatory changes that affect hardware products and components, such as product safety rules and restrictions on foreign-made components, and explain what they mean for our plans
Identify trade, export control, sanctions, and supply chain concerns in cross-border sourcing, and work with our national security and compliance teams to resolve them
Build and maintain self-serve guidance, templates, and AI-assisted review tools so routine purchases don't wait on Legal
Manage outside counsel for specialist questions and overflow volume
Cover other technology or hardware transactions on the Legal team as needed
Minimum qualifications
JD and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (California preferred)
Hands-on experience buying hardware and firmware, components, and software in high volume, fast-paced environments
Deep experience leading complex deals, such as technology or data licensing, joint development, or supply partnerships
Working knowledge of international supply chains and how sourcing choices (and their associated risks) show up in contracts (lead times, single-source risk, warranties, country of origin, higher risk jurisdictions)
Working knowledge of trade and regulatory compliance for hardware, including export controls, sanctions, tariffs and customs
Clear, plain communication with scientists, engineers, and operators, so legal risk turns into a decision they can act on
A low-ego, "doer" attitude and real interest in taking on work outside your core practice area
Intense curiosity about AI and emerging hardware, and a commitment to responsible AI development
Preferred qualifications
At least 8 years of legal experience in hardware or a closely related technical space, with the judgment to run risk assessments and deals on your own from day one
In-house time at a hardware-intensive technology company (such as electronics, industrial automation, or complex devices) while it was scaling quickly
Experience supporting product or engineering teams as a dedicated counsel
Experience with facilities or on-site vendor services, including the insurance and safety questions
An engineering, product, or other technical background
Experience using AI tools to speed up your own legal work
Role-specific policy: For this role, we expect all staff to be able to work from our San Francisco office at least 3 days a week, though we encourage you to apply even if you might need some flexibility for an interim period of time.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$335,000
—
$385,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit
anthropic.com/careers
directly for confirmed position openings.
How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

We’re looking for a
Pricing & Order Operations Analyst
to join our Order Operations & Monetization team. This role restores dedicated capacity for pricing and order operations testing, quote-to-cash (QTC) release validation, and order execution support.
You’ll help ensure system changes are tested, validated, and operationally ready before they go live. You’ll provide Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expertise and execute assigned business validation across signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, and booking-to-order management handoffs. This role partners closely with Order Operations & Monetization, IT’s business systems team, Pricing Operations, Sales, and Deal Desk.
Reporting & Prioritization
Reports to the Order Operations & Monetization lead, Jamie Calkins.
The Senior Pricing Operations Manager may help prioritize pricing-related test cases and QTC issues tied specifically to pricing and quoting.
The Order Operations & Monetization lead owns final prioritization of the analyst’s workload across order operations, assigned non-pricing UAT participation, and pricing-related support work.
This is a hybrid role, 1-2 days in the office.
Technologies You’ll Use
Salesforce CPQ
Jira
Suger and marketplace user interfaces, including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake
Notion
Metronome
Hex
What You’ll Do
Pricing Operations & QTC Support
Support pricing operations changes through business requirement review, data validation, configuration checks, and documentation, helping ensure pricing logic is accurately reflected in QTC workflows.
Validate pricing-related QTC changes across quoting, approvals, discounting logic, product configuration, and downstream order execution.
Help confirm that pricing changes are operationally ready before launch, including impacts to Sales, Deal Desk, Order Operations, Billing, Revenue, and marketplace workflows.
Partner with the Senior Pricing Operations Manager to prioritize pricing-related test cases, identify gaps in business requirements, and document expected system behavior.
Help maintain documentation for pricing- and order-related system configurations, known dependencies, and release-readiness criteria.
UAT & Testing
Participate as a Pricing and Order Operations subject-matter expert in UAT project-managed by Technical Program Management (TPM) and executed under RevOps coordination, ensuring relevant business scenarios and expected outcomes are represented.
Execute assigned Pricing and Order Operations test cases and collaborate with the GTM subject-matter experts identified by RevOps.
Partner with RevOps and relevant subject-matter experts to develop and maintain Pricing and Order Operations test cases, including scenarios for quoting, approvals, signature packets, bookings, marketplace offers, billing, and order management.
Document test results and defects with clear traceability from business requirement to test outcome, and provide domain-specific readiness input through the established UAT sign-off process.
Maintain the Pricing and Order Operations portion of the regression test suite for recurring QTC changes.
Order Operations
Operate under defined business requirements for order operations rules within the QTC flow, validating execution across signature packet generation and e-signature routing, booking rules, marketplace offer configuration—including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Snowflake—and the booking-to-order management handoff.
Partner with IT’s business systems team and the Proposal-to-Order Lead to keep order operations rules aligned with upstream pricing and quoting logic and downstream billing and revenue systems.
Ensure signature packets and marketplace offers accurately reflect the underlying order and pricing terms before execution.
Identify and troubleshoot order operations issues across bookings, signature packets, and marketplace offers, escalating systemic problems to the appropriate system owner.
Skills We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in pricing operations, order operations, business systems analysis, or quality assurance within an agile environment, ideally involving quote-to-cash processes.
Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and order management or billing systems, with the ability to read and understand configuration logic without necessarily building it directly.
Strong attention to detail and comfort performing structured, repeatable testing work.
Comfort using conversational AI tools—such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots—to support daily and project work, combined with sound judgment about when human review or decision-making is necessary.
Clear written communication skills, with the ability to document test cases, defects, and sign-off criteria for technical and business audiences.
A proactive and organized approach, with the ability to work across IT, Pricing and Order Operations, and Sales and Deal Desk without heavy oversight.
Bonus Skills
Exposure to Revenue Recognition or Professional Services systems and processes.

Who You Are:
The Project Management Office (PMO) Project Manager (Growth, Development, Power) is the PMO's embedded project management partner to the Growth, Development, and Power functions, providing the cross-functional coordination and execution structure required to move sites and related initiatives through the broader organization. Growth, Development, and Power sits at the intersection of numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Progress may depend on Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, consultants, and external agencies. While Growth, Development, and Power leadership and subject matter experts retain ownership of technical and development decisions, the PM ensures that the work surrounding those decisions is coordinated across the business.
The role creates visibility into what needs to happen, by whom, and when; identifies downstream impacts and dependencies early; and ensures other departments are engaged before gaps become schedule, resource, or business risks. This allows Growth, Development, and Power leaders to focus on development strategy and technical execution while the PM ensures that cross-functional commitments, dependencies, decisions, and business processes remain aligned and moving forward.
What You’ll Do:
Partner with Growth, Development, and Power leadership to understand the development pipeline, departmental priorities, upcoming milestones, constraints, and cross-functional requirements.
Break complex initiatives into clear workstreams, milestones, tasks, dependencies, owners, and decision points.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility into Growth, Development, and Power activities and ensure key initiatives are accurately represented in the PMO project management systems.
Identify and manage dependencies between Site Development and Pre-Construction, Construction, Operations, Technology, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Community Relations, Government Relations, and other stakeholders.
Engage impacted departments early when Growth, Development, and Power activities have downstream implications for scope, timing, resources, cost, or execution.
Establish and facilitate cross-functional meetings needed to resolve dependencies, align plans, make decisions, and maintain progress.
Track commitments and action items across departments and ensure accountability for agreed deliverables.
Identify emerging risks, constraints, stalled activities, resource conflicts, or unclear ownership and facilitate resolution.
Escalate issues to Growth, Development, and Power leadership, the Head of PMO, or broader business leadership when appropriate.
Support prioritization and sequencing across sites and initiatives by maintaining visibility into dependencies, capacity, timing, and competing demands.
Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and other support functions to ensure required business processes are understood, planned for, and initiated at the appropriate stage.
Support Growth, Development, and Power leadership with capacity and resourcing discussions by providing visibility into the volume and complexity of current and upcoming work.
Improve communication and handoffs between Growth, Development and downstream teams, particularly Pre-Construction and EHS.
Provide leadership with clear reporting on progress, upcoming milestones, dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and decisions required.
Act as an impartial facilitator when cross-department priorities or expectations are misaligned.
Partner with the Head of PMO and other embedded PMO PMs to consistently apply PMO standards, tools, processes, and reporting practices.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in project or program management in the data center, power infrastructure, industrial development, or related industries.
Working knowledge of site development processes sufficient to understand key milestones, dependencies, terminology, and downstream impacts.
Basic knowledge of real estate contracts, with a general understanding of common gating items in the closing process.
Proficient in leveraging AI tools to manage, streamline, and enhance project workstreams.
Demonstrated experience coordinating initiatives across multiple technical and business functions.
Strong ability to translate complex or loosely defined initiatives into structured, trackable execution plans.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, particularly in environments where accountability spans multiple departments.
Ability to identify dependencies, organizational gaps, and risks and proactively bring the appropriate stakeholders together to resolve them.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
Experience with project/work management and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide concise reporting to department and business leadership.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

InfluxData is the creator of InfluxDB, the leading time series platform used to collect, store, and analyze all time series data at any scale. Developers can query and analyze their time-stamped data in real-time to discover, interpret, and share new insights to gain a competitive edge. InfluxData is a remote-first company with a globally distributed workforce. For more information, visit www.influxdata.com http://www.influxdata.com.
InfluxData's North America Commercial sales team is growing, and we're looking for a Commercial Account Executive to own a territory end to end.
This is a hybrid new business and account management role. You'll hunt new logos across organizations of 1–500 employees in North America, and you'll carry a book of roughly 40 existing accounts that you are responsible for renewing and growing. The best people in this seat are as comfortable running a cold outbound motion as they are sitting with an existing customer six months before renewal, understanding where their usage is headed and what it will take to expand.
You are a hunter and a builder. You enjoy creating new relationships and deepening existing ones. You're all about working hard, supporting one another, ideating nonstop, and having a lot of fun while doing it.
InfluxDB is a purpose-built time series database used by engineering, platform, DevOps, SRE, and IoT teams to handle high-volume telemetry data. You'll be selling to technical buyers, which means the strongest AEs on this team are curious, consultative, and willing to get into the substance of a customer's architecture and problem.
What you’ll be doing:
New Business
- Owning the full sales cycle for new logos in North America Commercial — prospecting, discovery, scoping, POC, negotiation, and close
- Building and sustaining your own pipeline through cold calling, outbound email, LinkedIn, account research, inbound follow-up, and partner activity
- Running strong discovery: understanding the technical use case, the business impact, the buying process, the stakeholders, and what success looks like
- Understanding the competitive landscape — including open source alternatives — and positioning InfluxData to win
- Partnering with Sales Engineering to scope and run technical evaluations and POCs
Renewals & Expansions
- Owning renewal outcomes across a book of approximately 40 existing accounts, including forecast accuracy on every renewal in your territory
- Engaging renewals early — well ahead of the contract date — to understand usage trends, changes in the customer's environment, budget cycle, and stakeholder changes
- Identifying and closing expansion: new use cases, new teams and divisions, increased capacity, and upgrades
- Building multi-threaded relationships across your accounts so the relationship does not sit with a single champion
- Spotting and escalating retention risk early, and working with Customer Success and Support to resolve it before it reaches the renewal conversation
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with your accounts to keep value visible
Across the Whole Territory
- Building trust and credibility, both internally and with prospects and customers, from engineering to executive stakeholders
- Keeping opportunity detail, next steps, renewal dates, and forecast accurate in Salesforce
- Forecasting and managing your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and quarterly quota across both new business and renewal/expansion
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling data solutions, SaaS, PaaS, developer tools, or cloud infrastructure
- Experience selling into commercial and mid-market organizations
- Experience managing accounts post-close through annual renewal cycles, with responsibility for retention and growth
- Demonstrated success running a full sales cycle from self-sourced pipeline through close
- Ability to balance hunting and farming — the discipline to keep prospecting while carrying an active book of business
- Comfort selling to technical buyers and translating technical capability into business value
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to talk to all levels at an organization
- Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills, including renewal and expansion negotiations
- Disciplined pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and forecast accuracy
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience selling open source or commercial-open-source products, and competing against free alternatives
- Experience with time series data, observability, monitoring, IoT or industrial telemetry, DevOps, or SRE tooling
- Experience carrying a combined new business and renewal quota

- Strong writing, editing, and slide-development skills: you make complex material clear, accurate, and actionable, and create polished, accessible materials that follow brand guidelines.
- Experience verifying product claims and updating instructional materials as capabilities, interfaces, and access requirements change.
- Experience managing content versions, incorporating stakeholder feedback, and delivering multiple training projects against agreed briefs and timelines.
- Sound judgment, attention to detail, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities.
- A commitment to accessible, inclusive learning and enthusiasm for OpenAI Academy’s mission.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Designing AI literacy, digital-skills, workforce, public-interest, or technology-learning programs.
- Adapting learning experiences for different communities, sectors, languages, or cultural contexts.
- Coaching facilitators, developing train-the-trainer resources, or supporting delivery through partners at scale.
- Using lightweight assessment, field observation, or performance evidence to improve instruction.
POTENTIAL EXPANSION AREAS
Additional work may be agreed upon with Academy leads based on program needs and contractor capacity, including:
- Translation and localization systems for Academy materials.
- Support for facilitator assessments, field observation, and quality sampling using OpenAI-approved readiness criteria, with qualification decisions retained by OpenAI.

About the Role
We are looking for a Distinguished Engineer to lead technical direction across GitLab's Core DevOps services, the systems the majority of our users touch every day. Distinguished Engineers are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the most senior level of technical leadership within and across divisions at the company.
Core DevOps builds continuous Integration, continuous deployment, planning, and source control experiences. These are among the most mature, highest traffic, and most deeply interconnected systems at GitLab. They carry years of accumulated architectural decisions, they sit in the critical path of our customers' own delivery pipelines, and they are being reshaped by the shift toward AI native development. The job is to raise their quality, converge them onto a coherent go-forward architecture, and retire accumulated risk, all without interrupting the millions of users and Fortune 100 organizations who depend on them.
GitLab is pursuing a set of company-wide engineering goals: large gains in developer productivity, measurably higher quality in what we ship, and engineering practices reshaped around AI and agentic workflows. Core DevOps is where much of that strategy has to land, because these are the services our own engineers and our customers depend on daily. In this role you will bring that strategy into Core DevOps in a form that works for long lived production systems, and carry what you learn here back out to the rest of engineering.
What You'll Do
Set and continuously refine the go forward technical direction for CI, CD, Plan, and source code experiences, aligned against the horizontal architectural initiatives.
Work directly with the VP of Engineering as her technical counterpart on planning, technical investment, and where the group's engineering effort should go.
Translate GitLab's company-wide productivity, quality, and AI native engineering goals into concrete technical direction for Core DevOps, and turn into iterable roadmaps, partnering broadly across the org.
Define what good means in measurable terms for these services, including availability, latency at p95 and p99, pipeline success rate, test reliability, data correctness, and defect escape rate, then hold designs and implementations to it.
Maintain a clear and current picture of systemic technical risk across the group, including single points of failure, unowned critical paths, brittle coupling between CI/CD and Plan, scaling limits, and past decisions that now constrain the roadmap. Drive a prioritized plan to retire it.
Lead the hardest design decisions hands on, writing code, prototypes, and proofs of concept where a design argument needs evidence behind it.
Drive convergence on shared patterns, libraries, and paved paths, reducing how many different ways the same problem gets solved across the group.
Design migration paths that let large, long lived systems change underneath users without breaking them, using incremental cutover, dual run, measurable rollback, and deprecation with clear timelines.
Adopt the platform capabilities coming from GitLab's AI organization and the company's productivity initiatives into Core DevOps, feed this group's requirements back into them, and help prove what works on systems of this scale and maturity.
Serve as the escalation point for complex or contested technical decisions across the group, including those where no single team owns the outcome.
Review significant designs and merge requests in the group's critical paths, and use review to teach rather than only to gate.
Ensure designs hold across GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, and respect multi-tenant, compliance, and data governance boundaries in each.
Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and SRE so Core DevOps services are observable and debuggable, and so failure modes degrade gracefully instead of cascading.
Make architectural constraints and opportunities clear to Product in roadmap terms, so that technical investment and product ambition get planned together instead of traded off late.
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let teams across the group make aligned decisions independently.
Grow Principal and Staff Engineers across Core DevOps, raise the bar on design rigor and technical writing, and contribute to the technical hiring bar for senior individual contributors.
Participate in the Incident Management on-call rotation to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com, and complete Interview Training to participate in hiring as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What You'll Bring
10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years in a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior technical leadership role.
Deep expertise in AI and ML systems, including large language models, agentic frameworks, and autonomous workflow design at production scale.
Proven track record of leading hands-on technical experimentation, including defining evaluation frameworks, running benchmarks, and translating findings into scalable architecture decisions.
Strong background in scalable, multi-tenant distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience.
Experience designing and implementing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for production systems.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and influencing technical direction across multiple teams or divisions without direct authority.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization with excellent written and asynchronous communication skills.
